All over the USA. a real propaganda is going on against the injured worker and the safety of the work place is going  under with it  as too often work safety does not occur until after someone gets injured and the injury exposes the danger. Its the way things are , even if they should not be.

  Affiliated Computer Services has had Tortola control of the federal plan and as any one knows that has read my blogs, there is not justice, no rights and no right to life itself. I am one that tried to work and might have made it to retirement with oxygen and equipment and was defied at every turn by those covering up real crimes that led us done the path to 9/11/01 and criminal negligence by some before we ever were allowed in a building that could not have passed basic city,  state or federal inspections in the first place.

THESE ILLEGAL ACTS NEED CONGRESS TO DELVE INTO AND BIG MONEY IS GOING TO TRY AND BLOCK IT, AND ALREADY IS.

Throughout the USA one is reading  how from state to state ones state is going to reduce costs and abuses in the workers comp sister.  WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS HIRING ACS TO COMMIT UNETHICAL AND ILLEGAL ACTS. AND MONIES DO GO MISSING WHEREEVER THEY HAVE BEEN AND ARE IN CHARGE.  We have cars and trucks missing now. as reported on recently,

   Granted there are those who file phony claims and doctors an lawyers who are in cahoots and under the current laws, they should be brought to justice for what they do, But more often the abuses and illegal acts are against the workers suffering from real injuries. All the investigations and SEC and  law suits and sharing like mine has thrown light on this cabal and evil is having its last hurrah?

 What should be going on , is to get those injured   as healthy as possible and then find if there is some work they can still do for their current employer or  find them work they can do.   and compensate them for loss of the benefits of being with the same employer.  THE COVER UPS AND OBSTRUCTIONS AND PUNITIVE ACTIONS AGAINST THE INJURED COSTS MORE IN THE LONG RUN THAN JUST DOING WHAT IS RIGHT AND ETHICAL IN THE FIRST PLACE.\



I tried all of the above and got met with retaliations for my attempts to work  and it was painful to work with angina  and lack of oxygen to breathe and be told one is insubordinate to be ill at work when they ignored their promises to workers comp and all the many doctors who wrote them about what they were doing to my physical body,. I was placed under the authority of those who had to have committed  the crimes that got us injured in the first place.,  And my medical records and approved case, was the proof of  why others were dying over the years and put their freedom from justice in jeopardy as it should have all along, when the crimes were committed in the first place and they just keep on committing them in a pattern of illegal behavior that continues to this very day. The statute of limitations does not run out when its an ongoing crime..

All one can do is document what is occurring and pray that some day Justice will prevail

 NOW ACS IS TAKING OVER ALL WORKERS COMP AND THAT IS GOING TO END IT FOR THE MANY WHO REALLY ARE INJURED AND THOSE WITH MORE SEVERE INJURIES SEEM TO GET  THE WORSE ABUSES AGAINST THEM. Its much cheaper to " LET THEM DIE AND PAY THEIR SURVIVORS A SMALL SETTLEMENT or stipend as most severe injures no longer end in deaths for decades,  with the proper medical care they want t  o get out of paying and with ACS et al  can make Medicare pay the bills. which is illegal.

   The EFFORT SHOULD BE ON REAL CURES AND NOT IN GETTING OUT OF PAYING. My doctors and I have made some discoveries  but no one is listening that should. I have shared them here also, But the treatments might be cheaper, than what the pharmaceutical companies are selling.

So am really tired and saw a doctor to day, and am being sent to another doctor to check out something which probably a   work related  injury connection and  MEDICAL CARE IS BEING OBSTRUCTED  FOR INJURY UNLESS IT COMES THROUGH A 'BACK  DOOR APPROACH'. THE BILLS WILL BE DUMPED ONTO MEDICARE AND THEN  I AND MY ESTATE ARE OVERPAID AND MORE PAPER ADDED TO HE MOUNTAIN OF PAPER WORK TO  CLIMB AND  WE GOT NOTHING DONE TO DAY ON THAT.

 Aetna  SENT THEIR MONTHLY SUMMARY OF CLAIMS PAID FOR PRESCRIPTIONS  AND ACS IS still illegally paying  as primary  for pills that are approved by federal workers comp and ACS  NOW KNOWS BUT IS DEFYING THE LAW AND STEALING MORE OF THE TAXPAYERS MONEY.

IF ACS WANTS MEDICARE TO PAY FOR ALL WORKERS COMP , THEN LOBBY CONGRESS AND PASS THE LAW.   AND CONGRESS CAN FACE THE IRE OF THE VOTERS AND ALL NEED TO VOTE. WE GET WHAT WE VOTE FOR AND SO FAR WE HAVE BEEN GETTING ROBBED OF OUR RIGHTS AND MONEY.

SUPPORT THOSE IN OFFICE WHO DO WANT TO STAND UP FOR US, AND VOTE OUT THOSE WHO DO NOT AND REPLACE THEM WITH THOSE WHO TRULY REPRESENT US.  THAT'S ALL ELECTIONS. AS THIS CABAL IS TAKING OVER EVERY LEVEL OF OUR GOVT AND OUR LIVES.

For others please think good thoughts and prayers for justice to prevail and do  pursue the path of life an love and reset those who would bring death and destruction as a way of life for whatever evil motive they night have.
