All Hands On Deck in Texas, Possible Ebola in Hawaii - Health & Science - CBN News - Christian News 24-7 - CBN.com SEE MY COMMENT JUST POSTED THAT WHEN A GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL SAYS LEAVE IT UP TO THE PARTNERS THAT MEANS THE GOVT IS NOT IN CONTROL AND THE RESULTS CAN BE DEADLY AS PUBLIC FUNDS GET STOLEN AND BUDGETS GET CUT.
I recently linked a press release from CMS ( Center for Medicare and Medicaid services where they had said they can no longer investigate fraud in the federally funded state programs and the states would have to do it Impossible with what money? The feds took the money to do the job and contracted out to the cabal who is committing crimes. THIS IS LAWLESSNESS COMPLETED WHEN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CANNOT ENFORCE IT S OWN LAWS.. instead LETTING THE PARTNERS DO AS THEY PLEASE.
Governments can contract out work when needed, but the people have to stay in control of what is done through those our public monies hire to over see the work is done and that the constitutional rights of all are upheld and monies are not stolen. All of which we have documented and shred with all of you over the last few years. A process that has gotten gradually worse over the last few decades as huge international companies get bigger and take over more governments world wide. And some are starting to go private which means not even regulatory agencies like the Securities and exchange commission will be able to find out what they are doing.
The 2015 Medicare handbook arrived and in it there is a section on conditional Payments for the first times in a few years. BUT THE INFORMATION IS ONLY 1/2 THERE. THIS PUTS THE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF ENFORCING THE LAWS ON THE PATIENT AND WHEN A PARTNER OF MEDICARE IS STEALING AND CAUSING LIVES TO BE ENDANGERED OVER ILLEGAL ACTIVATES, THEN HOW ARE ANY OF THE OVER 50 MILLION OF US SUPPOSED TO INVESTIGATE , ARREST AND BRING THE 'CRIMNALS' TO JUSTICE IF THE GOVERNMENT ITSELF CANNOT DO SO. THEY ARE COMING AFTER THE PATIENTS IF WE DO NOT ENFORCE THE LAWS THE GOVT CAN'T?
The section is a warning to every card holder just as I have been trying to share with all of you for several years. The patient is liable for the stolen money , stolen in their name and its up on us to make sure every medical billing person has the correct and full insurance information and that the primary payers are billed and if the bill gets ;illegally dumped on to Medicare it is theft and WE, THE PATIENTS ARE TO STOP IT ACCORDING TO THE MEDICARE HAND BOOK. WE CAN BE FINED AND PENALIZED AND ITS AN OVERPAYMENT AGAINST OUR ESTATES IF MEDICARE PAYS AND ITS HAS NOT BEEN SENT TO RECOVERY FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO GET OUR MONEY BACK FROM THE PRIMARY PAYER UNDER HR 1063 SIGNED IN TO LAW 1/11/13.
That is the omission in the section on who pays first? It does not give the full legal answer of the law at all. Our RESPONSIBILITY only goes as far as we can legally do. and when that is not enough WE ARE NOT TO BE VIGILANTES AND START ARRESTING THE THIEVES AS WE HAVE NOT BEEN TOLD WHERE TO TAKE THE ARRESTED PERSON TO BE PRESENTED TO A JUDGE AND MIRANDA RIGHTS READ?
After all , in the USA one is innocent until proven guilty by the government in a legal process. WHERE IS THAT ACKNOWLEDGED IN THE MEDICARE HANDBOOK FOR 2015? THAT Medicare's own 'partners' are the main culprits in what is going on and has been for 2 decades since the enforcement got suspended back in 1994 and some insurances starting making secret deals and dumping the bills illegally onto Medicare and no one I the govt stopped it and even colluded to let it go on until this very day..
This had gotten bad before the original law was passed back in 1980 and its the underpinning law that makes everyone involved in health care system in the USA obey the rules. medical billing services have to be hired at grate expense to deal with the on going thievery jut to get any kind of payment for the medical providers and suppliers and now that ACS is in charge of health care in the USA and many nations around the world its gotten horrendous.
Affiliated computer services of Dallas and CEO Lynn Blodgett set up a new company recently and has taken over control of 'all' workers compensation in the USA modelled after the horrendous and unconstitutional disaster that has occurred with the Federal workers comp where judges are defied and orders shredded and disappeared along with the rights and lives of injured federal workers in real DEATH PANELS.
Many will find few lawyers to take their cases as presenting the merits of a case and knowing the laws, etc. , and being awarded benefits means nothing if they do not have to be obeyed.The safety of workers decreases when employers can skirt the safety for profits. Good and caring employers will not be able to compete and get swallowed up by this cabal..
Years ago, I have signed enforcement orders against insurance companies doing far less than has occurred on our claims as shared here when the laws were enforced and we referred directly to the US Attorney
. Business Insurance newsletter just ran an article that has a glimmer of hope if its done. That the Dodd-Frank bill may be able to be used again insurance companies that can not pay their bills. I have suspected for some time that part of the secret deals of the last 20 years is due to health and liability insurers who are insolvent and can only survive with an illegal bail out by the government. If Congress wants to bail them out they need to pass the law and do it. Otherwise let them file chapter 11 or 13 bankruptcy or close down as for profit entities an go to non profits. But some of those are very suspect as often a health insurer that is non profit may be owned by holding companies or other for profit entities and the non profit ends up looking like a slush fund for the for profit as they illegally dump the bills on to Medicare and allowed to get by with it to this very day..
THERE HAS BEEN NO INTERNAL AUDIT CONTROLS AND BLATANT THEFT GONE ON USING ILLEGAL OFFLINE SYSTEMS THAT CAN'T HELP BUT KEEP CRASHING THE NEW HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGE SYSTEM THAT HAS COST THIS NATION 1/2 BILLION DOLLARS ALREADY AND STILL THE GOVERNMENT THROWS OUR MONEY AWAY AND DOES NOT SHUT DOWN THESE ILLEGAL DELETION SYSTEM LIKE THE MAIN ONE OWNED BY EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL AS A PARTNER OF MEDICARE THAT DELETES ANY ONES PRIMARY GROUP HEALTH PLAN OFF THE COMMON WORKING FILE TO TRICK THE BILLING PEOPLE IN TO BILLING MEDICARE AS PRIMARY WHEN THE INFORMATION COMING IN AND POSTING FROM EMPLOYERS AND GOVT AGENCIES SHOWS THE REAL INFO AND ALL THIS CONFLICTING INFO GETS FED IN TO THE CRASHING SYSTEM UNDER THE NEW HEALTH CARE LAW. Computers 'compute' and this illegal mess does not and the systems cant help buy crash. Are they going to spend another 1/2 billion subsidizing the partners to cover up the illegal actions and keep stealing our monies we need so badly for health care and preventing deaths from pandemic situations like Ebola and any other germ that decides to immigrate to the USA or mutate with in our borders into something deadly.
VOTE; ITS THE FIRST STEP TO BEING A CITIZEN AND SHOW ARE HERE AND WANT TO BE HEARD. Its THE POWER OF THE PEOPLE TO DO SO. Over my almost 70 years, I have often voted for someone on the ballot to show I voted, even though they were not of the main two parties and did not win. Some states allow write ins and I have even exercised that and put down someone I thought could do the job. Its not about winning if its just representing the people, Its about sending people to represent us we think 'represents us.' We over come big money through our vote as the rick man only gets one vote like the poor one does.
WE NEED TO VOTE IN ALL ELECTIONS AND KEEP IT UP FOR A DECADE UNTIL THOSE ELECTED GET THE MESSAGE THAT WE CAN HIRE YOU AND WE CAN FIRE YOU, TOO. if THEY KNEW 95% OF THE PEOPLE ARE GOING TO VOTE, THEY WOULD LISTEN TO US AND NOT TO A FEW RICH GUYS RUINING THE WORLD INTO CHAOS AND LAWLESSNESS.
