Ursula Burns is Lynn Blodgett's boss now and today in calilng some ACS componesnts found they now answer the phone Xerox and not ACS anymore.
As has been reportted here, in multiple federal agencies CEO Lynn Blodgett of ACS was named verbally and in wrtiing as the party whom they have to rely on for the facts as they don't have access to my files as ACS has withheld them He has speoken to several high up in the agencies and they can't refute his blatant lies as they have no access to the information, yet its my files in their agency's files. .And told the two liquid oxygen suppliers in my area, to not send in claims.
Thus putting my right to live at grave risk as they are the only ones I am permitted ot buy a new tank from. adn get ins billed Medciare and Fed Blues will pay, but Federal workers comp has to be billed first and they wait for 4 months to hear back and some are waiting for over a decade now with no answer. ACS's own manger said they would be paid if input and the 'gig would be up and they would have to pay all of my bills. Isn't that what was awarded and is the law?Don't they know Medicare isn't to pay unitl its gone through them first.And they have sent letters wanting Medicare's money back but ACS's CEO told them to throw them away too? T Medciare's judges got the official reocrds from US Dept of Labor, why couldn't CEO Lynn Blodgett or Ms Burns? Or does she know?
So far the tank I have is held together with glue and gorrillaa tape is holding but who knows how long that will last then I don't ; breathe.They have all said they are under orders to "let her die" re me; so that is the intent Murder of USA citizens is nothing new, this was done under Pres Clinton when the order was first given. and I was told by the Manager of Arkansas Blues who disregarded it then lost the contract in this area to HCA Holdings Inc ( Ill Blues ) who would 'do as they are told by ACS? I HAVE and she doesn.t have access to my file, nor know how to get one set up nor even the numerous remand orders from 15 judges and 2 Heairng officers whose orders are still not carried out. A few that are seem to occur after horrible plubicized atrocities occur like the shooting at the Naval ShipYard by one who should not have passed a backgorund check and it had been falsified and how many others have been?. Lower rung employees get arrested for the internal on going policies? So when I get hung up on pleading for assiatance for the very company that has casued so much harm and done such illegal acts against me, think twice before not trying to help in some way. The with the contracting out, there is no semblnace of any ciriminnal oversite let alone any civil audit control. But in 6/09 most of the Blues Cross Boue shields in the nation came under them thorugh another company CGS which was a 50 year old company who managed all of the federal programs. WHO LET THIS HAPPEN? .
Whether President Obama was diertly involved is beyond what I have proof of. But the transition left a gap for all kinds of skullduggery to occur. The intentional obstruction of the transition by a few and powerful , in my opinion greatly added to this being allowed to occur. Or was the obstruction done and instigated by those wanting to do the 'take over ' of the govt into ths inernational cabal? I suspect the later.

Lying to all agency heads telilng them I'd gotten a workers comp settlemet and retired and nothing to do on my case? A big fat lie. Where did he get the info or is it made up by him? And not letting his people post my file as judges had ordered and ask me for the facts of the case as the judges said and p input those 15 years of oxygen claims never processed he's s been hiding from the govt officials since ACS took over total conrol of federal workers ocmp and a milion dollars has gone missing for me. with permanent medical benefits due to approval for life for home oxygen. In my case the are items pending as far back as 1989 that have never had a decision on on them.. with multiple remand orders . Its a hodge podge created by constant criminal disappearances of all or part of the file Same in other ageinceis wehre medcial shad to be submitted etc... A file where the medical rcords prove what happeneds to my co workers and several are dead from injureis they never got compnsated for r is what I understand. as they were turned away from the hospital as I was to have been too, excet a mis up? casued the worng emplyer to be put on my chart initially and I got separated frome by co workers and got the diagnosisi of Inhalation of toxic dumes and the toal nruing of mucous membranceon entire body and the changes to my EKG during the attack. Yes, HHS in my former region used to give us compelee physicals every 2 years ad we had all the tests run EKG, Lung volumes, PFC's etc ad I was fine before 1/10/89 and the T wave inverted in the third lead in two hours.and seems to still be such on my EKG. .

Check it out in your own area before an innocent party gets emblried with them and all rights of all are violated, especially the children going through horrors on child shoudl go through no matter what the situation is. The beginning for me is for them to obey the judges. I got into these current problem with my workers comp with a theft of part of the file anyway while still under the control of federal officials already involved in some form of corruption or cover up.making it look as if I I'd not returned to work in 1990 when I did with evere physical intentional harm injury done as nothing promised was done and EEOC sancitons aginst Secof HHS due to physcial harm and torture as they promiesed removal of chemical barriers and a nonexrtional job. and without oxygen which soon became apparent was needed through tests, but why can't one work pulling an oxygen tank? They sai d I could, and could have done even better if proper care and things done as promised were done.. Still got awards for work exceeding well done despite working with angina and lung and bronchiospasms and severe pain. ( All written of before).. As the union AFGE and others said, they never intended to do anything but intentional injury and this is HHS folks that still does not do much for those suffureing from chemical or toxic injuries in the health plans they now regulate or over see.
And FDA-HHS allows ingredients into our foods that are 80% banned in other nations. The same processed food in one nation has diferent ingredients than the unsafe 'garbage we are often sold" We areall getitng sicker and the agency now in charge of all of our health care, is the biggest promoter of making us sick Grow a garden if you can, but many can't. With the California druoght, food is going to get scarcer and more expensive and one shoudldcosider what they can grow even in an apt. Even tomatoes do well in a container if there is sufficient sunlight.
