But like everything else, one can not get a grant unless they apply. My prayers that some uplifting artists may receive the help to do something that reflects the best in this world and not the ones whose representations are not what many would want public monies used for. One has the right of Free speech and to produce what they wish little laws restricting much of anything. But I do think that when it comes to use of tax dollars we should expect something that reflects the values inher3ent in our founding documents and he US Constitution. and degrading any ones faith models is not proper use of those tax dollars as we do have Freedom of religion along with the freedom of speech. You want to create something like that, its our right, but most of us would not say it reflects the basic values this nation is based on which is a philosophy of respect for each individual.
Spent much of the afternoon working on the mountain of paper work created by the few in this world doing great evil to humanity and my family and I in particular. One of my loved ones cannot get her regular medication for a month. So we are finding shortages even on some of our basic prescription drugs. So calls were made to get a prescription for a lower dose and take more pills to get the correct dosage.
Then the mail came and one of my loved ones on my Federal Blues policy had an explanation of Benefits come to me, as I get them as subscriber. and it looks as if the bill might get dumped onto Medicare and even on to state Medicaid. AND CAUSE AN OVER PAYMENT AGAINST THE PATIENTS WHO IS REQUIRED NOW TO STOP THE THEFT OF THE TAXPAYERS MONEY as HR 1063 has yet to be implemented. Its been 20 years with he looting of the taxpayers health care dollars and its time to stop it, but the states will have to as the Federal govt is not doing so. The split among the staes on so manhy social issues is great. BUT IF ONE NEEDS TO SEE A DOCTOR AND GET MEDCIAL CAARE THAT IS NOT CONTROVERSIAL IN ANY WAY, WHY IS THE MONEY FOR THAT BEING STOLEN IN WAYS THAT ARE INSIDEIUOUS AND BEYOND THE PALE. The staete were abel to pull tobeghet on the Tobacco issue, onlh to have Congress intecede and in my opion make it worse, but they didi get together. Its time for it to happen again and there is even bigger money than the tobacco indugtry this time, as thestate areodming up agisnt the internal military industirl omlex that is now in chrge of mch of our health are in ways few understand unless they hae hfollowed blogs like mine and read some that never makes the main media. ALL WLL DOUMENTED.
It has been about a year since I last followed up with the state of Oklahoma on the rpp off of state money by Affiliated Computer Services AND ALL THERE INTERLOKED AND COMPNIAES THEY ARE FINCNIALY LINKED OT .as all states are starting to find out t just how much has been skimmed and scammed from them. on this partially federally funded states programs and most seem unaware in side the states that there IS NO FRAUD UNIT NOR FRAUD INVESTIGIAOTNS GOING ON AT HHS WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO DO THEM. if its a complaint against a doctor doing something, they will go all out on that after the govt contractors get their cut of the thefts and never get caught? Or just no due diligence to stop blatant theft by a few who do steal.
Some of the propaganda out there put out by their 'machine' in recent months would make it seem as if every doctor and medical provider is a crook. Very few are engaged in anything unethical, as they are too managed by the international cabal now to be in charge of much of anything anymore. And that is the tragedy in health care that the best trained and knowledgeable are not directing health care treatment as they should be with cures and better treatments at the forefront with often may actually be cheaper than some of the expensive treatments out there. The scams are everywhere and other options are pushed aside by the FDA. Our very lives and health are suffering from the limitations put on our treating providers who are trained to know the best.
IN MY CASE, WHY SHOULD I, AS THE PATIENT, AND MILLIONS LIKE ME HAVE TO CALL THE PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY TO EVEN FIND OUT WHAT IS IN A MEDICATION AS ONES DOCTOR IS NOT ALLOWED TO KNOW WHAT THE INERT OR ADDED INGREDIENTS ARE WHICH IS NOT THE MAIN DRUG BUT CAN CAUSE HORRENDOUS AND DEADLY ADVERSE REACTIONS. \
I am sick and tired of the discrimination of the FDA especially against those who have adverse reactions to chemicals and toxins that are allowed to be put in some of or life saving medications. AND FDA SAYS THAT OZONE IS GOOD TO BREATHE AND APPROVES EQUIPMENT THAT SPEWS IT OUT, WHILE THE EPA IS TRYING TO LOWER THE AMOUNTS PUT IN THE OUTSIDE AIR AS BEING VERY BAD FOR HUMANS AND THE PLANET.
It sounds as if HHS needs to find out just who is controlling the out comes as good health and good things for humans seems to be in a split in the same Cabinet department which has no idea? what is really going on in most of their govt contractors as they do not do any real internal audits anymore an if even the most blatant crimes and security breaches occur, they have turned fraud reports and the initial investigation screenings over to a Goldman-Sachs subsidiary and we caught them in a major cover up in 4/14.
THE STATES ARE JUST NOW FINDING OUT THEY CAN NOT COUNT ON THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO STOP FRAUD IN THESE PROGRAMS THE STATES GIVE SOME OF THE TAX DOLLARS FOR THE PROGRAMS AND BENEFITS.
ACS, et al has basically been 'forced' onto them using for processing and controlling the programs and most of the call ecnters are now them or their financially interconnected companies.
The more I spoke of ACS, et all today the more I got hung up on. as had happened a year ago. and before.
What I found today, were some nice persons on the front call, and they knew nothing of how the process even worked to stop the thefts. On the state Medicaid programs, no summary notice goes out to the patients and there is resisstant to even get a copy of payments so the checks and balance by the patients who can get overpaid if the wrong per pays first, etc. left our of knowing their own rights and liability in the matter.
A LOT OF NEW PATINTS IN THE USA HAVE MEDCAID NOW AND THE STATES HAVE LITTLE CONTROL FOR SEVERAL YEARS UNITL THEY GET IT DUMPED BACK ON TO THEM . ITS PART OF WHAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED IN THE HENW HEALTH CARE LAWS.And its in the process, that the money gets stolen inside these govt contractors and most of the states welfare and Medicaid programs are now under the control and monies are going to Affiliated Computer Services to process as they please. with deals made all over the health care industry.
All those attorneys out there doing so well representing folks for the state workers compensation cases, you are going to learn very soon why most federal injured workers can rarely find an attorney to take their case, because winning ones case based on merit will only find it 'shredded by ACS along with the US CONSTITUTION AND OUR RIGHTS UNDER IT.
Judges and Hearing officers orders, etc get 'shredded' and at the state level one is dealing with insurance companies and all the secret deals already in place to dump the medical bills first on to state Medicaid after the injured worker goes into poverty and then in 25 months onto Medicare by Emblem Health Interanaitional illegally manipulating and deleteing ones primary insurers off the the official records which they have control of after the posting to it by employers and govt agencies,. as is going on right now in an illegal off line system deleting such just as Vets appts got deleted with NO DUE PROCESS LETTER GONG OUT THAT IT HAS HAPPENED TO THE PATIENTS PERSONAL GOVT FILES. AND WHO POSTS FROM THE STATE MEDICAID PROGRAM? NO govt employee, but 'them.'
Govt audits use to not just count the money, but Congress made sure every ones constitutional rights of due process were upheld, too. SO why since 2002 are we not notified every other week when they go in and cancel my Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield off the file? or at one time flip it to a secondary medigap type policy instead which it is not and the taxpayer is paying 3/4th of the premiums for my family to have the coverage. ALL OUR HEALTH PLANS ARE UNDER THE CONTROL OF CEO LYNN BLODGETT OF ACS. YOURS PROBABLY IS TOO, IF YOU KNEW THE TOTAL PROVESS AND FEW KNOW OR CAN EVEN FIND OUT AS THEY WILL NOT SAY WHOM THEY ARE AS THEY ARE TOLD NOT TO.
The SEC is behind the times, as much of the illegal acts are done by verbal orders and companies blackmailed each other by entering them into an illegal act and then they have to reciprocate. EVIL CAN SUCK INTO EVERY ONES' WITH TEAMS OF LEGAL DEPTS THAT SEEM NOT TO BE WATCHING OUT FOR THE COMPANIES THEY REPRESENT. Until they are helping cover up illegal acts.

THE COALITION OF STATES THAT SUCCESSFULLY SUED THE TOBACCO COMPANIES SEEM NOT TO BE ABLE TO GET BACK TOGETHER TO STOP THE THEFT OF THE STATE TAX DOLLARS BY ACS ET AL INTERNATIONAL CABAL THAT THE FEDS ARE TO BE STOPPING THE FRAUD AND UNETHICAL ACTS AND HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT ENCOURAGE IT TO OCCUR IS WHAT OUR DOCUMENTATION SHOWS.

One does not need to be one of any faith to know real harm is being done when that occurs. VOTE AND VOTE IN EVERY ELECTION, AS ONES LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD DEPENDS ON ELELCTING OFFICIALS AT ALL LEVELS THAT WILL STAND UP TO REAL EVIL THAT HAS ALMOST TOTALLY OVERTHROWN THE GOVTS OF THIS WORLD. This bunch has done the same thing from nation to nation through out much of the industrialized nations, Humans have an innate compassion for one another and when that is not allowed to shine forth, we all suffer and should not have to.
Isolated states have filed law suits over one thing or another and some have asked the SECURIETIES AND EXCHANGE TO INVESTIGATE, But its going to come done to all the states taking the balance of power back to protect all the people and our monies in this Nation so that the monies set aside for one program or another goes for the intended purpose with a minimum of expense. Govt contracting, is never the cheaper way as Govt contracts were initially only used for short term and highly specialized needs. Not for the day to day routine processing of benefits being turned over to those who are accountable to no one and then not train their rank and file employees to really know how to solve any problems or know the total of the process so that thefts y those in charge can occur without the rank and file being aware its occurring. NOR CAN THEY REALLY SOLVE ANY MAJOR PROBLEM ONE MIGHT HAVE WITH A BREAKDOWN IN THE PROCESS AS NO ONE HAS THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE THE NEEDED CHANGES ANY MORE TO FIX THINGS.
