I am not going to repeat what the COUP of 2002 is etc as its all in the article from yesterday and in the Daily tracking audit.. that no one in the real government has been allowed to spend. one penny to do since the COUP of 2002 by act of Congress. I am physically not n good shape from this, but its what has to be done to stay alive in a system with no government to enforce its laws or even 38 federal agency judges who back me up in my cases.. when contractors decided to be the government and steal and harm as they please.

I first called 1-800 Medicare.. That line has been blocked to us since 4/09 when I found out that thousands of fraud reports they had file never were docketed in in Washington dc at HHS as required as it was against a contractor of CMS (centers for Medicare and Medicaid services which now is supposed to be over all health care for every one n the USA and has no real control of any of it due to the COUP of 2002. of HHS.. I have those who forward on over to them for me and I appreciate it greatly as all of us have our lives at risk over what is going on ..
Nice people are hired to answer phones and much of their training is too often wrong info and not from CMS> at all... So when I call , part of any audit is also training and there is no way to even get info when they have no idea of very basic info ... I get some medical billers mad at me as they cannot find out and then the patients is giving answers... for the ignorance that is all through the system now of how to get paid when the primaries will not pay and Medicare has to pay and it appears only about 10% if these cases are getting to the recovery unit to go get OUR MONEY BACK. from those who are to be paying the bills. Just how much of an illegal "bail out" are all of our health and liability insurers suppose to have?? And they want more subsidies on top of ongoing theft?? and they create more costs to pay them and their international cabal companies by our good medical profession that does nothing to aid better health care. Now with suspicious links to the Clinton Foundations from many sources. and the real government investigators are well aware of this ..
1-800-Medicare owned by General Dynamics has been told not to alter what ones insurance is.. as the system is not secure and too many have done so and it changed what my employer posted which comes from the real system at the US Department of Labor they own but only the top people and the appellate judges can see it... and that makes no sense as the FECA unit there and the regional offices where they are to make decisions on claims have no access to it and can only have access to what Lynn Blodgett the contractor who rules the USA and not just in health care.. he works for ?? lets them have and he chose to not let anything be known on me, not even their own judges orders. My last call to day was to that unit and they said they do not and yet they often are called and give out false info on me thinking they have the info ... and do not.. They only know what Lynn Blodgett. the ruler of the USA wants them to know and he has lied all over the place and said I had gotten a workers comp settlement and retired and that is a lie and they would know it as facts do not add up if they even wanted to think about things. the real system knows that has not occurred.
I asked them to find out as the Recovery unit has sent out letters addressed to them to get monies recovered to Medicare and NO ONE IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT EVER SAW THEM AS LYNN BLODGETT'S address got them labeled as an official government office. .WHERE NO ONE FROM THE REAL GOVERNMENT IS THERE TO GET THEM AND HE IGNORES OR VERBALLY SAID DO NOT BOTHER HIM AND IN THE PAST THE RECOVERY UNIT EVEN DESTROYED ALL THEIR FILES ON ME AND TOOK DOWN MY SELF REPORTING SITE THERE AND I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED. ON HIS VERBAL WORD,,, No one was notified and that is all the medical providers, also who some day are due additional amounts for services... no one has rights but he and his international cabal. The US Constitution has been shredded to near extinction
1-800 Medicare showed that FEDERAL BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD MY EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN WAS PRIMARY BUT A NICE LADY SAID NO FEDERAL WORKERS COM ON FILE Bizarre on that as it showed I got the Blues on 8/1/2004... with that info updated on 7/1/14 NEW DATE FROM WHERE? I said you are not on the real system at all and that is an indication that a massive theft may be going to happen soon on all those with a card..(you will never be notified of the theft of your ID but you will have an overpayment against your heirs forever) as occurred in a couple of regions back in' 08 on all claims back to 1/06 and did not end until the real government did not renew the contract in 11/12 A TRIAL RUN FOR EVEN BIGGER THEFT THAN A TRILLION BUT EVERY LAST DOLLAR MEDICARE HAS? by a system to steal the clams and id and go around the real system as they did then and sent the info out to the federal reserve to go to an address only those in side would know and did not show on the real system, as it looked like a 1000 medical providers just our family had got 17 pays per clams and no one I know of did.
A BAD GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITY TO THE CONTRACTORS CAN THEN GRAB 1/2 OR MORE OF ALL THE PROPERTY IN THE USA FOR OVER PAYMENTS TO MEDICARE MORE NEVER KNEW EXISTED ON THEIR ANCESTORS OR THEMSELVES.
I have had this same family policy since most feds switched back to Blues in 1/11/91 But every 2 weeks soon after my employer posts to the billing system; an illegal software program has been run by contractor since 4/09 to remove the Blues But the workers comp was on there unhackable but nearly all injury cases get paid illegally as they will not use the date of injury but the entitlement date to part a Medicare
There was nothing to update in 7/1/14 at all. What did occur in 4/14 was collusion by HHS OIG contractors a sub, subsidiary of Goldman Sachs and they had them add the Blues back in as if I had a medigap policy .. Its possible that they corrected this on that dote, and then deleted it or sometime they flip is to secondary .. never seems to be quite consistent theft method ;
NO AUDITS BY THE REAL GOVERNMENT SINCE THE COUP OF 2002. SO I AM NOW INFORMING THEM AND SHARING OF WHAT HAS BEEN GOING ON AND I HAVE BEEN DOING SO ALL ALONG.. AND IGNORED. BUT IF THE LAST DOLLAR GETS STOLEN FROM MEDICARE IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS. THEY KNEW AND DID NOTHING TO STOP IT..
The lady had no info on what the insurance is on Part d but knew it was Aetna.. It has been showing the workers comp primary but not the fed blues. She did not know how or what to tell any one about filing a claim as a conditional payment and every one in the system has to know as its basic to getting paid.. no other way to legally do so when so many claims are getting missed to get the money back.. MEDICARE FOR ALL HAS BEEN ILLEGALLY BEING DONE. so why all the other premiums being paid???
I was switched to a supervisor who was able to access a different system? and said the workers comp was on there , but is it? or was she looking at a notation.. which no one is going to get via the clearing houses.. THIS HACKING OF FECA IT THE ONLY TIME THEY HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO THIS SINCE 2002 AND ITS ONLY ON THE SYSTEMS DESIGNED TO BY PASS THE REAL ONE..
I did start out asking about one of the 16 phony Medicare claim number and she did not have that info and then I had her check my current real one. since 2007 these phony numbers were used to by pass the real system to pay claims with out going to recovery from the primary and did not end until 11/12 I can only audit my own and my family members with Medicare cares on my policy we have all signed to access each others records. But if a 6 million theft can occur on us, it can be done all over on all if this is a massive theft being put in place.. and its not hard to go in on a system that is not connected to a real one and (decoupled) as they did on the Health Insurance Exchange and now illegals are signing up for insurance and subsidies or fake people created and even more blatant thefts of another billion dollars already??
A GAO report (linked to this blog an done can do a word or phrase search at the top)has just come out but did not find out why as I am not letting all know how they did it. I do not have the know how to program it, but do understand the over all systems and what they can and can not do from all my years around them since 1967 when I first set down to an old 360 billing system on job while in college ??? as nothing is being Cross checked with other systems as has to go on. And this time if could be 100 claims numbers per person as one can make up all kinds of suffixes or a spouse and even men may now find out they have multiple ones now also as same sex marriages are legal and paid. Neither would tell me where the call center was except it was SE... possibly in Alabama? or Florida which is a newer one ??That would help know who is connected to what system.
I then called Coordination and recovery contractor and the phone menu said Medicare is primary for some claims indication FECA is on that system
But the system the representative had said no workers comp and showed it was deleted 1/1/08 and yet the recovery menus said it was open 11/15 2010 and they had one bill they were following up to recover of 102.30... and what about the other 6 million? on all of those on my fed blues policy.. Currently there does not seem to be any kind of real process there to recover when ones employer plan is the one getting out of paying primary when one is still employed.. granted its usually a long term leave of absence like a sabbatical or workers comp case being messed with as Lynn Blodgett now pays all of those nationwide for nearly all insurers. like he has obstructed FECA since 2002.
Recovery unit contractor has no record of my prior real Medicare claims numbers but the break is not for those changes when Doyle filed for benefits and I filed on him. either. ITS A MELT DOWN OF ALL THE PHONY INFO COMING FROM LYNN BLODGETT?? OVER THE YEARS AND THE SYSTEMS SEEM TO BE PULLING OUT WHATEVER Its NEARER IN CYBER SPACE AND ITS NOT CHRONOLOGICAL NOR LOGICAL AT ALL
Recovery system said I am to get a new letter establishing the record on 11/9/16 and that would be the day after the next post from employer. But will it post? as its being bypassed. and that seems to come from the appellate judges and only a few high up in the US Department of Labor has access as no one else can know the judges orders or ruling on me as that only comes from Lynn Blodgett and he chooses not to tell them .. in violation of his contract.. but no one knows he is violating it as no one can spend a penny to audit since the COUP of 2002. WORKERS OF THE USA HE NOW HAS CONTROL OF ALL WORKERS COMP..... WITH A NEW GROUP OF SHELL COMPANIES ..

I called BACK AND GOT THE Ohio CALL CENTER AND THEY SHOW MY FILE IS BLOCKED AND SINCE last week when ALL KNEW THAT MEANT ONES EMPLOYER WAS POSTING AND NOT TO TOUCH IT Now THEY ARE BEING TOLD IT MEANS THAT THE PATIENTS ETC IS TRYING TO CHANGE IT. and not to do so . .
RETALIATIONS AND DISCRIMINATION AND LIFE THREATENING MEDICAL SITUATIONS FOR ME AND MINE AND ANY ONE ELSE WHEN NO DOCTOR OR HOSPITAL CAN FIND OUT WHO IS GOING TO PAY THE BILL .
I am very fine with what my employer has been posting since 2002, and the Medicare judges are also and said its accurate after they got the info from the top themselves. yet those who need to process things in my file cannot get access to do so !!!!???? I just want THEM to not change it. and facilitate thefts and overpayments against me and my good doctors. etc. But Ohio's now shoving that workers comp is deleted. Is their system now decoupled.. like the west half of the USA already has been ? to hack the post secured post in the nation?? as workers comp was on there yesterday etc. THAT HAS BEEN HACKED BUT NOT ON PART D ? WHICH IS GETTING THE REAL SYSTEM BUT DOES NOT USE IT Lynn Blodgett PAYS ALL OF THOSE CLAIMS FOR ALL THE INSURERS AND THEY ONLY CHECK TO SEE IF THEY HAVE A GOOD MEDICARE NUMBER AND NEVER CHECK TO SEE IF MEDICARE IS PRIMARY AND PAY ALL THE CLAIMS AT FULL NON NEGOTIATED PRICES. and never send any to be recovered from a primary payer.. They have no process to do so ?? that they use?? .
I then tried to get someone at US Department of labor as when the recovery unit contractors sends out the recovery letters. , they are gong to Lynn Blodgett and he has never answered the formally he just ignores them.. NO one at the US Dept of Labor sees them.. Those need to go to the Sec of Labor and he have someone in the real government answer them....that has access to the real system.. will have to be him... ?? but they have no control of their contractor... but they would have something to show Congress as to how and things are ..
I also talked to contract compliance office to do who cannot help as postings linked her in the past show from the past and the person said right away he was aware and complaints come in and they can do nothing about Lynn Blodgett etc. CONGRESS YOU HAVE SOME EMPLOYEES INSIDE WHO COULD TESTIFY INCOGNITO.. IF YOU PROTECTED THEM THIS CONFIRMS I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE. LIKE ME.
I called back and tried to get the menu direct to recovery AND ENDED UP AT COORDINATION AND THEY
Switched to supervisor and most of the day never got to talk to anyone as disconnected
I was having bad chest pains and had to rest... and was woke up with the phone ringing and a call from Walmart computer saying a prescription was filled and the co pay amount. and I called and found out that it was one of Doyle's and their were getting that Fed Blues is now primary on him and they make one wait closer to the refill date than Medicare and he had paid for a few pills until next week .... Fed Blues has not even been on any of our part D's and Humana had the termination date of 2/28/10 for them and would not accept any proof otherwise as they have to go by the system controlled by Lynn Blodgett's management company at Blues whom we have some names of who has called and lied like this over the years the main pharmacy manager has to be there so he can go in and get the co pay from Blues.. rather than the other way around.
REMEMBER WE FEDS HAVE HAD NO WRITTEN COORDINATION POLICY on our employer group health plans WITH PART D MEDICARE SINCE 1/1/06 WHEN THE LAW WAS PASSED . Its very clear on part A and B. and pretty simple. And it seems its to be the same on Part D basically we pay $0 except if one is prescribed a narcotic.pain killer. A few years ago some of the larger pharmacy made deals like Walmart did with Humana for $4 generics and we only have to pay $0. But now due to any policy we have ever been able to have a copy of.
Why do we all not know what these deals were???? or have it with our yearly policies???

ARE YOU CONFUSED? how about our good doctors and their expensive billing services trying to get some kind of pay???? This is unconscionable and totally illegal to do that for health Care and rising health cares costs over such corruption by the real government not having any authority budget over all contractors of this cabal since the Coup of 2002 to protect the assets of this nation which is OUR MONEY BEING STOLEN as we all pay taxes. in some way.. I pay on our phone bill which is the land line I am attached to the Internet on . right here.
In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus, may we not be robbed of the last penny for health care before we get Dr. Carson in charge next year or we have to pray that Hillary will undue what she helped create. THIS IS NOT HEALTH CARE DOLLARS BEING USED TO HEAL THE SICK is it??? and Christ said we are gong to hell if we do not heal the sick and feed the hungry .. Health care is something we have to share the costs on ... as once in a while we need to have an expensive machine do a test etc. and currently our good doctors etc. are being skimmed and scammed as bad as the rest of us paying this same contractors as we do as taxpayers with no real government over seeing anything, really, since the COUP OF 2002.
VOTE YOUR LIFE MAY DEPEND ON WHOMEVER IS ELECTED TO KNOW WE ARE INVOLVED AND EXPECT SOME POSITIVE ACTIONS. I voted for Trump as I have grave concerns that Hillary will change.. but if she does pray ..... she sees the light of good. and unravels the mess she had a big part in creating. Whichever one wins, we are in for some rough times. as the crooks will not stop their free flow of our money very easily and they may drain the public treasury before Trump has chance to drain the swamp of corruption.
