By the end of the day , the whole nation seemed to be off line and unsecured at the biggest pot of public money to be stolen by someone with access to the system and that is a lot of persons. That is the Medicare trust fund where an unlimited amount of money can be stolen by stealing claims and ID and creating multiple claims numbers from one ssn and paying each claims in multiples ....
The trial run that we detected and documented back in 8/08 that included all claims from 1/06 through 11/12 when one contract was not renewed in one regions saw the final end of year trustees reports went down a trillion dollars in the year after the contact ended and the new claims paying contractor archived all the multiple clams numbers under the real one. so they could be detected as all belonging to one person.
Only one regions and the 500 named witnesses at 1-800 Medicare said there was at least one other
The new system does show in the eastern half of the USA , still that records are records are marked in a red block for those whose employers are making the posting directly and non one was hacking the system to enable Medicare to pay when Medicare was not the legal primary payer...
NO ONE HAS KNOWN FOR YEARS HOW TO PROCESS A CLAIM LEGALLY AS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT WHEN THE PRIMARY PAYERS WILL NOT PAY THEIR BIL.S. Medicare can only legally pay when its coded as a conditional payment and then its paid and sent to the recovery unit contractor to send out lots of due process letters to get the primary to pay the monies back.. This unit is part of the same company that has allowed the hacking of the system to go on since the COUP OF 2002..... but it does exist. Most claims never get there that are legally to be recovered as the systems have been designed to miss most injury claims by refusing to follow the specs, the taxpayers have paid to have in the system.. and use the real date of injury . of auto accidents. workers, com etc. They still are using the date of entitlement to Part A Medicare Every one is required by law to catch a clam that needs to go to recovery from the time we check in for medical care, to even the claims paying contractor at Medicare detecting it AND FEW EVEN KNOW WHAT THE LAW IS anymore and one clams payer Celerian group has even trained all of their employer that one who has workers comp and gets a Medicare care, that MEDICARE PAYS EVERY ONES WORKERS COMP AFTER 6 MONTHS
If this were true than insurance premiums for employer should be a small portion of what they used to be... most are paying more.... but costs are going down as Lynn Blodgett now pays nearly all workers comp in the nation and ITS NOT GETTING PAID WHEN MEDICARE IS PAYING AND THE PATIENT AND MEDICAL PROVIDERS IS GETTING OVER PAID. FOR THE PATIENT THIS OVERPAYMENT IS INHERITED AND NEVER GOES AWAY EVEN AFTER THE ASSETS OF ONES ESTATE ARE DISTRIBUTED.
When a Medicare card holder has no type of other issues going on and there claims and ID are stolen and paid in multiples, and notices not sent out etc.,,, then ONE HAS NO IDEA THEY ARE EVEN OVERPAID NOR THAT THERE ID AND CLAIMS WERE STOLEN AND THE MONIES DIVERTED IN THE OFF LINE SYSTEM THAT NO ONE CAN SEE BUT A SYSTEMS AUDITOR FROM THE REAL GOVERNMENT AND NO ONE HAS DONE THIS SINCE THE COUP OF 2002
This theft and hacking has been going on with one pay per claim on many since the COUP F 2002 WHEN CONGRESS DEFUNDED ANY INTERNAL AUDITS NOR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS OF A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR.. except for DOD and more recently VA has some when Sen Sanders got it in the bill when he was Chair of that committee.
So we are relying on the honesty of all government contractors with access to the Medicare system to behave and not steal and just the opposite has been going. on.
Since 10/18/16 when a supervisor at NY headquarters of Emblem Health International formerly Group Health which owns the contract as Coordination and recovery unit hacked the system no one thought could be anymore and changed what my employer had posted directly .. At the federal government when I was sent out on workers comp the last time, THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR IN WASHINGTON DC FORMALLY BECOME LIKE MY PERSONNEL OFFICE. and when I was put on home liquid oxygen 23 years ago , that system locked me in for permanent medical benefits and 100% of all claims to be paid by FECA....
Few know of this 1988 law, and only a few in DC can even access to see this system Its does not contain other issues at workers comp .. just the medical and employment status.. but it will not change my employment to active duty to retired until a schedule award is paid of some amount and a permanent disability paid... then it will show retired and that is the law. and its the law for every injured workers who has a life sustaining need so there right to life is not obstructed by someone not wanting one to have the benefits.
This is the system that posts to the billing system at Medicare called the Common Working File and its to be blocked from any one which is still nearly a thousand people able to go in and alter what is on it.... and all thought it was.. because of the red streak across the info and training it was blocked.. and the system is not. ITS WAS NOT SECURE AT ALL .. In fact we now have a situation that has moved from the western half of the USA not even connected to the Common working file and being cross checked with Social Security to see if the Medicare claim number is the real one, and from what one employer put down... from this AM when the new post came in to the end of the day . even VA and Florida were decoupled.
The workers comp has never been able to be hacked and deleted ever and not since 2002 and the IT at the US Department of Labor have been proud of their security on that and said when I spoke to them a few years ago , that attempts have been made to hack my records and never succeeded. BUT NOW THE SECURITY OF THE RIGHTS OF INJURED WORKERS HAS BEEN HACKED BY REAL CRIMINALS.. by going around the real system, And no one in the real government can act... under THE NEW DARPA LAW?,, Homeland Security may be able to and pray they will.. but that may still not stop the hacking of my one file or any of others. THIS IS DOMESTIC TERRORISM WHETHER FOREIGN OR DOMESTIC AS IF NO ONE CAN GET HEALTH CARE AS NO MONEY TO PAY ANY DOCTOR OR HOSPITAL FROM ANY SOURCE IN THE GOVERNMENT.... THEY WILL NOT EVEN BE ABLE TO PAY THE LIGHT BILL .. to see us...
This AM it showed and soon the illegal software programs ran again as has been since 4/09 to delete one, and workers comp did remain,, BUT
THE HACKING ATTEMPT SHOWED AS THERE WAS TWO POSTINGS FOR WORKERS COMP AND THE SAME INFO AND CLAIM NUMBER, ET. one showed it terminated several years ago when my claims file was criminally rifled and the whole elongated issues began and never ended as before with judges orders obeyed by real federal employee having my files under their control . as has been a pattern for years.. (go to DAILY RECAP OF 9/11/16 TO SEE THE BEGINNINGS OF 9/11/01 FEW EVEN KNOW OF. ), the other showed it NTE not terminated... which is how it looks direct from my employer.
The Federal Blues as one of the primary and the primary for those on my policy with a Medicare card to illegally allow Medicare to pay the claims.
Remember I have three Medicare Judges who checked this all out an got the real info from the US Department of Labor and the posting is right. and its the regulation since 1994 that one is to use the employer info as they provide it. After all who knows what your official status is if not ones employer and what health insurance or worker comp one has. Anyone thinks the employer is wrong. then turn them over to the legal system.. Mine is very accurate. and 38 federal agency judges agree with me in multiple agencies that have parts of all of this.
There is a CMS official that keeps trying to get the hacking done and he has no idea what is going on ,,, he does not even have the Judges orders. and in NO WAY DOES HE HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO CHANGE THIS POSTING AS THE CMS CONTRACT IS THAT NO ONE , NOT EVEN THE US PRESIDENT IS TO CHANGE IT.(executive order, but why would one?).
This is the same official and his retired predecessor who had NO IDEA HOW A MEDICAL BILLING PERSON CAN FILE A CLAMS AS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT AND STOP THE HASSLES.. HE NEEDS TO BE CRIMINALLY INVESTIGATED AND THAT IS NOT OCCURRING EITHER. HE SURELY CANNOT BE THAT STUPID OR IS THE WHOLE CMS IGNORANT AS NO ONE THERE HAS BEEN IN CHARGE OF MUCH OF ANYTHING SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.
IN 1/1/06, the ability to file this electronically as all other claims can be was removed from the system in violations of the CMS contract... and then no one given the info that one then has to go on my medicare .gov to compliance and ask for a waiver for a paper claims and insiders say there is now 3 trillion dollars to be recovered nationwide over these illegal secret deal partnerships with the insurance industry to get out of paying there current or future bills and getting paid illegally and all getting over paid and nothing ever getting to the recovery unit to get the money back now or in the future on one who may have just been in a car accident, etc
So I started out with things seeming to be OK and by the end of the day , no one in the country had my workers comp on the system to see if it ever existed.. at all and at the end of the day someone had gone back in and added my Federal blues back in as a secondary payer... to cover up the crimes.
NO ONE WAS TO TOUCH THIS AND YET THOUGH OUT THE DAY THE DECOUPLING FROM THE REAL SYSTEM WENT ON EASTWARD....
And the cover up continued as after 4/09, they eventually altered the illegal hacking system to add the Fed Blues back in as secondary . after complaints of life in threat and medical sources messed up billing as none even consider what wee turn in when getting medical care anymore... ITS ONLY WHAT IS ON THE SYSTEM . and no one in the whole government can stop it and I periodically file appeals and never answered to get all to the recovery unit .
AS THE MEDICARE JUDGES ORDER A FALSE CLAIM BE FILED AND THE COORDINATION AND RECOVERY UNIT IS OBSTRUCTING THAT BY NOT SENDING OUT THE DUE PROCESS LETTERS ON ALL OUR OVERPAID CLAIMS SO WE CAN GO TO COURT AND GET BACK ABOUT 6 MILLION DOLLARS TOTAL FOR Medicare and n the process Lynn Blodgett forced to obey the law, judges and contract terms and input oxygen clams he has not done so on since the COUP OF 2002. and other matters pending unpaid and unprocessed over the years even though remand order after remand order said to proves them .. etc. .
That total of $6 million includes the 4 million dollar theft of multiples. and this cabal of Lynn Blodgett's has now gone back to Congress and wants another trillion dollars added to the pot of money to steal from instead of going after the 3 trillion insiders says is owed back.
As a federal employer I have to report crimes and the FBI hung up on me and acted unprofessional.. BUT HOMELAND SECURITY DID ASSURE ME THEY WERE MONITORING ALL OF THIS AND PRAY THEY WILL NOT ALLOW MASSIVE THEFTS TO OCCUR.
But in the meantime my personal medical care is obstructed and no one can get an oxygen supplier n this corrupted mess.. even if I am approved for life by three plans. The claims is workers com p and has to be processed by them and Lynn Blodgett has not input one claims to the real system since he took total control of the USA in the COUP OF 2002 AND ALL OF HEALTH CARE AND NOW 'ALL; OF WORKERS COMP in the USA.
In the name of Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus , may the last dollar needed to keep the lights on at the hospital and doctors, etc. not be stolen from the USA.... and that the thieves be bound up and never allowed to do their evil.
Now I return to the long night ahead to see who will be our next president who will inherit the worse SWAMP OF CORRUPTION I HAVE EVER SEEN FROM INSIDE THE GOVERNMENT SINCE 6/68 OR OUTSIDE AS A CITIZEN OVER MY 71 YEARS. whomever wins needs our prayer and constructive criticism... as well as praise if they do something good and right for all of the nation and us. BUT IF ALL THE MONEY IS STOLEN HOW CAN ANYTHING GET DOWN FOR THE GOOD OF ALL OR ONE. ? I did also report to HHS fraud line to a nice lady who took the info to give to her company a sub , subsidiary of Goldman Sachs.. as she did not deny it was still her employer. she was more professional than other have been since they took over in 4/14 and immediately colluded to steal ... as reported here back in 4/14 Daily Recaps
The lettuce and spinach are coming up and need to get back to the garden ., I have several old microwaves to use as cold frames for plants. to set inside them.. in pots. and who knows if we will ever have any winter. this year... but is cool enough for greens. now.
I wish that I did not have to struggle for the right of life. but life is not always fair and its even worse when criminals are allowed to run the country instead of WE THE PEOPLE through our elected leaders who stand for us and the US Constitution which mandates they do so "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation>" If we cannot take care of ourselves. then how can we even begin to help others in humanity around the world who may be victims of disasters, natural or human wars.
I am exhausted. I was hoping that my employer would post and every one stop the hacking, but it even worse ,, the whole nation is decoupled.
I PRAY IN AM WRONG.. BUT ITS BEEN DONE BEFORE AND ITS MORE INSECURE THAN EVER... AND IF ITS JUST A FEW WORKERS COMP CLAIMS, TO BE MESSED WITH, WHY NOT CONTINUE WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN DOING...even though illegal? WHY TAKE DOWN THE WHOLE NATION'S SECURITY ON THE SYSTEM?
