I cannot afford it with having to spend so much to stay alive.. and pay for insurance at an amount over what is the legal amount do to the corruption inside the government contractors plus the health care fully covered by Federal workers comp .... but no one has much of that any more as all the bills are now dumped on to Medicare with all the illegal secret deals on going.. since the COUP OF 2002 when congress voted on a bill , most never knew what was end it to have no internal audits nor criminal investigation of a government contractors by taking away the budget to spend one penny to stop what is now the biggest ricco case in the history of he USA and daily we are robbed and WHERE IS THE MONEY LYNN BLODGETT AND WHO IS YOUR REAL BOSS? now running it all with upwards of 200 companies and as many illegal secret deals and controls all from every possible conflicting end as he SEC was also defunded so they cannot stop these illegal conflicts....

There is to be one billing system for Medicare by CMS contractors and all should be getting the same info each and every day... My employer posts to that system and 3 Medicare judges ruled that its accurate as based on the info they got from the real US Department of Labor's own in house system that is in Washington DC.. but even the local regional office do not have access as they only can have what the Contractor lets them have and my systems file is not even set up since Lynn Blodgett's company took over total control of FECA and now has control of every one's? workers comp in the USA with contracts with all the insurance carriers.... costs are down as Medicare is paying the bills and few are getting sent to the recovery unit to get the monies back as the system is still not programmed to show the real injury data and get missed.. * they are using a dummy system not connected to the real one in DC as not inputting oxygen to that means its DECOUPLED BUT NO ONE IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT KNOWS ALL THIS AS THERE IS NO AUDITS ALLOWED SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.
PLUS NO ONE IN THE WHOLE USA THAT DEALS WITH MEDICAL BILLING AND THE REGIONAL OFFICES HAS KNOWN HOW TO PROCESS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT CLAIM WHICH is the only legal way to ask Medicare to pay when the primary payers will not pay.. Indications are that a illegal system is being set up now nationwide to by pass the real system to facilitate this on going theft of Medicare by the subsidiary of Emblem Health International formerly Group Health Inc.
No one in the real government and congress has no idea what is going on as there has been no real audit controls since the COUP of 2002.. What I am sharing with you is the things a real audit would detect and if it were done by a federal official with access to all the info , as I am not as I am not in that department now,, this would all over in a week and what some say is about trillion dollars owed back to Medicare would be due process letters and real collection letters being sent ... and then we would really know what Congress needs to pass for a health care system that will work as it will be based on reality and how to better use our precious monies for direct care.. and not skims and scams by contractors all tied to Lynn Blodgett.
Nice people who are our neighbors work in this contractors and most are so mistrained they have no idea they are part of this robbing of the USA.

I am now getting referred to a supervisor with disparate orders and then being hung up on without the info of what is on my records. And this means I will be getting overpaid if claims get paid and not coded as a conditional payment and sent over to recovery ... ( ITS NOT COLLECTIONS AS THERE HAS BEEN NO ENFORCEMENT SINCE 1994 WHEN SEC OF HHS Donna Shalala and First Lady Hillary Clinton decided that "the insurance industry could 'police itself?" and began the collapse of the health care system as NO ONE HAD TO PLAY BY THE RULES ANYMORE.
But the real collapse began IN THE COUP OF 2002 not long after the whole Medicare system and ownership of our medical records from claims filed and now every one's was owned by Group Health Inc of NY and NOT UNDER THE HIPPAA LAW WITH TOO MANY TRAGIC DEATHS re a Congressional study done a decade ago and still they will not do the simple fix of getting it under the HIPPAA so errors and co mingling of patients records can be corrected..
As its now used for one medical care and how I found out in 2007 with a close call of life and loss of sight at an ER who accessed and the hospital later let me know what had happened.. if I had sued I might still not have know, It was said it was to be used for medical research.. HOW ACCURATE IS MEDICAL RESEARCH BASED ON SUCH A HORRIFIC MESS.? Every one of us is harmed as our tax dollars are stolen and wasted . and lives lost and health ruined..

Today I called Medicare coordination and recovery center contractor. and the phone menu told me that I had part A and B of mediocre and it was primary except for some claims.. * an indication that may FECA was back on the system... but Medicare has never been primary and never will be until Lynn Blodgett posts my file so my claims examiner .. at FECA can proves a request for permanent disability from them... US Depart of education has already done this back in 1997 and waived student loans... and SSA has orders from a judges to get my file to the state agency (contractor? guess who>) and get it determined for real if I should be approved before age 65... it has not been and what was done is written of here..in the past. *do a word search at the top of this blog.
The phone menu got bypassed to check Part D medicare... but later I got it and it is saying FECA primary for some clams and Medicare primary got the rest.. THERE IS NO REST.
and Fed Blues is missing on Part D and we have over $2000 in co pays we have been unable to get anyone to pay as for past claims before Walmart made a deal with part D.. but we are all getting overpaid from this
I reached the NM call center for the western half of the USA and they have FECA on there today for Part A , B for some claims but still using the wring injury date as of the date of entitlement to part A even though CMS has begged for years as they promise to change this and will not do so and use the real date., Unlike the phone verification,, they only showed Medicare for part D
Due to home oxygen being workers comp's bill I not only have permanent medical but all bills are FECA's which is not the same on others inured workers.
I got switched to a supervisor Malone and we soon were disconnected. . I am still shocked that no one knows what a conditional payment is and what should be told to medical billing people going in circles... instead of begging the system be hacked to get paid. and Recovery not get it to get the money back.. Plus the patients and the medical treater is not liable for any overpayment if the recovery units gets it;.. THERE IS NO WAY A PATIENT NOR A DOCTOR, ETC. CAN TAKE ON A HUGE "BEAST SYSTEM" AND GET THEM TO OBEY THE LAWS IF THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT DO IT.
I called back to get back to the Supervisor if possible and got in on the menu for recovery to see what it said about me to day.. SURPRISE AND DISMAY..
it has one bill in the system dated 5/20/2010 for $102.30 and a recovery letter was sent out ... I NEVER GOT MY COPY AS REQUIRED.. as I am a party patient and financially .. The system said that another follow up letter was sent out on 8/18/16 and this would have been at the time that our doctors, etc. were being sent in circles from Fed Blues to Medicare and back again as once the primary says no, or send back and that does not take much time to get,, then MEDICARE SHOULD HAVE HAD NEARLY $30,000 IN BILLS SENT TO RECOVERY AS THE CLAIMS SHOULD HAVE GONE TO MEDICARE THE FIRST TIME AS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENTS. no one is to listen to the health insurer on this.. I DO NOT WORK FOR HCS HOLDING COMPANY BLUE CROSS. BLUE SHIELD. nor Lynn Blodgett's management firm that has called in fake retirement dates since 2002 and had the system hacked to facilitate theft. of Medicare and overpayment's against the patients. Even if they say they got them all from the OPM contractors of his cabal. I know the real top of OPM had the correct info a few years ago when I spoke to the former acting director and long time counsel and she had my file and knew my case well and made a lot of sense as she said DO NOT FORGET THAT THE WORKERS COMP LAW OVERRIDES ALL ON ME. I wish President Obama had just nominated her and we might all be in better shape now???
I never got a copy of the 8/18/2016 letter either.. There is a phone menu selection that asked if I wished to have the request refreshed and go in and add other bills paid on me that belong at FECA and I pushed the number for YES.. so we will see what happens as it said letters are to go out to all partners and I should get them in a couple of weeks. Will keep you posted.
The new system seems to be trying to stop the thefts, but too much is going on that is not letting is work and the on going misinformation is horrendous. In our areas, all medical provides, etc. have to bill electronically and one cannot bill that way for a conditional payment since 1/1/06 when the simple Field to click was left off the system/ I am the one all get mad at and not the contractor refusing to comply with the specs the taxpayer has paid for... WHERE IS OUR MONEY ???
While on hold I check my e mails and got the alerts for jobs at Lynn Blodgett's companies in my state.. I have signed up to get... and say one for Xerox at health care solutions and linked the center. I am not saying they are not a good medical source.. .to go to if injured ... But I did call and got a call back and found out there was no pulmonlogist or cardiologist there. and no center in my area.
They denied any connection to Xerox or Affiliated computer services. yet the phone number was liked to Xerox site?? Its those situations were there is non connection... but not a legal one???
More that Congress needs to look at more closely. So as most of these centers, if you break your arm or leg and your injuries are not controversial you may do well at tone of these center.. and many do exist around the USA. But I have never found any for toxic or chemical inures and FECA has no pulmonologist nor cardiologist listed either.. TO HELP AS ITS AS IF NO ONE GETS SUCH AN INJURY SO WHY IS THERE NOW 11 MILLION PATIENTS LIKE ME IN THE USA... HOW DID WE ALL GET THIS WAY? Household products are so weakened its nearly impossible to create a toxic cloud as we were over come with at work on 1/10/89 .
I then called 1-800 Medicare TO SEE WHAT THEY SHOWED AND THEY SHOW MEDICARE AS PRIMARY AND NO WORKERS COMP AT ALL.
This one is hacked and the FECA is not on there but it showed HCS Blues of OK but I was never able to get them to tell me if open or if its shows the wrong termination date of 2/28/10 yet. called in from then to get out of paying as a primary . . She said she did not see a termination date. and over at Part D she only showed I had Aeitna and no other info on ins. THIS LAST WEEK IS THE FIRST TIME SINCE 2002 THAT THE OFFICIAL SECURE POSTING FROM US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR HAS BEEN ABLE TO HACK THE FECA COVERAGE, EVEN THOUGH THEY SHOWED THE WRONG DATE .as it posts as of the date of entitlement to Part A Medicare. that is the contractor as it would cost more money to extend the file back to 1/10/89 nor for most would only be back 25 months. I kept trying to work , even part time. and why I ended up with EEOC Sanctions against the Clinton Foundation associate who was the Sec of HHS Donna Shahala at the tine for 'attempted murder: as I came close to dying on the job more than once from promise to FECA ignore or removal of chemical barriers and non exertional job and all without Oxygen as I am now told was to have from day one.. but to go to work on oxygen makes an invisible disability very visible.. Some of the heart, and kidney damage seems to have been done in that time as the progression has slowed greatly since then..
1-800 Medicare is not on the real system at all.. Apparently only Part D is so far....the rest seems to be a decoupled one to BY PASS THE EMPLOYER POST AND THE REAL COMMON WORKING FILE WHICH AND THERE IS NO ORDER I HAVE SEEN FROM CMS THAT THE EMPLOYER IS NOT THE OFFICIAL WORD ON WHETHER ONE IS EMPLOYED OR WHAT HEALTH INSURANCE OR WORKERS COMP ONE HAS.
Mine is from the real govt.. and its an official government file being hacked. The IT people there have been hacked for the first time since 1988?? I do not think this showing they are,, its been bypassed by another system to get around it and then use that for all to get as if its the real one.? I have sound justification of all of this in an ongoing pattern of real corruption for years..
And they had told e in the past that attempts have been made and they were not able to do it.. The employer group health plan is not as secure as one may change plans each year. or some might just drop it and go with Medicare but I have others on that plan and need the family plan for them and for me its the only thing I have to access medical help as its what one now calls high option and I can go anywhere for care.. with Medicare as co pays anywhere if they co not charge higher than the rates...
1-800 Medicare no longer shows the 16 other Medicare numbers archived under my one that Trailblazer crested to steal $4 million in my name and is to be recovered also by RECOVERY FROM WHOMEVER GOT It.. I do not know of any medical provider who did. but the money went somewhere but their records show it had gone to the address of the doctors, etc. on it. so its must by located AND RETURNED TO MEDICARE ALSO AS ITS AN OVERPAYMENT AGAINST ME AND MY HEIRS FOREVER ALSO AND NO WAY TO GET A WAVIER AS LYNN BLODGETT WILL NOT PROCESS ONE THAT IS EASY AS ONE GIVES NO FINANCIAL INFO ON FORM SSA 632 and says 'its against equity and good conscience "as I cannot arrest anyone, cancel a government contract etc .. to stop it. and the only one that did is the former acting director of CMS Don Berwick MD began the process to not renew the contract in one region... but they and their parent company have even more contacts now...
As for the recovery unit.. A year ago , I refaxed all the years of bills since I had a card and all under appeal at some stage and they never processed a one of them for recovery .. ant the former letters went to Lynn Blodgett as he gave his address in London Ky as the US Department of Labor and all these should go to the Sec of Labor and let him decided who should answer them there.
Congress would not confirm one nominee that was trying to 'fix this corrupted mess when will be learn that not all those in the opposing political party are all bad.. Some are, but many do not wish the nation robbed by bad actors. even if we have philosophical disagreements with how to spend the nation's money which is our money we all pay into one way or another. so we can have things for each other and in common,
So I called back to Medicare coordination of benefits. as I used to call back as wait times re sometime nearly an hour. and made one call waiting for the other to call back and got the OHIO CALL center for the first time in days. NOW THEY ARE BEING TOLD THE RED LINE ON MY RECORD IS NOT THAT THE EMPLOYER HAS POSTED BUT NOT TO LET THE PATIENT CORRECT INFO . I am being defamed and this is discrimination as all are now being told far different info as to what it means and why daily tracking is crucial to pick up all this tid bits of info.. as things change for better or worse, and so far it not for better. for the most part . I am just wanting my employers post to be left alone ... as its the order, rules, and contract terms all I found out was that Medicare is primary for A and B(hacked) and got transferred to a supervisor. and she hung up on me. without any info .. If I was in there as an official auditor , they would not get by with this.. and I have the full right to know what is going on with my own records that affect my right to health care and fiscal liability .
I call back and got sent to Malone in NM and disconnected again with no info obtained
a third attempt got me put through to another supervisor in NM and disconnected.
I ended the day not knowing if I have Federal blues on there open but incorrectly showing as secondary or if its still showing a false info from Lynn Blodgett's over there as being terminated 2/28/10
When I called back the last time I went onto the recovery menu and went through the info and it asked if I wished to check for status for another date and I put in a date this Summer when I know it was OK and it gave me no info ... at all
WHERE IS MY FEDERAL BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD I PAY $516 A MONTH FOR MY FAMILY AND I AND THE TAXPAYER PAYS THE OTHER 3/4THS
MY MEDICARE .GOV Does NOT HELP AS IT GOT SET UP ON ONE OF THE 16 PHONY NUMBERS WITHOUT ME DOING IT AND NEVER BEEN ABLE TO GET IT STRAIGHTENED OUT..I need to call those people and get it down.. I still get multiple alerts yearly to go get multiple mammograms, etc. each year. So why 1-800 Medicare could not see this makes me wonder it they have not archived all under one number as Novatis has that pays most of the claims in our area. OR IF ALL MY CLAIMS ARE AGAIN BEING PAID 17 TIMES. OR THEY ARE GETTING READY FOR A MASSIVE NATIONWIDE OR WESTERN HALF OF THE NATION BEING ROBBED LIKE THIS WITH ID AND CLAIMS STOLEN AND TURNED INTO MULTIPLES AND THE GOVERNMENT WILL HAVE LEANS ON THE WHOLE WESTERN HALF OF THE USA forever???? I could not put it past whomever is doing all of this.. as they have done it before and no one arrested as Congress said no..
So my day of training call center employees has ended with the highest management not pleased as those they have mistrained now getting smart and capable of doing their job to help the public. seems to be what is going on... ??? And I mentioned disparate treatment and discrimination more than once for just not being able to verify what is on my won record that affects my right to life , health care and avoid overpayment to the government. and yes I have the names to id them .. but most do not deserve to be involved in this sordid mess.to earn a living
I have already called in for EEO counseling to start a retaliation complaint if I can find out who or where it should begin in all of this...
