WHERE'S OUR MISSING COMPLAINTS IN DALLAS?
THE FIRST STEP MIGHT BE TO CHECK OUT WHY THE DALLAS OFFICE KEEPS DISAPPEARING CIVIL RIGHTS COMPLAINTS AND THINKING ITS ALL RIGHT FOR THEFT OF MEDICARE TUST FUND IS OK BY THE PARTNERS OF MEDICARE. oOur compliants cover a myread of bad behaviors going on insdiee HHS. How many wrongs might have been righted for so many who have suffered if our complaints over the years since the first ones filed in 1/08 had benn given even a curosry review and answer. Offenders don't even know a complaint was fisp-d against them. and given an opportunity to repsond. Part of what is supposed to be due process rights for the alleged offenders.I was told ACS takes them to digitize and did they 'steal them to hide from view? As they are listed and their 'compadres' in much of this?' How oculd this nation be turned over to such a bunch who has no respect for our constituional rights?
THE ONLY RESPONSE TO THE CIVIL RIGHTS COMPLAINTS WAS A CALL FROM THE REGIONAL MANAGER RALPH ROUSE WHO LAID ME OUT COLD AND REDUCED ME TO TEARS AS i STRUGGLED IN A LIFE AND DEATH STRUGGLE AFTER BEING MEDICALLY ABANDONED IN 1/08 AND DIDN'T YET KNOW WE COULD GO DIRECT TO THE GAS COMPANY TO GET LIQUID OXYGEN. AND CORRUPTION BEING DISCOVERED ALL OVER AND AROUND AND THE MANAGER GETS 'MAD' AT ME FOR EVEN FILING. AND WORSE.
THEN HAS NEVER ALLOWED ANY ONE TOSEE AND ANSWER THE COMPLAINTS FOR ALL THIS TIME. AS WE FILE PERIODICALLY. .
HIPPA DOES NO GOOD AS MOST OF THE OFFENDING PARTIES ARE NOT UNDER THE HIPPAA LAW AS GOVT OFFICIALS AND GOVT CONTRACTORS ARE IMMUNE FROM IT. AND THER IS NO APPEAL PROCESS FOR EVEN THE CIVIL RIGHTS COMPLAINTS AS THERE IS NO ANSWER EVER GIVEN AND NO PROCEDURES IN PLACE. IF NO RESPONSE, EITHER. TRY TO FIND ANY, EVEN THE OFFICE DOESN'T KNOW. This is one long 25 years still on going ordeal with HHS civil righs violated and matters are still pending from when SSA was part of HHS and complaints fiied as employee of HHS. Its why I wrote on my forms I consdered this retaliation for prior EEOC matters. which incuded EEOC sanctions against the Sec of HHS; which were never enforced at all.
NOW, ITS GOOD NEWS FOR ME TO SEE THAT OIG WILL HAVE A PART TO PLAY IN ALL OF THIS. INTENTIONAL PHYSCIAL HARM OF AN EMPLOYEE SHOULD HAVE HAD MORE THAN A CIVIL SANCITON. WHEN IT DID NOT STOTIUNITL THE EMPLOYEE, ME; WAS PUT IN INTENSIVE CARE TWICE AND TOLD TO GO BACK TO WORK WOULD RESULT IN MY DEATH DUE TO THEIR RENEGING ON THE WRITTEN AGREEMENT WITH FEDERAL WORKERS COMP THEY NEVER INTENDED TO CARRY OUT AND NEVER ALLOWED ME TO WORK WITH THE REIGIONAL HANDICAP COORDINATER;. A JOB TO MAKE SURE MEDICAL NEEDS WERE MET IN ORDER TO WORK. IN MY CASE REMOVAL OF CHEMICAL BARRIERS AND A NON EXERTIONAL JOB. DUTIES. PLUS WE NOW KNOW, I WAS TO HAVE HAD OXYGEN , TOO; TO BE ABLE TO WORK.SOMETHIING, THOSE IN CHARGE ARE STILL NOT UNDERSTANDING; THAT IN THE EARLY STAGES OF A PROGRESSIVE DISEASE POST SUCH A TOXIC/ CHEMICAL INJURY; ONE MIGHT BE ABLE TO DO SOME KINDS OF WORK IF THEY ARE ABLE TO GET SUFFICIENT OXYGEN INTO THEIR BODIES. NOT EASY TO WORK WITH CONSTANT ANGINA AND FORBIDDEN TO EVEN REST TO RELIEVE IT.
INTENT TO DO BODILY HARM AND CARRIED OUT USUALLY GETS SOMEONE ARRESTED , BUT NOT INSIDE THE FEDERAL WORK FORCE.?
AND WHAT DID GO ON AND CONTINUES IS BEYOND THE 'PALE' WITH DEATHS NOW. .NO MURDER INVESTIGATIONS WHEN FELONIES RESULT IN DEATHS INSIDE THE FEDERAL WORK FORCE EITHER?
. STILL NO INVESTIGATION OF THREE DEAD AT THE HANDS OF OTHER FROM 3/61 IN TOPEKA KS AND WHY OUR PRESIDENT NEVER KNEW HIS REAL DAD IN THE RACIST ATTACK ON HIS PARENTS AND HE UNBORN.
SO EVIL HAS OFTEN NOT BEEN OVERCOME AT ALL IN THIS NATION. WE TAKE ONE STEP FORWARD AND TWO BACK IT SEEMS. WE NEED TO KEEP GOING FORWARD ON THE PATH TO TRUTH AND JUSTICE FOR ALL. PRAY OIG KEEPS UP THE WORK THEY ARE HIRED TO DO. I WILL KNOW IF WE ARE ON TRACK WHEN I GET A WRITTEN REPSONSE FROM ALL THE COMPLAINTS MISSING IN THE DALLAS OFFICE. OR SOME ONE ASKS ME TO REFAX THEM IN.
FIRST UNBLOCK THE FAX NUMBER WHICH HAS COST US A LOT OF MONEY TO COPY AND MAIL FOR A FEW YEARS. MS CAMPOS DOES GET A DAILY RECAP E- MAIL FROM ME. BUT SHE WAS NEVER GIVEN THE CIVIL RIGHTS COMPLAINTS AND COULD DO LITTLE WITH THE HIPPAS ALTHOUGH LINCARE AND RHEMA WERE NAMED..AND ARE STILL REFUSING SERICE ENVEN THOUGH THE SUBSEQUENT COMPANY I WAS ABLE TO GET UNTIL 1/08 WAS 100% PAID BY TWO OF THE THREE PLANS. ACS-XEROX IS THE PRIMARY AS FEDERAL WORKERS COMP BUT THEY HAVE REFUSED TO INPUT OVER 14 YEARS OF OXYGEN CLAIMS AND NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO KNOW INSIDE THE GOVT THAT I HAVE BEEN OUT HERE ON OXYGEN ALL THIS TIME. MEDICARE WANTS THEIR MONEY BACK FOR PAYING AND THOSE ARE DISAPEARED AT ACS TOO. THIS IS A TYPICAL REASON FOR THE LAW HR 1063 TO BE PASSED TO RESURRECT THE ORIGNAL 1981 CONDITIONAL PAYMENT LAW.
This is a long list of felonies to be dealt with as to whom might be subject to criminnal charges. The current contractor GHI has ha no real understanding of why its wrong for them to break the laws, defy judges and dissregard govt contract terms as there has been no enforcement of the laws since 1994. In fact they hold lcriminal culpability in their New York office of Medicare coordination of benefits for major thefts and seem to have had no regard for the law at all or any concept of anything being wrong with altering official records to get medicare to pay the bills as their 'secret deals' with liablity insurers and health insurers and other plans and govt contrctors is 'ther law and is to be upheld.. Even getting judges orders did no good.
cIn 2008, it was made lear a ral coup d e'tat of the USA by the subsidiary companies of the Rothshschild's cabal had taken place in the USA after 9/11/01. They could do as they lpeased and no one was going to stop them.DO NOT EQUATE THIS CABAL WITH ANY RELIGIOUS FAITH, PLEASE AND ITS ONLY BE MORE RECENTLY THAT THE FINAL STEP TO CONNECT HAS LED TO THEM. ITS BEEN A STEP BY STEP PROCESS TO FIND OUT AND MUCH HARDER WITHOUT A BADGE. THIS IS INFO THAT IS PUBLIC BUT THEY NEVER WANTED ANYONE TO KNOW.
I will know if the constitution is going to be upheld , as we will see the basic routine actions taken that always should have been done and wern't since 1/10/89 and the orders was given to turn 90 HHS employees away from the hsoipials in Jersey City with life threatening and life ending injuries. Deaths have occurred so, statute o' lmitations doesn;t run and neither does it run when its one long continuous pattern of crimes commtted right down to the present and all complints filed both civil and criminal in a plea to stop them that too often disapapeared as 'they' got the paperowrk to digitize first. . NO WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTIONS INTHE GOVT WHEN THE ALLEGED OFFENDERS GET THE REPORTS TO 'TOSS.' No wonder Congress has such a low popularity rating. They have seemd oblivious as to why govt is not working? People can''t get their rights in dealing with the govt in virtually all agencies.
To implement HR 1063, OIG is going to be part of this. As the need for conditional payments in the first place for other than new injury cases where lititgation has just began as to whom might be liaable and for what is going to involve situations like our cases where intentional overt acts are going on to make Medicare pay never were even coded for recovery nor sent over t to that contractro to get the letters sent out. EXCEPT CIGNA GOVT ERVICES DID SEND THE PAID OXYGEN CLAIMS OVER. But as of a few moths ago, they still thought PO BX 8300 London KY was the US Dept of Labor.( all these govt contractors have been allowed to 'impersonate the govt for years and its not legal. as they are to say who they are and stipualate in the address they are the govt contractor.)
MSPRC now combined with MCOB surprised hen I said no its was ACS and no one at in the govt ever saw their letters asking for a refund .We all would have gotten copies of any official response. . My personal experience in discovery is that all t billing personnel for the medical providers in this region were ttrained to ignore the law and even instrcted to use phony phony medicare numbers and an offline system used to circumevet what was legal. Most of the billers seemd to have no ideas thery were complicit in a big orgnaized crime ring at all. The direction was coming right out of CMS itself in Dallas office and those in Washingon DC didn't want to know? about it. at all.
Please do not let this be sloughed off as I have and am still medically abandoned over it and my recent contact with oygen suppliers in the area, even the ones who only sell the ozone emititng concentrators is that no injnury cases are getting the right to breathe.They are being medically abandoned. All thorugh this , for years, I find out what is happening to us too often very typical. ' The media , post 9/1/01 just doesn't cover these horror stories as they used to and effectuate corrective actions be taken due to public awareness bringing change. .Most have no idea how o begin to ind ot why the govt does not work and how and why such crookedness is going on. My unique background gave me a headstart to find out, but its not easy with no badge and not being at work with access to info. But: much of the officials in the govt no longer have access anymore to even find out what is needed to stop crimes. as we used to have.
Does CMS really understand yet, that cases are NOT getting coded as condional payments s in the Dallas region and have not been by almost al the claims porcessiing partners for over a decade?Maybe so as soon we will be able to self reprot the bills ourselves.is what the prss relieases say. DO THEY KNOW OF ALL THE RECORDS THAT HAVE DISAPPAEARED ALREADY WHEN THE DETROIT OFFICE OF GHI MOVED TO OKC?
They have (HAD) all my docuemtation, but I was told it has disppeared inside of HHS OIG itself so be prepared OIG for al kinds of entreched corrupption to emerge that has been entrenched for a long, long time.Please do be careful with the whiesltleblowers as to who info is shared with as who is the real culprits is not always easy to determined initially. PLEASE DON'T ASK THEM TO CALL GOLDMAN -SACHS SUBSIDIARY FRAUD LINES AS T HEY JUST TURN THE INFO BACK OVER TO THOSE IMPLICATED IN THE THEFT. That is NO WHISLTLEBLOWER PROTECTION.
There is no way Congress, or OMB or White House or any one to balance the budget for our Health care dollars until its known what the real costs are. TheEr has been so much iLLEEgal actions going for so long,that once that is correted thre may be pLENty for all the medICal needs to be taken care of with ut crEatinG MORE 'DEATH PANELS. The corruption has caued the ones we k now have is my opinion of the matter.

Its been over 20 years, since any laws have been enforced on this Indications it was already getting rather lax in the doing, then. . Its been a flood gate to grab what could be gotten by the very ones contracted to be the partners of Medicare. Even regulations have been passed to enable the thefts to continue as well as other horrific unethical actions to take place.
