DAILY RECAP ADDED 8/6/16 DOES LYNN BLODGETT PERSONALLY HAVE ALL MY FILES IN HIS OFFICE TO PROCESS? EPA CONTRACTOR FOR 9/11/01?

     I went several months without Part B Medicare and hearings still have not been heard and are to be pending with the judges contractor that is Lynn Blodgett.'s company of which he has upwards of 200 as only the SEC would be able to really know. I have linked some online sources that have listed long lists. and he also manages much of private industry now to deal with his government contractors, and often those who work along side you, may not work for your company but for one of his. They are not to they are not your company nor the real government. In government THIS IS STILL ILLEGAL AS ITS PUBLIC INFO WHO YOU GIVE YOUR INFO TO. The real government is still under the laws of the land and subject to arrest if a crime is committed

   I name him as he has been named by high level officials in writing and verbally as the one in charge of the USA as the current 'hired head' and his word is what gets followed by the contractors that the real government has had no control over since the COUP OF 2002. No law , regulation or contract term or judges has to be obeyed by a contractor.   2 exceptions DOD got the funding left in their budget but its not enough for a nation always at was. And the VA got it back while Senator Bernie sanders was chair of the VA committee in Congress according to his aides. ( 2016 election is all about this, its just not being mentioned in this manner.)

    Congress may come back to session for emergency funding for Zyka. Virus.  While there they need to put the real government back in control of the  government before they give out a billion dollars of contracts for this and not be able to know what is going with the money ,etc.  They could change a few words and phrases and add in that every agency in the government must spend a portions of their current appropriations for internal audits of government  contractors and criminal investigations and prosecutions and then put the funding back to the SEC so they can unravel this maze of shell companies and illegal secret deals that is now in charge of the USA of an international cabal and not just in health care.

       So easy to put the government back that never should have been overthrown by doing the very same thing in what has been said was the E-Governing laws of 2002.

And congress get rid of that horrendous and unconstitutional gag order that you can not mention a contractor, contract one or have one testify before Congress. You have no idea what the facts are as the real government cannot verify anything  and you certainly do not know of the horrendous violations of civil and constitutional rights going on plus the huge sums of public monies being stolen daily ad you know nothing about it.

    What contractor would file a report and say they stole billions or a trillion or two? None!

A civil suit does not work as one patients or claimant,  etc. just does not have huge amounts due on an individual case, even though ones life is 'priceless..'  And do to privacy laws, one just cannot find all the others with like situations but there is no provision on the new health care laws for a class action, etc.

 and to do one means one has to find one of the huge law firms and hey have o have billions to be collected. The False Claims law was passed back when the real government new the facts and was a partner in the suit for the taxpayer .

    Now an attorney if on their own and too often the government is not willing to help as they do not 'officially ' know . what they do now and many in high level positions are begging Congress to be able to do their jobs.

     One Dallas attorney said it cost a firm about 2 million to bring a case when they  have no government help as the government has no info as they have not done internal audits.

And since the amount they can keep is only about a third, recouped. Its rare one patient would have bills so high that any money could be made. by any lawyer big enough to have the money to even begin. Another law that is meaningless.

AND WHEN IS A CIVIL SUIT SUPPOSED TO REPLACE CRIMINAL PROSECUTIONS WHEN PEOPLE ARE INJURED, ,DEAD AND HUGE SUMS OF THE PEOPLE'S MONEY BLATANTLY STOLEN? A bad law made worse when it became the only option after the COUP OF 2002.

      Another well known DC law firm wrote me an opinion and basically said the same.

  The $4 million plus on my records is not enough to get legal help.

   One case I did hear of is where a close relative was an attorney and it was done by that one. I DO NOT HAVE ANY CLOSE RELATIVE WHO IS ONE TO HELP . I would try as a non attorney , but this is not like EEOC etc. where one can be assigned a mentor, etc. I would not know some detail or law or procedure and blow it and have no money to financially on my own.

   I am in several protected classes for an HHS Civil rights case and they have many pending for years in Dallas and will not allow one to be assigned number and answered even . That would be the 'poor person's option' and its very clear that toxic and chemical injury cases are discriminated against since the COUP OF 2002 AND SINCE 2 MILLION SIMILAR TO US WERE 'LEFT TO DIE IN New York City after 9/11/01 breathing toxic fumes for months, lied to by criminally altered EPA reports and no one has gone to jail for murder. Which New York passed laws that those who died from the attack would have homicide on their death certificate.

NOW WE ASK WAS THE FALSIFIED DATA FROM THE EPA CONTRACTOR AND WHO WAS IT???

The 'lyin media' has rarely mentioned the 2 million that lived in the area with no way to leave with out help. They only mention the 9/11/ workers at ground zero as if the toxic air ended at the border line of the property.   Being a type of medical precedent case for similar typed injury on 1/10/89 at SSA TSC Jersey City NJ where the gates of corruption that opened the gates of cover up that led to 9/11/01, the back lash for the then about 700,000 similar type injured in the USA was very real as the discrimination got worse for us as 2 million was ;left to die. and its well know that without adequate care that also includes liquid oxygen from day one for most, death would come within 3 to5 years for many. The conscience of this nation got squashed as Congress allowed this lack of oversight that cause real harm to one and all to go on for the people and the nation.

    Every one was told to ignore that we were going to war and not be bothered about it as our loved ones and neighbors came home in flag draped coffins in the 'middle of the night' and we were not to see it and the ones who came back broken in body and spirit were ignored also and cast off as the contractors at the VA of this cabal and others hardened of heart forgot their humanity .

      HHS Civil Rights is not like EEOC where if one does not get a response after a period of time one can ask for a hearing or even go to court

    HIPPA DOES NO GOOD AS GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS ARE NOT UNDER THAT

And ones member of Congress cannot help as their gag order rule prevents them from contacting a contractor even if they go with a member of the government which is not allowed to do so either since the COUP OF 2002.

  AMERICA HAS NEVER BEEN PERFECT IN FOLLOWING OUR IDEALS, BUT WE TRIED AND THAT MADE US GET  BETTER AT IT WITH TIME. WE NEED TO GET THIS BACK AND FINALLY HAVE THOSE IDEALS IN PLACE FOR EACH AND EVERY ONE NOW.

         THIS IS WHAT AN OVERTHROWN GOVERNMENT LOOKS LIKE IN THE 21ST CENTURY. JUSTICE DENIED ONE DENIES IT TO ALL
