Its not very well known that when  a government official or a government contractor says to send a payment to a person, party  or between agencies or between govt contractors or between federal govt funds and state agencies or ANY PAYMENT SENT TO ANYONE  THAT IS THE TAXPAYERS MONEY is not sent from the US TREASURY.

It is merely an authorization to the FEDE4RSL RESERVE TO SEND IT.

      NO ONE HAS KNOWN FOR A 100 YEARS WHAT THE PROCESS IS AND WE THE PEOPLE HAVE NEVER ASKED.

        With the advent of the computer age in the 1970's, I became very much aware of a weakness in our over  sight system. when monies are authorized to be paid there is a gap in time often up to two weeks and sometimes even more with huge appropriations for a specific use.

       That money is sitting in a system? And temptations can be real for those in high positions of power in this world to 'borrow' the funds.  These would need to make use of some offline systems and a weakness in the  systems to allow funds to go out and be used and put back in later.

Since much of the systems are in the control of govt contractors now,  and they are not subject to internal audit controls anymore, anything can be going on  and although most of the fold that work at the Federal Reserve are just a honest and ethical as any  of us and studies recently showed that most folk are honest folk, temptations can happen there just as they do to any one else and some fall to temptation. When there is big money and high power temptations can be overwhelming and why any sensible government and company audits what is going on and in this day and age that means super tech personnel that understand systems beyond what all but a few  understand.

With budgets in the trillions, it would be well worth it to pay some federal employees with systems knowledge  and sense of dedication well to look out for the peoples money.

         Our entire nations; records have almost 3enitirely been turned over to what we now call partners of the govt and wee have no idea what they do and the processes they follows in pending out MONEY,

         How do I know about this when so many do not , even in the govt?

Almost thirty years ago, one whole zip code in the area  where I was working at HHS SSA  did not get their social security  checks  on the 3rd and the calls were coming in from folks who expected a check in their mailbox.

 It became apparent very soon, a mailbag must be missing.  There had on occasion been a problem with mail bags coming form the US Treasury where the checks were printed up to two weeks ahead of time, dated for the 3rd of the month.  The zip code of the checks on the  mail bag were just a label with sticky gone like a  post note. And these could come off and someone might not have removed the label on there forom the prior month and at times mailbags got delayed when  opened and had to be sent on to the right location.

          The UNITED STATES POST OFFICE CHECKED THROUGHOUT THE NATION FOR A MISSING MAIL BAG. IT WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND,

Then, we got the answer. The checks were never printed. Our systems in the agency said they were. NO, OUR SYSTEM WAS ONLY SAYING WE SAID TO SEND THE CHECKS.

At that time the Federal Reserve was u still using tapes and  in the regional Federal Reserve, they had not run one tape for one zip code meaning the money was not authorized to be sent until they did and the checks had not been printed as they had not said to do so, The tape was run.  Checks printed asap and rushed out to the one zip code.

Now everything is digital, and  the process to authorize and send the payment to ones account, should be able to be done in a matter of a few days at the most. A DEBIT MADE USING MY DEBIT CARD FOR  MY BANK  ACCOUNT IS ON THERE BEFORE I CAN EVEN LOG ON AND CHECK MY ACCOUNT.

       So if an agency needing to make a change in an amount or account number, etc. should only take a couple of days at the most? NO WE ARE STILL IN THE DARK AGES IN MANY AREAS ON THIS.. THROUGHOUT THE GOVT.  SO WHERE IS OUR MONEY FOR WEEKS AT A TIME IN SOME INSTANCES?  IN A FORM OF ESCROW ACCOUNT AS BUSINESS DOES SO ACCOUNTABILITY IS ASSURED?

   WE DO NOT KNOW AND SO QUESTIONS GET RAISED AS WE ALL KNOW TEMPTATIONS TO BORROW CAN BE REA L IF NO ONE IS WATCHING.

Got one step up the mountain of paper work this afternoon . Filed the accident report for Federal workers comp on the adverse reaction to the medicine that had alcohol in it and was not labeled. Then sent a note  and copy of a letter I got to my attorney. Every government file needs to be reconstructed and even my employer  does not have the orders from 11 federal Judges and one hearing officer and    files are missing and they were  wrongly told by ACS CEO? that I had gotten a workers comp settlement and retired and stopped working on all that is needed to be done. by them,..  was told ACS took the files and shredded them but we need to find out and try and get them back in play and reconstruct from  my records if they are gone for good as so many are.

NO ACCOUNTABILITY IN THE GOVT FOR THIS TO OCCUR AND OUR RECORDS HAVE DISAPPEARED ALONG WITH HUGE PILES OF THE PUBLIC MONIES IN ALL OF THIS.

We the people work hard and pay our taxes either directly or indirectly and we expect our leaders to make laws and use our monies AS OUR US CONSTITUTION SAYS; "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation.'   Govt does not 'work' when this mandate is not followed.
