Claims at Medicare are paid by companies contracted with the real government Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services. In 2002 the e governing budget bills were altered before voted on and no one told, that they voted for the real government no longer could do a real internal audit of a government contractor nor do a criminal investigation or prosecution as budget was taken away for that...
At the same time nearly the entire government began to be contracted out from local to federal levels and the ownership and control of our data and files of the government and our personal government records, we all have on us, went under the now, unaccountable contractors. And the Securities and Exchange commission was also defunded so they could not assist in stopping the most grievous of conflicts of interests created as one international cabal... now linked to the Clinton foundation by many sources linked to this blog n more recent times ,, began to set up shell companies and as many illegal secret deals and the erosion of every ones rights and theft of the public treasury began big time. and cannot be stopped to this day...
Systems have been intentionally designed to not be secure and not to prevent some one from the inside from altering info that is forbidden by law and contract, and 38 federal agency judges rulings from being altered to facilitate theft ... and at Medicare its been said to be trillions as payment to our good doctors, etc. get cut to make up for the theft losses.. AND THE REAL GOVERNMENT HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON...
I have been tracking here daily the kinds of things a real government audit would find and stop or cancel the contract.. I have done Medicare criminal investigations in the past and know what goes on when the government is able and allowed to stop crimes early on ... Government can work for the people and the nation when the government is allowed to do its job for the people and nation.
A few months ago I reported about my conversation with a manager at one of the larger claim playing companies for Medicare and was shocked at what she was trained to know and all her employees were being trained to do .. by the cabal which is not the training from CMS
Business Insurance online news letter just reported that WORKERS COMP EXPENSES ARE DOWN.. why? we know why Medicare is paying the bills and all getting over paid. even to ones heirs and we cannot stop the COUP OF 2002 AND "SWAMP COUP" THAT IS WORSE THAN EVER NOW
And the real government does not know why?? As the manager said their training which comes from the head of the USA, Lynn Blodgett.. of the cabal ( I only know him as named by high level officials and his managers by name in writing and verbally as the one they have to obey and not the real government)
and not the real government is that after one who has workers comp gets a Medicare card,
MEDICARE PAYS THE BILLS AFTER 6 MONTHS.
I really do believe she understood her training and a major claims payer is now paying all the workers comp bills under Medicare' and the systems have been programmed to enable this as they use the date of entitlement to Part A Medicare and over at Part d the date of entitlement to Part D Medicare as the date of injury and all injury claims will be missed and go right on through and get paid by Medicare and not sent to the recovery contractor to get the money back now , if already approved, or in the future if one has a pending claim waiting for approval
It makes a mockery of the tax dollars being given to Emblem Health International subsidiary to recover monies owed back to Medicare by primary payers who are routinely allowed to get out of paying the medical bills and its not just workers comp but ones primary employer group health plans. who are allowed to call in and give fake retirement dates or even say ones plan has been terminated which in the last month that has been done on my Medicare systems and I have myself and other family members on that plan that have Medicare cards.
We are all getting over paid and these debts are against the patients heirs forever also.
DAILY TRACKING OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY AT MEDICARE CONTRACTOR
It is becoming pretty evident that there is a 'swamp" coup of the COUP of 2002 going on ... There is the system that Part D uses and its the Common working file billing system that ones pharmacy uses to get paid.. and on that one today ,,, It show I have Medicare and before that federal workers comp... but the injury date in 1/1/06 when Part D began and not 1/10/89 the actual date of my accepted claim and permanent (as long as I live) medical after FECA put me on home liquid oxygen for life 23 years ago.. My employer makes the posting to that. And its the US Government and it comes from the US Department of Labor and is not able to be seen by the local regional offices as it should where my claims examiner is, but those in DC maintain it and and the IT people who are real government employees were proud of the security on it and said that in the past , attempts were made to delete my federal workers comp and were not successful..
The employer group health plan is less secure as I can choose a different policy every year during open enrollment but I never have since 1991.. and when Emblem health runs their illegal software program bi weekly soon after the post to the Medicare system they DELETE THE FED BLUES, THE OTHER PRIMARY FOR ME AND THE PRIMARY FOR THOSE ON MY POLICY WITH MEDICARE CARDS.
That is the system as it always looks after the illegal internal hacking at the contractor to facilitate theft of Medicare.. It would NOT be theft if the clams were paid as a conditional and the patient and medical providers, etc. have no legal risk but to wait or any additional money that is due on the bill as on ours a higher pay is due. for us. If the government and Congress does not wish to get back trillions of dollars and keep on letting an illegal bail our of the insurance industry go on ,, then soon there will be no money and no health care for any one. WHERE IS OUR MONEY? Where is all the money given to this company to do recovery , when very little of this is getting sent to them to recover??
As of 1/06 and on the new system there is no electronic way to simply code it as a conditional and get it to the recovery unit to begin all the due process letters we all get copies of to get the money back... some insiders estimate its now trillions owed back by the health insurers and liability ones, etc who have been allowed to get out of paying or paying back ..
I tried to get the Medicare judges to reinstate the enforcement of the conditional payment law but they could not over tum the executive order of former Sec of HHS Donna Shalala now affiliated with the Clinton foundation.??.
They did affirm my life time approval for home liquid oxygen to be paid by Medicare but that its was FECA''s bill but its voluntary for them to pay and unless each individual has cooperation from inside the contractors there is no way to do a civil suit. and get the money back.. Lynn Blodgett Will not input the oxygen claims for me to the real system since 2002 and until recently when he uses one of the workers comp dummy systems and its says wrong carrier... of yours. FECA is self ensured by the federal government and the taxpayer. He has hidden that I have been on home liquid oxygen all the time 24/7 or I would not be alive His orders! LET HER DIE! AND MANY HAVE REPEATED IT AS IF ITS OK TO MURDER SOMEONE LIKE THIS!
THE CONTRACTORS ARE HELPING THE THEFT AND NOT STOPPING IT. as once they did help. All my claims now under appeal at some level with Medicare's contractors need to be labeled as a conditional payment and sent to recovery and letters be resent on the ones Lynn Blodgett told them to destroy and they need to go to the real Sec of Labor and not Lynn Blodgett who has never shown any to the real govt as they would know 'officially ' of all the illegal activity going on and be forced to cancel contracts with him?? ITS CALLED RECOVERY AND NOT COLLECTIONS AS THERE IS NO ENFORCEMENT TO COLLECT SINCE 1994. Then I can do a civil suit. so far I only have a few claims that have recovery letters and less than that ruled on by Medicare judges that they cannot enforce the laws. over the Clinton era executive order to allow the thefts. But they did rule that Medicare was not primary and that my employer's posting is accurate from the real info from them .
Congress does not need to ask for one extra penny n a budget ,, The only have to quickly pass a resolution that a certain percent of the existing budget in each agency be used for internal audits of government contracts and criminal investigation when crimes are being committed. THE SWAMP TO BE DRAINED IS AN OCEAN OF PUTRID CORRUPTION and this nation and people are suffering for it.. WHERE IS OUR MONEY? And Homeland security has not been near the NM center where much of "SWAMP COUP" SYSTEM SEEMS TO BE GETTING STARTED TO OVER TAKE THE OTHER ONE THAT STILL GETS THE INFO FROM THE EMPLOYER BY WEEKLY.. THE NEW ONE... IS WHATEVER THE DEALS MAKERS WISH TO GET OUR OF paying. The very nice people in that center have no clue what has been and is going on ... is my firm opinion... and my contacts is informing intelligent people to be awakened to what is going on ?.
The Western half of the USA is getting another system for info now.. and that is all of our medical profession .... and its been decoupled? from an employer posting.. so they do not get the workers comp info , except to make up an termination date. in case someone checks for it from the medical biller... With in the last month I had contacted them and The workers comp was on there first without the real injury date, but last week it showed 1/10/89 the real date .. and Fed blues was on there too at the Columbus OH call center.
Today it shows I have workers comp for prescriptions but no workers comp and not fed blues either for Part A and B of Medicare and that s all the other bills one has.. Some one had gone in and made up a terminating of medical which is permanent and I am still alive,, as 10/21/11... WHAT HAS BEEN SECURE SINCE 2002 AND UN HACKABLE IS NOW HACKED AND SEEMS TO BE A SYSTEM NOT EVEN CONNECTED TO THE EMPLOYER POST AT ALL. since Part D has it. It would take an in depth audit to even detect this..??and none of any kind has occurred since 2002 inside the contractors Where did that false info come from? I have never received any formal decision from US depart of labor that the permanent medical has ended ... its for life. and the Medicare judges also confirmed that too.. which they got direct from the real government. ... What may or may not be going on with any other issue at FECA has no bearing on the permanent medical.
The new decoupled system that NM center gets that is the one all those on the west 1/2 of the USA reach? SO It says that workers comp should pay for the Medicare, but not for the doctor who prescribes it??? TWO OPPOSING SYSTEMS THE COUP OF 2002 BEING OVER THROWN BY AN EVEN MORE SINISTER SWAMP OF CORRUPTION COUP?

This new system seems to be like the one set up at the Health insurance exchange that kept crashing and cost a billion dollars of our money... due to all the illegal soft ware changes going on all though out on peoples. records. and then to KEEP THE COUP OF 2002 IN PLACE AND THE FREE FLOW OF STOLEN MONIES ETC. they decoupled it from checking things out and we now have upwards of a billion dollars of tax dollars going to illegal aliens who are signing up and getting health insurance subsides and health care.
Need Health care , anywhere in the world, get to the USA illegally or just be a visitor and sign up and get the free money as no one is going to stop you as the system is decoupled from cross checking out any thing...

Your health insurer will not decide if they wish to pay your medical bills and since they are all under the same managers as the one who pays all the workers comp for the workers comp insurers as well as for the Feds, Lynn Blodgett. MEDICARE HAS BEEN PASSED FOR ALL WITH A CARD NOW BY THE COUP OF 2002 BEING NOW BEING OVER TURNED BY THE SWAMP COUP THAT COMPLETELY BY PASSES THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FROM EVEN HAVING ANY INPUT THAT LATER IS HACKED.
Who gave me all this recent info in NM ???? ONE IS NOT PERMITTED TO KNOW THE NAME OF THE CORPORATION ONE IS SPEAKING TO .. and I was told by one earlier this week the NM call center for Medicare recovery and coordination is a sub contractor of the Medicare contractor a subsidiary of Emblem Health International formerly Group Health of NY who is still getting the posting from the employer.. as is their Columbus center where a lot of work goes on e.. I do not know what has happened to the center in Oklahoma City .. as the NM center used to be there??
The NM center has a disparate comment on my file now and they have to give me to supervisor .... who are trained to better cover up .. and Ms. Be... to day would not tell me the corporate name.. I said I am not asking for your address, etc. but you are breaking the law... you get Federal monies to be there and have to tell me... BUT THEY ARE NOT A FEDERAL CONTRACTOR,,?? They are a sub contractor of the government contractors.. and CAN BE HIDDEN FROM VIEW AND LIE TO ALL THE DOCTORS, ETC. ON THE WEST HALF OF THE USA AND SEND THEM IN VICIOUS CIRCLES TRYING TO GET SOME PAY..?? But
I also found out the address for FECA the recovery unit contractor is still using to send recovery letters to is still US DEPARTMENT OF Labor PO BX 8300 LONDON KY.. and no one from the real government is there. It illegal to impersonate a government office or official and since the COUP OF 2002 IS COMMON PLACE. Even a real CMS official I spoke to in the Denver office today did not know that was not a federal office.
That is Lynn Blodgett's company and that is where judges orders, recovery letters and anything submitted to be posted to ones file, or set up a file, is gone through and law, and judges ruling overturned to suit this cabal .. and disappearance of oxygen claims of mine back to 2002 when the COUP OF 2002 AFFECTED SOME OF US FEDERAL EMPLOYEES FIRST. AND WORSE.
The real government only gets what they; Affiliated Computer Services wishes the real government to have and that means, in my case my claims examiner at FECA is not even allowed to officially have their own US Department of labor judges orders.
THIS IS THE REAL COUP OF 2002 RULER OF THE USA AND ITS NOT THE ELECTED OFFICIAL OR ANY ONE WHO IS A REAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE. WHOSE AUTHORITY WAS STRIPPED IN THE COUP OF 2002 BY ACT OF CONGRESS AND NEVER REINSTATED ALTHOUGH NOT ONE EXTRA PENNY HAS TO BE FOUND.
The US SUPREME court ruled last month that a company is responsible for what their contractor does and they are not immune and neither is the workers comp insurer who have contracted out the dirty work to Lynn Blodgett new companies he set up and REDUCED WORKERS COMP COSTS BY ILLEGAL DUMPING ON TO MEDICARE AS HE RULES IT ALSO..???/
And congress and state legislatures think that work place safely has improved when MEDICARE IS BEING STOLEN ????instead.
In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus may the stealing and and squandering of our precious health care dollars be stopped so as HE taught we can heal the sick... or we are all going to the swamp of hell. for not doing so .. VOTE. and pay attention to all the offices. from local to federal as we need those who will stand up for us and STOP THE STEALNG OF THE USA . We may not agree on the solutions, but with no money there is not going to be anything to debate about as to which solution is the better one and in health care if we do not share the cost in some way few among us have the right of life itself.
Something the Teri Schiavo law gave to each and every one who chooses to be alive. AND MADE IT A FEDERAL RESPONSIBILITY TO SEE THAT LIFE CONTINUES AND HEALTH CARE IS AS CRUCIAL AS FOOD AND WATER AND SHELTER FOR THAT. In some ways more crucial as health care can be some big expense and a soup kitchen might keep one alive daily but not be able to afford not provide the health care for one .
