Feds charge 3 people in record $1 billion Medicare fraud scheme This is a lot of our precious health care dollars that were needed by those who went without etc. but is not the major theft that Congress has forbid not be stopped in Medicare or any other program etc.
But this is not the bigger on going well organized international cabal that is stealing Medicare daily from inside the government contractors with shell companies and illegal secret deal partnerships that makes it impossible for any ethical insurers to survive and pay the bills and collect reasonable premiums as GROUP HEALTH IN , NOW EMBLEM HEALTH HAS HAD THE BIGGEST CONTRACTS to control and own all the medical records of everyone, not just those who have Medicare. but control and facilitator of the entire organized crime ring as the own the billing system that is hacked bi weekly under the orders of the USA hired head of this cabal , Lynn Blodgett.
And the passage of the Trans Pacific Asia trade treaty is under preparation to create new shell companies and off shore the entire records of the USA and our personal records held in trust by the government as well as those of other nations into one cloud where one person can control the world in one keystroke on one server. Power that no one human ever should have and why we have a US Constitution with checks and balances on abuse of powers for that very reason.
MEDICARE STOLEN DAILY
From every way illegally possible as soon as one gets a Medicare card, the system will be illegally hacked from what ones employer or liability injury case posts so that Medicare pays the bills as primary causing all to be overpaid with debs that never go away against a patient even after ones will is probated.
I began serous blogging in 12/08 when 3 OIG's DOJ, FBI Cyber crimes, etc. could not stop what 500 named witnesses in one contractor said was a trillion dollar theft of Medicare as we all were chocked to find out about this defunding SO BRAGGING ABOUT A BILLION STOLEN IS NOTHING AND CHANCES ARE HAD INSIDE COLLUSION IN SIDE THE CABAL THAT IS IN CONTROL AS GOVT CONTRACTORS NOT UNDER THE LAWS OF THE LAND BY DEFUNDING TO BE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.
Many of you or your loved ones who have or had Medicare cards from 1/06 through 11/12 when the contract was not renewed with one contractor. may have over payments against them they are not aware of ....and the contractor for Social Security will not even process an easy waiver request where one gives no personal financial info as its "against equity and good conscience" and these last as debts even after one's estate is probated against the heirs. My claims were turned into 17 using additional created Medicare numbers and although I have written AND other proof THE REAL GOVERNMENT COULD NOT 'OFFICALLY KNOW' OF THE ILLEGAL SYSTEM NOR COULD DO ANYTHING even though it was enough to get search warrants and a army of feds rush in and shut it down. and nothing could be done and the same contractor still has contracts in other regions to this day. Patients did not get any notices of this. I had to get it other ways that the US attorneys said was vey legal and it writing also. Plus this call center can not pull up records more than 3 years back now but as you know they exist for collections this cabal now gets to do also.
Acting Director OF CMS Don Berwick MD in 2009 started the process to not renew the contract for one region and he was not confirmed as not being 'prolife enough' (The pro choice guy won the presidency so what would one expect? )Good people exist in either political party but who but the crook's army of lobbyists did not allow stealing and killing to stop?, He also wanted to get government contractors under the HIPPA law as that data base used for medical treatment especially in a busy Emergency room is a deadly mess and no way to get errors corrected.
I have had two close calls myself , first back in 2007; and this cabal was very unhappy when the hospital let me know what happened as I did not sue them....etc. and told. me. I have at least 4 other patients co mingled with mine and one hospital in Houston wrote that they have 300 Maria Garcia's there and Congress did a study on causes of wrongful death malpractice suits a decade ago and it pointed to this deadly mess owned by Group Health. My personal opinion is that most malpractice is caused by this cabal in the first place by their micromanaging on behalf of liability insurers patients may not even be aware they are sick due to something they are not aware of but they are.. etc. and its worse since 2010 when toxins and chemical injuries, etc. that over 11 million have now in the USA or not even mentioned or treated etc. although the medical treatment standards have been around for 30 years. etc. One can just do a word search at the top of this blog for any topic or name, etc.
CONGRESS HAS BEEN GAGGED TO NOT ACT.
This theft by a medical provider who is said to have acted illegally in all practicality got this huge, due to malfeasance inside the government contractors who paid the claims as this is too much and too long and means there has been no internal reviews needed to make sure the claims were proper
Since the real government has not been permitted to do any real internal audit controls since the COUP OF 2002 and there has been no right by act of CONGRESS to do any criminal investigation to prevent another billion dollar theft by a provider either. Plus do not forget that all of the medical providers, suppliers and pharmacist are required to hire all kinds of management firms and billions services that are under or even are the same entities as this international cabal,
So the probability of inside collusion of this total amount means that there are those of the government contractors who cannot be charged and are free to do steal another billion dollars in collisions with another scam artist provider.
The SEC is unable to unravel this maze of horrific conflicts of interests of one entity in control from every possible side or part of health care now and most of our good doctors, and other medical sources have no choice in the matter and pay lots of money to hire all of these by the regulations that this cabal has had undue influence to get passed to benefit themselves.

What is the COUP OF 2002?
In 2002, I began to be a crime victim of my own system records being messed with at Medicare as every doctor, etc. visit another primary payer was coming up on the system as the primary payer out of my three health plans. I made a few phone calls and being an employee o SSA and HHS, etc. knew whom to call and spoke to the head person o be over this and learned that the whole system was now contracted out and their contract terms were being broken as the posting form ones employer was forbidden to be touched ad the system was suppose to block any one from going in a changing the data. The government calls this hacking to alter official info , illegally as its not to be done and to do so with out all kinds of due process letters to go out to all parties as its changing the amount of benefits one has and affects many parties. etc.
HIS WORDS WERE THEY CANNOT DO THAT
He was not aware of the e governing laws of 2002 passed by congress that defunded any internal audits controls of government contractors and no budget for either for criminal investigations of crimes alleged either And the evidence we have gathered from myself and one contractor did gather thousands of case fraud reports ,etc. and filed reports that disappeared inside the cabal they sent them to, means we are at the stage of search warrants and charges that should have been filed years ago and nothing done as CONGRESS FORBIDS THE BIGGER THEFTS OF MEDICARE AND ALL THE OTHER GOVT FUNDS CANNOT BE STOPPED WHEN STOLEN BY CONTRACTORS.
You cannot fix or replace Hillary care or Obama care until you fix these basic flaws that existed and should have been fixed before the whole nation was put under the health care plan. NO PLAN WILL WORK FOR GOOD HEALTH UNTIL IT IS FIXED AND THE REAL GOVERNMENT BE ALLOWED TO UPHOLD CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND COMMON SENSE PREVAIL AS OUR GOOD DOCTORS, ETC HAVE ALWAYS TRIED TO DO FOR YEARS AND NOW NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO PRACTISE OR RECIEVE GOOD MEDICINE WHICH IS OFTEN CHEAPER THAN WHAT IS GOING ON and that begins with the corrupted mess called the FDA also under this cabal.... Years of HHS civil rights complaints undocketed in(contractor again) and unanswered and no process to go forward addresses these discriminatory issues and lives lost and people sick and harmed could be addressed and changes made by allowing an open debate of the matters. I am in that class of 11 million that seems to grow too much. over the years.
I FILED AS I AM HARMED AND WISH NOT TO BE. .and wish to even know info to prevent harm . One can not have no adverse reaction to a chemical or ingredient one can only have an allergy and the medical result on exposure is opposite, etc. Its deadly mess, and ones prescriptions drugs do not have to even list what is in them and ones doctor is not allowed to know what is added. either.
BETWEEN FOOD AND DRUGS TAKEN DAILY WE MIGHT AS WELL SET THE DISINFECTANT CHEMICALS ON THE TABLE ALONG WITH THE KETCHUP AN MUSTARD. AS WE EAT AND DRINK A LOT OF IT DAILY . AS EVERYTHING IS USUALLY LACED WITH THEM and we wonder why we are sick as we are poisoned daily. The USA is one of the few nations in the world that allows all of these poisons to be 'secretly' injested daily and we do not even have the right to know it. Far wore than some of the older GMO's that had no additional pesticides bred into them either on top of all of this.
THIS MAZE OF A CABAL IS?

We actually have health insurers managed by them, claims paid by them, medical providers managed by them and they do the contract internal audits of them selves and providers, etc. and also own the system and since 2009 run the illegal software system to hack, and make medicare system be hacked and altered to make Medicare primary soon after the bi weekly posing comes in from ones employer. NO ONE HAS ANY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT OF DUE PROCESS AS THAT WOULD EXPOSE THE ON GOING THEFT.
Then they also own billing services and the provider call center to know what to do when PATIENTS SHOWS UP WITH INSURANCE CARDS THAT ARE NO EVEN ON THE SYSTEM AND WORKERS COMP ETC. AND are then lied to and told to not do a conditional payments would end up in a collection action and THE REAL GOVERNMENT AND CONGRESS KNOW OF THIS TRILLION NOT BILLIONS DOLLAR ONGOING THEFT
Most in Congress did not even know what they voted on and few newer members know.
Plus CONGRESSIONAL RULES which are clearly unconstitutional forbid members of Congress to mention this cabal , contact a contractor directly or have them appear in a hearing .
THIS IS NOT JUST HEALTH CARE BUT NEARLY EVERY PART OF GOVT NOW AT EVERY LEVEL IS CONTRACTED OUT AND THIS CABAL HAD BEEN ABLE TO GET THE CONTRACTS.
When one is involved in organized crime and going to gain profits illegally , then one can afford to underbid other companies.?
I name Lynn Blodgett* as he has been named in writing and verbally by many high level government officials and even those in high positions inside contractors that have to do what he says as he holds the power over the USA by act of Congress. High level officials know the systems are not secure they own and have been denied access to check out and have officially written to Congress to allow the real government to do their job as they used to be able to do and no answer from congress as they cannot even mention this as they are GAGGED and that is unconstitutional as they always have had the right to go find out things for themselves especially when they have the signature of one of their constituents to go find out why 38 federal agency judges are being defied by Lynn Blodgett the current dictator of the USA and he is just he hired hand of this cabal, That is the struggle for life I am under with that many judges backing me up and defied by the contractor who does not have to obey any law, regulation, judge or contract term.

Congress is unpopular as few can be helped on matters they are dealing with the government on as its probably inside the contractor where the issue is. Since this cabal is illegally allowed to say they are the government, even many rank and file in the real govt do not even know they are not govt employees who are still subject to the laws of the land and can be audited for work done and are and also arrested for breaking the laws.
PRIVACY LAWS FOR GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES HAVE EXISTED SINCE 1974 BUT GOVT CONTRACTOR CAN COLLECT OUR E MAIL, PHONE CALLS AND MEDICAL RECORDS AND NO PROTECTIONS OF OUR RIGHTS EXIST AS A CONTRACTOR CAN DO WHAT THEY WISH WITH OUR MOST PERSONAL AND PRIVATE RECORDS, EVEN USE THEM TO BLACK MAIL A CONGRESS PERSON OR OTHER PERSONS, OR SELL ON THE OPEN MARKET AS THEY CHOOSE TO DO . and we discovered even student loans names sold for marketing as they misspelled a name for one party I became aware of and mail , etc began to arrive in that misspelling
HIPPAA laws for protection and privacy of medical records do not cover govt contractors and the added expense for our doctors, etc. means they are burdened with a law when they already had state laws that covered them etc. but as soon as a claim for payment is filed, NO PROTECTION EXISTS.
and under a 1999 contract Group health of NY got to own them for any one who had any kind of health insurance or a government health plan.
I have felt the brunt of this cabal's wrath and defamation as they did not intend for anyone to ever find out early on. until the USA had no money left to even print?? YOU MESSED WITH THE WRONG PERSON WHO HAS DONE MEDICARE FRAUD INVESTIGATIONS ETC AND KNOWS THE BASIC LAWS AND RIGHTS AND AM REQUIRED BY LAW TO REPORT YOU AS A FEDERAL EMPLOYEE ...... but no one to report to who is allowed to stop it. at all and now the intake is a subsidiary of GOLDMAN- SACHS ONE OF THOSE 'PARTNERS' who honestly says they cannot take a criminal report on a contractor.. they also do whistle blower intakes and screenings and congress knows this and has not done anything as they have GAGGED THEMSELVES.
Your private company may have been forced to hire one of their cabal companies now to deal with the government . Regulations created on purpose to force all to hire them. Its not the laws and rules, it the why and what for. that is so corrupted. We always will need enough laws and rules so that no one among us is harmed. We do not need those contrived and passed to be a scam opportunity for more contracts to be let and more money skimmed and scammed. But until one faces the COUP OF 2002 we are not going to be able to know what rules and laws are good ones and what needs amended or changed or plain done away. with.
Health care costs rise over a Lot that is only there t allow more contracts to be gotten by this cabal for what SHUFFLING DATA AROUND WHEN THE NEW SYSTEMS SHOULD BE PUTTING EVEN MEDICAL BILLING IN THE CONTROL OF ONES OWN DOCTOR, ETC. There is no reason , that once my medical visit is ended and the doctor, etc. hits enter as to why I was there the money for the visit is not on its way to the bank as its what we have that new elaborate coding system for diagnosis we all made jokes about. All the accepted treatments for that diagnosis should be in there to OK payment as soon as diagnosis is entered Systems can do the work and then have some more high level reviewers on the back end. And only I there is something unusual would a more detailed explanation be needed to be reviewed, rarely would be.
Sen Blunt and Cruz are on that committee currently for the US senate and the list is on line for US Senate and House and these are the ones who are key to ending the ROBBING OF THE USA. as they need to ungag our members of CONGRESS. to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. .

Family just got a 200 lb liquid oxygen tank filled for life to be extended another 10 days or so . Even though I am approved for life for liquid oxygen by three health plans, there is no supplier available for me. over all these life ending regulations that forced many suppliers out of a sideline business. back in 1/08 by an unconstitutional regulations that was passed with no real hearings or rights of any in the matter. Very real how LYNN BLODGETT'S DIRECT ACTIONS IN MY CASE IN CONTROLLING THE RIGHT TO BREATHE AFFECTS JUST NOT ME IN THIS.
And he has not permitted my hearing to be held at Medicare for 5 years to over turn that regulation. When competitive bid came in ( another bad one) they big companies got rid of those who could deliver cheaper by making them hire a respiratory tech that made no medical sense as most home oxygen patients do not need that until in hospice care. etc.. Small suppliers all over would just exchange filled tanks and hire someone part time to deliver . many had a few patients like me and when it would cost $21,000 to even hire a tech
It made no common sense as there is no treatment to be done and if one needed home nursing care, it should be with that benefits. etc. All over this country small suppliers were forced out and some went out of business. I, am approved for life for liquid oxygen due to the minute amounts of ozone off the concentrators have my lungs inflamed in minutes as one inhales it back into the lungs as its not 99+ O2 and the ozone around the machine gets sucked in. In 2002 , they almost banned all ozone emitters at FDA and now its all they want every one to have and nothing done to correct the ozone issue to vent it out etc. . a They are life threatening but we 11 million or so are being found to be non patients all over and we need those civil rights issues heard and answered for our own survival if CONGRESS IS NOT GOING TO ADDRESS RIGHTS OF LIFE AS WELL AS LOSS OF LIVELIHOODS THAT OCCURS AT THE VERY TIME WE NEED THOSE LOCAL MEDICAL SUPPLY PLACES especially in our ore rural areas. .
I was getting some reimbursement fro Federal blues also though Lynn Blodgett's company Affiliated Computer services, et all has not input an oxygen claims not set up by federal workers file since he took total control there in 2002 also . I was put on it over 21 years ago for life.
INJURED WORKERS RIGHT TO BREATH GONE AS HE HAS 'EVERY ONES' WORKERS COMP NOW WITH A WHOLE NUMBER OF MORE COMPANIES SET US AS CONTRACTORS FOR YOUR PRIVATE INSURERS AND WILL NOT INPUT THE CLAIMS AS IT WOULD BE PAID AND LINK TO THE REAL US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR SYSTEM AND GIVE YOU PERMANENT MEDICAL FOR LIFE AND 100% OF BILLS PAID AS I HAVE BEFORE THE RIGHT TO LIFE GOT CONTRACTED OUT IN 2002.
Because of the protection of that 1988 law, one can not get a claim to go through Medicare, etc. and be paid without first sending it to them first as it will reject for being approved there. BUT THE LAW IN 1988 WAS PASSED WHEN WE HAD A REAL GOVERNMENT AND COULD MAKE ANY CONTRACTOR TIMELY PROCESS A CLAIM .
HE HAS CLAIMS PENDING SINCE 2002 UNPROCESSED AS HIS MANAGER TOLD ME his order was "LET HER DIE" AS IF THEY INPUT THEM THE BILLS WOULD BE PAID AND 'THE GIG WOULD BE UP" AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY ALL OF MY BILLS. My life is not a 'gig.'
I was approved back in 1/10/89 and case is non controverted for inhaling toxic fumes and the resultant issues. and many US Department of labor judges are being denied including the ones that said to post my file and use my records and that gossip and rumor had run amok and no one in the real government knows what is going on and to ask ME for the facts of the case. (No one in the real government has been allowed to 'officially have even those orders or any of my files and they are not permitted to take files in from any other place. not even me. THEY ARE GAGGED TO LET THIS CABAL RULE )
I cannot retire as the real government cannot even have access to my file or even the judges orders to process my request for permanent disability either . But as for oxygen any supplier he does this to could have to wait maybe over a year to get any payment as it takes months to bill your workers comp which is him now, and never hear and them on to your employer group health plan, etc. he also manages and they play around with you and finally to Medicare and or Medicaid if you are completely in poverty by that time. and some have died over this. Please do not do this get a tank, and take your script to a gas company that still fills for medical oxygen for patients and stay alive and joint the fight for life and LAW AND ORDER RESTORED.
There is a reason I say he is the third leading cause of death in the USA and its not some medical mistake at hospital, etc. its this cabal interfering with good medicine that used to be in this nation and other nations have had but his cabal is running theirs also now and the whole world suffers. etc.

And the third leading cause of death in the USA can be unraveled right back to this cabal as the underlying cause. We are all under it now in most ways in our daily lives and NO REAL GOVERNMENT WE ELECT TO SEE STOP REAL CRIMES AND ABUSES BEING STOPPED AS IT TAKES A REAL GOVERNMENT OF, BY AND FOR THE PEOPLE WHO CAN STOP IT.
