Other than some new inhalers like azmacort and Max air that came out in 3/89 and are now discontinued due to CFC's harming the environment there have been no new real treatments over 25 years and the studies that are done, are few and far between for medical conditions that are increasing as we use more chemicals and more accidents occur from using them and the ones for a variety of reasons including carelessness and wars and no one seems to think we should not learn more how to treat or even cure the injuries? And the treatments we did have after 3/89 have not been replaced with anything safe for those estimated 10 million like me. Some say its higher and I do not doubt that.
Usually these severe injures do not occur in ones home, as one is unable to buy the chemicals off the shelf that cause such severe damage to the human body what this means is that if one is severely injured there is some liability plan or insurer that is going to be sued by you or a claim must be filed before your health plan will pay. YOU HAVE NO CHOICE UNLESS YOU ARE SO WEALTHY YOU CAN PAY FOR YOUR OWN MEDICAL CARE. EVEN THEN YOU MAY FIND YOURSELF LOCKED INTO A HEALTH PLAN THAT MAKES YOU FILE THOSE CLAIMS ND PITS YOU UP AGAINST BILLIONAIRE INSURANCE COMPANIES WITH INTERNATIONAL LOYALTIES TO ITSELF. Its impossible for any govt right now to preserve ones rights of life and livelihoods in that.
I have an established non controverted federal workers comp case with permanent medical benefits already, yet it has not stopped a govt contractor from getting total control of the Federal workers compensation program and even shredding files and their own judges orders. And no one seems to know what they can do that is working in the agency that is supposed to be over the program. And if there is entrenched corruption or bribery going on at the highest levels , they are the very ones who decide if they themselves can be criminally investigated or prosecuted. WE ARE SITTING DUCKS WITH NO ONE LOOKING OUT FOR US INSIDE THE GOVT IN TOO MANY WAYS.
Now our tax dollars are getting stolen that is to be used for our medical care.

There were some run off elections in OK yesterday, and very few voted. Those bond issues, means the use of our local tax money will be used for things very close to home and if it is misused and we do not vote, then we only have ourselves to blame when things do not go well for each and every one of us. I AM ABLE TO SIGN ONE PIECE OF PAPER A YEAR AND ALL BALLOTS ARE AUTOMATICALLY MAILED TO ME SOON AFTER THE FILING PERIOD IS COMPLETED. There are so many other ways and times one can vote other than on election day, and yet we forget that our LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD DEPENDS ON WHOM WE ELECT AT ALL LEVELS. And the only thing we can do against big money influence is elect some who are not bought and paid for. And if our choices are not good, then we vote them out next time and elect some one else. 95% voting for 10 years is the goal I think will really make for real change in this world.
IF WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CITIZENSHIP, THEN WE LOSE THE POWERS WE HAVE UNDER THE US CONSTITUTION TO RULE THROUGH OUR VOTE.
Too often the effort is by some liability insurer or other entity trying to get out of paying and wanting to ignore that humans got badly injured. Let's face it: its cheaper to "let them die sooner" and not have to pay for decades of medical care. The issue of human life being precious for each and every individual and for society seem s irrelevant to the few in charge of this world. That power gained too much by most of us allowing a few to gain such a stranglehold on the use of our monies and resources and treatment of each other.
NOW WE HEAR ALL KINDS OF WAILING AND WHINING ABOUT HOW MEDICARE IS GOING BROKE, AND SOME MAJOR CRIMINAL ENTERPRISES DID GET STOPPED. but NO ONE WENT TO JAIL THE GOVT DID GIVE CONTRACTS TO SOME OTHERS, WHO THEN HIRED FROM THE ONES WHO WERE DOCUMENTED AS STEALING.
but IT DID MAKE THINGS LOOK A LITTLE BETTER IF THE NUMBERS IN THE REPORT WERE NOT 'MANIPULATED.'
BUT NOW, AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES HAS SET UP ANOTHER COMPANY AND IS OUT THERE PROCESSING EVERY ONE'S WORKERS COMP CLAIMS AND WHAT WE NOW KNOW IS OCCURRING IS THAT IN STATE AFTER STATE, THE FEDERAL PLAN HAS BEEN ADOPTED THAT MEANS MEDICARE WILL NOW BE PAYING YOUR WORKERS COMPENSATION CLAIMS AND THE WORKER WILL BE OVER PAID TO MEDICARE AND THAT MEANS YOU OWE OR YOUR ESTATE OWES THE MONEY BACK. ALL WE GET IN PRESS RELEASES IS HOW MUSH EACH STATE IS SAVING IN REDUCING THE COSTS OF WORKERS COMP. PROPAGANDA MACHINE IS AT WORK. WHEN MEDICARE HAS TO PAY, THE COST IS NOT REDUCED AT ALL.
DO NOT LET ANY ONE TELL YOU, AS I WAS, Monday by a person at the ACS call center that one should not tell ones Employer group health plan that you have workers comp. I even questioned Leslie on her comment, and she went on further and was very clear about it. Keep it a secret? There are criminal laws being broken here with regard to Medicare is one does not tell. I can be arrested for lying, unlike her working for the govt contractor that is no longer subject to those laws since no money and no entity is allowed to stop crimes committed by one as a partner for the govt as govt contractors are called now. WE, THE PEOPLE DO STILL HAVE TO OBEY THE LAWS OR FACE REAL LEGAL CONSEQUENCES. AND OFTEN THEY ARE THE GOVT CONTRACTOR THAT WILL INITIALLY INVESTIGATE US.
At the federal level, ones employer group health plan, is not tied to the computer system called the COMMON WORKING FILE. SO THEY DO NOT KNOW ABOUT WORKERS COMP, AND MAN Y OF THEM HAVE NOW HIRED ACS to 'manage ' the federal employee section.'
Most of them are now partnered with ACS or one of their myriad of companies they either own or are partnered with. So ACS AND THEIR CEO LYNN BLOGETT IS IN CONTROL OF ALMOST EVERY PHASE OF HEALTH CARE IN THE USA. EVEN YOUR DOCTOR OR HOSPITAL MAY FIND THEMSELVES UNDER THEIR MANAGEMENT IN SOME FORM OR WAY,
WITH THEIR 'PARTNERSHIP" WITH EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL THAT OWNS THE COMMON WORKING FILE AT MEDICARE, THEY ARE ABLE TO VERBALLY ORDER DESTRUCTION OF RECODES AND ALTERATIONS OF OFFICIAL GOVT POSTINGS TO THE SYSTEM. EVEN WHEN A FEDERAL JUDGE HAS RULED THE POSTINGS ARE ACCURATE AS OCCURRED IN MY CASE ON M09-1406 AND THEY SAID THEY "do not care what a judge says" their 'secret' deals with other partners and insurance companies over rules any semblance of what is legal or the law. A manager there said that to me back in 2008 when I got the first lower level judge's ruling and thought that would stop the illegal behavior there. NO THEY AUTOMATED THEIR ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR IN 4/09 FOR ALL WITH A PRIMARY PAYER THAT IS AN EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN AND YOU WILL FIND ITS NOT EVEN ON THERE SOON AFTER BEING POSTED.
IN 4/09 THEY AUTOMATED A DELETION SYSTEM THAT GOES IN AND DELETES ONES EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN THAT IS PRIMARY, SOON AFTER THE POSTING TO THE SYSTEM COMES IN FROM ONES GOVT AGENCY OR EMPLOYER AND MOST DO HAVE THIS OCCURRING. ON THER PERSONAL RECORDS. For us, the dependents on my plan who also have a Medicare card now, have it done to them too, and that MEANS YOUR DOCTOR OR OTHER MEDICAL PROVIDER OR OXYGEN SUPPLIER IS ALLOWED TO KNOW WHOM TO BILL AND COULD BE A LONG WAIT TO TRY AND FIND ONE TO PAY FIRST AFTER PROVIDING MEDICAL CARE. SINCE OXYGEN GIVES ONE PERMANENT BENEFITS UNDER WORKERS COMP, THAT MEANS ACS WILL NEVER PROCESS A CLAIM AND THERE IS A 4 MONTH WAIT BEFORE ONES SUPPLIER CAN GO ON AND BILL THE NEXT PLAN AND EVENTUALLY MEDCIARE WILL HAVE TO PAY AND THE RECOVERY LETTER WILL BE SHREDDED BY ACS AND THE TAXPAYER GETS TO PAY THE BILLS BELONGING TO SOME OTHER PARTY, Since it can be over a year to get paid for oxygen, no supplier wants you and THIS IS THE ORIGINAL DEATH PANEL AS THE RIGHT TO BREATHE IS DENIED. CONGRESS WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS AT ALL.
IF ONE IS SERIOUSLY INJURED, YOU WILL USUALLY FIND YOURSELF APPLYING FOR SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICARE THAT WILL START ABOUT 25 MONTHS AFTER YOU ARE INJURED.
The first thing that occurs is that date of entitlement will go down as the date of injury , so when you put down on your medical records you got injured 25 months or more earlier than when your Medicare Part A started, the claims will never get coded as being workers comp bills.] for recovery. And that means all are in trouble. even the medical provider under HR1063. through no fault of any one but those in charge for the govt.
But the patients is still responsible to report and file appeals and get it over to the recovery unit, WHICH IS EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL. The very one that did the dastardly deed.
Then your employer group health plan, is deleted off the system so they will not get the claims first.
WHEN YOU ARE INJURED ON THE JOB, YOU RETAIN YOUR EMPLOYED STATUS UNTIL WORKERS COMP GET S YOU ON PERMANENT DISABILITY AND now it will never happen as the whole process is obstructed by ACS. THEY HAVE BEEN SO SUCCESSFUL AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL OF BREAKING THE RULES AND LAWS AND 'LETTING THE INJURED DIE' THAT STATES HAVE BEEN BAMBOOZLED IN TO GOING ALONG WITH THE PLAN.
Were they told the truth? that the medical bills will still be paid by another entity called MEDICARE?
THAT ALL OF US RELY ON TO HAVE AT SOME POINT IN TIME AND ALL PAY TAXES IN TO THE PROGRAM THAT COULD END UP RAISED TO PAY FOR IT IF THOSE HAVING THER BILLS PAID BY IT ARE NOT THE ONES THAT ARE TO? BECAUSE THEY HAVE LET THE WORKERS COMP ENTITIES GET OUT OF PAYING? Even at the federal level, often there is a third party that should be liable as in my case, the owner of the building has to be sued or I get no medical care paid by them, etc. So I did and the govt is still obstructing the taxpayers claim, which is a claim we filed on behalf of the taxpayers who have had their elected official appropriate monies to pay for injuries on the job by federal workers. WHERE IS THE MONEY APPROPRIATED.? THIS IS A REAL ISSUE HERE AS THERE ARE BIG MONIES GONE MISSING THAT CONGRESS SAID SHOULD BE USED FOR US AND WHERE IS IT? LAT SEEN AT THE CONTRACTOR,ACS? MEDICARE DID NOT GET IT BACK AS ACS SHREDDED REQUESTS TO REPAY ALONG WITH THE US CONSTITUTING.
And if one tries to self report as we are requited to do. our postings are deleted and even the ones who are to be over it, have had their fax numbers taken away and the phone and fax numbers published do not work, or as soon as they learn what your phone number is. is it blocked illegally to prevent one from reporting? All mail and photocopying costs can be prohibitive expense and then those will end up in the shredder and never posted either as mine were back when the Detroit office was in charge and did a good job and posted, But that changed when THEY MUST OBEY ACS NOW.
OBEY THE INTERNATIONAL CABAL AND NOT THE LAW OR THE US CONSTITUTION.
SO WORKERS COMP IS ENDED AND SO IF WORK SAFETY AS THAT OFTEN OCCURS AFTER SOME ONE IS INJURED AND IT EXPOSES AN UNSAFE CONDITION WHEN A CLAIM FOR INJURY IS PAID. If what you have is a simple bone break and a cast and some physical therapy and back to work good as new in a few weeks, you may never have to face what those, like me are going through with the more serious life time injures and too often up against the chemical and toxin industries where all kinds of bad injuries can occur. Yet I have talked to some with these more simple type of injuries who have had years of hassles even with those. Our lives and health are not a game for some to have fun with as they seem to act as if it is?
SHOULD WE HAVE NO FAULTY HEALTH CARE FOR ALL OR MEDICARE FOR ALL? And the benefits start on the date of injury?
CONGRESS WILL HAVE TO DECIDE THAT. But then agencies like OSHA WILL HAVE TO BE EXTRA VIGILANT ot ensure worker safety and each of us will have to look out for ourselves even more. I knew little about big building construction when we moved in to our new leased space in a building in 1988, and had no idea that it could not have legally passed city, state or federal inspection. It looked pretty.
Looks can be deceiving and we were in a death trap and in 1/89 we learned it was a very unsafe building when a toxic cloud enveloped us as we sat at our desks doing our jobs for the taxpayers. WE WERE NOT EVEN TOLD THAT THE JERSEY CITY FIRE DEPT HAD CITED THE BUILDING ALREADY AND UNLESS BASIC CONSTRUCTION FLAWS WERE CORRECTED THE BUILDING WOULD BE CONDEMNED AS UNSAFE FOR HUMAN HABITATION. SO THE RESPONSE WAS TO TURN OFF THE GAS DETECTORS SO THE FIRE DEPT WOULD NOT SHOW UP AGAIN. And public enemy number one, took advantage and the cover up led this nation down the path to 9.11.01 as I have written about here each year on 9/11 and at other times to remind everyone that cover ups of crimes only leads to worse and worse crimes and wars and all of us losing so much.
VOTE ITS ONLY YOUR LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD AT STAKE AND DO NOT GIVE UP BEING INVOLVED IN RULING YOUR OWN LIFE AND COMMUNITY AND NATION AND THROUGH THEM THE WORLD. The Bible says in both Daniel and Revelation that a time is coming when ALL WILL BE KINGS AND PRIESTS. I think that means all of us are to be full partners in the political process as well as caring for one another.
As a follower of YAHUSHA AS CHRISTIANS CALL CHRIST JESUS, THERE MAY COME A TIME WHEN THERE ARE NO ELECTED LEADERS AND ALL OF US WILL VOTE ON ALL ISSUES ONLINE FOR FEW MOMENTS EACH DAY AND TECHNOLOGY WILL THEN BE USED TO GIVE US SHORTER WORK TIMES SO WE CAN HAVE MORE TIME TO CARE FOR OUR FAMILIES AN LOVED ONES AND NEIGHBORS. WE ARE CREATED WITH FREE WILL AND I DO NOT THINK THAT WILL BE TAKEN AWAY FROM US,]. HE WANTS US TO DO IT FOR EACH OTHER. In Isaiah it says the government say rest on His shoulders. It does not say HE will be a dictator. That rod of 'justice' referred to , is justice prevailing as all of us have decided all should have it. DO WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH REAL INJUSTICE TO APPRECIATE IT?
Ephesians 4:11 speaks of spiritual gifts. One of those listed is the 'gift of administration;
Could it be that we, the people will choose those from our selves with that special gift to see that our wishes are carried out? Much like a 'city manager' does now?
Is this the 144,000 spoken of in Revelation? Those who will humbly carry out the wishes of what all of us say should be done? I JUST ASK THE QUESTION AS A POSSIBLE INTERPRETATION OF SCRIPTURE, But one thing I am sure of. When it says ALL THAT MEANS EVERY ONE, AND NOT EVERY ONE OF THIS GROUP OR THAT GROUP. We are all uniquely different and we are not always going to agree on things. But if we ever get to the full adulthood of humanity, I have the faith, that all of us will do what is good and best for all of us. No one should go without the basics of life and livelihood. WE CAN DO IT, WE JUST HAVE TO DO IT.
And that means not only putting our caring into curing all disease and injuries, but preventing them from happening in the first place. The later may not ever happen 100% as we are made with a body that can be injured ,but we should never have to deal with what some like me have had to go through just to get the medical care and then learn that no one has cared enough for over 25 years to figure out a better way to treat. or if one with superior knowledge and training wants to try and figure something else, there is no support for the effort but too often outright resistance.
No matter whom you worship or not worship at all; if you are not promoting good over evil, please have a heart to heart with yourself as to your own very precious life and how you are being called to be a part of society and do good for others in some way.
