   My source for what is going on with this is the staff of the Chair of the Medicare sub committee in Congress and I pray that Speaker Paul Ryan will work with him to get this deadly, harmful to all  and criminally financial RICCO situation stopped.
   Audits and criminal investigations are to be done. But one in the government cannot do one and not spend money and that is impossible. Even mileage and phone calls cost a few dollars.

     AND GUESS WHO IS THE MAIN AUDITORS? THE CONTRACTOR ENTITY CABAL THAT OWNS COMPANIES THEY ARE AUDITING.  The government ones only review the reports they are sent and that IS NOT AN AUDIT. Contractors systems is a big part now as its hacked bi weekly to facilitate theft of Medicare. The government has to have a few hired who know how to get into a system. They have the evidence and others have gathered to know where they may need to look. The last I knew they were accessing the system to hack through Affiliated Computer Services in the facility where they pay the Part D Claims (prescription drugs )and answer grievances as sub contractor for all the Part D health  insurers who sell policies I found they  have no idea the rules and laws on conditional payment and sent nothing to be recovery  since 2006.

     Biggest CON JOB in history may be the COUP OF 2002

Congress has to fix this now before they do anything else as whatever they do is for naught when no one has to follow  it.

    One of President Obama's first nominations was Don Berwick MD to head up CMS! This sounds like some of the work he started and sounds good, but the funding never got put back that was removed  since of COUP 2002 .
    But the US Senate would not confirm him as his pro choice president did not nominate a pro life medical director as if that would realistically occur in politics or any where else unless a pro life one got elected.  I have not agreed with some or even many things that President  Obama  has done. But this is one nomination I think Congress should have confirmed and those who didn't want him makes me wonder if they are not the ones tricking their co members and not letting  them know what is going on?? of the Coup of 2002.

     By the time the health care scam that got passed in 2010,the oversight and controls would have been in place and the scam artists would not have even wanted the law as we got it as they would not have been able to gouge and steal from the people, and nation and burden the medical personnel, etc  with unneccessary administrative cost.
    Looks like all we got is more contracts for Lynn Blodgett et al to have and he did set up more auditing companies and a linked report to this blog site says they are 'ruthless'? on the medical providers. The article did not  say how his own companies and partnered companies  are treated?
