DAILY RECAP 8/12/14: FREEDOM TO THINK FOR ONES SELF; PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS

We have got this backwards.  The First amendment is two fold and both parts go together. Its freedom of religion and of speech.  we are a diverse  peoples of many faiths and no faiths and diversity within some of the faiths. We are all to have the freedom to practice that faith and share that faith with others willing  to receive it. ITS NOT ONE RELIGION FOR ALL OR NO RELIGION FOR ALL

This means that if one rents a hotel or motel room and finds a library there of all kinds of faith book s and a book from an atheist sharing their no faith perspective, I rejoice in freedom is flourishing and each of us can learn about each other and some day some consensus is achieved as to how  society and each of us should act as part of that society. There are common wisdom in almost all faiths. BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN I MUST BELIEVE AS ANOTHER BELIEVES.

THE ONLY RESTRICTIONS ON FAITH SHOULD BE WHEN IT INTERFERES WITH OTHERS RIGHTS OF LIFE, LIBERTY AND PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.   And can one be happy when denying others which denies our own selves from a freedom of expression. NO ONE HAS TO READ WHAT ONE WRITES.  One can turn the dial or switch the channel or 'UNFRIEND' SOMEONE ON LINE.  But we must be willing to let others share.

IS SOMEONE AFRAID OF THE TRUTH OF CHRIST? THAT YOU ARE SO INSECURE IN YOUR OWN FAITH  OR NON FAITH , YOU WANT NO ONE ELSE;S OPINIONS SHARED?

             Doyle was given a nice love seat that goes great in our living room and another person hauled it home in his pick up and  we do try and share what we have and can not use with others , too. more so in the past, than now.  Thanks to all the good people who help each other in this world and those who have helped us.  And we had to rearrange some thinks to make room for it.   We now have a three sided circle of seating around the TV and a long table with that mountain of paper on it and more boxed up to get to  in order to  stay alive. That means combating the real Death Panels that corruption in side some govt agencies and their 'partners in crime' their hired guns, the govt. contractors.

 I  linked a job at the US Justice Dept yesterday where in DC  they have an opening for An attorney in the office of Public Integrity. This is an area where good people willing to stand up to injustice and real criminal activity on going in side our govt is  prosecuted.  If one is called to apply, I pray for your success. If one knows of someone who would be good in that job, let them know.

We are already  into a time, when having an attorney, means very little. As one knows from my blogging for the last few years, winning ones case and even getting judges orders and rulings in one favor, means nothing if the govt. contractor has to get it and decides to toss it away along with the US Constitution. Until, those committing that kind of abuse of power  and thefts and deaths caused due to felony actions  are brought to justice, not much is going to change.

We can throw out a President or an elected official, but if the unaccountable;e cabal that has gained control is allowed to continue with out over sight and accountability including  criminal prosecutions allowed,  then  no attorney can do anything. Just as I and my family can't. But we try to go forward and share what we know, and pray that others will elect those who will stand up for justice and the rule of law.

That means all must have the right to share and respect each others rights to do so.

Need to rest  and then get up and climb another step up the mountain to justice for all.

My Dad,  had some wisdoms he would share with me. And back in the 1950's he made the comment: people don't even know when they are being insulted anymore.  I understood what he meant. We should be insulted when others actions, deny us our basic rights and respect for  each of us to have the right to be our own person and hold our own personal beliefs.  We should be called to action to confront such. Not, with violence, but with proactive lawful actions. AND TO DO THAT MEANS WE AS A SOCIETY MUST ACT and not let one person or one group impose restrictions on all of us.
