I DO GET IT THAT TRUMP IS NOT FRM THE FEDERAL GOVT AND MAY KNOW SOME FEDERALIZE OF TERMS USED IN BUSINESS, ETC / BUT THIS IS A UNIQUE WORLD OF FORM NUMBERS , INITIALS FOR AGENCIES AND TERMS THAT HAVE MEANINGS ONLY WE KNOW .
AND LIKE LANGUAGE THEY CHANGE OVER TIME AND THEM ONE HAS THE LANGUAGE OF THE OLD FED VS THE NEW ONE.
And I would make this comment for Hillary except she is from the inside and knows the language already. unless its the code for top secret?
