Rain and clearing and more rain and the seeds in the garden are sprouting fast, even though its chilly.
Spent afternoon going on various web sites I have 'pages' on to let everyone know that pictures are getting posted as I locate things of President Obama's relatives on his  mother's side and they are not the Dunhams but the Hardy's and Pope's. Dunham was an assumed id to go to WWII wen too young and marry when too young, also. The pcitures today are another of the Popes in the 1930. sna dDan Pope is the small blodn haried boy, Im pretty sure. Back of phot  just said Hardy's and Pope's. Florence Hardy is seated in the picture  on the top step.  The other is Tracy and Forence Hardy wedding day 5/18/1922. in Colorado.
The ABS spell check stopped working, saying it couldn't connect to server? Never had that happen before. So I had posted on Dancing Czars which Before the News re posted and its got  typos I missed, due to eye sight problems. So hopefully I can catch things better on this. (Its working on here, now when I went to edit.)
Been re posting some of the original postings of the Daily Recaps since 7/26/12 and some of the August ones were lost online when face book redid their system along with about 2000 'firends' got lost, too. Others had problems also I've read. I have copies so  need to go through and re post those and learn how to scan into the site itself, but for now am using flkr as its free and since most of the photos are older, and not in color seem to do ok. You click on the link in the firs line to go to it.
 Also spent time  ging through  another tub and trying to find the rest of the letter from the Aunt that wrote in 1974 that Dan and his son, Dan were painting a house. and I only knew of one child, Stanley Ann, Then it said Marilyn was working in a court house? but  where.? Hawaii?
Here's what  I leaned about family history in my own journey for truth and Justice. Many times loved one pass on information they were told second hand and maybe its not always accurate either.

I know of one internal situation and will not say where or what branch of the family as its very personal. But one teenager, ( not Stanley Ann had  a  baby  out of wed lock and the baby given up for adoption, and many extended family had no idea of it, unit I was told about it a few years later and this person is now a public figure. And found records where  the biological parents even tried to get the baby back themselves after they turned 18. Don't worry, Am not saying who, but its not in Pres Obamas direct line, at all. It happens and its not going to stay secret for ever, someone always knows and one might as well deal with the trurth in the best way possible for all and for the child.
In our family, on either side this can become pubic material and fodder I won't say more, but if I did say you would know whom I was talking about.
Hiding these kinds of secrets just doesn't work as sometime, somewhere people are going to find out and then it can be very hurtful and embarrassing rather than just being honest about the situation. But when one wants to be in the public eye and hold leadership position, ones whole life is going to be dug through to find out anything.
 This bit has nothing to  do withe Pres Obama direct situation, but it does have an indirect bearing as he knows parties involved and whether it makes any difference in that relationship past or present or future, it might.  More openess about these matters does occur today. and many are not so 'self righteous ; to judge people badly when things occur because physcially one may be more mature  than our society allows for marriage, etc.
Ones secrets are not always so secret, but if one hears things, one needs to go ask the parties involved and not start a gossip frenzy over it.
I work for no one but Truth , Justice and our Savior  Yahuah, Yahusha Ruah that Christians call Christ Jesus.
 And' I'me trying to be sensitive to family members and others in the matter as there is a lot of hatred both ways going around. and  those only involved due to famly relaitonship of some kind shouldn't have to be bombarded when they may not know very much themselves. If they do, its time to talk at least anonymously. to clear this whole mess  up.
 Both sides have gotten mad  at me becasue I want to be a strict constitutionalist in this. Innocent until proven guilty in court or Congress. . And I was shccked to learn this last week that no one with the evidence of posssible criminal wrong doing about SSN's had filed the crirminal compliant with SSA,  yet. Its not that hard as Orly Taitz found out. Now we all need to be vigilent in watching for the legal process to go forward on that. This is  serious business as its why we have 20 million or so 'trespassers' in this nation working  and getting benefits,etc and they do not have the legal clearance to do these things, Plus its a horrendous back load at SSA and theyy have contracted part of this out to the Federal Trade Commission and their contractor which last year was Lock heed martin. I read a year ago  that SSA has 80 billion dollars of wages they can't match with the person that worked. That's how serious it is to use someone else's ssn. Its not  vctimless crime, as any one who has had their ID stolen can tell you.Since 1968, The whole SSN process has been taken seroiusly inside the govt at SSA.except  the office I mentioned in a daily recap and eventually one person was arrested and plea bargained a sentence for selling numbers, but others allowed it to happen but  know of no arrests of them. I knew something was amiss within a few days in the office, and others who had worked there and never worked any where else, seemed oblivious to the seriousness of what was going on. But that particular place was unusual.
 I have no direct knowledge of anything Pres Obama may or may not have done about SSN's. I am  very familiar with the process in the yaers, when it supposedly  started.
 But, one may not be pleased if there is a determination that its too long ago for any formal charges if the allegations are true. Accepting we elected another president with a less than clean past occurred, may be difficult for some to accept, but its the constitution.
There is a lot of speculatons out in the media and a lot of hype from those that have strong dislike and whatever other agendas aagainst the presidentt Even the nude pictures of the young woman that is thinner than the Presdient's mother surfaced. What does that have to do with this, legally? . And all the wild specutations of who's the Daddy? Legally nothing when one has doe nithing idirectly to get the real records out of Topeka and allow witnesses to give testimony without dragging them throug the mud, too.
 Very few witnesses are to be found  online  and I've been searching for over a year.,An eye witness is one who personally saw or heard something, etc. They were there! Then one has to carefully analyze what is or was seen or heard. and one may evokes good info even it turns out to not be first hand but repeated  from another who is. .
 I wish the 'sniping and digging' on line would cease as more eye witnesses need to be allowed access even if they do not use their real name as I have done. I was online blogging about tgovt corruption that has cost lives of co workers and others and has my family and I in a life and death struggle over blatant , well documented crimiral acts that are on going and the broken, politicized, Office of Inspector general will do nothing to stop it. And they  have stated orally   and in writing they cant't do any thing about a govt contractor who commits crimess as Congress forbid it years ago. That's a real coup d'etat by an international cabal and those that voted for this need to be sent home and others sent back that will represent  our interests and not some international cabal's.
The last thing we need is Congress tied up in an impeachment if serious and high crimes are documented and then have a US Senate a keep the person as happened with Pres Clinton. There was some serous crimes that had occurred but congress led us into a  sewerof pornography and I knew at the onset it was not going any where and the good work several committees were  doing to stop govt corruption and set this natoin on a different path then we ended up in came to a grinding halt. As if 'someone'had that intent all along? One has to wonder!
 Presidents can be impeached for not carrying out the laws Congress passes and every one since 1968 could have been for that alone as I've seen good lawss ignored and Congress let it slide, and did nothing and did not pass or amend the laws being ignored. After another decade they come back as things get worse and moan and whine and re pass another version of the original law as if they were oblivious they had 'shirked 'their oversight duty. Our elected officials have to get away from that time consuming fund raising and start reading and studying the laws they vote on and use their creative minds to come up with better ways of doing things and pass the laws and ask the many experts to pesent opinions in some type of hearing so the best ways can be found to accomplish those things that have to be done.
I plead  with every one to support the eye  witnesses and help them find the confirming documetation. Pleass; any one in Kansas , check for archives of the Topeka Capital Journal for marriage of Obamas  @ 6 /61, birth at Forbes 8/4/61 ( I have no reason to doubt the date) and later when the three bodies washed up on a sand bar in the Kansas River in Topeka ks, one of whom is the (99% sure) Dad of the president. It was known who the couple were,  And Ann, Pres Obama's mother told my mother who had gdnshp and was her great aunt and was present  at the birth and took her to the hospital when he was  born.

 My parents did try to 'shield ' me from a lot of what was going on but it was scary and a bad situation all around and I was't even dating yet, and had a second cousin on her own working and having a relationship and getting pregnant and then being attacked in a racist attack after the gossip frenzy and it was vicious and horrible for all of this to have occurred.
I have no idea what the couple might have decided to do, but they were  sitting on the side bank of Soldiers Creek that led into the Kansas river trying to decide when they were attacked by a 'angry racist mob. 'The last act of a former class mate of mine, was one of laying down his  life to save his unborn child and his mother. That's not an act of abandonment, at all. In this day and age, social workers with years of training and expertise, are available to help in such situations, but in 1961, many were still in an era where for a young girl to be an unwed mother was social ostracism. Might as well have been back in the days of the unwed mother wearing a 'Scarlet A' on her dress. Good people can lose their sense of humanity in too many cases.

The birth certificate  issue, needs to be solved by getting the real records out of Topeka Ks. If there has been any kind of recent forgery, etc done with regard to the Hawaii record, then that needs to be criminally  ivestigated. Messing with our public records is serious and harmful.  But as afar as I know, this was or must have been done soon after birth by someone other than a new born.
Again, Social Seucity should have informations as towhether there was any alerts or suspeicisouns aobut birth certificates form 1961, as we had those kind of info and knew to look for suspcious documents. If I'd have known someone had done this, I would have had to turn them in' I thought it was just a 'cover story.'   Those born in those years, may find theselves having to produce additl dcumentiaitons when they file for benenfits over these kinds of actions, so its not harmless at all.  My records have really been messed with in govt files, and well docmented and the OIG'S do nothing about it. If anything, the whole corrurpted system may  get cleaned up over this.
There are time limts on these kinds of charges and no one may be able to  be prosecuted for it. There's no issue of him being eligible for the ballot, just the wrong state. Did he know and when did he know it? That needs to be proven and no one has any proof, he does yet?. He admitted in 2004, he wove a story from what he'd been told and got it wrong.  No one form the family  contacted me, and many oft he extended family may never have known the truth as it was just a few months in 1961 and my parents and I were the only ones living in the area from the Pope's or Hardy's. Its why they had legal standing to intervene.
 As one can surmise  from the pictures I've been posting; the Hardy grandchildren and their families were pretty close when they all lived in Colorado. and the family bonds were intact among the 5 siblings who arrived  near Haxtun Colorado almost a 100 years ago with theirr parents.
I was born after they moved to Kansas and  never had the closer  relationships with my older cousins as my sisters did.  Maybe its why I can be a little more objectives in trying to sort this all out. I care  for and love them, but do not have the long close history as they do with each other. I wish  I had non many of them better and could now, but all this has been harmful for family 'togetherness' in the extended family over all. How could it not?.
 My mother's family has always had some doing 'scandalous' things that might embarrass the more 'proper minded ' ones in the family. Pres Clinton and VP Dick Cheney are over in that family tree, and both have been 'criticized' along with others that have run for the highest two offices in the land over the last thirty years. Plus others that have been in the 'public eye' for something 'political.'
Yes its like being caught in the middle of a lot, but have been in a position where being the youngest , some forgot I was a witness to all going on and now left to sort it all out.
I pray that we can get this wrapped up asap. And followe through what can legally be done. to whatever end truth and Justice leads us.
I can only provide what I know and keep digging for info, but I have paper work stacked up that means my personal survival as money is tight, when monies have been awarded and are due and missing which Ive written about extensively. We need to get to the bottom of the total mess of corrutpion nd get it all out and do what is needed  to 'clean house.'  But what one thinks might accomplish that, may not be where the Truth and justice journey lead  us. Its why our constituion says: Innocent until proven guilty so I plead for everyone that is seriously concerned and all should be as we are in the culmination of decades of slow loss of our constitutional  rights, monies and our lives and we are facing a scamming of our health care dollars into an international cabal that is not going to have a primary concern for patient care with a fair payment for the medical providers. Its who I'm dealing with already.
They care little about the law, constitution, govt contract terms or human rights and life.  Yes , addtl persons may get coverage and some care, but others are going to face losses that should never occur if medical  care was the primary objective. It  isn't! Its the ultimate rip off scam and I've worked around govt health programs sincee 1968 , too ,and we use to prosecute these scams not put them in place. 
 Is this president 'evil?' or is he 'innocent' but  surrounded by those lying to him  he's relying on for information to make decisions that have a motivating agenda that is not a good one?
Firing a President could end up with someone ultimately in power no one elected, such as happened with Pres Nixon.And when one tracks back into history, its when our govt decided to set up an ad hoc group to assist the CIA around the world, called Al quaeda, that ended up turning on the USA, didn't it?
I did not write my usual segments and pray I can get this spellchecked. Our nation needs us to get the whole truth and I'm personally seeing too many agendas being imposed on us by this international cabal that is not good. If its not constitutional, then why are we allowing  those rights to be taken away?
