The saga of the private home server has been everywhere in the media for some time and there is and has been probable cause that a crime was committed and being committed in a private home of a suspect in a criminal investigation?

Serious allegations have been spread out and its overwhelming suspicion that some kind of illegal activity took place.
As I have mentioned here, I remember having to tear our scraps and note taking papers in 8 pieces in our SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICES BEFORE WE HAD SHREDDERS TO PROTECT CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION OF THOSE WHO HAD CONTACTED US ABOUT THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY MATTERS,THAT WAS NOT MAINTAINED AS PART OF THE REAL OFFICIAL FILES. And that level of secrecy is FAR BELOW the highly classified and TOP SECRET matters a SECRETARY OF STATE DEALT WITH DAILY IN A SYSTEM AS WELL AS ANY PAPER NOTES.
Not only did we have to tear our paper in pieces, but we have periodic trash can checks to make sure we were being 'HUMAN SHREDDERS' and could face consequences for not doing the security deed. So in some ways , I have little sympathy for one who arrogantly just ignored the law at an even higher level that what I handled or my co workers did. Even before we got computers to access every ones personal data , we had microfiche that were updated every few months and a member of management had to 'BOIL THEM' to eradicate personal info on these before we got shredders.

And pray its accessed.
AND THE SEC WAS DEFUNDED ALSO TO NOT STOP A MAZE OF SHELL COMPANIES AND ILLEGAL SECRET T DEAL PARTNERSHIPS NOW RUNNING THE GOVERNMENT AND THE REAL GOVERNMENT HAS NO RIGHT TO KNOW AND CONGRESS GETS FALSE DATA TO USE TO PASS LAWS WITH AND WE GET BAD AND COSTLY LAWS INSTEAD OF ONES HAT WORK WELL FOR ALL OF US AND THE NATION AND SAVE COSTS WHILE STILL GETTING THE WORK DONE FOR US. The government does not work anymore as the real government is not in control anymore and neither is Congress allowed to know and do what the US Constitution says they must do for us as our elected representatives to do what each one of us cannot possible do along.

At first we heard in recent days that Hillary was to be interviewed in her home. Did not sound plausible as wouldn't anyone else be asked to come to the government office and get a formal statement or PLEAD THE 5TH IN MATTERS? This is beyond general questions? And what is this caravan that has been reported that came to the house that is in Bill and Hillary's name in the DC area? Some online reports said with sirens?
WAS A SEARCH WARRANT EXECUTED AND THEIR HOME SEARCHED FOR THAT ALLEGED SERVER THAT WAS REPORTED WIDELY TO BE THERE AND SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN THERE AT ALL? EVER? was it removed before the FEDS ARRIVED?
And did they have several days notice to make it 'disappear' if it was still there and being used?
Surely they would have gotten it out of there long ago OR ARE SOME SO HIGH ABOVE THE REST OF US they think they are too high to be investigated let along have search warrants on homes that would have already occurred with so much info out and entities testimony not to have done it? Plus witnesses or potential witnessed keep ending up with deaths and any organized crime boss would have been a suspect a long time ago of 'elmiating \' them already and security provided for all those who might be called as witnesses.?
THAT IS NOT TRUE ANYMORE WHEN ONE IS A VICTIM OF CRIMES BY A CONTRACTOR OR MIGHT BE CALLED AS A WITNESS AGAINST A CRIME LEADER OR DOER WHO IS A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR AS no crimes can be prosecuted in the COUP OF 2002.

You are asking the wrong doer; partner in crime to protect you from itself. Its like instant cover up and retaliation and a cover up in 30 minutes or less as has been reported here in 4/14 at Medicare contractors hacking systems to facilitate on going theft and colluded to input FEDERAL BLUES , a primary group health plan of mine and family members AS A MEDIGAP POLICY instead .
Despite three federal Medicare judges saying the posting from my employer is accurate and not to alter it.as their own contract forbids any one from hacking and deleting it which is what they do soon after posted, except the quick over up that exposed the collusion even more but they do not have to listen to any judges orders either.

Congress said they did not wish to know WHERE IS OUR MONEY?
