E MAIL MISSING FOR A MONTH?
On my toolbar on computer screen is an icon for an e mail I rarely use. And it tells me if there are any new ones there. Today it showed one and I looked and back on 3/23/13 there was an e mail to contact PPSIMMONS and gave an e mail address. I typed up a response and tried to send it and it would not go through as it was blocked.
From the e Mal I use most of the time, I have been sending him my Daily Recap as I receive his newsletter. Also, I'd found another e Mal on his website and have used that.
For a month there has been me saying no one contacted me from them, and all kinds of debate going on as to whether I';m real or not. So I will try and use that e mail and the one I just got from a month ago and see if it works. But I couldn't respond as PPSIMMONS has to add me to an account he has accepted and he has not done so yet.
Maybe some contact can now be made. Lt Zullo said he'd gotten my phone number from PPSIMMONS; so he could call me if he chose to? But all this sidetracked us from the search for truth wherever it leads.
NO MID CAP TODAY
I had four places to go to day. Doyle took me. Had to get lab work done and discussion over whom to bill. Then had coupon to spend to buy supplies for computer and that was not good to breathe air in there.
Then had to find a cannula tubing for oxygen. Since the one suppler Lincare is refusing services as they were told by Lynn Blodget';s company I have a million dollars and found out there is a suspected embezzlement ring inside the govt and the OIG for OPM still not allowed to investigate and every seriously injured worker since 1988? has been worth a million to steal on, wheres is the money?. When ACS took over customer service people for the company were informing medical provider and Lincare was told and believed it, I had the money. My certified letter saying I don't have the money and for an answer have never been answered ACS and now they Willyt admit there is the info inside their company , but they were clear about it at first. Its what they saw and told.
It appears to have gone through US Dept of Labor and coded on the computer sesame and its why Medicare get the bi weekly posting that's secured. I would not get the money but was told Federal Blues was to pay the claims at 100% and then access it, They claim they know nothing but this all happened when Illinois Blues HCS INC took over in three southern states and they began an illegal dumping on to the Medicare system having Group Health who owns the computer and has the contracts with employers and with US dept of Labor to never alter the postings and they can with everything but the OWCP benefits is locked in.
The permanent benefits were given due to home oxyygen needed for life and they will not input 12 years of cliams as they would be paid and the manager said she was told the 'gig; wold be up. What kind of evil corrupted deadly mess has occurred inside our govt. And where is all the money that could be hundreds of millions if not a billion dollars diverted somewhere Only the Federal reserve knows for sure if moneys were diverted form going to OPM to somewhere else by a high level officer or if they did it. Or did it go to an ACS interlocked company at OPM and they pocketed the money and then are now paying 50% of the payments for medical care after medicare is illegally made to pay first.@25% paid by them in total, now.
HR 1063 signed by Pres Obama on 1/11.13 is supposed to be assessing them by the govt $1000 a day in fines and its not happenings.yet. Maybe someone has finally figured out how powerful one little bill is. Its the underpinning of making the whole health insurance industry and govt contractors obey the laws and stop their illegal games that have harmed and even killed people and almost broke the Medicare trust fund.
Now regulations and procedures have to be set up as YES THE GOVT WILL MAKE WORKERS COMP PAY THE CLAIMS1 You have an approved case for a medical condition, and the standards of treatments says you need it; no more making medicare pay by illegal proprietary deals between companies to steal the public monies.
For 60 years, Medicare has become the standard for the health indsutry. and in 1994, Sec of HHS, Donna Shalala suspended the enforcement of the laws and collapsed it as theft and manipulations of claims ran amok. Changing diagnosis codes on claims has resulted in a fraudulent medical history being accessed for medical care more and more and 7 years ago, Congress did a study exposing the deaths and other harms( I almost died twice from it) and nothing done.
But this law, HR 1063 is a major step; and someone held it up in the US Senate for almost 2 years after the House had passed it back in 2010. It was passed just before Christmas in 2012. Did someone slip it through after the objectors had left town?
This needs to get fully implemented before these unaccountable govt contractors take over all the rights of us to live and right to care in 2014. The original law in 1981? was hated by the insurance industry. Wonder why? Now its got some real teeth in it. So beware. Medicare can pay, but only if coded a conditional payment and that means it goes to collocation by the govt from the primary party liable to pay it. It should only take a few months for things to shape up and lawlessness stop. Please do';t let the thieves stop the implementation of this. This is the public monies to keep us alive and its the monies every worker has taken from their pay check as part of the FICA tax. Its for our care when needed, and its not to pay every one's bills when other health plans are the primary and legally approved payer.
So had to go to two home health agencies to get the right size cannula and back home and did not get a chance to post the Daily Mid Cap.
This is after the Care First from Kentucky Blues had illegally paid a claim of Doyle' as secondary to Medicare and more theft and they had chose to ignore anything said from us last month. And they will not say the name of the person who is inputting this on their computer to use, Its just there and (says steal the medicare trust fund as long as you can get by with it?) They don't know and they don't realize its their future health care dollars they may need. But we have too many today who don't seen to have the same sense of value of even their own live sto care. Spiritually this is falling into the worse kind of lawlessness and sin against any belief system one may have.
SEARCHING THE GRAVEYARDS
Before Its News posted a question asking me if a person they found a death on from 8/1961 was the Dad? Not, but there were two others in the Newspaper article.And Ann said there were three. Also,I don't recognize the spot mentioned.
Also, there was a cover up and although the date was given for the drowning of 8/61, it might not have been easy to determine when the bodies went into the water. One needs more info on it. It just said drowning.
A cover up would say that.
I don't know if there ever was a determination made of an exact date of death. And still am trying to remember when the bodies washed up on the sand bar. As I Remember; Solder Creek as Ann had said they were sitting on the side bank of that which flows into the Kaw River, or often Called Kansas River. Its in Shawnee County which is the county for Topeka ks.
Also the year of birth is too young He was born either 1943 or 1944 as he was a year ahead of us in school.
The date of death for the three would be @3/61, if there was any attempt to be accurate from Ann's report to authorities. I don't know if the police ever tried to contact my parents after the bodies washed up. And there must have been some time elapse before the story finally got in the paper. . If they did, they didn't share it with me.
I just remember in 1989 , the former Sheriff who came into office as a result of this cover up asked My mother if she knew where Ann was. And none of us did at the time. Even his Great grandparents had passed. And do to all the hush , hush govt business and "Tut" seeming to want to isolate them from the rest of the family, not much was known in the wider extended family. I'm not a first cousin of the President, but a third, First cousin of is grandfather, Daniel Wayne Pope ( Stanley Dunham's name assumed to go to WWII at age 14) whom I only saw once in the early 1950's when he stopped by to talk to my Dad before going away somewhere for a long time. and had been living at Leavenworth.Ks. but had never come to visit even though less that an hours drive from Topeka KS. Its where many online sources, that seem very reliable said the USA spy training center for Russia was. and one source said that's where his grandparents met.Did the military ever find out how young he was?
So its possible if this was in Topeka ks, it might have been one of the three. Its why I wanted to get the newspaper articles as the families of the other two might be more willing to speak, as they really may have never known what happened to their loved ones.
I wish I could remember when. the article was in the paper. Maybe they had washed up in 8/61 after Ann had left town for Mercer Island and they just put down 8/20/61 for the death based on the date the bodies were discovered and then did';t publicized it until later when someone got the newspaper to give some coverage. The drowning may be the cause of death, but if this is one of the three, the death is suspicious and never fully investigated. If it was a real accident then there should be some newspaper articles about it. I do know there were undercurrents in the river and people did drown in it. Plus the deaths that were more suspicious than just trying to swim in the river and got caught in the currents.
I appreciate anything that can be located and I will check more on this person. Great that checking is going on.
As I recall, my mother was wearing a sweater when she got up and ran through the house yelling out the info. For her to do this kind of emoting was very unusual. She was always a very calm person. We had no air conditioning and few did in their home in those years. The ones people did have did not do that well. So it would have to be after it got chillier. The evening newspaper came after everyone got home, and Dad was home and the light was on in the Living Room. It was not dark yet, and must have been after chores were done. So not winter, but Fall or Spring Time?.
But, this could be one of the other two. Will check out where that dam is, as I'd don't remember the name.
I just took you through a thought process of a piece of info given and now, one has to find out more.
WESTBORO BAPTIST CHURCH
Someone made a snide remark about my not knowing that westboro Baptist was not there in 1961. It was, But the corporate name may have been changed later. Online is an excellent article 76? pages that was the final bio of Red Phelps in a series on Baptist Preachers. This all that survived all kinds of litigating to get published, And after written is when Morris bought the Topeka Capital Journal and will not allow their reporters to check archives or do anything on this and am sure they want to. But they need their job?
According to this and it doesn't disagree with anything I recall Westboro Baptist was just a regular Southern Baptist Church and they had a new preacher arrive in town, Fred Phelps in 5/1954. Soon his radical ways got him in a lot of trouble with the congregation and he literally took over the Church and the family moved into it.
So at some point there may have been a change in non profit status. Obliviously its unlike any Southern Baptist I'd ever known of any other kind of Baptist. And what were all those older teenagers doing in the church, girls like Stanley Ann being sent there by her mother? Big question. Ann had the sense to get away?
And engaging in the hateful gossip frenzy I witnessed more than once occurring but didn't know they were from their unit the Easter Sunday 4/2/61 when Mom and I went to get the gdnshp papers signed over on Ann to my mother and saw them in the service just accepting in a frenzy almost every hateful word Fred Phelps spewed out against blacks. ( he used language I won't repeat, Its was horrible hate and against everything I was ever taught to believe in..) ON flickr I posted an article written by my Dad, That's the philosophy of how to treat all others I grew up in home and in church. My parents were not perfect, but never had I ever heard that kind fo language used about another human being ever.. Add the hate and religion together and you can create jihadists of any faith who think committing even the atrocities of real hateful speech against another human being is justified. No it isn't when it enrages other to commit violence. In my heart, if they did not do the deadly attack, the gossip frenzy of hate led to the climate to cause it.
