HIPPA LAWS DO NOT PERTAIN TO GOVT OFFICALS NOR GOVT CONTRACTORS. THEY CAN DO AS THEY PLEASE WITH OUR MOST PERSONAL INFO AN IF YOU ARE COVERED UNDER ANY GOVT REGULATED HEALTH PLAN NONE OF YOUR INFO IS PERSONAL AND HAS NOT BEEN SINCE HIPPAA LAWS WERE PASSED AND ENACTED UNDER PRES BUSH.

 I am not in favor of using our good doctors to do 'social engineering' in any way. especially in ways that have nothng to do with good health. My doctors are welcome to tell us how to live our lives for best health. and we should selcome that and supportt them to keep us as healthy as possible. But while they are being asked to find out if we have a gun in our home, will they also be asked to encourge the eating of GMO's and berathing in ozone from ozone emitting divices like oxygen concentrators and ionizing air purifiers, etc.

 I even had a doctor in Houston in 3/1997 tell me that the polluted air in that city that had exacerbated my chemically induced asthma that there was lots of pollen in the air that day.( Some of our doctros have 'sold out' long ago and its sad for all of us and our health when it does occur.) In the month of March? I'm soorry I never saw any 'pollen' look so black and dirty? And I have no allergies to any thing that could psosibly have been in the air that day. I've had all the tests to prove it but few will get them today with the pollutuers runing health care. When I got home I found out there was an ozone alert that day in Housont and EPA said nothing about pollen alert. In fact the Feds had allowed the State of TX to monitor itself. VP Al Gore soon changed that and EPA began alerting those of what they were really breathing. I've not always been his biggest fan, but one has to give credit wehre its due. I had a little 'power' as I was an inujred federal worer getting my accepted medcial conditions exacerbated due to EOPA not having influence But they still can only tell us, and do litle to stop it. No wonder those running health care and ACS-Xerox interconncted don;t like me and hiding my oxygen claims, etc. I reported what happend to me as I was legally bound to do. VP did what he coudl, but Ocngress did nothing to pass alws to promote health Why are we still refining fossel fuels with out polutution controls making people sick around them? Becasue EPA has no authroity over much of anything as they are not in the Cabinet room equal to the pollutters in control at HHS>?>

 So its time to get off our duffs and quit lettting a few powerful dumb us down any more. Congess needs to amend the HIPPAA law so that all govt officials and govt contractors are under the HIPPAA laws. Until its done, nothing about us is going to be 'private. as its really not now. '

 And we need to stop being bamboozled when those asked to hold high office are not smeared over one issue. I am pro Life as to me all life is sacred. Some day, science may be able to stop the abortion issue by offering fetal transplants. I don't see why it can't be down. A woman who cannot or will not carry a baby to term could adopt out her fetus. to another who would want it. Or as in the movie "Aline" and ther was a TV series on this decadss ago. One who wanted to adopt a fetus could have a 'kangaroo-type sac' to nurture the boaby until ready to be born.

 You may laugh at this, but all who wish to protect the unborn need to understand that the other side does have a point of the govt no being able to control ones personal body. I believe there are two bodies at stake; Mother and child. If we can build weapons of mass destruction in this world and spend tillions to destryo, why can't we come up with a way to preseve all human life? I'm not a scientist, but I believe if we are we are able to have an understanding of what might be, we have the brains to figure out how to do it..

ITS CALLED FREE WILL AND ITS THE FREE CHOICE TO DO WHAT IS GOOD AND RIGHT.  So while all are getting riled up about guns being taken away and there are some who would like to have that done. REMEMBER: CONGRESS PASSED A VERY BAD LAW IN THE 90'S UNDER PRES CLINTON  and it was not implemented until PRES BUSH and was never amedned to stop the govt into ones personal medical records andsdo as they please with them and we not even know.. 

Now all are being regulated by the new health laws even if you have a private insurance. Read the fine print when you go for medical care and realize that your doctor may do a lot to preserve his or her personal reocrds on you while in  the office but as soon as a cliam is filed its in the hands of NO PRIVACY RIGHTS AT ALL and this has gone on for a decade. Congress never sat down and passed a simple one sentence bill. ALL who have access to ones medical records are under the HIPPAA laws. u including govt officials and govt entities.

    Pro Life people were inciteed to not aollw Acting Director of Medicare Don Berwick M D to be confirmed back in 2009 and he wasn't. Yet many things he wanted to do were very pro life and pro pirvacy. One of the first things he propsed was to get all govt officials and govt contractors under the HIPPAA laws. THEY STILL AREN'T AND ITS WHY PESIDENT OBAMA CAN WRITE EXECTUIIVE ORDERS TO USE YOUR DOCTOR FOR SOURCES OF ALL KINDS OF INFO ABOUT YOU..

 Worse than even the 'social engineering' of getting all kinds of info then deciding what to make you do or not do is that errors in ones medical records in the handa of these govt contractors can't get corrected. Or worse if malcious intent makes some entity actually alter them

 Nor do you have access to the 'NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE DATA BASE' WHICH IS USED FOR YOUR MEDICAL TRATEMENT ESPCIAILY IN AN EMERGENCY ROMM AND SOCIAL SECURIUY AND OTHERS ARE GOING TO BE USING IT TO PROCESS ONES CLAIMS FOR BENENFTS AND IN OTHER GOVT PROGRAMS. Guns info is only the beginning of what it can be used for and CONGRESS DID IT and has to amend the laws to end it.

YOU CAN'T FIND OUT WHAT IS IN IT. LET ALONE GET IT CORRECTED IF WRONG AND THAT ENDGNERS ANY ONES LIFE.WHAT THE MOVIE 'The Net" made in the late 90's and undestand its the real world. And so far no one has put any controls on eneding the abuses and misisnformation being misued at all. The movei ended with the govt doing its job. THE GOVT IS IN THE HANDS OF THE GOVT CONTRACTROS NOW, THANKS TO CONGRESS, ET AL AND NO HAPPY ENDING IS GOING TO OCCUR UNITL THEY ACT.THIS IS NOT A MOVIE. .

  I came close to dying in 2/07 due to what was in mine. Since I didn't die or end up as a vegetable, few attorneys were interested in helping out. HIPPA couln't either since a govt contractors all the way through. and the civil rights ocmplaints were 'disappeared; at the civil rights office. still penidng if any one cares to help save lives... I was told ACS took them and did not return them? But I was able to get hospital personnel tell me what had occurred. Their ER doctor had accessed that non covered data base of information on me and used it to deny care to one with a super bug infection that had pressed on the optic nerve, etc... and now we know had found : at least two other patients records merged in with mine. I now am aware its three other patients. PLUS A MEDICATION THAT SOUNDS SIMILAR BUT IS USED FOR A FAR DIFFERENT KIND OF CONDITION AND COULD END MY LIFE IF GIVEN TO ME.

Even more insidious was that I had been labled a 'shopper for meds' when my dentist would not pull an imfected tooth until I got an antibiotic and I had called one doctor and couldn't reach and another one did prescribe. . So two requests had gone on the records, although I only got one prescription and used that for 'emrgency' surgery.Then was given some oxycotin for pain but never took it all just for the first couple of nights to be able to sleep. So my records must look like I'm an oxycotin shopper and am anything but. I don't take any pain killers and the few times I did was straight codeine after injured in 1989 for a few months and then the Tylenaol number three is given after a few surgerie and then I never take the full bottle. Cayeene pepper doss better for pain for me. But if sleep is interferred with as has aoccurred aocuple of times after surgery, then I took the prescribed pill to get sleep to heal. I have been warned repeatedly by heart and lung docors not to take pain killers unitl the cause is known as it 'masks' the pain. Proper treatment takes care of the pain, not a ''masking' pain killer, any way. Now dentists are not always so insistent on antibiotics being taking before dental procedures done if one has heart vavle problems.     I have a coomen name, LInda Adams and its not the first time I ended up with another;s records as it happened from a hospital in Phily when I asked for mine for Federal Workers comp and had not caught it immediately and was as reaidng about gettting a hugh s cyst drained in the stomach ( not me) and then looked at the top and found it was another Linda Adams ,not even of the same race , birth date or fatih or even address.etc..

When ones local hospital or doctor has total control of reocrds, they can correct errors. But it has not been possible for over a decade and deadly results have occrred and Congress knows it from their own studies and nothing has been done to amend the law. THAT DATA BASE IS A GOVT CONTRACT FILLED WITH ERRORS AND SOMETIMES MALICIOUS ALTERATONS AND ITS ONLY INFORMATIONAL AT BEST AND CERTIAINLY NO DOCTOR SHOULD TOTALLY RELY ON IT NOR SHOULD ANY OTHER ENTITY USING FOT FOR ANYTHNG. Carry your basic medcial records with y9u and hoe if you can;t sepak they will be looked at instead.

In one pateint merging of records;, we know of malicous intent of putting another patients's records into mine and it was done by a high level govt offcial( who should be investigated for felony murder for participating in a felony that cost lives already from 1989 dster in our office and his malicous internvention occurre din the late 1990's. Since he was so high up, he could order that no Federal law enforcement investigate him. The US Justice Dept has as office called OFFICE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT   which is to invetigate high level govt corruption an has been a JOKE  for decdes as too many federal workers and others have died or been badly harmed asa result of down right crimeinal activity. by a very few 'rotten aples.' that have gotten into the system of for the most part decent and ey=hical people.

SO PRESIDENT OBAMA HAS BEEN GIVEN AUTHRorITY TO PICK UP HIS PEN AnD DO AS HE PLEASES WITH ONLY A PERSONALL SENSE OF ETHICS TO GUIDE HIM BEAUSUE CONGRESS FOR OVER A DECADE HAS DONE NOTHING TO RESTRICT SUCH POWERS BY ANY GOVT OFFICIAL OR GOVT CONTRACTOR IN LAW AFTER LAW LIKE THE HIPPA LAW..

    We all know he has some very strong beliefs about guns.  But what about all the other issues I just mentioned of how you might join the upwards of a million dead already   and others like me who had close calls with death due to simply not protecting our medical reocrds and letting all think they were due to not understanding it was a bad law in many ways. In my case, not only was I in severe pain with a potoentially life ending casue and loss of eyesight going on, but when I refused prescriptions for narcotics when that was t be the ONLY care offred; the enragement against me by doctros who had never had me as patients was horroifc. And a false report ended up in my chart and not been corrected yet so that's in the total also. I still wonder what was all going on and if the civil righs complaints ever get read , and the most basic of discovery done, maybe the source could have been unearthedd and corrected so no one esle ever has to go through this to get medical care. ONE THING IS FOR SURE , WE WOUld NOT HAVE THE MESS WE DO NOW FOR A HEALTH CARE LAW FOR ALL. So when one tries to do something to correct things, its not just for one person in our system of govt. So that ER doctor who 'dissed' on me complains aobut the new laws, he needs to understand he has to take some fault in what he is being made to work under. When you go along, looks what happens- worse outcomes and for all not for just one patient. I also had learend that Fed Blues was not on th emediare computer at all as it was being illegally switched by the same contractor Group Health who owns Medicare coordinaiton of benefits, so they thought I had only Mediiare and Fed workers comp and little of the bill would get paid and even though I showed them my Fed Blue card, it was arrogantly ignored. In 2007, few understood that we were already almost under total govt contractor control then and few understood there was NO oversight for criminal or unethical behaviors they might do. Nor any way to stop them.

                                              WHAT;S A BAD LAW/

      Its one where everyone thinks it sounds great but the 'devil is in the details.'. Protecting medical reocrds and allow a method to correct errors( your doctors can't even if its their recrds that got altered.) .  THE HIPPAA LAW ONLY PERTAINS TO OUR DOCTOR AND MEDICAL TREATER.  It does nothing to protect those reocrds if a clAIM is filed to get payment for the care. Few of us are wealthy enough to pay for our own care and now all are under some kind of reguleted health care, even with private policies.

 WHAT YOU MAY NOT HAVE KNOW AS EVEN YOUR PRIVATE POLICY INFO WAS BEING PASSED ON TO A GOVT CONTRACTOR IN THE PAST AS THAT NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE DATA BASE IS A GOVT CONTRACT UNDER EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL  formerly GROUP HEALTH.

 Yes, we are going into international health care and the same enities are running things as govt contractors in almost all nations, now and soon into CHINA. So our private info, including who has a gun may be accessed over in China? what would they need to know about a gun in ones home for?

                           I DON'T LIKE GUNS

        I grew up in a home where my Dad idd have a couple of gune. He was trained to shoot with sniper skill. He took me out as a young child to lean to shoot a BB gun and I did not like guns from the very beginning. I was taught to have utmost repecct for guns as they could kill and was taught gun safety. I don't like them as I don't ever want to kill with one. I do eat meat, but do not wsih to be the butcher.  So, I pary I will never be in a position to have to pick up a gun for survival in this world and wish all would live in peace and its not going to happen with HALF TRUTHS GETTTNG EVERYONE ALL RILED UP  WHEN THE ANSWER IS MORE BASIC.  Congress passed a law that sounded good but was bad from the beginng. It took away all our rights of privacy into the hands of the govt and govt contractors from the very beginning of it.  SO WHILE YOUR DOCTOR AND HOSITAL, ET AL PAY BILLIONS TO OBEY PRIVACY LAWS,  the govt can do as they please with the information and its not always in our own interests nor societies.

Shared info can be good to capture geographic pcckets of disease. But with HHS in the pockets of the polluters and toxic and chemcial induestries, its not expected much would be done to help but rather to cover up the bad acts of those making us sick and causing us to die before  our times.

                           EPA OVER POWERD BY POLLUTERS IN THE CABINET

              I don't know everything and didn't realixe that EPA was not a member of the president's cabinet. It has little influence over us having clean air or clean water to keep us healthy and live as long as our Creator wishes us to be The power psotion is not equal. .  AS APEROSN OF FAITH , IT IS NOT THE WILL OF THE CREATOR WE SHOULD BE SICKENED AND DEAD EARLY FROM ACTS OF OTHER HUMANS. HHS AND THEIR PART, FDA, IS PRETTY WELL IN THE CONTROL OF THE ONES MAKING US SICK AS THEY DO LITTLE TO CONTROL THE POLLUTANTS THAT DO MAKE US SICK. EVEN OUR HEALTH CARE IS REGUALTED TO THE POINT NEEDED TESTS TO DIAGNOSIS AND GET THE EVIDENCE AGAINST THEM HAS BEEN STRIPPED.  When I was injured 1/10/89, these tests were available and my health plans paid for them so proper diagnosis could be made and treatment given that was for those specifc ailments There were obstructions, but the coverage was legally there for the tests, etc. .  NOT ANY MORE. Get over come with  a toxic cloud and you may well not be able to get properly diagnoses or treated as  Our medical sources are so regulated by HHS's controlling chemical and toxic chemical industries that you will find it very difficult to get the care I did. And its was not that easy for me then, but it could get done. I ran into that in 2/07, when as a heart and lung patients the protcals were drastically diffrent. No EKG was even doen, although even though I was suffering angina, also. Left eventircl heart filure not treted now i unitl in hospice care. is the realitiy of what is going on. Its a little late then? You start getting htis as soon as your lungs are injured as mine were as your heart tried to over compensate so you can live. What I am saying is all on line an most linked on my web site. from official govt sources. I use my perosnal situaiton to illustrate what is all too commpn place and pray it never happens to you, but these injureis are hapepeing more and more as none seem to think they are responsible to be safe and have due diligence as they have been allowed by our elected leaders to get by with such bad behaviors far too long and they have the systems in palce to not have to pay the damage claims when ther bad acts causee injury and desth. Ther liabilty insurer is probalby the same parent compAny of tHe hosIptals malpractice insurer and even the govt contractro which will pay the claim. and you will run into ACS-Xerox and ther compadres over and over throughout the process as well as and any other entity that might be needed to get basic medical care for the injury TRUST BUSTING DOES NOT EXIST IN SMOE OF THE AREAS ITS BADLY NEEDED. Can't blame Pres Obama for picking up his pen. But he is one human and we are to vhae a balance of powers and so far for the last decade or so, the other branch, Congress has not even bothered to find out that there is 'devils in the details' of some of those laws they are voting on. How aobut posting on line for all to read and petition our leaders on for 24 to 48 hours at least before a vote. Surely someone out there might catch some of these 'bad provisions' snuck in in the middle of the night that will cost lives, and health and theft of our public monies. Then have some time for amendments and not just one to 'say no' lets get some constructive changes, please.

Those who have made us sick because they use no ethical controls to keep their toxins out of our air and water,  food, do not want to change their bad and criiemnal behaviors. and seem to care so little even for their own lives should they be over come.( A responsible company or entity can't even compete in uch illegal atmosphere) They seem to care little about precious human life. Why don't they care about their own? Tt an anti- Christ Spirit gone amok in this world. or as other faiths might say Mother Nature being trashed...We only have one planet to live on right now and we are making a foul mess of it.

 This is not about global warming at all. Its about a few powerful and wealhty decidng to  be like toddlers who have not learned to 'clean up after themselves.'&nibsp; PROBLEM IS THEIR 'TOYS' HURT AND KILL PEOPLE.. 



   I did not do a Daily Recap yesterday as I was very ill. I over did things. After getting the letter from Rotech triyng to convince me there are over a dozen suppliers of liquid oxygen in my area,A LIE AND THEY KNEW IT They just copied the Medicare list and its a fabrication, too. I decided to call each and find out for sure what I had aleady known/ NONE.  Even Lincare is now being encouraged to not do liquid oxygen and they do not come to OK at all for any new patients. . One person at Lincare told me that they are taking NO NEW LIQUID OXYGEN PATIENTS AND ONLY SELLING THE LIFE THREATEnING OZONE EMITTING CONCENTRATORS. IN 2002 all of these ozone emitters were going to be banned, then an about face was done EPA QUADRUPLED THE ALLOWABLE OZONE LEVELS TO 4 PARTS PER MILLION AND the 10 million+ LIke me can only toLerate parts per billion. The most miunte amounts causee inflammation and eventual death. and that's all one is expected to have. Congressnal Hearings held and nothing was done as if the ones in Congress weren't human? Doesn't Ozone kill more people than guns do Just not as quick or as dramtic?I (Its hard to find the air purifiers which aren't ozoe emitters either. I've bought when I find one. and have a roll of the carben filters to use if needed.   ) That's exaclty  what he said. so why did their parent company Lindegas out of Germany buy up one of the major gas companies in the USA if they were not going to provide medcialto those who badly need it. We had been told they woudln't take any new patients in OK.as they come from TX. and Rhema- Rotiech had the exclusive rights here as of 7/1/14 and this is going thohg all govt health plans; these exclusive territories ( all this is not in the gerneral medicre info at all)s of the DEATH PANEL IN YOUR AREA> You need ozygen to breathe, One company will say yes or no.. Get the ozone emitter and you will get oxygen and a porduct that will kill you sooner? And what of others in the home? like children who could suffer, also..EPA SAYS OZONE IS VERY BAD, BUT THE DIRECTOR DOES NOT HAVE A SEAT AT THE TABLE AT ALL. This is an immediate concern while others argue over carbon taxes and global warming issues. CLEAN AIR IS HEALTHY ANY ONE DISAGREE? .

I had speken to Lincare's corporate office about working something out for our son to get 1. a tank, and then tanks fille dat their Denison store and then they cold bill and we could get 100% ocverge on isurance a sthere would be a supplier. I have not heard back from Florida Corporate office yet. as the local office has had no authority over me since being medically abandoned by them in 5/06. as ACS-Xerox made them do and would not bill so they could go on and have other plans pay as there will never be a response as this is true 'across the board' for all workers comp now stste and federal. You will not get the care you need wih ACS et all running things.Make sure they understadn that they only have to wait a few weeks before going on to your other plans, For some reason, that 'safety ne't in all has collapsed and HR 1063 is for just this situtaion. to save your life and needs to be impleemnted, now. Watch out what youur state does with their workers comp programs, It may not be good.. A small company did come in 2006 and got paid and then got forced out of business by HHS controllers , the polluters. as th did all the small compnies saving lives and doing it cheaper by just exchanging filled tanks. . Claims with ACS on 02-0600325 date of injjry 1/10/89 are still unprocessed to hide the fact of me being on home liquid oxygen for lamost 29 years now. . Guess the small companies were saving too many lives??

      I was also told  by another supplier who does not do liquid ss none of them do that.. That the Sherman Rhema store is no more and three have been laid off there and they are not selling anything out of there. Just delivering to customers they have. But their equipment is not at the gas company visble any more either?  SOURCE IS FROM ONE IN THE BUISINESS IN THE AREA SO TAKE IT WITH A GRAIN OF SALT PLEASE.  It sounds very plausible for what I found out in the survey I did. I do have a degree in Sociology and not completely ignorant of doing one. But it was informal and followed the false info being put out by Medicare to make it look to the oublic that all the patients were doing well and being taken care of with their tax dollars and they are not and have not for almsot a decade now. .

    If you have had an injury like mine with where the mucous membrane in your lungs,ets ahs been 'burned off', you will be on liquio oxygen from day one accoridng to some very good and respected doctors. LIQUID CAN BE IN THE TANKS, OR IT MIGHT BE IN THE GREEN OLDER TANKS AND LESS COMPRESSED ( Not used much sits more expensive and need many more tanks). ITS 99+ OXYGEN AND PURE AS THE OZONE CONCENTRTORS ARE NOT A THERAPEUTIC DOSE from 86% to 94% oxygen AND YOU SUCK IN THE AIR AOROND THE TANK AND THATS THE IONIZED AIR, ET AS OZONE. There is no way to vent out the bad ozone at al and won't be as long as FDA thinks ozone is good for you to die sooner. . If you get this kind of injury You will almost assurdly be in some kind of litigation whether it be workers comp or a claim against someithing that happpened like a chemical plant blow up near by or a traffic accident with a truck transporting hazaordous materisl , train wrecks, etc... Don't belive all the news media who always say everyone treated and relesed. That occurred in our office and none got much any treatment and too many are dead and others of us left with chronic c life time injuries we will probably have contribute to ealier deaths, also. s. You will be FORCED TO FILE  AS YOUR OWN HEALTH PLAN WILL NOT PAY IF YOU DON'T WHAT I LEARNED IS THAT YOU WILL PROBABLY BE DENIED CARE BY ALL SUPPLIERS. EVEN IF YOU ARE WILLING TO TAKE A CONCENTRATOR ( PROBABY AS YOU HAVE NOT EXPERIENCEE THE SEVERE INFLMMATION UNTIL YOU TRY IT. i DID AND fEDERAL WOREKRS COMP PUT ME ON THE LIQUID.) HR 1063 IS THE ONLY LaW TO HELP IN THIS SITUATION AS ALL THE ENTITIES YOU WILL BE DEALING WITH ARE PROBABLY THESE GOVT CONTRACTORS GOING ALONG WITH THE ENTITIES WHICH HARMED YOU. lIVES AT STAKE AND CONRESS DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS IF PRES OBMA DOES NOT TAKE UP HIS PEN FIRST. . What is happening to others is exactly what is happening to my oxygen claims with ACS-Xerox as govt contractor. and many other entities or ther compadres are refusing to pocessthe clims for any kind of oxygen with state workers comp which are adopting the federal model and contracting out the controlof the programs. THEY WILL NEVER PROCESST HE REQUEST FOR OXYGEN? WhY? BECASUE OF A LAW THAT MUST BE A UNIVERSAL ONE AND NOT FOR JUST FEDERAL WOREKRS COMP. ONCE APPROVED FOR LIFE ON AN ACCEPTED CASE FOR A LIFE SUSUTAIIAG NEED AND OXYGEN SEEMS TO BE THE BASIC AN D OBVIOUS ONE, THE INJURED PERSON HAS PERMANENT LIFE TIME MEDICAL BENEFITS AND the ground work is laid for larger monetary damages and a life time of medical care. I WAS ALREADY APPROVED BEFORE THE 'COUP' IN 2002 AFTER 9/11/01 and the real coup took place in this nation and no one in power has done anything to take the control back to the people and their elected officials. For some reason many of the billing people at almost all of these don't understand its only a few weeks they must wait and then go on and bill other health plans. HAS SOME IllEGAL SECRET DEAL BEEN STRUCK WITH OTHER PLANS TO RESIST ALLOWING OTHER HEALTH PLANS TO GET BILLED AFTER A REASONABLE WWAIT? YOU MAY WELL NEVER GET AN ANSWER FROM THE WORKERRS COMP, BUT YOU MUST FILE FIRST. Few just injured will have Medicare , but you have other health insurance now. Is this the real, more evil reason, all the small suppliers were forced out of the liquid oxygen buziness in 1/08 like mine. They obeyed the laws and filed , waited then went on to the other plans and got paid. Then Medicare's recovery letter went into the' trash can' at the govt ocntrator ACS-Xerox and monies never refudned back as the conditional pay law had bene suspeneded from enforcement back in 1994? so the pollutters and those not taking due care with hazardous materials want to get out of paying the bills for those whom they injured with their products? They would not want no fault health care as the govt would know how much they are causng healt care costs to rise and wantit to stop the injuries but mking them use due caution in use of their products? Now, the govt is covering up for the entities that have harmed us. . Many who are pro life, have been bamboozled by gbig enitres who say they are, but have little ethical standards to promote life with how they make their money from. Modern chemicals and toxins have a purpose, but all caution needs to be taken and its not ggod to use them if somehthng more natural would work as well or better. NO DAILY RECAP YESTERDAY SO I HAD ASTHMA ON EXRERTION FLARE UP AND THEN IT WAS THE PERFECT DAY TO PLANT SNOW PEAS AND OTHER COOL WEATHER CROPS AND WENT OUT AND SAT DOWN AND SPENT AN HOUR PUTTING SEEDSI N THE GRORND. THE SOIL SMELLED WONDERFUL; AND WAS JUST THE RIGHT MOISTURE FOR THEM. Its going to be too cold for a week so I OVER DID IT ADN WHEN THAT OCCURS I HAVE TROUBLE BREATHING AND A LOT OF PAIN, TOO.. AND MUST LIE STILL AND OF COURSE AM ON OXYGEN. My upper respiratory is very painful as its as if a vise just clamped it down. We breathe from upper and lower respiratory sytesm in our nodies. Mine is even worse in the upper repriatory. So have been resting until now. One of the first 'visible 'signe of the injury is bleeding from the sinues as one breathes through the nose first. We've seen this in the BP oil spill in the Gulf when those dispersing toxic materials in the Gulf were not permitted to wear protective gear and someone should have gone to jail for murder and attempted murder on that. SOME AT OSHA FOR LETTING IT HAPPEN TOO. NO ONE HAS. ITS BAD FOLKS! PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNITL YOU OR LOVED ONE OR NEIGHBOR GETS INJURED AND FINDS THE HEALTH CARE I HAD TO STRIGGLE FOR BUT DID GET SO MANY YEARS AGO IS NOT EVEN AVAILABLE ANY MORE AT ALL. One answer is to allow EPA TO HAVE A SEAT AT THE CABINET TABLE WITH THE PRESIDENT OF THE USA, WHOMEVER HE OR SHE MIGHT BE. SO THEIR INFLUENCE IS EQUAL TO THAT OF THE ONES MAKEING US SICK IN ALMOST TOTAL CONTROL AT HHS FOR OVER TWO DECADES AND NOW IN CONTROL OF ALL OF OUR HEALTH CARE PLANS. | IF YOU DON'T WANT EVEN BIGGER GOVT, THEN PASS A FEW LAWS WEHRE ALL LIFE IS THE PRIME DIRECTIVE FOR ALL OF US AS RIGHT NO ITS NOT. AND THIS HAS LITTLE TO DO WITH GUN RIGHTS FOR THE MOST PART. I don't want a gun, just tall the rights we are to have and that incldes LIFE> . I DO WANT THE RIGHT TO BREATHE AND RIGHT NOW THAT IS BASED ON THE GLUE AND GORILLA TAPE DN A DEFECTIVE TANK OUR OR SON HAULS TO THE GAS COMPANY AS ITS BEING ROUTINELY DENIED THOSE THAT NEED THE RIGHT TO BREATHE AND THE POLLUTERS ARE CAUSING RMOE INJURES EVERY DAY AS THEY ARE NOT MADE TO BE CAREFUL AND THOSE WHO ARE RESPONSBILE CAN'T COMPETE WITH THE ONES CARING LITTLE FOR HUKAN LIFE, APPARENTLY NOT EVEN THIER OWN.
