was to be used for Medicare, I contacted the SSA benefits office in Baltimore, MD Headquarters ( our SSA experts) Many SSA employees currently seem unaware they exist. They immediately said that should not have happened and no policy change had occurred that if taxes paid on own #, that will always be the claim number for Medicare. My ssn with TA as a suffix, is has cyber security as Cigna govt services found out when they tried to pay Medicare claims and it rejected for having primary payers and required a conditional payment override code which thought'd used until 10/08 when A. R. ,1-800- Medicare supervisor found that a widow claim # had been used to bypass security controls. ( my husband is ALIVE!) This is how the multiple thefts by Trailblazers was discovered as he tried to locate the paid claims and on that day 14 phony claim numbers were located. Another agent found the 15Th a few days later. Then everyone found out that Congress had given immunity for their thefts.. Last week, the thieves got ' praised ' in an Congressional hearing for doing such a good job of combating fraud. Priase given by one in charge of fraud who has refused to docket in OIG complaints on ' partners.' for a decade- re Dept Sec of HHS in 4/09.

no response from SSA, yet. although more certified mail folow/ups sent. Constitutional rights of redress eliminated. Make sure all filings with govt are sent or given so you have a signed receipt to prove it was ever filed. Linda Joy Adams 12/22/13
WE NOW KNOW SSA SYSTEM HAS BEEN HACKED SEVERAL TIMES ON MY RECORDS RECENTLY THE NEW HEARING FILED AND SENT TO MCALESTER HEARING OFFICE WAS ON THE SYSTEM AND NOW HAS BEEN HACKED INTO AND DELETED, DEPUTY COMMISSIONER OF IT FOR SSA SAID THAT NO ONE AT SSA CAN DELETE AN APPEAL IT MUST HAVE A DECISION OR TRANSFER TO ANOTHER OFFICE. YET THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE 2002 WITH APPEALS STILL LEGALLY PENDING WIT NO ANSWER AND REAL OSE OCCURS AS THOSE MAKE DECISION ON MY CASE WHEN THE ISSUE IS IN THE CORSTY OF THE JUDGE AND NO ONE KNOWS IT. aND THE ISSUES BELONG WITH SSA NOT MEDICARE WHERE HEARINGS ARE DISAPPEARING ALSO OR THEY WOULD ALREADY HAVE CAUGHT IT. MY SOURCE IS THE T CHEIF JUDGES' WHO TOOK MY CALL AND SAID ITS SSA'S CASE.AS IT DEALS WOTH THE ENTTITLEMENT FACTORS FOR MEDICARE AND NOT ABOUT A MEDICAL SERVICE OR CLAIM. ONE BASIC ISSUE IS THAT FOR OVER 30 YEARS, NO CASE HAS GOTTEN NEAR A JUDGE WE KNOW OF DEALING WITH THE GPO *GOVT PENSION OFFSET WITH TEMPORARY PAYMENTS AND FEDERAL WORKERS COMP PENDING AND THE LAW WAS INTERPRETED ONE WAY IN THE BEGINNING AND MICROSOFT PROGRAMMED THE SYSTEM DIFFERENTLY 25 YEARS AGO AND OVER THE YEARS A FED OR SOME STATE EMPLOYEES GET CAUGHT IN CHAOS AND MEDICAL CARE OBSTRUCTED OVER IT IT NEEDS AGENCY JUDGES JUDICIAL REVIEW. IT HAS NEVER GOTTEN TO THIS LEVEL OF REVIEW AS WORKERS COMP GETS REINSTATED BEFORE IT GETS A HEARING. MINE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ALREADY. IT SHOULD NEVER HAVE GONE TO APPEAL AS THAT OCCURRED DUE TO A FELONY COMMITTED AIGNST MY FILE IN DALLAS US DEPT OF LABOR OFFICE IN A 26 YEAR REPEATED PATTERN OF FELONY DISAPPEARANCE OF FILES AND DATA THAT THE NATIONWIDE POLICY ON ALL IS NOT TO INVESTIGATE AT OIG FOR US DEPT OF LABOR AND I GOT THAT DIRECTLY FORM THE OIG DIRECTOR.
ONCE WAGE LOSS IS REINSTATED THE ISSUE BECOMES MOOT AND PART B PREMIUMS GET TAKEN OUT OF SPOUSAL BENEFITS THAT HAVE BEEN IN CYBER ESCROW.
I HAVE FOUND NO CHANGE IN THE LAW, BUT IT DOES APPEAR THAT IN 1/06 THE SOFTWARE DID NOT HAVE A FIELD TO INPUT THERE WAS A PENDING FEDERAL WORKERS CM0 CASE, BUT THAT IS ABOUT WHEN I DISAPPEARED OFF THE EMPLOYEE ROLES AT SSA ALSO ON THE VERBAL WORD OF CEO LYNN BLODGETT OF AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES AS CONTRACTOR OF ALL. UPDATED NO CHANGE Things worse than ever. now. Newest info from one SSA source is that anyone who files a waiver request with them on Medicare overpayments is being sent to Lynn Blodgett's headquarters in Dallas as I understood it. I DO NOT KNOW IF THAT IS JUST ON MY CASES THAT LYNN BLODGETT WHO CONTROLS ALL OF HEALTH CARE IN THE USA, IS GETTING ALL WAIVERS OR JUST MINE. and those on my federal Blues policy that also have a Medicare card,
Does he also have all the oxygen claims filed with FECA since 2002 and a few pending before then in his headquarters , too and all the appeals and judges files and orders from judges and several copies of my FRCA file he has refused to post so it can be worked.
If he is personally going to process claims etc. for FECA, FED BLUES and Medicare now and make all appeal determinations, he must be buried in files and files of mine. Maybe he got lost in the papers. Buried in there is the remand order from the SSA judges in 2/2011 to get my disability decision done that is part of the reconsideration requests. THE JUDGE MADE IT as clear as one can be on this. My prayers for him to get it all done. The judges said to ask for the facts, as what he has been telling around is not the truth at all and WHO TOLD HIM LIES? WHO IS YOUR MASTER or MISTRESS THAT OWNS YOUR SOUL? Don't you own all these companies and haled these secret deals? Who told you to make them! Like the 'Rich young ruler that Christ spoke of, one may have to give it all up to save your soul" as the wealth and power is not self made as some might be who can just change and do good and be fair and just. This is not said as a matter of faith, except for those who have one, but as general wisdom that when one is great power and wealth due to being some one else's puppet that giving all up is the only way to freedom.
