See the link to a series back to 10/25/16 when the ongoing theft of m\Medicare from inside continues abut the cyber cloud plus the internal hacking put my own records in complete meltdown worse than ever. and the only way the real government can find this out from individuals checking on their own records and sharing the info... ITS WHAT OCCURS SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 when congress gave contractors unlimited powers to do as they please with no internal audits nor criminal oversight.. and SEC also defunded so no one in the government giving out contracts to have help knowing that all were going to the same cabal under Lynn Blodgett the current hired head as named by high-level officials and even acknowledged by his own employees. also. THOUGH MOST WHO WORK IN HIS COMPANIES AND ILLEGAL SECRET DEAL PARTNERS HAVE NO IDEA WHO THEY ARE REALLY WORKING FOR..
This can not change until Congress puts back he funding that few even know was taken away and think they are still running the country..

showed no change from the hacked info that altered what my employer posts.. and no info where the Claims ID number came from as its not a FECA number of mine and not the format for others either. and why its now with the regular insurance but later on today I did find out ITS THE ID OF THE PERSON WHO MADE SOME CHANGED ON THE SYSTEM BACK IN 2010.. but all the recovery letters sent out since Lynn Blodgett took over in 2002 are missing from the records.. only the ones from before him are there as some got identified that the pre Blodgett should have paid.and those got sent to Arkansas blues and Medicare. and paid. but then sent to recovery at FECA and were apparently pending when Blodgett took over and never set up my file.. and sill outstanding.. now who got the recent follow up ...as he address is still his and not the real US Department of Labor in DC
My records are hacked from headquarters of Emblem health international parent company of Coordination and recovery as said by many over the years. bi weekly soon after my employer posts to the Medicare system that is called the Common Working File and no one in the nation that needs the info should ever be getting different info and all should be getting the info that comes from my employer which the contract says IS NEVER TO BE ALTERED. Budget from Congress to do audits that once were done always, would end with MANY CONTRACTS CANCELLED AND THE 'SWAMP DRAINED' IN DC ...
If they think my employer should not have workers comp or an employer group health plan that pays the bills first or total then there is a Justice department to report them to .. but that exposure could end up revealing all the illegal stuff going on like what some say has been trillions of dollars stolen from Medicare by letting primary payers out of paying their legally obligated bills. ALL three of my health plans are MANAGED AND CONTROLLED BY Lynn Blodgett AS IS THE NORM IN THE USA NOW FOR ALL OF US.
I call Medicare coordination of benefits.
and the phone verification indicates the FECA is on there but Medicare is illegally hacked and made primary to create over payments against me and my heirs and my doctors, etc. subject to fines and penalties and over payments if they use the system then pay billions to access through clearing houses including ones owned by Lynn Blodgett and he is info giver to all. Sources for this are linked to this blog. and one can do a word or phrase search at the top.
I get through and talk to a nice lady and she switched me to a supervisor as I GET DISPARATE TREATMENT AND THE SUPERVISORS HAVE BEEN REALLY HARASSING. THE ONE TODAY SEEMED TOO NICE TO BE MEAN, BUT SHE HUNG UP ON ME... SO I LATER CALLED BACK AND ITS WHEN I LEARNED WHAT ABOUT THE CLAIMS ID MEANS Its THE INDIVIDUAL WHO ALTERED SYSTEM BACK IN 2010 AND THEY WOULD KNOW WHO INSIDE THE COMPANY AS ITS A REAL LONG NUMBER BUT NO WHERE IS MY REAL CLAIM NUMBER ALL WOULD NEED TO SEND IN A CLAIM on that record and now not made available to any one as the first entity they need to contact if only to be told no active file and a reference number as its not active as not set up by Lynn Blodgett. but that does not mean I do not have the benefits.
I also called 1-800 Medicare and got some different info than the rest had.. they showed FECA existed from 3/1/1997 up until the delete to remove on 10/6/16 after HOMELAND SECURITY LEFT AND HAD DECIDED THERE WAS NO FOREIGN HACKERS TO THE SYSTEM AND NO BUDGET FOR DOMESTIC SURVEILLANCE TO PROTECT THE NATION FROM INTERNAL THIEVES??
Where is WikiLeaks when we need them to protect the nations health care system ? I do not have any medical records. that are too private to share publicly. But all have medical records and they are public info anyway if Emblem health wishes to publicly share them.. as long as they are really mine and not the other three or more patients cop mingled in that deadly data base they have owned sine 1999 not protected by any HIPPA laws. etc.
The attempt to hack a post when one is in cyber cloud space results in a complete melt down but now beginning to see it enable Lynn Blodgett et al as info giver to go in and create any deadly mess he wishes to, offline of the real system ... and what else is going on off line.. to steal.. etc??
THE 'ALL SEEING EYE' KNOWS EVERY HACK AND EVERY FAKE INFO FED INTO IT OVER THE YEARS. AS THEY THEFT OF MEDICARE GOES ON UNFETTERED FROM MORE THEN ANY RARE SCAM ARTIST DOCTOR, ETC.. THAT DOES NOT GET CAUGHT AS SOON AS ONCE THEY WERE WHEN THE REAL GOVERNMENT COULD STOP INSIDE COLLUSION ON THOSE Cases by processes in place to detect that kind of fraud.
But the billions paid by our good doctors. etc. are not even getting access to the real system anymore and are getting pure garbage.. the new clearing house seems to be Blues and blues is not allowing Lynn Blodgett to decide who should pay and do what ever is needed to never get the claims NEAR BLUES TO pay even as a co pay??? I do not care who my doctor is in his or her personal lives, etc. all I want is good medical care as they are trained to provide. and for any one of them to be treated with such horrific discrimination.. is horrific. in our society . and they deserve to be fairly compensated for their services.. We have some running health care that seem to care less about healing and keeping healthy then just stealing profits even if its extorting money form our medial professionals, Their is no reasons they can't access the system for free as we taxpayers have already paid for it .... at least they would get the real info fro our employers they are paying to get and not getting. .
The delete done by corporate at Emblem health parent company CHEATS OUR DOCTORS, ETC. AND GETS THEM IN TROUBLE AND UNABLE TO EVER GET ANY PAY AT ALL. as it only removes FECA from any clearing House getting it and off the first screen and now take off the FED Blues from either primary or secondary so they have no idea one has it .. . They are all coerced? to not listen to the patient or accept what ever they sign is their insurance or the cards they present.
I AM SICK OF THE JABS HEARD THAT EVEN OUR DOCTORS HAVE NO ABILITY TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT GETTING PAID WHEN IT SEEMS THE ONES HIRED TO DO THE BILLING ARE THE ONES IGNORANT OF THE LAWS. ANYMORE. AND MADE THAT WAY BY THE CONSTANT T MISINFORMATION FROM LYNN BLODGETT ET AL.
IF THEY DO NOT KNOW THE BASIC ONE OF CONDITIONAL PAYMENT, it sounds like this billing office did, but they got tricked to think it did not apply.. THE ONLY WAY TO LEGALLY BILL MEDICARE IS ONE HAAS PRIMARY PAYER NOW OR IN THE FUTURE THAT ARE TO PAY THE BILLS. This is how the new law giver Lynn Blodgett et al trains them to be.. and they go along to get along or else they face severe retaliations also . just as any crime gang would operate. as the US attys' called it a ricco case.
THEY SHOW I HAD FED BLUES PRIMARY UNTIL 2/28/10 AND THEN BECAME WORKING AGED IN 3/1/2010..
I pointed out that to be working aged means that Federal blues would be primary and she had no answer for the illogical info she saw on the screen.. called fraud and hacking and the contract General Dynamics has is to report this direct to DC and now they're being told even when it was Vangent owned NOT TO SEE FRAUD WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO BE THE FIRST TO SEE IT AND HAVE THE HARD COPY AVAILABLE TO SEND IN AND TO DO SO ..
This is the melt down when one tried to go in and alter an official post form ones employer which for me is from a real government office.. the US Department of Labor. which my last personnel action was to transfer me to theirs when out under workers comp jurisdiction and that will be until 'death do us part' with permanent medical but not permanent disability yet as Lynn Blodgett defies the judges who ordered him to get my file set up and will not do so as there is no one to make a contractors obey the laws, judges or contract terms since the COUP OF 2002.
To day I did not get treated as rough at 1-800 Medicare as I did yesterday and the first thing said was I had the right to know what the system said for my insurance today.. (did someone ready my blog yesterday?) as we tracked the ongoing hacking and meltdown and fraud going on from inside the ones who are to hold the trust of our records for the government so we can get health care and our doctors, etc. paid the correct amount that they are entitled to have and NOT BE CHEATED FROM ONE PENNY THEY DESERVE TO LEGALLY RECEIVE.
Mail came and one doctor has not yet been paid and the bills went through months after the service and still paid $0 by Medicare. according to the summary notice from Medicare.. It also reflects badly on the doctor who sent me to get the service from another. as it makes the cyber file look as if they did not know what they were doing and did ,,, well did and medical standards say so.. I would never know as they thought they could never bill .. . so I called and talked to a nice man that worked for the billing service. and found out THAT BACK MONTHS AGO WHEN THE SYSTEM WAS NOT BEING HACKED THEY WERE BEING GIVEN FALSE INFO FROM LYNN BLODGETT. . some got false info from him and others got sent in circles unpaid ..
INSTEAD OF SHARING EXACTLY WHAT WAS ON THE SYSTEM.. THEY GOT I ONLY HAD MEDICARE AND NOTHING ELSE.
Medicare did not pay and there are some coverage issues that differ from Blues. but FECA WOULD IF LYNN BLODGETT HAD MY FILE SET UP /
They HAD NO INFO I EVER HAD ANYTHING ELSE BUT MEDICARE AND THE INFO WAS GIVEN WHEN I CHECKED IN ... WITH CARDS AND MY STATEMENT OVER MY SIGNATURE ETC THAT I HAD THREE HEALTH PLANS AND I WOULD NOT BE LIABLE FOR BILLS NOT FILED LEGALLY AND APPEALED etc... none of that is passed on to the billing as the micro manager of Lynn Blodgett keeps everything run like a CIA BLACK OPS. and no one knows what another knows is how the whole sordid mess is run with patients and our good doctors, etc. as the ones taking all the risk now.
DOCTORS ETC BEWARE YOU ARE BEING SET UP TO NEVER GET PAID..
If one has only Medicare as this doctor etc. was given 'intentionally' by the info giver and dictator of the USA., then when Medicare denied service THEY CANNOT EVEN BILL THE PATIENT. SO IF THE PATIENTS DOES NOT GET THE SUMMARY NOTICE TIMELY AS MINE IS MONTHS LATE FOR EVEN ANY PROCESSING, THEN THEY THINK THEY CAN NEVER GET PAID.. AND THEN I BECOME A BAD RISK Patient, and my good doctor is made to look less good and we all end up with .melted down third nation health care that today many do better than us as at lest the doctors are not being trashed by ones robbing the of EVERY POSSIBLE pennies .. .
They had never even billed Blues which I am sure would pay after going to Medicare first But they need to cover themselves and contact FECA and NOT WAIT AS ITS REASONABLE TO ASSUME THEY WILL NOT GET PAID UNTIL Congress allows the government to be in charge of the nation and our public monies again as not occurred with the contractors SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.
I pray they will. and if not I will send in the claims.. my self and have it ignored as other appeals ,etc., are for years.
I then called Celereian Group as subsidiary of SC Blues as DME claims payer for our area land, They no longer have phone numbers to call but one and only for a medical providers and I finally entered a bunch of zeros and got through and the first lady was shocked when I said I had bills pending over two years I need a denial on.. as no supplier for oxygen go pay from Medicare. So it then can get them back to Blues to see if they will reimburse me some as they used to do over two years ago for getting 200 lb. oxygen tanks filled at the manufacturer. as Lynn Blodgett WILL NOT LET ME GET A SUPPLIER AS HE WILL NEVER INPUT THE CLAIMS SINCE 2002.to the real system as his manager said "THEY WOULD BE PAID AND THE GIG WOULD BE UP AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY ALL OF MY BILLS AND TO LET HER DIE."
I have a hearing pending for years on this issue to have Medicare help pay when there is no supplier available. and Lynn Blodgett has blocked that as his company there prepares the files for the judges. he does not seem to want me to get another 38 agency judges rulings against him to defy ..
I then called corporate office of SC Blues and left a message to call me back..
ARE YOU A DOCTOR BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST FOR BEING TOO GOOD? and upsetting some one's evil agenda that rules this world? Seems one does not have to be a doctor that knows a lot of alternative medicines, but just a good doctor in the regular sense that goes by the usual treatment standards. etc.
IN THE NAME OF YAHUSHA WHOM WE CHRISTIANS CALL CHRIST JESUS MAY WE SEE THE DAY WHEN ALL EVIL IS BOUND UP.. to go after our good doctors and other health care practitioners just trying to care for the sick goes against HIS teaching to heal the sick and feed the hungry or you are going to hell. and why would some few at the top of this world wish to make a hell on earth . when we have the knowledge and caring of most to make it a heaven on earth for each and every one.
