Who is the ones at the top of this murky maze or is the ones deep inside that hold the strings to all the parts?? sounds like one would need a really big 'server'? And with sungard in the mix, the real power parties or entities can black mail the whole world or collapse every economy in an instance by wiping out every ones access to any money that is in a system or accessed by an plastic card.
This is the ones who have done me and my family such harm and in defiance of 38 federal judges and disobeying laws and regulations and policies, etc.
