I have been rather blunt in all of this. But this has been going on for years and I try to be fair and diplomatic but after years of this and the real evil that has been going on by a few. Bluntness is a manifestation of my anger against real injustice that has gone on for far too long by a few humans against the rest of us. And too often we all get tricked into when we go to wars against each other.
Diet is being altered until we can get the prescription okayed for payment by any or all of the insurances. This is the real damages down when the national data base gets messed with that is there on each of us who has ever had a health insurance claim. It makes it too easy to relate ones current needs to the original injury case one is in litigation over. AND OUR SYSTEM DOES NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO OPT OUT OF THIS LITIGATION unless one is so independently wealthy and can pay for their own care, but even the richest among us are under the same corrupted mess.
My family members who are on my Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield got caught in all of this when two of them picked up Medicare, themselves in recent years \
Congress must start doing some real over sight of what happens to the laws and regulations and the monies to be used that are passed and amend and change them when they do not support human and civil rights and the US Constitution.
WE ARE HEARING A LOT ABOUT COMPETITIVE BIDS ETC WITH REGARD TO OUR GOVT POLICIES. My Congressional aide said that Congressman Mullin wants to change this.
THIS IS NOT SUPPORTIVE OF THE FREE MARKET SYSTEM AT ALL. WHEN REGS AN POLICIES GET PASSED TO GET RID OF THE SMALLER COMPANIES WHO CAN DO IT CHEAPER AND BETTER AND GET ELIMINATED BY UNDUE INFLUENCE. THAT IS PART OF THE CUT THROAT TACTICS THAT GO ON UNDER COMPETITIVE BID. FREE MARKET IS TO FIGURE OUT BEST AND EFFICIENT WAYS AND SET A PAYMENT FOR A SERVICE AND THEN ALLOW ALL WHO WISH TO PARTICIPATE TO DO SO. Fair market competition is when company x says they want our business rather than company y. Larger companies can have more diversity in types of care and include nursing and other home health services that most oxygen patients will not need until closer to end of life and there is a push now to get patients into those expensive nursing homes and not care for them in their own homes when modern technologies can permit for much longer periods of time. We are using antiquated criteria created before Microwave ovens and machines that vacuum the floor and go right back to their charging station before cleaning some more. All kinds of things that require minimal labor to make life easier in ones own home today.
ITS LIKE WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SMALL COMPANY I HAD THAT WAS DELIVERING LIQUID OXYGEN AND JUST EXCHANGED FILLED TANKS. MANY SMALL MEDICAL SUPPLY STORES WERE DOING THIS AND WOULD HIRE SOMEONE PART TIME TO TAKE CARE OF A FEW PATIENTS EACH. I WOULD CALL THE RETIRED GENTLEMEN'S CELL PHONE WHEN I WAS ABOUT A DAY FROM NEEDING A FILLED TANK.
Congress needs to revisit al kinds of medical needs and update them if HHS is not going to do this as Oxygen being paid for by the govt health plans as well as updating antiquated laws that expect one to get oxygen for three years and then die. I have been on home oxygen for almost 20 years when put on it by the Philadelphia federal workers compensations office and do not expect anyone to be invited to my funeral for many years to come. without out I do not breathe , but with it, progressive medical diseases get slowed down. We need to use the technology we have to get things done cheaper and easier for all. And the quality of health care increase, not decrease.
Its no more expensive then a bottle of pills others might take for their medical problems when done as the smaller companies were doing. It keeps me out of hospitals which is extremely expensive. so many complex and serious diseases can be treated in ones home with just a few items like blood pressure kits, peak flow monitors, oxygen meters, and glucose monitors and one can even send an EKG via a phone line if that is needed.
My prayers to Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus and others are invited to join or think good thoughts, etc. that these issues will be addressed and so many others we and others have raised.
We, the people know when something is not fair and just. Vote its only our lives and livelihoods at stake. Pray for a good CONGRESSIONAL HEARING WITH DIRECTOR OF MEDICARE SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY. Our precious health care dollars must not be wasted in systems that will not work do to all the ongoing corruption and illegal offline systems and deletions and manipulations being done but used for MEDICAL CARE.
12% of those over age 60 have a thyroid that is under active for a variety of reasons. Getting the blood test run to find it or any other disease one may need to get treated for is not easy in this corrupted climate where our good doctors are really no longer in charge of medical care for their patients. Now, finding a pill and getting it approved that does not contain all those inert ingredients that case severe inflammation and convincing the system and insurances to pay for that one and not another. Sometimes its a brand of generic that is the better one. But WHY DOES THE FDA ALLOW ALL THESE BAD THINGS TO BE PUT IN OUR PILLS IN THE FIRST PLACE WHEN THEY ADD NOTHING TO TREATMENT AND IN ABOUT 10 MILLION LIKE ME, CAN BE GRAVELY HARMED.
