This is a linked series back to 10/25/16 of Daily Recaps when I discovered the hacking of the Medicare billing system by its unaccountable contractor owners hacked worse than ever since the COUP of 2002.
I am sharing more of how to find out if you have the 17 Medicare numbers as others online have finally begun to pay attention that this is REAL AND THEIR OWN PROPERTY AND BANK ACCOUNTS ARE AT RISK FROM THIS CABAL AS WELL AS THE RIGHT TO MEDICAL CARE.
EVERYONE IS A VICTIM IN THIS MASSIVE THEFTS AS THE ON GOING HACKING HAVE BEEN .. BUT THOSE INSIDE HAVE SAID ITS A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY and this time is not one or two regions and one claims paying contractor

That is when Congress voted for a 6000 page budget bill that took away the right of agencies to do internal audits of their contractors nor use existing budget either for a criminal investigation or prosecution when crimes soon began to be done from inside them Even if you find out you have had your id and clams info stolen and you and your heirs are overpaid for that they contracting thieves stole.. YOU HAVE NO GOVERNMENT TO TURN TO STOP IT.. AND IT WILL BE A YEAR FROM NOW BEFORE WE KNOW HOW BAD IT IS IF ANY MEDICARE MONEY IS LEFT OVER WHAT COMES IN FROM PAYROLL TAXES (A PERCENT OF FICA IS IT )
Most in Congress did not know that the bill had been changed before they voted on it removing the RESTRAINER OF LAW from the bill over the ones who soon took virtual control of the USA from local to federal as nearly all have federally funded monies now and all used to rely on the feds for oversight.. AND NONE..
The recent health caré bill had forbid states to continue trying to get rid of this cabal out of their state and federally funded programs like Medicaid... over blatant crookedness. Very difficult with out federal cooperation but some have succeeded some and others still in litigation FEDS FORBIDDEN TO HELP BY CONGRESS SINCE 2002. yet its also federal monies and totally in some cases .

Social security did not assign these as you or a loved one with a Medicare card have one that is the same as a legally awarded benefit category there. After the last fiscal year was over.. the sub contractor of the former GROUP HEALTH OF NY who has the CMS CONTRACT TO OWN AND OVER SEE THE SYSTEM AND SECURITY AND HAS HACKED IT SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 TO ALLOW PRIMARY PAYER TO GET OUT OF PAYING WHEN ONES EMPLOYER POSTS THEY ARE THE LEGALLY FIRST OR TOTAL PAYER. . is now involved through a sub contractor of the cabal and under the head of the cabal in the USA Lynn Blodgett who is head of the USA all have to obey as no govt entity has power over him Now even a president does AS CONGRESS FORBIDS THE PRESIDENT TO SPEND ANY MONEY TO STOP THIS.
President Trump cannot drain the swamp as CONGRESS LOCKED THE GATE IN 2002 AND HAS NOT UNLOCKED IT YET AND NO ONE IS PAIGE ATTENTION TO THIS AND I HAVE NO INDICATION RUSSIA IS STEALING FROM OUR MEDICARE TRUST FUND OR HACKING SOCIAL SECURITY OR ANY OTHER FUND.
The system may have been made insecure but I am convinced they are monitoring it well so that only the contractors are stealing but they are international.. as one source from the CMS website has linked to the BANK O INDIA WHERE THE MONEY MAY BE LAUNDERED AND THAT DOES NOT MEAN THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA IS AWARE OF THIS JUST AS THE USA REAL GOVERNMENT IS NOT
WHY DON'T WE THE PEOPLE KNOW?
After the COUP of 2002, Congress got duped again by a few bad apples in the midst. to put an unconstitutional gag order on themselves to not MENTION, CONTACT OR HAVE A CONTRACTORS TESTIFY IN A HEARING AND THE NEWS MEDIA COULD COVER IT
That means they cannot find out whether any fact of data used to pass a law with is real.. as agencies do not know! They only know what the contractor lets them know as the one thing the government t can sill do is not renew a contract or cancel one. BUT WITHOUT EVIDENCE ITS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE AS THE STATES HAVING TO DO THIS ON THEIR OWN HAVE FOUND OUT AND SPENT A LOT OF STATE MONIES AND TIME TRYING .
SO IF ONE IS STALING OR VIOLATING CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF THE ONES THEY DEAL WITH IN THE PUBLIC .. THY ARE NOT GOING to ADMIT GUILT
I started this blog back in 12/08 when $4 million was stolen in my name and although I have chronic disease and Medicare is not even primary but hacked to be so . my bills are not nearly as much as some are like one with cancer or transplants etc.
THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT RUN HEALTH CARE IN THE USA SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 ... AND THERE IS A DEEP STATE IN PLACE THAT HAS A BIAS TOWARD THE CABAL AND ITS PAST TIME FOR THE CIVIL SERVANTS TO STOP IGNORING THEN AND HELP. but there is no whistle blower protections when the cabal does the intake for those.
Open any government web site of phone numbers for an agency or your phonebook for government listings and THERE ARE FEW OF THESE LINES ANSWERED BY ANY GOVERNMENT EMPLOYER WHO STILL ARE SUBJECT TO AUDIT FOR WORK PRODUCT AND CAN BE ARRESTED FOR CRIMES COMMITTED. SSA STILL IS BUT THE FRAUD LINE WENT UNDER TO THE CABAL. LAST YEAR ALSO .
A LOT OF BAD THINGS WENT ON AFTER 10/6/16 INSIDE THE GOVERNMENT THAT PRESIDENT TRUMP CANNOT FIX UNLESS CONGRESS ACTS/and congress DID NOT STOP THESE HAPPENING too busy doing what? fundraising as they think we have to be persuaded to think they are dong a good job. That gag order rule means they rarely can help any constituent as they cannot find out what is going on with issues they have in dealing with the government contractors as rarely are we dealing with the government at all THEY CAN ONLY PASS ON RUMOR AND GOSSIP THEY AGENCY IS TOLD BY THE CONTRACTOR WHO IS NOT GOING TO BE TRUTHFUL IN MANY INSTANCES IF CRIMES OR UNCONSTITUTIONAL ACTS ARE BEING DONE
This is not one party or another or none. ITS NOT EASY TO FIND OUT WHO HAS SOLD OUT TO THE BEAST SYSTEM OR BLACKMAILED? BY THEM BEING THE SNOOPER AND HAVE SOME PRIVATE NON GOVT RELATED E MAIL OR PHONE CALL INFO TO USE AND Leak AS THEY ARE ALSO THE UNACCOUNTABLE SNOOPERS
A federal official can be prosecuted for unofficial and illegal use of info they find out about some one. and that is more than all of our private lives info in a big service somewhere stored on us PROTECTED FROM MISUSE as they are NOT protected by any government office .. at all.
HOW TO FIND OUT?
The only phone number one can call that has most of the info is 1-800 MEDICARE owned by General Dynamics.. They have been well mistrained to cover up the crimes of what they seen on their screen ... by the Medicare hackers.. but they are mostly nice people and get the info on your records and proof can be sent to you of the phony number as a temporary entitlement letter which proves he system is off line and insecure..
THE SUMMARY NOTICE ON A REAL CLAIM PAID ON THE REAL NUMBER WILL ONLY GET SENT OUT ON THE REAL NUMBER.. as that is suppressed on the phony and system. This old system is one I am familiar with as we used it decades ago when we had no security and we were the security, trained to watch for things that did not look right and notify our programmers in Baltimore Md. who worked for the people then.
10/6/16 it began and is after the end of the prior fiscal year wither trustee report covers none of this current thefts on- going. All that the real government knows is there is a spike in outflow from the Medicare trust fund over what is usual.
NO ONE CAN ACCESS THE FREE FOR ALL THAT HS BEEN GOING ON FOR PART D PRESCRIPTION DRUGS AS LYNN BLODGETT PAYS ALL OF THOSE AS SUB CONTRACTOR? FOR INSURERS AND THE INSURANCE COMPANIES DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO KNOW EITHER but ACS ,, THE PAYER have access to hack.. AS we got a letter on an appeal admitting they ha gone on and make Medicare primary ON Doyle to say its was OK for Part D to pay first. A WRITTEN ADMISSION TO A CRIME BUT SINCE A CONTRACTORS NO FELONY CHARGES BROUGHT AS ONE BOTTLE OF PILLS IS A FELONY AMOUNT That was in 12/15 and still time to prosecute.. BUT CONGRESS SAYS NO.. KEEP ON STEALING. OUT OF THEIR IVORY TOWER BURIED IN THE SWAMP .. TO NOT KNOW IS TO NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO UNLOCK THE GATE AND CLEAN OUT THE MUCK
THAT IS HOW BADLY TRAINED HIS PEOPLE ARE.
No one to stop the one hack when Medicare paid and my employer group health plan was/is primary .In 11/15 they went on line with the new cyber cloud and it was not hacked for awhile and an appeal was done from before that day paid when is was. . AND a signed persona WROTE AND SAID THEY had ALTERED (hacked ) THE SYSTEM. something that has been illegal to do to alter an employer bi weekly post since 1994 as all kind of laws and rights of many parts affected by one employee benefits. and the new cyber cloud is not what the people paid for and never has been as its suppose to block any attempt to post when an employer is posting. I found this out in 2002 and so did the head in Baltimore and NO ONE ALLOWED TO PROTECT THE TRUST FUND OR ANY PUBLIC FUNDS SINCE THEN. LET ALONE RIGHTS OF EACH AND ALL AND TOO MANY HAVE LOST EVEN LIVES IN THIS
I found out as the third time I went to a doctor and it kept being change who paid first; I KNEW THE LAW AND THAT CRIMES GOING ON for me this has been incomprehensible that this nation has been overthrown and occupied and no one understands it but they do know things are crooked but not how its being or been done ..
CMS DID NOT KNOW HE WAS PAYING ALL THE CLAIMS UNTIL I FOUND OUT IN 2014 and the DIRECTOR RESIGNED SOON AFTER AND CONGRESS DID NOT STOP THIS BLATANT CONFLICT OF INTEREST LET ALONE SHE FOUND OUT THAT NOT ONE DOLLAR HAD GONE TO Recover from a primary payer since 1/06 AND I FOUND OUT THAT AS Aetna had them call me and the id was ACS STATE HEALTH WHO IS OT BE PAYING ALL OF MY BILLS UNDER FECA
I called back and began asking the kinds of questions that would be asked on any routine audit of a contractor and got more shocked as he answers came back to me. THEY DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING OF WHAT THEY ARE TOBE DONG TO PROTECT THE MONIES OF THE People.

to make Medicare illegally primary as that has been going on since 2002.. AND THAT IS MASSIVE ALSO ALL OVER.. @75% of all approved medical at all workers comp is now being illegally dumped onto Medicare and since 10/16 the medical community does not get the workers comp info on the system at all. and medical obstructed buy Lynn Blodgett et all as all are micromanaged by him now even health insurers are under this cabal managers and they are also unaccountable government contractors since 2010.. and not protecting the patient with workers comp rights as once they would help and recover bills they should not have to pay. .

Its not connected to anything but the public treasury and only tangentially with the cyber cloud as it not directly active with it Its been tricked to keep looking for the real Blues among 27 now identified made up variations of a fake supplement policy and never finds it (how I understand the fist of it in lay terms ) Just like a glorified check writing machine . THE ONLY CONNECTOR to THE CLOUD SEEMS TO BE THE HIDING OF THE REAL INFO AS MY BI WEEKLY EMPLOYER POSTING IS IN THERE OPEN NOT TERMINATED BUT HIDDEN FROM WHAT ALL IS ON THE FIRST SCREEN THE CALL CENTERS GET BUT NOT BEING SENT TO ALL THE MEDICAL BILLING PEOPLE as they USED TO GER ALL THE INFO . 10/16 but would flip the primary employer group health plan to secondary .. and then not use the real injury date on the workers comp AS RARE IS ANY ONE INJURED THE DATE THEY GOT PART A MEDICARE. as is the date for all now.. but NONE IS ALLOWED TO HAVE IT NOW SINCE 10/16
So when a claim is input an the real date is in the system misses that there is a connected workers comp case and the recovery unit does not get the claim to recover the money if it did not pay. AS MOST ARE NOT NOW.. and since 10/16, with the primary payers hidden. NO RECOVERY LETTERS CAN GET SENT OUT NOW.. by the company who is to protect but their corporate offices are hacking. and stealing and take their orders form LYNN Blodgett
SINCE 2002 , DOYLE HAS RETIRED AND WE HAVE A LOVED ONE WHO IS ABLE TO GET MEDICARE ALSO WHO IS ON MY PLAN. WE HAVE THREE OF US GETTING OVERPAID.. and FEHB BLUES POSTS BI WEEKLY AS PRIMARY AND IS HACKED FOR THEM ALSO.. and I even have three Medicare judges who have ruled that the post is accurate AND IGNORE AS THIS CABAL IS NOT UNDER THE LAWS OF THE LAND. judges or contract terms as CONGRESS DID THIS IN THE COUP OF 2002.
EVEN HACKING THE PRIOR RECOVERY ATTEMPTS THAT LYNN BLODGETT GOT INSTEAD OF THE REAL US DEPT OF LABOR AND GONE MISSING NEVER ANSWERED NOR MONIES RETURNED.
This old system can only make 17 out of one real claim so we have never found more than 17 now or before when it occurred from 1/06 through 11/12 when the appeals to keep the contract was ended and HIGHMARK TOOK OVER AND ALL 17 CROSS REFERRED TO MY REAL ONE
and a year ago they still were. .. but not now !.
most of us will not get the new numbers next year and may be 2020 before this might end or get even worse. On my own social security number I have the following four possible suffixes (prefixes for railroaders ) of A. M. T.TA As a spouse there are dozens possible and the misuse has nothing to do with one category at SSA for benefits. .. I HAVE B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6
The phone menu for most of the call centers at 1-800 Medicare can verify if any of these or others are active on you.. and verify if a recent claim has been paid on that phony number also. A person can hen order a TEMPORARY ENTITLEMENT LETTER ON THAT PHONY NUMBER to prove the crime against you by the Medicare hacker. I am sharing these with congress and of course with the HHS fraud people of the partner of the cabal but its the legal thing to do THE OIG COUNCIL TOLD CONGRESS IN A HEARING EARLIER THIS YEAR THAT THEY ARE NOT GETTING THE REPORTS .. AND TRYING TO TELL ME THAT THE E MAIL FOR HHS TIPS IS INACTIVE BUT MY E MAILS SOURCES SAYS THEY ARE of hhstips@oig.hhs.gov

You and your heirs have overpayment when its stolen in your name. Over at SSA you should be able to get an easy waiver as until did not do it and you do not have the money .. BUT THE CABAL UNDER LYNN BLODGETT HAS NOT LET ONE OF OURS BE PROCESSED WE FILE PERIODICALLY but they are filed So send them certified mail or have a record or receipt if delivered an OFFICE ON THE GREEN CARD FOR THE MAIL RECEIPT WRITE THAT ITS FORM SSA 632 AND SOME WAY TO KNOW ITS THE MEDICARE OVERPAYMENT ON YOU .. I HAVE DONE SSN (LETTERS) NOT NUMBER AND THE SUFFIXES as when they sign its a legal filing they got it .
You do not have to give any personal financial info as its one you say is "against equity and good conscience" words need to be put of FORM SSA 632 AND LIST ALL THE PHONY'S AS WELL AS YOUR REAL NUMBER.. I your have a waiver letter you might wish to put it with your will. or at least proof you have filed. any ONE IN BANKRUPTCY WHO HAS HAD THIS THEFT. IT CAN BE LISTED AND SHOULD BE or an heir has had to file as its against them as a statutory heir (one who might be an heir whether they are in a will or not.. yet ) ASK YOUR ATTORNEY IS THE BEST ADVICE AS I AM NOT ONE.. but have processed these kinds of waivers

They can also verify that the claim was received on the phony number at the bank of the medical provider . and I have given the set of 17 letters to them to check their back accounts to see if they have a pending post that never posted as none of them have seen 17 pays per claim. who are still a small business
Personally if 62 million started downloading the SSA 632 form from SSA.gov and sending it in... CONGRESS MIGHT WAKE Up and That is better than getting in angry yelling at town halls or others in the streets committing violence.. as that is not going to get a positive reaction at all . But everyone affected filing a piece of papers MIGHT HELP ! better.... and then file every 6 months or so ..w hen it gets stopped or there is no money left in the Medicare trust fund and heirs can file if they might be from one with a Medicare card This is not just since 10/16 as when they did this on me the person at 1-800 Medicare found out they went back to when it got stopped before of 12/12/ They did this back in 8/08 and went back to 1/06 and kept it up until 11/12//Vangent was the contractor then and they filled out the fraud reports and helped finally to get this stopped..
The management company at General DYNAMICS DID NOT DENY THEY WORK FOR LYNN BLODGETT.. but EVEN IF NOT.. THEY ARE THE INFO GIVER TO THEM AND THEY DO AS THEY SAY NOT CMS THE AGENCY WHO ONLY KNOW WHAT HE SAYS ALSO.. WHO HAS NO OFFICIAL IDEA THIS IS GOING ON AND THEY ARE NOT LETTING THEM TO DO SO NOW AS THEIR CONTRACT SAYS THEY ARE TO DO.
If a member of Congress would get many to file and take them all in to an SSA office and have some media attention if hey can stop following some RUSSIANS AROUND that is how things get done in a positive manner . Our members of Congress are forbidden to contact a contractor,, but they are able to still contact an agency.

Just one letter generated from the legal system you can only get at 1-800 Medicare should be enough to have had the whole force of the federal government in the door years ago when it happened before and shut it down and found another contractor to do the job, legally or bring it back in house

Pray he can have some positive impact.. to stop the crimes going on against the people and nation. he sits on some committees that some might not think would be involved. but all the government is affected and he might wish to speak to Michael Horowitz from the OIG at the US JUSTICE DEPT who testified earlier this year about his and my source of what law, etc. back in 2014 when he called me. So you might know to know better what amendment wording is needed to put in each bill to make sure the oversight of the real government of each and all agencies is there. or it reverts back to the COUP of 2002 and there is none.
ALSO Please GET RID OF THAT GAG ORDER RULE SO ALL OF YOU IN CONGRESS CAN DISCUSS AND DEG=BATE THE REAL MATTERS AND FIND OUT THE REAL INFO FROM THE ONES DOING THE WORK AND REWRITING THE LAWS AND REGULATIONS . You who have sat in places of power and did not know and others who gave up your responsibility to us in the COUP of 2002 and let it get worse and worse and did nothing you have become hard hearted to not see the misery and suffering of the people. Do not deny you have been deceived by those around you , that you trusted and were not trust worthy. It was not easy for me to unravel all of this and I am in a real life and death struggle right up against the named head once he 'outed' himself when many federal agency judges began to rule against his illegal acts and he withheld those from agencies ad then disappeared the agency copy even lying allover saying the opposite of what the was ordered done he had to do . . and no one could make him obey the law, judge or contract term as he still ordered "let her die" on me and still not let input a single oxygen claim since he took over FECA to the real system as "it would be paid: his manager said "AND THE GIG WOULD BE UP "..
IF ONE OXYGEN CLAIM ON THIS OLD DISABLED WOMAN COULD BRING DOWN THE BIGGEST RICCO CASE IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD ? HOW MUCH MORE COULD CONGRESS GET DONE OR 300 MILLION AMERICANS just doing legal filings.?

In the name of Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus , may we open our hearts to the good and resist the temptation of the evil one to close ourselves off to the real misery in the world we might be able to help make less Pray for our elected leaders that they open to know that they hold the real power to make this world a wonderful place for each and all as they promised they would for the people and for President Trump dealing with the locked gate of the swamp that Congress has kept locked since 2002. Open their mouths for good discussion to find new ways to do things better as the minds have been kept locked also. even the people who have not know what went so wrong and how to make it better . Amen! .
And the people wake up as its a lie that we have had a government in charge since the COUP OF 2002. even one that erred at times even. As some have tricked all to not know the whole truth .. Find out for yourself that what I share is truth and then do what you are called to do legally , to protect yourself and loved ones and nation. and VOTING IS THE POWER OF THE PEOPLE
