healthfinder.gov - Gene Test May ID Chemo Patients at Risk of Clots: Study  I have been tested for this and am positive... I have not had cancer.. thankfully; and no chemo therapy that goes with it... But am chemically sensitive and some how we are all n the same group medically and genetically?

Its why I can not take blood thinners and even the pineapple supplement made from the stem called Bromelain can cause bleeding ... which mine happens in the sinuses first.  and soon aware of it.. which is a good thing as others may not be aware until things have gotten much worse. 

    The echo sound I had done at the hospital last week and then started the daily tracking is over the huge mass of blood clots I passed.. and not just some spotting etc. from internal sources... I am being politically nice on line and ( I am not a doctor and unusual changes even when one has chronic medical issues do need to have a doctor decide if there is more to do..

     For me having an FDA that is allowed to do its job to protect us from pills where the medicine saves your life, but the pill can kill you... as that part has never been regulated and its not even always listed what all may be ingested in the pill one takes other than the medicine. 

     This genetic testing in the article linked is not always paid for by health plans,, and yet one could bleed to death if one does not know... I had issues getting it paid for and its was nearly 3 thousand dollars for it as well as other blood work done that is usually covered .thankfully all the health car premiums I pay and you as taxpayer pay for part of that I had nothing to pay.. but an overpayment to Medicare as the system was backed at Emblem health and it got dumped onto Medicare.

Its part of those medicals one should have on them just in case its not in the national medical data base which is not what your doctor or hospital records show.. and is a deadly mess of co mingled patients records, typos and I found one instance of intentional sabotage...

    But since its a contract of Group health In, now Emblem health international since 1999 of New York Congress will not put contractors under the HIPPAA law, and this is the data base that can really do you harm and cause death , especially  in a busy emergency room and those who have never seen you before.

       One ore reason why its important to have a doctor that knows you, as even a busy one will remember a patients they have had for years.   Not easy to do when ones health insurance files are a continual criminal mess by the company that maintains the system Emblem Health International subsidiary ..

                                    DAILY TRACKING OF THE THEFT OF MEDICARE.

       Mid morning I called the Medicare Coordination of benefits and recovery center and the phone menu did not give me my automated info ... When I got through and talked to a nice person I had reached the New Mexico call center and the system was down.. but I was able garner some info    I have a
CORRECTION OF MISINFORMATION..
     The employees of the New Mexico contractor of Emblem Health's subsidiary which is the Medicare coordination and recovery center are receiving the new minimum of $10 an hour mandated by President Obama in recent times.  Somehow I misunderstood a prior  contact?..
    I also was told that there is still and east coast office in New York but it IS NOT A CALL CENTER.   but it was in that office that a prior person n the Columbus OH call center had said a supervisor there had gone in an hacked the system and altered the official info on me that had posted to the common working file form the US Department of Labor and that the Medicare judges had affirmed is accurate by info they got from them  and no change  and the call centers still do not have the judges rulings posted which would be helpful.. But when I got the first one back in 2008 and gave it to them... their manager said;
WE DO NOT CARE WHAT A MEDICARE JUDGE SAYS THEY HAVE DEALS MADE THEY HAVE TO GO BY THAT OVERRIDE JUDGES, LAWS AND EVEN TERMS OF THEIR FEDERAL CONTRACTS.     This hacking has resulted in close to $20.,000 worth of clams on myself and family being illegally paid by Medicare as they were not labeled as a monies to be recovered from the primary payers for myself and those with a Medicare card on my Fed Blues and mine are to be recovered from FECA even though I also have my employer group health plan, Federal Blues as one of two primary .. and they in turn should be sending my claims they pay , even the co pays an deductibles to FECA to get the money back... Of course all the entities listed are under the control of Lynn Blodgett  and his many companies
           I also was told that the training that the employees in the New Mexico call center is far different that that in the Columbus office or in New York whom I have talked with recently.  The NM center said they have not received any info that they cannot change a posting even if ones employer makes the post,, but THEY HAVE NO WAY TO SHOW IT IS AN EMPLOYER POST ON THEIR SCREEN
                         WHAT I HAVE BEEN DOING IS EXACTLY THE KIND OF THINGS THAT GO ON IN A REAL INTERNAL AUDIT OF A CONTRACTOR OR ANY FEDERAL OFFICE OR EMPLOYEE... 
   The only difference it that this is me as a patients having to do what the real government has not been permitted to do since the COUP of 2002.
   An audit is not to be firing or cancelling a contract,, its to find out what is going on so that they can do their job better and legally as they are to do it. 
    The NM call center has intelligent and decent folks working there is my opinion but THEY NEED SOME INTENSE TRAINING  And access to the real system to be able to do their job for us .AND EVERY ONE AT CMS and contractors needs to know the basics of how to get a claim processed when the primaries do not pay or their may be one to pay in the future on a recent injury... And its unconscionable that they taxpayer has paid for systems, now a brand new one that is not compliant... 
     A real audit would lead back to the real officials at CMS and what  wrong  instructions were given and by whom  or if the systems contractors did this wrong on their own ,, then a real intense investigation should be done and possible criminal as this is not some error .. as too much is being stolen through the contracts over this..  the system seems to be getting set up to allow ones health insurer to decide if one is employed and if one is injured on the job, or who is to pay in a car accident, etc???? I do not work for Fed Blues and certainly not for CNA the liability insurer involved
     And the coding counsel knew from me the issues before they did the last system that is still going down... IT WILL AND ANOTHER BILLION WASTED OF THE TAXPAYERS MONEY AS IT IS STILL ON THE HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGE.. AS THE SYSTEM IS IN MELT DOWN FROM THE HACKING THAT OCCURRED ON MY RECORD  
     Its not going to 'compute; conflicting info coming in from all areas. and cyber space and not crash.
  THE ILLEGAL BAIL OUR OF THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY AND LIABILITY INSURERS IS ABOUT OVER AND THE LAST HURRAH TO STEAL FROM THE TAXPAYER IS CRASHING THE SYSTEM ?
                           Mid day call back found the systems back up.. and the phone verification  was as it was yesterday / For part D Medicare there was a health plan ahead of Medicare abut on Part A and B m Medicare was still incorrectly primary    Yet when I get a prescription no one bills FECA?  or is Lynn Blodgett paying himself ???as he pays those clams for all of the Part D insurers now and not as a CMS contractors in that part.  Of course all clams will go past the system as the date of injury is shown on that part as 1/1/06 the date Part D began and not 1/10/89.
     So I then talked to a nice man and he verified all that was the same since yesterday...  He transferred me to what he called eh RECOVERY  center in New York and eventually the phone was answered after ringing and ringing by the same supervisor I spoke to nearly a week ago who was not so nice then.. He was more calmed down now... and I am not going to share his name,,,, but  its on file and one who is in the hub at the top of this..  At least he was not calling me a liar as to whether I even had Fed Blues as its still on their it germinated in 2/28/2010 and that is pure melt down.. since I have had the same policy since 1/10/91 when many feds switched to Blues as they offer one of the better policies, at least on paper. With the other insurances, if they will ever pay their bills and stop the hacking of the systems,, I would consider a different plan ,, but at present there is not way to do this...   
   As all the plans that have flexibility of areas to get care as the high option does would pay the entire bills between all the insurers for self and family on the policy that have Medicare cards.
     He said within 48 hours someone would be calling me as he needed to research this.
 I said my lie is endangered if I try to get an oxygen supplier or even go to a hospital with only Medicare on the system then I even have.. WAKE UP THE LAWS THAT SAY ALL GET MEDICAL CARE ONLY APPLES TO MAKING SURE YOU ARE BREATHING AND ALIVE BEFORE BEING SENT ON YOUR WAY... YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING ADMITTED TO A HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT AS THE STANDARDS WOULD SAY YOU GET... AS
HEALTH CARE IN THE USA VIOLATES THE 14TH AMENDMENT OF THE US CONSTITUTION THAT ALL ARE TO BE TREATED EQUALLY .. 
    In health care that would mean that every one receive the health care ones medical condition says one should be getting based on approved medical treatment standards  ONE ONLY GETS THAT IF ITS ALL GONG TO BE PAID FOR..  And they know we are not wealthy and have no way to pay for all the co pays that Medicare will not pay for..  and the current Hillary care which she calms as hers and it is her doing through the years, DISCRIMINATES AGAINST THE 11 MILLION + (PER STUDIES ) WHO HAVE INFLAMING REACTIONS TO CHEMICALS AND NOT ALLERGIES THAT CAN END ONES LIFE JUST AS EASILY AS ONE WITH A SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION TO PEANUTS, ETC.  At least she admits it needs h=fixed and she would know the best how to unravel the mess she was part of creating  as far back as 1993. with Former Sec of HHS Donna Shalala who ordered in 1994 to allow the health insurance industry to 'police itself" and began the down ward collapse of the whole health care system in the USA
   No wonder the brand new system is not done to legal specs. as the coding counsel I was in contact wit included some of the real culprits form among the health insurers and contractors... and little mention of any one from the real government involved at all. And its been learned that the regional offices do not know how to get a clam paid as a conditional payment anymore and led to this entire trillions gone missing from the health care system that got illegally paid our or blatantly squandered.
This would have paid for health care for every one and trained enough doctors and others for all to have rapid care when needed.  And enough left over to help other much better around the world. HEALING THE SICK  is a path to world peace,,, isn't it.?
   JUSTICE FOR ALL  means every one  and its not present in our current health care system and yet billions keep being squandered and stolen that could well provide it for each one in some kind of a plan.. if the ones who will be running are doing so legally and not trying to steal from the people.
  IN the name of Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus, may all the sick be healed and may our good doctors and other health care professional be treated with fairness and not be crushed under the international cabal allowed to rule this nation , under the current head, Lynn Blodgett whom is at the head of my prayer list... to changed. and do what is right and food for all.  But as the rich young ruler Christ spoke of , he may have to give it all up to save  his eternal soul..
     In the USA, that might be 'turning states evidence' on his bosses and they face the judges and juries and consequences of actions...  He can never replace what has been lost for the many who have already died in this mess he rules over... and what I personally have in health and wealth that would have given us a  modest but, comfortable last few decades of earthly life from what  we earned with out own efforts and hands,.
    Now I have to get some bills paid for the month and order a few items online that our meager budget will allow us to spend for... and the heat is oppressive at times ...   WILL WE EVEN HAVE A WINTER THIS YEAR?
