      Bit, I suspect it was from Lynn Blodgett* et al as part of falsifying background or security  clearances  which got documented in the naval ship yard shooting czar and testimony was that another such one or could not be prevented unless the real government was allowed to have budget to make sure they were doing legally and accurately and if  not prosecute the offenders.
  * he is named as he is named in writing and verbally by many high level officials and even contractors as the one who gave the orders. and most thought he was really the government or acting on behalf of high level government officials and was not in many matters of mine and others. .
     The state murder cases exposed this.   then and now we have  the Orlando case with even more dead and an FBI unable to verify the bonafides of that mass murders security clearance as internal audits of a contractor are not permitted even if  HOMELAND SECURITY IS AT STAKE,

                          HEADS OF AGENCIES AND CONTRACTORS OF SYSTEMS BEWARE THAT SOME OF THE ILLEGAL ORDERS TO DESTROY RECORDS, DELETE OR ALTER AS HAS BEEN DOCUMENTED AS OCCURRING IS NOT COMING FROM ANY REAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL  BY THE VERBAL WORD OF LYNN BLODGETT ET AL WHO HAS HAD THE POWER AND CONTROL TO ACCOMPLISH THIS AND STILL IS ACTIVE AT IT ON HIS VERBAL WORD ALONE or any one else that acts as if they have authority and do not.

        Many who followed his orders thought he was a real government official and he is not. No one should be breaking laws, violating contract terms or doing anything else illegal or unethical without verifying or sure and get it in writing what you are to do and if its now legal,.. which it often is not and the one that does it is committing crimes.  As a contractor there is no one to prosecute you now as no budget to do so . But as a federal employee or civilian non contractor, you can be prosecuted, even under  for treason as we have groups who have declared war o the USA  now.

WE ARE ROBBED AND THE THIRD LEADING CAUSE OF DEATH IN THE USA CAN BE UNRAVELED RIGHT BACK TO LYNN BLODGETT ET AL AND HIS INTERNATIONAL CABAL THAT HAS BEEN GIVEN CONTROL OF THE USA. BY OR OWN ELECTED LEADERS BACK IN 2002 AND SINCE.

       Making America great again is taking back control of our nation by our own people and our elected officials. whom we have control over at the ballot box. and there are some that ' have been and are in on it' who do not wish to give up their secret power that is not constitutional and totally illegal to have it even if CONGRESS TOOK AWAY THE FUNDING TO STOP IT DOES NOT MEANS IT BECAME LEGAL  IT DID  NOT , THE CRIMINALS IN THE CONTRACTORS JUST GOT A PASS ON PROSECUTIONS AND INVESTIGATIONS AND OTHER ILLEGAL THINGS GOING ON RIGHT NOW.
  And if a real government employee asked you to break the law or violate contract terms, etc. then you do have a justice department to contact, or congress, etc. if you cannot get them to back down from the illegal act , they may just be passing on an illegal order themselves....
   In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus , save us from ourselves and stupidity of allowing to be duped by a few among us that  have tricked us to do bad things and over throw our government by simply defunding basic internal audits to know what is going on and being able to stop crimes being committed n them and then defund the SEC so they can not unravel s maze of shell companies and illegal secret deals that has robbed us of monies and life and livelihoods and health care and the list goes one and one  and has us on the verge of WW III IF WE ARE NOT ALREADY IN IT.
      This is why the 9/11 commission failed in their objective as to what laws were needed to prevent another attack  as they did not go back before 1995 and show the pattern of corruption that got us to where we are  then and now  where we do not even have a real government in control at all. And a Congress that has gagged itself by unconstitutional rules to not mention a contract, contact one, or ask one to even testify in a hearing  about the contracted security at BENGHAZI AND WHERE WAS IT.?  Not permitted to be mentioned let alone  anyone from G4S, LYNN BLODGETT  et al INTERNATIONAL SECURITY FORCE TESTIFY.  We got worse laws not better ones .
