Linda Joy Adams: DAILY RECAP 11/29/16 MEDICARE MELTDOWN GETS DOCTOR INTENTIONALLY CHEATED /DEFAMED -IS IT YOUR DOCTORS TOO? see a series of links back to 10/25/16 when I found out my personal records held in trust at the Medicare contractor in complete meltdown when the contractors tried to alter my employer post to facilitate the theft of Medicare and the cyber cloud has been fighting back ever since.
For the first time in 15 years the parent company of Medicare coordination and recovery contractor is beginning to wake up that they have been a part of he biggest illegal operation in USA history and facilitator of Medicare theft allowing primary insurers whether health or various liability insurers of getting out of paying their legally obligated and approved primary payer bills...
I found them waking up that Hewlett -Packard as the online info from CMS reflects and confirmed today be those at BCRC that they are the company not programing the system to provide integrity and security of the system whether doing so on their own by this cabal or by the parent company etc.?? but has created an even worse one to facilitate the thefts. \ As our doctors, etc. are paying billions to Lynn Blodgett et al cabal's companies and others he is info giver to for access and getting garbage that has been altered again from even what the contractor in charge of the keeping track of who is ones insurer even has done illegally over the years. by altering what ones employer posts. when insurers and others do not wish to pay their bills. ( I am exhausted and trying to make clear a complex tracking, but think of your own doctor etc. trying to get paid any kind of fair amount to stay in business to take care of patients.)
How can there be one set of facts on what ones employment status and insurance is and which pays first etc. and then have every entity in the country that needs access to get paid and process payment for claims all be getting differing info that changes throughout the day now/with many others hacking in to info that is not to be altered as all kinds of constitutional rights go along with the records which are official government files of individuals as contractors are forbidden to alter by their own contracts as they are not the decider of facts as employer or other benefits programs who decide.. Even those in private industry who have employer group health plans do not have the insurance company decide if one is employed are not... But mine comes from a real US Government in house system and maintained by real government officials in my designated personnel office. No one knows who the process of government even works any more with the cabal running it all??? I can find out and so can anyone who is paid to find out ..
Yet they have done so since the COUP OF 2002 and allowed to get by with it. When one is injured on the job and their workers comp puts them ion home oxygen ... that automatically goes to that system and locks them in with permanent medical benefits and coverage for all medical bills. under a 1988 labor law to stop real DEATH PANELS that get created by all kinds of issues over cases where the cause of the injury could mean criminal negligence or other massive criminal or civil wrongs that could send some to jail or other issues of wrong doing. its not always a pure accident.
and the common sense of making sure those injured get good health care as soon as possible and for life as some do like me.. should not e obstructed.. as those who die before their time due to the obstruction of others just not wishing to pay the bills is murder to me.. and our legal system has all kinds of category that apply to these.. also. Plus those who cover up and aid and abet even after the fact to this very day....
the constant disinformation being handed out by those in control in this contractor cabal not running the county unfettered... has caused some to not even try to find out the laws and rules, etc. and too many lives and livelihoods put in terminal jeopardy over it.

DAILY TRACKING
mymedicare.gov shows no change.. as it has federal workers comp as an open case as of 2010 when its been open since 1/10/89 but my claim number is not on there and all who bill and treat need to have that. access to .especially recovery unit. . and always since I had a Medicare card long before 2010.but its not listed on the first page with insurers .... that has three entries Fed Blues with three wordings from all the many fake retirement dates called in by the primaries over the years. since the Coup of 2002 and the contractor then violated their CMS contract and altered the records.. but never such melt down as the cloud now has the real post and the bi weekly hacks in it now and keeps trying to correct itself? through out the day ..
Patients get overpaid and their heirs inherit these when Medicare pays and its not labeled as a conditional payment which sends it to the recovery unit with all kinds of due process letters that get sent out and I and my medical providers, etc. get their copies so we know that its been done... etc.. and if they do not pay then the government is to take action to go GET OUR MONEY BACK FOR THE TAXPAYER. but this process has not been done since the COUP OF 2002 AND RARELY SINCE SEC OF HHS Donna Shalala suspended the enforcement of this in 1994 to let the insurance industry police itself.. and we have seen the underpinning law ignored begin to collapse the health care system them.
So the insurance industry gets to steal from Medicare to pay lobbyists in the SWAMP OF CORRUPTION IN DC. that today some are beginning to wake up that THEY MAY BE ON THE LAST DAYS OF THIS EASY MONEY TO STEAL....... A more ethical company cannot compete with no FREE AND FAIR MARKET SYSTEM .. as that only exists if there are rules and a government to make sure they are obeyed,
Even before President Trump takes office , some are beginning to find themselves under possible end of corruption and either do the jobs they were contracted to do to uphold the laws of the land or YOU;RE FIRED. as they are now pointing to someone else to lay the blame on. when each one in whatever capacity has plenty of blame to go around even Congress who allowed themselves to give up GOVERNING..
So far I have not found any connection to this cabal in charge with any direct link to the nominees for Sec of HHS or Director of CMS.. and that is a positive in itself.. Anyone who does please share it with the rest of us.. Of course many have worked for Goldman-Sachs etc. but its to be determined where their current loyalties lies.. with the people and nation.. or to this international cabal running the country now??
So I pray to Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus for he best and hope it occurs, while keeping 'wide awake; and watching for what transpires. and them share my constructive opinions if it does not seem to be for the best for each and every one of us.
I will know that the better path has been found for this nation when Lincare, the only supplier of liquid oxygen left in our area, now and drives in the yard with liquid oxygen and its fully paid for as should still be occurring if they had not been lied to and made to stop coming by Lynn Blodgett's direct actions and orders. on me.. to not input oxygen claims since the coup of 2002 and no government to make him do so as the real system as he defies 38 federal agency judges on my cases alone.. to even set up my FECA file as well as SSA and other governed files messed with all over he and his companies now have total control of us for the government then the ultimate right to life will begin to be visible to me. as it was to have been for 23 years when FECA put me on home liquid or compressed oxygen for life then . (few use the older green bottles any more 24/7 as it takes 3 a day and cumbersome and more expensive.. although I still use them when going from home...
My family and friends should not have to haul 200 lbs. tanks a several times a month to keep one alive when they have been approved for life by three health plans including Medicare.. but do to that lock to preserve ones rights, it will not go through Medicare until the other two have been billed and wait and Lynn Blodgett has perfected never inputting them to the real system or any system until the last two years and he uses one of the insurance carrier systems and its not who pays for me but paper is generated to bill the taxpayer for .. even though he is now using a dummy file from an insurance carriers and it kicks back as its not the right carrier as FEDERAL WORKERS COMP IS SELF INSURED BY THE TAXPAYER.. and you are not getting your monies worth form this cabal at all TO SO WHAT THE LAW SAYS THEY ARE TO BE DOING FOR YOU AND ME AND ANYONE ELSE. But a piece of paper is generated that the taxpayer pays for as with no internal audits they 'pad the bill' and get paid by the taxpayer for not doing the job they are to do .
Oxygen is not the big bill for health care anymore. a bottle of pills is much more now than a month of oxygen. and its down right shocking. how Lynn Blodgett pays all of those for Medicare and never sent one dollar to get back for Medicare from any primary payer since 2006...
Medicare coordination of benefits indicated that the FECA is in the system but it incorrectly listed Medicare primary and does not say what other insurance I have.. sometimes blues is on there and some times its deleted soon after the employer biweekly post. rather than flipped to secondary and then where is my bi weekly cobra letters ??
for three hours no one would tell me in the call centers what they could see on the screen for my insurer. THEY ARE NOW BEING LIED TO AND TOLD IF THE RED SWATH IS THERE ITS FOR THE SYSTEM BEING BLOCKED FROM THEM EVEN SAYING WHAT IS on there AND ONLY A SUPERVISOR CAN ANSWER... but all were initially told it mean an employer posts while Homeland security was said to be monitoring this summer and they were not even able to alter the info due to the posting form the employer...
THERE IS LESS SECURITY IN THIS NEW SYSTEM THEM THE OLD. and its designed to better facilitate theft by the insuring industry as the medical provider is not getting any other clues but what the primary who does not wish to pay is sharing.. through Avility clearing house (Lynn Blodgett et al)and I sent them a message today telling them of the chaos being created in health care from what is going on., is what has turned out to be. and the only check on this is the cyber cloud that knows all and keeps trying to correct itself. and melting down as the HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGE DID AND THEN THEY DECOUPLED IT AND NOW NO SECURITY ON THE SYSTEM OVER THERE. AND WIDE OPEN FOR THEFTS THAT A GAO REPORT ALREADY HAS SAID HAS /IS OCCURRED IN MASSIVE AMOUNTS of OUR MONEY to be used for those who are to benefit from the public treasury monies. a.. BUT NO ONE IS ALLOWED IN TO FIND OUT AND STOP IT.
That is the indication at Medicare on many times the numbers and amounts to be able to steal....
After calling back and being transferred to supervisors and calls not going through and finally a supervisor came over and picked up the phone and got 'rough' with me as I have no right to audit my own criminally messed with records that is putting my life in danger . and then I called back and they seemed to wake up and he admitted the FECA IS ON THE SYSTEM TODAY WITH 1/10/89 DATE OF INJURY BUT WILL IT REMAIN?? and every one get it?? WHICH.. the system has been designed for years to not use the real date injury so few claims get to recovery to get the monies back. Letters sent in the past before 1/1/06 were sent to the contractor and never answered in writing all they got is an order to destroy records and the recovery contractor did so on his verbal orders and I was never notified. either to object, etc.
They are not under the US CONSTITUTION and NO ONE AT THE REAL US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR EVER SAW THEM.. AT MY PERSONNEL OFFICE AND NO ONE AT FECA did but they no access to the personnel office as its all run like a CIA BLACK OPS FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON TO Not MAKE GOVERNMENT WORK WELL. THEY SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO MY FILES AND HAVE THE INFO FROM THERE BUT not since the coup of 2002 do they as Lynn Blodgett never set up the computer file to post ..
Former Sec of labor Elaine CHAO WAS UNABLE TO MAKE HIM BEHAVE AND SHOWED WELL AND IN OTHER PLACES in the government THAT the USA has been overthrown into the control of his international cabal that GEORGE SOROS IS NOW TRYING TO CLAIM HE IS THE MASTER MIND OF IT.
But BCRC still shows blues as secondary to Medicare as of one fake retirement date of 3/1/10 and that is different than 1-800 ,Medicare has it. as it began 8/1/2004 when a regulation allowed them to go off line and its was to be for maintenance not to hack and alter what is not to be altered. from the employer post. and the 2004 post is a person from Lynn Blodgett's management company for Blues is what seems to be the source over the years for that. . But all lost week after they hacked the employer post, they had Blues terminated.
Soon after speaking to Coordination , I called 1800 Medicare to check on claims to see if medical providers had yet been paid and the whole system was down.... earlier they had shown something different than coordination had just writing an hour before... YOU THINK THIS POST IS CONFUSING.. THIS IS WHAT MEDICAL BILLING PEOPLE ARE GOING THROUGH DAILY AND THAT IS HIGHER HEALTH CARE COSTS JUST TO GET PAID..
. MAYBE HIGHER THAN SEEING THE PATIENTS AND PROVIDING CARE.. ?? IS THE SWAMP BEING DRAINED OF THE CORRUPTION OF A SYSTEM THAT IS DESIGNED TO STEAL AND NOT PROTECT THE INTEGRITY OF OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND HELP ONES DOCTOR KNOW WHOM TO BILL AND WHICH HEALTH PLAN IS THE PRIMARY TO FOLLOW THAT PLAN TO FIGURE OUT BEST HEALTH CARE THAT WILL BE PAID FOR.
Equal rights to health care seems to be using the medical treatment standards of the medical community . instead ... and then allow and pay for innovative methods to do things cheaper that works when many have found these to help their patients. .. its being smart and using the real experts we have on the front line of health care... and then paying them fairly with no hassles by some trying to gouge and steal profits form a system that is to be used for life and not theft of the public trust by those who have been entrusted to take care of business for the government .. but without oversight has not done so well at all . A more ethical company will not survive an UNJUST AND UNFAIR AND NOT FREE MARKET SYSTEM
I did find a change in attitude form Am to PM as I THINK THEY MAY BE READY FOR THE REAL REALITY SHOW OF 'you're fired ; if they keep on illegally dipping into the public Treasury for themselves and illegal secret deal partners. to steal from us to use to lobby public officials to pass laws so they can more easily steal some more .
THE SWAMP CANNOT BE DRAINED WHEN THERE ARE SOME IN CONTROL WHO DO NOT HAVE TO OBEY THE LAWS AND RULES... and stop any kind of FREE AND FAIR MARKET SYSTEM AS THEY are allowed to break he rules and NOT PLAY FAIR..
Life is an inalienable right and that means health care to sustain life. and we have smart people in this nation and all kinds of experts to come up with access to health care that sustains life when sick and injure and gets us a healthy as possible as long as possible and keeps us healthy and hat means... we have to address all kinds of things going on at FDA and agriculture of too much that is done right causing illness and less good health.. Its not always a need for more money but being smart about the way we use the money we have...
So I had to rest after the ordeal of just trying to get through and long waits to get through at BCRC which means many are calling as MY RECORD MUST NOT BE THE ONLY ONE IN MELTDOWN...as I am not the only one in the USA that has primary payers that do not wish to pay their bills.. They could not seem to understand I was not asking them to change the record at all, but was auditing my own files to figure out what needed to be done.. if my employer changes anything they would be sending me all kinds of letters. and they have now as nothing can change until Lynn Blodgett at ACS obeys the judges and posts my file and he has to get those from me said the judges. ..
MAYBE THEY NEED TO RERUN THE EMPLOYER POST AND THEN NOT TOUCH IT AN LET THEIR RECOVERY UNIT GET THE CONDITIONAL PAYMENTS MADE BY MEDICARE AND STOP THE LOOTING OF MEDICARE WHICH IS WHAT THIS 1999 CONTRACT TO GROUP HEALTH INC OF NEW YORK WAS INTENDED TO DO,, AS WE WERE TOLD IT WAS.... OR WAS THE REAL INTENT SOMETHING ELSE ? HEAD OF CLINTON FOUNDATION DONNA SHALALA.?
WHO WAS THE SEC OF HHS THAT SET IT ALL UP UNDER HER THAT HAS LED TO THE DEMISE OF OUR HEALTH CARE SYSTEM WHEN THERE IS NO REASON IT SHOULD NOT BE THE BEST THE WORLD HAS EVER KNOWN IN HISTORICAL TIMES.
ATTITUDES SEEMS TO BE CHANGING SOME from AM TO PM BUT WILL IT LAST? and some may not like some issues about the nominees, but I have no reason to think they are not pro life for all life. of each of us and have basic compassion of caring that all have the right to live. if they do not have this basic human compassion, then they are not the ones we need... but they are taking on a massive overhaul of a nation that has devolved into massive lawlessness over several decades and that has to end so we can go forward with FAIRNESS AND FREEDOM AND RIGHTS OF EACH ONE UPHELD..
We do not have a free or even like each other, but if we do not care about each other, then we have removed from us what makes us human as we are created to care. and lose out basic humanity if we do not show that caring... Its why we share our monies through taxes so that each and every one is helped when in need. and few among us can afford a major illness medical care without that sharing .. for it to be there and available when its needed.
