DAILY RECAP ADDED 7/6/16 HHS CIVIL RIGHTS COMPLAINTS IGNORED AS PEOPLE DIE FDA Death Meter

FDA Death Meter   SEE  my comment to the article and also easier to find sometimes is to go to disqus lindajoyadams.     As a minority group of patients several civil rights complaints are pending for years with HHS Civil Rights office. They will not docket them in nor assign one o them to be read and answered. And there is NO PROCESS TO GO FORWARD AND ASK FOR A HEARING OR OTHER ACTIONS AS ONE HAS WITH AN EEOC COMPLAINT THAT GOES UNANSWERED.

   most attorneys are not interested in helping as the amount one can collect , even if one is awarded the highest amount possible is $300,000 per incident and it takes huge amounts of money to take on any government agency or their contractors to day.  But this is a class of 11 million over some studies and some doctors think its much higher.  People are dying and HHS OFFICE OF CIVIL RIGHTS WILL NOT EVEN ALLOW ONE LIKE ME WITH A DOCUMENTED ACCEPTED FEDERAL WORKERS COMPENSATION CASE    to have numerous complaints, filed timely and properly docketed in and given a case number and then read and answered , even to deny it.... but the issue is so great, that it would seem that it could not be fully denied at all.

          This is gross violations of civil rights for this to occur and its said the Lynn Blodgett got the info and then would not set up a systems file so it could be answered, SO THE DICTATOR OF THE USA, IS NOW DOCUMENTED BY THIS ARTICLE AND THE FDA AS HAVING ACTIONS THAT LEAD TO DEATHS?

I have so many high level officials that indicate its his verbal word that is obeyed and non other and this is also in letters. CONGRESS DID THIS IN THE COUP OF 2002.
