WITH THE NEW CLOUD DRAINING TRUMP'S SWAMP
I am very tired tonight as family and I did some home reorganizing today finding place for wintered plants inside and place to start seedlings for next Spring . Winter seems to be here for real... but not bitterly cold yet.. All the plants to save are in the house and in  windows ..
           So I am not going to try and repeat all the info of back history as one can read all here over the years. but especially since 10/25/16. 
                       DAILY TRACKING OF MELTDOWN OF MEDICARE SYSTEM
   Started out to see what it showed to day for my two primary payers before Medicare and found Fed Blues back on now again , but secondary to Medicare as of 8/1/2004... Still not sure where that date came from as Lynn Blodgett's et al at Illinois Blues and at OPM where the top officials have my records, but not his bunch?? has kept coming up with all kinds of fake retirement dates on me .. and calling Emblem health owner of Medicare coordination and recovery and having them violate their contact and alter what my employer posts... which there are never to change..  ON THE HEALTH EXCHANGE THIS KIND OF ILLEGAL DEALS OF INSURERS GETTING OUR OF PAYING CLAIMS HELPED COST THE TAX PAYER A BILLION DOLLARS AS THE CLOUD WILL NOT DISAPPEAR THE REAL INFO AND KEEPS TRYING TO CORRECT THE ILLEGAL ONES
                   And it still shows where someone in the corporate headquarters in NY tried to delete my Federal Workers comp and IT IS STILL UN HACKABLE... BUT WHAT HAS OCCURRED IS THAT MY MEDICAL PROVIDERS NOW CAN ONLY GET I HAVE MEDICARE or what ever the clearing house makes up as my insurance and who pays first and that info giver to all is Lynn Blodgetts'  AND A BOTCHED MESS IT IS BY THE CLEARING HOUSES THAT LYNN BLODGET  OWNS SOME AND IS INFO PROVIDER TO ALL a linked reports here  in the past indicate  AND THINGS ARE BEING COMPLETELY MADE UP BY HUMAN INTERVENTIONS THAT IS NOT FROM ANY CYBER SPACE AT ALL  He is named by many as the only source the real government has of what my files say... as he hold them from even them to know.. and is in defiance of 38 federal agency judges now.. and more hearings pending his people will not let get heard for years or would that be 138 by now ?? Would not matter as there is no government budget to use to make him behave and when they can trick a regional office person or two to be an 'authority' for an illegal act' he can hide behind them and blame them for the illegal or unethical actions. 
     I checked on another claim from 7/7/16  that they did not know when it got paid.
      This might  have gone through another unit at Novatis. and that is another big question.. I had mentioned conditional payment but they are always told by Lynn Blodgett et al to ignore me.. I am just  AND OLD DISABLED WOMAN... AND I JUST NAMED THREE CLASSES OF DISCRIMINATION AREAS UNDER THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT. AND ITS VERY REAL AS TO HOW I AND MANY OF US ARE TREATED IN THIS MATTER WHO DO KNOW SOME THINGS AS WE WORKED IN  MANY AREAS TO KNOW SOME THINGS.  to know things are not being done as they should.  EVEN IF WE DO NOT KNOW ALL THE DETAILS  as he is the lawgiver now.. by act of Congress to provide all the info and training as nothing CMS says matters ... ? By the time Lynn Blodgett et al people get through spewing out gossip and rumor I would have to pause to know if they should listen to me either.. BUT I WOULD GO ONLINE AND FIND THE REAL INFO FROM CMS...  CMS REGIONAL OFFICE OFFICIALS WERE BLAMING ME FOR THE MELT DOWN OF THE SYSTEM ... AS IF I WAS ASKING THEM TO CHANGE THE INFO AND THEY HAD DONE SO .. I have not even contacted them in a long time... as could not and would not do anal good. just filed appeals periodically to keep everything current for the day we have a real government in charge of things again with the budget again to make all obey the law of the land again... The process to be followed will expose the corruption and some contracts lose their contacts and jail for some??  All I have ever asked it this be followed as it protects my rights and others of life and livelihood ..
       THE IGNORANCE OF THE PROCESS BY THOSE IN THE GOVERNMENT  NOW IS UNREAL... DON'T THEY EVEN ASK OR TRY TO FIND OUT THINGS ANYMORE TO HELP[ WHEN ANOTHER BILLION DOLLAR SYSTEM IS MELTING DOWN AND THEN THEY ADD TO THE MELTDOWN BY ASKING FOR ILLEGAL THINGS TO BE DONE AND ORDERING THEM TO  VIOLATE THEIR CONTRACT OVER IT.. which they did not know they have been doing since the COUP OF 2002?  no one called me and the judges said they were to ask me as no one else seems to know what is going on.   They have yet to do so ..
   Most were going in circles this summer while Homeland Security was monitoring? for terrorist cyber attacks and as soon as they left , they began their illegal and deadly games as when one messes with what ones health insurance is,,, how can a doctor even know what they need to prescribe that you can afford to get.    I FOUND 2 PEOPLE TODAY THAT KNEW WHAT A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT EVEN WAS AS NO NONE KNOWS ANYMORE AS THIS ILLEGAL BAIL OUT OF THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY BEING ABLE TO DUMP BILLS ON TO MEDICARE AS NO INTERNAL AUDITS OR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 HAS LEFT PATIENTS WITH OVER PAYMENTS  THEIR HEIRS INHERIT AND DOCTORS, ETC. ALSO. OVERPAID AND SUBJECT TO FINES AND PENALTIES AS THEY NEVER ARE TOLD TO BILL AS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT SO NEITHER OF US HAVE ANY LEGAL RISK . The government does not wish to get our money back for the people, then do we need to elect new people to office. that will DRAIN THE SWAMP... I THINK THE PEOPLE DID.. AND PRAY IT CAN BE DONE SOON.. but its not going to be easy ..
   This label as conditional gets it to the recovery unit to get the money back they helped cause to be illegally paid as the FOX IS IN THE HEN HOUSE HERE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.. and indications are it began in some areas when Former SEC of HHS Donna Shahala turned the control of the data and records and contracted oversight of Medicare to Group Health  In .. An insurer watchdogging others   and its WAS A BAD CHOICE IN THE FIRST PLACE.  She is now said to be  the head of the Clinton Foundation and implicated in some ways to this whole murky mess.       For the recovery unit to do its job on all of our claims means it documents their illegal activity in itself and they should never have begun doing this. at all. or was that the intent all along?? Medicare has not been going broke, its been robbed from the inside of the ones in control of it, unfettered with no budget for oversight since the COUP of 2002 by no budget allowed to be spent by the real government to over see it. AND FOR SOME REASON  TOO MANY AT CMS NOT KNOWING THE BASIC LAWS TO HELP EVEN OUR GOOD DOCTORS, ETC. TO GET PAID ... instead they are okaying the hacking and illegal actions, not seeming to know there is a legal process of letters that the Recovery unit of them does   and most claims are never getting there.. its been said about 3 trillion dollars is owed Medicare by primary payers that got out of paying their bills.
     For this we could have had a lot of free medical care for a lot of people and paid our doctors, etc. Very well for the treatment.
       I am watching for any indication of WHO gets to be the SEC of HHS and director of CMS which is over everyone's health care now and its in complete meltdown under  of contractors in many ways of not even the money . . the way to reduce liability insurers costs seems to be better safety and GOOD MEDICAL CARE FROM DAY ONE OF AN INJURY ..
Health care delayed is more costly in the end.. AND WE NEED THOSE DOCTOR ADVISORY GROUPS FROM THE PROFESSIONAL GROUPS TO KEEP WHAT  IS COVERED AND PAID FOR UP TO DATA AS NEW THINGS ARE DISCOVERED AS MY DOCTORS HAVE THAT ARE CHEAPER AND IN SOME WAYS WORK BETTER.  And I am having resistance getting them reimbursed, no one even knows where to send them..Since FECA IS MY PRIMARY BUT UNDER LYNN BLODGETT WHO IS IN  DEFIANCE OF JUDGES AND  WILL NOT LET THE REGIONAL OFFICES HAVE MY FILE TO EVEN WORK IT
           Permanent medical does not mean it ends before one goes on to Heaven where I expect to not need any health care there. Too often is not your case, but others that your case may end up with others  going  to jail or big fines etc. against them for criminal negligence and you get the brunt of all of it more common than one understands in this mixed up world now.
        So one lab test was charged as $105.46, and after going in circles or payment was finally approved by Medicare and no recovery letter copy sent to me yet on it.  Approved  $36.09 and paid $35.77.   If paid 100% as preventative then that is not 100%... and if paid as  another percent, like 80% its more than that..
     THERE IS SOME LOCAL AREA DEALS LYNN BLODGETT et al HAS CREATED.. BUT  I am finding all kinds of skimming and scamming in small amounts from what our  medical providers are paid..  OUR  GOOD DOCTORS, LABS, ETC HAVE TO PAY STAFF AND LIGHT BILLS TO SERVE US AND  I AM SEEING PENNIES BEING PAID FROM WHAT SEEMS TO BE A MORE FAIR AMOUNT FOR THINGS. and they have to pay these contractors also for many things too. WHY?
        WHEN MEDICARE IS BEING STOLEN, MEDICAL PAY IS CUT TO NEAR NOTHING TO MAKE UP FOR THE THEFTS FROM INSIDE THE INSURANCE  INDUSTRY 'DEALS ... A department store would be hiring detectives and cameras to stop shoplifting,,, but the government does not see fit to get inside this cabal and find out what is really going on that affects the life of every one and the livelihood of those who treat our illnesses and injure and keep us as healthy as possible. LIFE DOES NOT SEEM TO BE PRICELESS TO THEM AS IT DOES TO US.
    They are being 'nickled and dimed' by  the same contractors they have to pay that we, the taxpayer have already paid to provide the services for them to get paid.. in the first place.. So why don't our good doctors etc. get these services free since we have paid for them already??   That would be an across the board raise to the whole medical community..
       I later called back and checked on another claim.. The system was the same as before so Medicare can pay illegally first. and all have to do paper claims as the SYSTEM IS WORTHLESS AND IN SOME WAYS WORSE THAN BEFORE ... BUT  its in melt down as the cyber space still hold the real info .. but the regional official person they used as authority to hack and put in melt down is  very ignorant? after years of working for CMS or that persons need to be investigated for motivations in the matter.  AND WHO HE TAKES ORDERS FROM .. as medical providers needed his and her help to know how to file a claims to Medicare  conditionally and THEY WOULD NOT FIND OUT FOR ANY ONE AND ALL OVER THE USA MANY COULD NOT GET PAID FOR MONTHS AND SOME ARE STILL NOT PAID BY ANYONE ON CHARGES.
    Where was the media?? following gossip about candidates saying this or hat and looking for missing e mails. that if anything about this is in them... we still do not know? since Lynn Blodgett never testified  as to why his international security force was not there at Benghazi as contractor we have not been able as a people to know the whole truth about many things that affect all of us and too any lives lost already and every life is PRICELESS TO ME AND WISH NO ONE ELSE TO LOSE THERE LIVES AT THE HANDS OF ANOTHER'S CRIMES OR UNETHICAL BEHAVIORS.. AND MINE IS VERY PRECIOUS  AND I WOULD LIKE TO LIVE MANY MORE YEARS YET.

   I checked on the next claim that did not seem rights.. and remember I have been doing this since I gradated from colleges in 6/68 from inside the government and have a little experience and training in the matter.. Seems to be A LOT MORE TRAINING THAN IS GOING ON NOW.. and EVEN THOUGH CHANGES COME AND GO.. ITS STILL PRETTY BASIC TO UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPTS. of fair pay for work done based on the costs to provide the care.
      That principle is gone AND LEFT TO THIS CABAL OF CONTRACTORS AND INSURERS TO COME UP WITH WHAT IS FAIR    With no government to oversee the process and deals are fair at all , our good doctors, etc. are being gouged worse than any can imagine and NO ONE IN THE LYING MEDIA COVERS THIS.. Why do they have to have 'deals?  We think a doctor is a high paying job .... and are they any more???  They cannot be from what I am finding out digging more into the whole lurid mess of getting any kind of pay is like  utter coercion from those in charge with no government to go do to even appeal the bad deals. being made...
    We still think that across the board there is one fee for this or that and all who provide it get that amount etc.  No deals are gaining to be made as bad or worse than some of this international trade deals.
    Charges used to be based on the costs to be in practice in an area. ,, but often this is national for many things. A testing machine costs the same to buy were every one  is located.   and electricity is not always cheaper in a rural areas eider. the STANDARDS HAVE ALSO BEEN changing  for all of  our for basic living costs and they are 40 years out of date and have little to do with the current world of things.  
           THE WHOLE GOVERNMENT IS A WHOLE AND OFTEN WHAT IS NEEDED IN ONE AREA IS THE SAME KIND OF UPDATED INFO NEEDED SOMEWHERE ELSE..
   We cannot go on putting band aids on wounds that are now so big they are ending our existence.  and quality of life for all of us.
             Protesters in the streets:
     .  we need you to help put together some of these things in to a concise  bill for Congress to pass.. as they seem to NEED A LOT OF HELP KNOWING WHAT THEY NEED TO EVEN DO AT TIMES FOR EACH AND ALL OF US AND THE NATION...
                       ONE BILL SEEMED TO GO AROUND AND FINALLY PAID BY MEDICARE BUT NO RECOVERY LETTER COPY  RECEIVED YET SO  all overpaid.  it was for some medical care I got last 7/16 and no doubt badly needed or I would not be able to type at this key board now. 
    The charge for one item was 1 cent , on two days, and Medicare paid 2 cents.   Surely the numbers in front of the decimal are missing.as this is an item that took time to provide and deserves a realistic charge and payment for it.. and then the whole goes to recovery as Fed Blues rate is highest as employer over age 65 as the law is that  as it will be until Lynn Blodgett obeys the Judges and post and has to get them from me as the judges orders and ignored them  my file so my request for a permanent disability request was pending before he took over total control of that and all and  nearly the whole nation now with about 200 companies and as many illegal secret deals partnerships that are not to exist by government contractors.. to avoid conflicts of interest in matters  . AND THAT IS ALL WE SEEM TO HAVE AND NO GOVERNMENT TO TURN TO FOR HELP as they have no budget to spend to help and even to find out the laws to even tell all that need to know.. 
        But in a busy  facility with bills so intricate,, its easy to miss a few dollars here or there when a bill is shorted by typo error or otherwise..  
    There was no appeals that was seen by 1-800 Medicare and all are to be posted but mine never are not even the judges orders. either .. to show that my employer post is secure as they got the info from the US Department of Labor PERSONNEL OFFICE. 
   The regional office does not have my file if you cared to read their judges orders to get it made available.. Oh they did not let you see them when they asked you to be a legal authority to hack and seal and melt down the system???  the whole govern seems to be run like a CIA BLACK OPS  and its only dealing with life and death benefits of all of our confidential files. that means about anyone can access them anyway.. and few can access what they need to work the cases and pay or maintain our personal records that the government is to keep safe and secure from all enemies foreign and domestic AND THEY HAVE SHIRKED THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY TO US FOR WAY TOO MANY YEARS AND WE ARE ALL SUFFERING BECAUSE OF IT
    In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus. pray for the 'swamp to be drained' of all this greed and corruption and that fairness and justice for all will prevail.. THIS IS NOT HEALING THE SICK AS HE TAUGHT, IS IT?? And any one can get sick or injured and we lose our humanity if we o not help each other in shared cost and responsibility to get the best care possible ..and that is being not only obstructed too often ,, but done by greed and skims and scams of our precious health care dollars. by the very one who have been hired to see this does not occur.
My prayers for the one President Trump will nominate to take over the biggest hole in the swamp to be drained.
           ITS A DEEP PIT OF CORRUPTION LONG HIDDEN BENEATH THE MURKY WATERS OF PLAIN HOME GROWN GREED BY THOSE WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF BASIC HUMAN NEEDS FOR SURVIVAL AND THOSE WHO TRAIN TO SERVE THAT NEEDS AND NEED TO BE TREATED WITH DIGNITY AND FAIRNESS AS THEY PROVIDE THE VERY SERVICES THAT PRESERVE OUR LIVES TO BE AS LONG AS POSSIBLE.
