                  PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA  KS
Within the last weeks we have been bombarded online and in the TV news, one horror after another of bombs and Innocent people killed and terrible explosions in a fertilizer plant and first sources said that is suspicious, but if or something went terribly wrong when safety is supposed to be all important around such places in this day and age. Then there were the Ricin letters sent to white house and senators. Just before that Sheriff's and District attorneys, assassinated and the horrors go on. We don't hear about many other horrors  with people like me being denied medical Care and too many dying not able to get it.
We really are being surrounded by increasing death and destruction in a modern era when none of these things should be occurring as we have the knowledge and the skilled persons to not let these events happen.
But the spirit of evil is being slowed to run amok and it here and there and cause terror and chaos/
We may never fully know the Truth of  who did something or who is behind something. When the alleged perpetrators are killed, and there is no public trial.  How will  we ever know even a part of the Truth.                        
                          THE  NEWS THAT  SHOULD HAVE BEEN THIS WEEK
There was a court case in Alabama with some positive prospects and Orly Taitz is just beginning to not be dissed ( as she did me) on her attempts to expose alleged criminal  wrongs.
BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT CASE HAS NOT BEEN HEARD FROM:
Orly Taitz walked into the Social Security Office in Ct with evidence she has gathered in filing all her court cases. I have not seen exactly what she has, but she would surely know to make sure they were some kind of certified copies. at least the letters attached from various public sources saying this is a copy of the ballot applications, etc.
As I've written before is, unknown, but extremely probable that many Judges who dismissed or denied some of the court Case's, did forward the evidence of alleged crimes to the Federal law enforcement authorities I understand they are bound by a code of  to do so. Did they , if so?
Thees cases have all been in a civil court and so far there has not been one conviction of any crime and some of the allegations and evidence seems to be too far n the past for any criminal investigating or conviction. It is background of a pattern of behavior if  a criminal court is allowed to use it.
I'M not  lawyer, but I have been around the govt since 1968 and grew up in a home where law and govt and the process was well discussed. It was  Dinner table discussion routinely especially with my Dad, Rev Tracy Hardy.( Great Uncle of President Obama who also married his mother to Obama sr in an arranged marriage after the real Dad (baring DNA confirmation) was murdered in Topeka Ks. He got the call from Stanley Ann's father ( born 1945), Dan Pope who assumed the name of Stanley Dunham and had Obama Sr willing to marry Ann in a marrige of convenience. I have no knowledge they ever lived together as he was not living with her at the Catholic Text book warehouse where she had live -in quarters on Kansas Ave in Topeka Ks.
I am  a Constitutionalist as the Innocent can look very guilty. As a Christian, I follow Christ, the most innocent man who was convicted/crucified to death(and Rose)  by a Roman Empire to put down a sect of religious people in the middle east who were rebelling against corrupt govt contractors stealing from them and gouging them and not being able to practice their religion as they saw fit having had Rome replace their inherited  1500 year old priesthood system with 'puppets' to do the bidding of the corrupt govt officials in charge..
Sound familiar as if humanity just can't learn leasons from history and keep repeating the same mistakes.

What should have been the news this week.
ONE OF TWO THINGS IS PAST DUE  FROM THE US JUSTICE DEPT.\
EITHER;
1.  A report that Pesident Obama has committed no criminal wrongs within the time frame to prosecute.
(This is easily researched at any Social  Security facility and checking the social security numbers he signed he had used.) Maybe some more formal letters need to be sent out , etc. but this shuold have been quickly taken care of.
Remember there is no evidence that President Obama has ever known he was born in Topeka Ks and all the conflicting things he has said and written about in the past are either too far in the past or not under oath where he could be charged with lying if he did know.
Also, no one has any evidence presented so far. he knew of or himself produced the Hawaii birth records.  My eye witness  information is that it was all done by Fall of 1963 and soon after birth by others according to what I know now. In Fall of  1963, I just though it was a 'story.' And I was never allowed to be part of anything going on, but was around and over heard things and was there to be an eye witness to the events..
                                   OR
2. A referral to Congress as the Constitution requires for them to decide whether to do a censorship or an Impeachment trial. as the report would confirm criminal and recent enough criminal activity.

                                  ORLY TAITZ ARE YOU THE ONLY ONE?
to file a criminal compliant with the proper govt office?
This can be done in many ways and forms. But Social Security and /or Federal Trade commission ( Lock heed martin was taking the complaints last year for FTC?) and it can be done any way to get the info  and evidence to the proper govt office. I applaud Orly Taitz for finally doing this. ITS THAT SIMPLE< YOU GIVE IT TO THE AGENCY AND TREY ARE COMMITTING A CRIMINAL WRONG IF THEY DO NOT SEE IT GOES TO THE PROPER OFFICIAL TO HANDLE > Since this is a Criminal complaint  against a high level govt office. I(The highest) it goes Directly to the US Justice dept.
If someone has knowledge I am not correct in this  please send or post the info. But it sounds as if the local office in CT did send it to US Justice dept? What did they tell you Orly Taitz? Did they give you the address or the office where its going so you  and us , the people; would know who has not yet done their job on this.?
Believe me , its very easy to get 'handled' today by those wishing to not have crimes addressed by any one in high office.
 So while the rest of us are reeling from the horrible and heinous things occurring. And ever day people are needlessly being injured and dying in this country and around the world from  a corrupted international  cabal thy has skimmed and scammed the money of the people so basics of life can't be  earned with a full days work. and the elate are the biggest welfare queens and kings in the bunch.
So ,while Before Its News wrote an article wanting to know why no one is investigating me, an old 68 disabled woman who holds no power or great wealth; maybe the invitation should stay focused on Eric Holder and where's  the criminal complaint ? And why he has not assigend someone to look into it.?
Am I the only one asking the question since the system has also failed me and our dead co workers who have not revived what I and my family are in; in a life and  death struggle against  for the last 241/2 years with corruption piled on corruptions and  Congresses going along and not doing ther job of oversight, even giving up the rights to see where our public monies are going and then whining about budgets having to be cut, when they allowed the monies to be skimmed, scammed and blatantly STOLEN with the biggest skimming and scamming ahead of us nest year in the plan that Hillary initiated in 1993 behind closed doors with the insurance industry and Donna Shalala,  Sec of HHS formally began to implement in 1994 thus collapsing the health care system as the insurance industry was  allowed to be 'on an  honor system' as they would behave . For profit huge powerful companies just have never behaved lawfully. They should ,but they don't and it takes some govt controls to make sure they don't steal and skim and misuse our public monies they are given for various contracts to be carried out. at both federal and state levels.
                              WHERE'S THE SPECIAL OR INDEPENDENT PROSECUTOR?
Forgotten! watching the realty horror show put on by the main media who has forgotten the rest of the news that affects just as many lives every day.
This is  not to demean the suffering and misery that has been caused for so many innocent. Its evil what has been done to them. But we must stay focused on all the evils going on and the usurption of our constitutional rights. One of this constituional rights is to make sure that the process, the only one we have; is followed if there are crimes committed by those n the highest offices in the land and Congress is the courtroom and sentencing judge on this.
They must either decide  not to prosecute and evict or do it.And if he is to stay then they need to help this president make the right and good decisions for the general welfare of the people and the security of this nation. They need to exert the powers that  the Constitution gives them and in many ways is to be the greater power of the three branches of govt as they are the peoples; direct representatives

property matters of which deeds are recorded within local states and ownership by state laws can be appealed through to the US Supreme court for resolution.and states must abide by the decisions made.
