I do not think if Congress had known the whole truth we would be in this holocaust as it has become . I WATCHED HEARINGS BY SOME FROM HHS. THAT DID NOT TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH AND NO ONE ASKED ANY QUESTIONS AS THE SELF IMPOSED GAG ORDER LET THE LIES AND BAD INFO STAND. AS FACTS/ AND THAT IS ON BOTH PARTIES.. WHO LET THIS HAPPEN ..
VOTING TO REPEAL AND REPLACE IS NOT POSSIBLE WHEN ONE DOES NOT HAVE THE TRUTH OF WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON .. REPEAL YOUR GAG ORDER RULE AND THE COUP OF 2002, THEN THE STEALING OF THE USA CAN BE STOPPED TO EVEN KNOW WHAT THE BUDGET SHOULD BE FIRST. and best use of the monies to get the jobs done that are needed for each person and national survival.
And this is from local to federal levels as all areas of our lives is under this cabal now and they are the surveillance contractors also . , not just the health care that is totally under their controls from every conflicting end AND FEW EVEN IN THE GOVERNMENT KNEW HOW BAD IT WAS. as they have been allowed to ILLEGALLY IMPERSONATE that they are the government agency when they are not.
So since last 10/16 THE MEDICARE TRUST FUND IS BEING LOOTED AND NO ONE IS GOING TO KNOW HOW BAD IT IS FOR ANOTHER YEARS AS THE TRUSTEES REPORT WILL NOT BE OUT TO SHOW 10/16 ON UNTIL NEXT YEAR.

THE MEDICARE HACKERS WERE HIRED TO MAKE SURE THIS KIND OF ILLEGAL ACTS DO NOT GO ON AND HAVE COMMITTED THEM SINCE THEN? they are to recover the monies from who ? themselves in our cases its LYNN BLODGETT'S COMPANY (s) and their illegal deal partners who manage all the insurers which are now unaccountable contractors since 2010 also now . And we Feds came under them first including the feds at OPM are contracted to them to manage OPM. and a few years ago ,, TRILLION OR TWO MISSING FROM VARIOUS OF OUR FEDS BENEFITS IN VARIOUS FUNDS.
On my own social security number they created on the illegal off lines unsecured system that is being used to steal with and SOLD TO THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY-- THE BOGUS INFO NATIONWIDE. Hiding ones primary payers and all workers comp etc. involvement too .. and making all tricked into putting their claims info into an unsecured system that can make multiples from one charge on the various numbers..
THE ONLY CONTROL IS THAT THIS OLD SYSTEM CAN ONLY DO 17 AS NEEDS A REAL CLAIM AS THE CYBER CLOUD IS THERE? TO MAKE ALL THINK THERE IS THE REAL THING BEING USED who might know from outside as my Daily Tracking has revealed at the call center.. as they are all told its deleted when the primary payers are open , not terminated JUST 'TWO SETS OF BOOKS 'AS CROOKS HAVE USED FOR AEON'S--JUST IN 21ST CENTURY 'CREATIVE' BOOKKEEPING. The phone menu at GENERAL DYNAMICS call centres can verify if the phony illegal number is active and then verify if a recent claim was paid on that number.. also . a person can then order a temporary entitlement letter on the phony number to prove the criminal activity on the system .. The whole issue of how health are is paid is decades out of date ... for what health care even looks like. and PART A MEDICARE IS GETTING THE BIGGER MONIES AND I SUGGESTED AND OTHERS NEED TO BE THINKING ... THAT MEDICARE PART A NEEDS TO BE EXPANDED TO PICK UP ALL INSTITUTIONAL CARE INCLUDING THAT REHAB CENTERS BEYOND THE 6 WEEKS IT NOW PAYS FOR. as shared yesterday .
And have theses new sites being built as there is Part A funds to have tri- levels all in one complex s PEOPLE SURVIVE SOME BAD ACCIDENTS AND DISEASES TODAY AND A MORE COMPREHENSIVE SITE IS NEEDED SO THAT ONE CAN BE WHEELED AROUND FOR WHAT IS NEEDED... and get that job retraining started there also if one is not going to be able to return to what they did before.
This takes two burdens off the other programs for the poor. FIRST ONE WILL NOT HAVE TO GO BROKE TO PAY FOR THE NEEDED CARE..TO GET MEDICAID FIRST.
AND THUS ONE ENDS UP IN POVERTY AFTER RECOVERY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE the models has been done decades ago in Medicare for KIDNEY DIALYSIS MEDICARE PASSED DECADES AGO and is not tied to getting monthly checks if one will be able to return to work in a year and not get Medicare for 25 months which does not help those in rehab facilities for months in the first year. That frees up Medicaid monies for more to access it. for non institutional type care.

A government has to have laws sufficient to make sure no one is harmed and that the security of the nation and people exist. THAT IS UP TO US and its so bad now.. that we need that oversight put back just to the level we had before the COUP OF 2002 WOULD HELP.
HOW CAN ANYTHING BE 'FIXED; IF THE ONES WHO HAVE TO FIX IT CANNOT EVEN DISCUSS IT AMONG THEMSELVES LET ALONE FIND OUT WHAT IS REALLY GONG ON .
AND NONE IN CONGRESS IS USUALLY ABLE TO HELP THEIR CONSTITUENTS AS THE ISSUES ARE OFTEN INSIDE THE CONTRACTORS DEFYING JUDGES, LAWS AND CONTRACT TERMS WITH NO ONE TO ENFORCE THOSE LAWS. as no government allowed to by the Coup of 2002
