NOTE: i WROTE TWO COMMENTS ON Western journalism ON  an article about WHETHER THE birth CERTIFICATE ISSUE WAS OVER. I commented on this in the  DAILY MID CAP TODAY 
Attention has now turned back to me. So I will explain, I WAS THERE at the beginning of all this. And I've retold the details many times since 7/26/12
 I don't hate the President, my third cousin, and am grieved over what has happened in his life and wish someone would have let me know how messed up things had become for him.
I always go from the premise of INNOCENT UNTIL  PROVEN GUILTY.
I am like this because I've seen more than once gossip and rumors cause deaths and terrible wrongs, and there is a whole lot of disinformation on going right now over me being the only one to get the medial tests on 1/10/189 and diagnosis of toxic fumes inhalation ( and worse)  since the orders from the highest levels of this govt were to make sure all hospitals in Jersey city turn away the 90- injured federal employees and they did. Only by the grace of the Almighty, Yahuah Yahusha Ruah whom we Christians call Christ Jesus was a mistake made and my insurance card was misread? as being I was an employee of Port Authority and not Social security. so al the test were run on me and not on the others who had a cursory look and sent away with no evidence for there workers comp and no treatment. I've written about this too many times.  I, too was sent home to die and the admission stopped when it was learned who I worked for. In 2014, this is every one's health care plan administered by Office of Personnel management Yes that's the entity who says what you are getitng and managing the insurance industry. with all their illegal secret  proprietary agreements among them still in place. Congress?!
No one has ever gone to jail for this, nor one ever even investigated with people dead.
So for three to be dead in the Kansas River in 3/61, and never investigated with supposed deals made over their deaths to cover it all up. the corruption has festered and grown unit we have reached the point of complete chaos and lawlessness in this nation and around the world.
So I AM WITNESS to know bad things did not start in this Presidential administration. I have actually seen a few positive things start to happen and then the corrupted entities with money and power  of the world stop it.  Too often by getting the other side to lose sight of the whole and focus on one or two issues. that no one has agreed on for decades any way.
 No one ever tries to find the third or fourth options any more to work our way through disagreements in philosophy so we can all exist in peace.
   We did lose a lot of our personal pictures and documents along with other things when I got injured and we couldn't finish getting everything moved out east and our house was vandalized. Another loss over what had occurred. 
But did have some things and my mothers records have helped fill in what we had lost.
I have not got any recent pictures, as we have no cellphones, and no instant cameras and 24 1/2 years on cortisone steroids has taken its toll. Guess I got camera shy? But what is a picture any way?
 What is important; is my motivation in all this.
I did not start out on this to get the president removed from office and in my heart, Congress would have to decide that after a proper referral of  criminal charges, which has not occurred to this. date. In fact the first I have known of any criminal charge even being made was within the last few weeks by Orly Taitz simply walking into an SSA office with evidence of criminal wrong doing nd giving it to the officials in the office. .
No one has filed any evidence of crimes with Social Security, but her.?
Is she the only one who has received any info in a letter with the attached applications for ballot access signed by President Obama attached which is a form of certified copy?
What has seemed to happen is that too many jumped on some old sayings of the President about being born in Kenya, and ran off and made lots  of money making films, writing books  and collecting more donations on a lie. They hate the president  and call him a liar but believe what he says? When ones motivation is not turth wherever it leads, then one can get ;locked into' untruths.'
I had no idea last 7/26/12 that when I started sharing details on my own sites, someone in Kansas wouldn't have gone and checked old newspapers archives for the birth and marriage announcements and that in itself would be evidence to raise questions and the main media never asked them and should have when  I do believe, now;they had the info and I think there are many who have done as I suggested and are just not sharing as its not the 'popular' thing to do.? I can't guess their motivations on this.?
            Then I 'web in 'and start writing about the birth being in Topeka Ks at an air force base when others have heard the  info about the real  Stanley Dunham and not even knowing the grandfather was Daniel Wayne Pope who assumed that name to go to WWII when only age 14 and his parents could not get him out and the rest of his career seemed to be some kind of hush hush business and the info that had surfaced early on about being a spy and even his wife being one connected to this kind of work somehow, just disappeared? While discussion turned to the Hawaii long form birth record which really may be a forgery ( no one would ever have allowed the President to know it)  as I don't think he ever had anything but the birth annoucment and the newspaper announcement from Hawaii as either his name got added to the call in list from the hospital or someone made the call to the county and newspaper instead of the hospital is my firm personal opinion based on the common practice in the USA at the time.of how  these things were often  done. Maybe his campaign staff should have done a google search as I had already begun to comment on others' articles and they could have gone and got the real one from Topeka ks, Who was running the campaigns of the two major candidates any way? Books are going to be written about how not to run a campaign when this is all over. and this nation survives the mess we've allowed ourselves to get into over the last few decades. 
And if, he too had been doing some kind of intelligence work for the govt, as allegations are out there;
 It certainly would explain a lot of why he had used so many ssn's  etc and no one in the govt ever prosecuted him for it, if all this is legally true? Doesn't make it right and there needs to be some overhaul of the whole intelligence communities and how they operate. As this would be  a bunch of  illegal childishness when all they have to do is get a block of numbers from SSA  and have them for use by agents.
If there has never been a conviction, then its not legally true even though it may be factually true.  If he did all this, he got by with it and we elceted someone with a shady or mysterious past. Many do think he  himself had gotten into the family  intelligence business in some form?
But what is the truth, and why couldn't it all be told, now; when he was running for office in 2008 so the people would know he had first hand  experience and background training in foreign affairs?
I wonder what wiki leaks has? You got anything Mr Assaunge?
         So injustice in many areas and for decades continues as many sell their souls for money and position and just 'forget; about justice and continue cover ups until we end up with someone in the wheelhouse whom most have no idea whom he really and if one believes him, he doesn't either.
The perfect candidate to be controlled and manipulated by others who do know.
 Geir Smith published an article in Before tis News which is a little gross and contains some nudity and so its not for children.. But another article did mention that Lt Zullo had not really vetted me,
I don;' really understand his position with Sheriff Joe. I had thought he was a deputy of some kind with the sheriff 's Dept. or a consultant who could investigate criminal matters and would have access to  a cold case murder investigation. even in another state.
I am calling it a murder investigation, but I'm not sure what the official  file said. or the death certificate, as there has to be one for all three. What does it say Drowned with a rope around his neck? Never heard that one? But that's the way things were and are, yet.
 What all this has done is make me captiously skeptical of a lot of what is the main media news today. I have no doubt there were heinous acts done last week and many badly injured and many died, But  who or what  entity is behind this all, one may never know if there is no open courtroom trial and even then much  is not presented in these although it usually does get shared. Even news coverage of  a trial does not gov us the trial often  does not give details as they try to gloss over the mundane and often very important details of evidence and get to the broad  attention getting matters which may catch the attn of the public but may have nothing  to do with  proving who did it or why?
So INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY But Where is the special prosecutor or independent one Eric Holder. We need to wrap this up one way or another. Is he guilty of any crimes current enough to prosecute and if so refer it to congress and then, please do not do what harpooned under the Pres Clinton fiasco, All the committees not involved please go about doing the work of the people and let  the committee assigned decide what to do.
Personally, if there is National Security issues alleged, then maybe its time to review why some things are kept secret years after and have no relevance to current matters.? Or do they?
But my prior experience of  what occurred in Jersey City and the cover up by th intelligence community for years, even Congress allowing no investigations to go back to the beginnings  of why 9/11/01 occurred, has led me to question what is said when the facts and evidence are kept hidden from us. One can just be lying to cover up some rogue agent run amok who should have been prosecuted for wrong doings  even if he was closely tied to Saudi Money and oil. .
 Maybe Lt Zullo never vetted me, for what reason? when the evidence is in Kansas and I'm not there? Because he doesn't have access to those things to do so and he never asked me for any personal identifying info. I had agreed to meet with him if he came to this area, but what good would that do?
 There is a lot of misinformation out there on line and  he thought I had the birth announcement and I never said I did. I had wrote on my sites, where it could be located, in Kansas. If I do have it, I haven't found it and have a lot of records to go through yet.
But I have to file papers and claims myself to survive and so does our family as we have been under a  well documented direct attack from some of the same persons and  entities as this nation for many years.  And As I've written; There are  powerful and high level persons and those who have run the for the highest  offices on both sides of my family tree and at time they have run in opposition to each other for those high offices over the last thirty years. Indications are  it will continue.
Being the youngest t grandchild of the Two parents and five children that arrived near Haxtun, Colorado almost a hundred years ago, I have known the older generations pretty well and have had less contact with the younger ones. I don't even know who they all are or where they live. Those who remained in the Colorado area in the Hardy family do know more. But most have never been told the truth of where Pres Obama was born as the push was to spread around the false bio just before JFK reorganized  the intelligence  communities just before his assassination. Makes one wonder who did that in light of the scurry going on? I had been told it was all about fear of the murders and them coming after Ann. the eye witness  and her baby! Now, the facts could lead one to a different conclusion and even may have been the reason for the cover up of three dead.?
Had my cousin Dan Pope spent almost 20 years in military service and the govt did not know he was not Stanley Dunham? Intrigue and subterfuge goes on and its so complex that searching for the Truth could really lead to just about anywhere too many don't want it to go.
 Remember the whole Pres Clinton fiasco was over one lie in a  sexual harassment civil case. There are over a hundred current charges of crimes involving  misuse of social security numbers that makes a mockery of any immigration bill proposed by anyone if all this is really true. Why would any one submit false info to a court and open themselves up for prosecution  if they aren't real evidence? . So far nothing has ever been provided and those filing this in civil courts without a criminal  conviction first, don' seem to get why the cases are being denied and dismissed. I do and I'm not even a lawyer, but have conducted criminal investigations for the govt in the past. . . But did the judges refer the allegations any way? I think they were supposed to and where were they sent and who did not act on them to either clear Pes Obama of any worng doing or refer for prosecution before elected the first time and or to Congress after elected.
 Did  someone call the Judges or high level officials like SSA  Comm Astrue  who has been reported as the one causing me so much harm and near death. also, since 2005 and say "National Security' lose the criminal complaint? He shoddily never have had it as it should have  been referred directly to the Justice dept. But the politically appointed head of a Federal agency  is in charge of the Office of Inspector general and had allowed misuse sof number and identify theft to be given to Federal Trade  commission who contracted it out to Lock heed Marten. Yes Lock heed martin is to investigate the president instead of Congress? How upside down has this Nation gotten in following the Constitution?
Need to turn it right side up again.

THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES ARTICLE II SECTION 2 (phrase by phrase analysis)
"and between a state, or the citizens thereof and foreign states , Citizens or subjects ."
Federal court system is the place to bring the court action.between these entities.
