Does Social Security have to pay overtime to issue 50,000 of these letters to every one having their votes suppressed by this one Sec of State of Kansas who has got into issues that have little to do with immigration. Voter fraud is rare, and when it does occur its usually on some mass scale and involved officials in charge of the voting also. We still do not know who really won the Democratic primary in California, do we? Although enough votes came in other wise that Sec Clinton now has the formal nomination. The major fraud does not seem to be individuals trying to vote when they are not eligible to do so.
