H.R. 4768, Separation of Powers Restoration Act of 2016 - gop.gov THIS LAW DOES NOTHING TO TAKE BACK CONTROL OR THE USA BY THE REAL GOVERNMENT.
The government contractors do not follow the regulations now unless they want to. So its another 'PAPER TIGER ' law that can make things worse for most in the real government who are not in charge anyway.
Without budget to make a government contractor obey a law, nothing in any law, regulation or contract terms has to be obeyed and in my case 38 Federal judges are defied by the dictator of the USA who is hired by the international cabal to be in charge that is subject to no laws of the land. Apparently his staff has done nothing to let them know of what happened when they tried to help me and the gag order to not be able to contract Lynn Blodgett ended with NO HELP as no member of Congress can help most who ask for me as they cannot contact the contractors as the real government can only pass on what the contractor says is the facts that they cannot verify at all. In my case the real government does not even have access to my files nor even the 38 federal agency judges they a have orders to do things and when an agency cannot even have access to their own judges orders to obey then we have no government in charge at all.
Passing this law, will not help, when the real government has no ideas what regulations are good or bad ones as the government contractors obey and change them as they please.
And remember I have the dictator named in writing and verbally by high level officials and even management inside the companies that he owns or has controls to say they cannot help as he is the boss and when he says 'let her die ' order on me they obey the obviously illegal order. and commit other crimes as well violating every constitutional and civil rights etc. as they have to obey their master...which is not the voters of the USA and is supposed to be.
So I have not been pleased with this member of Congress at all as no effort has been done to restore the real government to power and that means he is powerless to do any good either as he is supposed to be in CONGRESS
Read the law and see that GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS ARE NOT EVEN MENTIONED AT ALL,. he and all the others could offer an amendment to add them in and budget to make sure that all regulations and laws are obeyed as once the government was able to treat a contractor just as they do an employee of the real government who is still under the laws of the land and can be arrested for crimes committed.
Changing or added or deleting regulations means more data shuffling to be contracted out to this international cabal to be able to steal more money from us and violate our rights and cause more loss of life and rights and livelihoods.
The COUP OF 2002 continues with no real government in charge and more snafus and changes in regulations that change nothing except cost us more. Congressman Mullin's staff is well aware of this or does not wish to know and continue to pretend that what he and the others do have meaning when its meaningless 'paper tigers." \ So we are unhappy with one member of CONGRESS AFTER ANOTHER WHO WILL NOT TAKE BACK THE CONTROL OF THE USA TO THE REAL GOVERNMENTS
We have a lot of very bad regulations in the USA that need to be changed, amended or deleted. like the one that says a small medical supply company has to hire a respiratory technician to deliver liquid oxygen and be able to just exchange filled tanks when they only have a few customers, etc. And so many others to replace bad ones with some simple common sense ones that are better for health and people and can cost less money to do and more lived and livelihoods saved.
But unless there is the right to do internal audits and stop criminal behaviors of the government contractors again as government have to be able to do , we are blowing at wind mills. with no real benefit and added harm The COUP OF 2002 occurred by taking away budget to do these basics of governed over the contractors then proceeded to contract out nearly the whole government into an international cabal of shell companies and illegal secret deal partnerships that those giving out the contracts could not know of the horrendous conflicts and who they were owned and controlled by as the SEC was also defunded to be able to unravel this maze.
BEFORE ANY MORE LAWS ARE PASSED OR BUDGETS THIS MUST BE ADDRESSED AS CONGRESS CAN PASS LOTS OF GOOD LAWS AND CLEAN UP THE REGULATORY MESS TO HAVE GOOD AND COMMON SENSE RULES AND NONE WILL BE OBEYED AS THEY REAL GOVERNMENT IS NOT THE ONE THAT DOES THE WORK AND PROCESSES THINGS ANY MORE AND THEY HAVE DONE AS THEY PLEASE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 PASSED UNDER THE E GOVERNING LAWS.
By the time they wake up and act, our records, data and control will be off shored with the passage of the Transpacific Asia partnership trade deal and the USA, and other governments of the world where the same overthrowing has occurred to this cabal's control will have all our data and access to our cyber money which has been under them since 1984 and personal data , e mails and phone calls the govt contractors has now and can do with as they please, as well as our unprotected medical records that have been in a deadly data base not under the HIPPPA law and owned by Group Health since 1999, but used to cause harm and deaths when accessed for treatment especially in a busy emergency room and Congress knows that by their own internal study a decade a go that pointed to it as the cause
Congress first has to get rid of their unconstitutional gag rule to not mention this cabal and over thrown, nor contact one to find out what the whole truth is of things nor ask one to testify in a hearing. THE REAL GOVERNMENT HAS NO WAY TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON and as 3 of the 38 federal agencies said when they ordered agencies to do things and are being defied as Judges no longer have to be obeyed either... ordered "RUMOR AND GOSSIP HAVE RUN AMOK AND NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON AND TO ASK ME FOR THE FACTS". No one has obeyed that and no one even is able to find out and verify anything even though the evidence gathered is very obvious of real criminal activity inside his unreal government that runs the USA. No one is listening to the people who do know things are badly wrong and find out there is no real government that is able to help and popularity of Congress is nearly zero as they do not act for us but bow to the hired head and the 'beast system ' he is 'the little horn' of for the USA subject to no law or real government of the USA
We, the people know we are in real serious and often very life threatening situations and nothing that is legally to be done is going on And NO MEMBER OF CONGRESS IS ABLE TO HELP AS THE ISSUE IS USUALLY WITH THE CONTRACTOR and the real government cannot make them obey the rule of law anymore so what good is it to pass laws and agencies to make regulations when they have no idea what is really needed as nothing they do has to be obeyed by the ones who actually hold the power and then hold hostage our records and data from them
IT TIME TO MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN BY THE REAL GOVERNMENT TAKING BACK CONTROL OF THE GOVERNMENT FOR, OF AND BY THE PEOPLE. where we the voters hold the ultimate power of self governing as we elect those who are to see to it the business of government is carried out.
All who hold office make a promise to uphold the US Constitution that mandates in it "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation?" Unless there is budget to see to it the job is done then their oath of office is a LIE and we do not need any more 'liars' pretending to be in charge when they are not or WORSE; not even wanting to know they are not in charge when they have to know internally that they are not-surely they are not so ignorant as its not hard o unravel when one has had my cases before them to know that the real government is already saying they have to take LYNN Blodgett's word for things as he will not even let them have anything but what he wishes them to know. Even the Former Sec of Labor was defied by him as he has more power then the President of the USA by authority of Congress in the COUP OF 2002.
In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus may our elected leaders wake up before the entire nation is put in a cyber cloud with other nations and one person hold the entire power of the world in one key stroke for all of us to do as he or she pleases with out rights to survival or life, liberty or pursuit of happiness world wide. all off shored as is in process now as soon as the Trans Pacific Asia Partnership Treaty passes before 1/17 where no government has any sovereignty anymore and the anti-Christ him self can take over easily as we all let it happen to us by our own elected leaders who ignored the facts and let one hired hand for their area of the world of this cabal rule with the real government PRETENDING TO BE THE GOVERNMENT AND HAVE NOT BEEN THE REAL GOVERNMENT SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.
