Linda Joy Adams: DAILY RECAP 7/31/17; HEALTHCARE MELTDOWN; MEDICARE HACKERS RULE USA= WHAT IS THE COUP OF 2002? This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I discovered the Medicare billing system not under any government oversight hacked worse than ever and the COUP of 2002 enacted by Congress forbids massive thefts be stopped in Medicare or any where  inside this cabal all over as no existing budget  can be spent and Congress has an unconstitutional   gag order rule to not speak about the overthrown  let alone contact a contractor even for a constituent  nor have one testify to really find out what is going on in.. as too many   bad laws have been passed based on unverifiable data and facts that were not accurate. The virtual control of the USA from local to federal is under  this international cabal since the COUP OF 2002  which our health insurers became unaccountable contractors  in 2010  and now hold us hostage also.

       As  a newer member of Congress maybe you can give some new insights for a fresh start for the USA and us, the people that is better than the mess we have gotten ourselves into over the last few decades.  

       Attached is a copy of the Daily Recap linked above .. as well as the Daily Recap of 5/27/17 LETTER TO CONGRESS.  Also is the a redacted copy of the 17 Medicare numbers active on me to steal by the unaccountable contractors now in control since the COUP of 2002.. AND I DO BELIEVE THE  TOTAL BEING SAID OF A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY AND ITS  CANNOT BE STOPPED UNTIL CONGRESS  ALLOWS THE EXISTING  BUDGET  TO BE USED TO STOP IT AND  IT CANNOT BE  BY LAW  SINCE THE COUP OF 2002. AND THIS IS SAID TO BE GOING ON ALL OVER THE GOVERNMENT

       Our own congressional delegation has an   unredacted copy with our pending privacy releases and like most cannot be helped as he issues are inside the contractors and since the coup of 2002 the government  has no  legal control of its contractors. Its  why PARTNERS MEANS THEY ARE THE RULERS; AN UNCONSTITUTIONAL  concept ..

     We pray for your success in office and can be a help in this.. we do not have to fully agree on everything. Surely stopping the looting of the public treasury  and upholding the basic rights of each one  is a bi partisan matter.
