But when one is up against the entire cabal , one is blocked from every direction and what attorneys said its several million just to bring a case and in health care., one cannot do a class action or this nation's health care system would be solvent and people able to get good health care and the criminals stopped , made to pay back the stolen monies and sitting in jail.
What I have read about the United Health Case does not seem to be able to help me, but may be some one was able to get some forward movement and would like to get in touch with the attorney that brought that case for a legal opinion if nothing else. .
I am not an attorney and know better to go into some maters on my own EEOC maters are different for then the courts can help assign a mentor attorney etc. But in health care the HHS civil rights process is far different and they will not even docket in our complaints that are to be answered as the contractors seem to have immunity also in this area etc.
Its even worse for me as Lynn Blodgett has gotten all the various companies to not process appeals so I cannot get the minimum amount up to the court level to put together in one case.
Any one know an atty or one who would be willing to discuss this with me either call me or leave you phone number in the comment section. as I am open to any and all help as for me its a life and death matter not just stopping the overpayment liability and other terrible smear campaign that this entity has waged in the matter and why I got on line in 12/08 in the first place as the only way I had to get my facts out and stay alive. My source is letters and verbal info from high level officials in the govt for what they have been told , etc. by Lynn Blodgett himself. who is in defiance of 38 federal agency judges himself and no one knows how to get them enforced by the contractor who controls what happens even to whom gets to see an agency judges orders . that are currently and alive as I follow up periodically, etc. But he as dictator of the USA doe not have to obey any law, judge or regulation or terms of govt contractors. as the real govt always used to do ... and the govt worked as there was a real govt in place with authority of Congress and budget to do their job.
Times are changing and unfortunately there are getting to be so many victims now that people are waking up and finding out what I have been sharing is very real . Now if we can get Congress to wake up that a few among them have duped them since 2002.
