Very tired. Went out to Garden after the soaking rain and beans planted a couple of days ago are spouting, etc. Now eating radishes from  garden and they are not bitter and dry like the ones in the store that were picked who knows when and how far away.
Transplanted the bigger Tomato seedlings and some Basil seedlings among them for insect control.
Mail came and another EOB form Federal Blues on Doyle form his two ER visits and numerous doctor office visits trying to get blood pressure under control. And again, Medicare paid first illegally as Novatis did not code this a conditional payment that We're aware of. Can't call 1-800 medicare to find out, as they have blocked our two phone lines into this house since 4/09 when the Deputy Sec of HHS discovered for me that not one of 500 fraud reports that the Vangent employees had diligently spent up rt o 4 hours a day every day for almost two years documenting their estimated trillion  dollar theft of Medicare by Trailblazers, et al. Plus all the many  others I was told they discovered on other patients records. etc. while many waited to have their calls answered, we were trying to save Medicare from  the 'thieving' partners? of  Medicare. So Mac Curtis got a big federal award for withholding the reports in violation of his federal contract to forward to head of OIG in Washington and he, then  went and praised the 'thieves' in front of Congress for doing a great job and thus Congressional committee  got lied to as to what was going on and nothing has been done except HR 1063, which doesn't address the broken OIG system.

 And now General Dynamics owns the company and Doyle can't cal to see if the computer shows it coded a conditional payment by Novatis which means Fed Blues will get a recovery letter from Medicare secondary recovery center and a $1000 a day fine is supposed to be imposed for not doing so partners of Medicare if it was not done. Summary notices from Medicare are only sent every 90 days, unless one asks for one sooner.
 Got the  certified mail Green card back so my latest request for Part B Medicare, check active duty, and requesting decision with appeal rights added to the from was received. Will it disappear like the files , hearing files, and last years; request never processed, intentionally? So much to do and we file the legally required papers and the unaccountable govt contractors in charge of the nation and world just arrogantly snub their noses and kept on scamming and stealing our monies and our constitutional and civil rights. We are in a mess. Are the president's advisers telling  him what is happening? Does he know? Des Congress know? Gone are the days when they sent 'undercover claimaints' into SSA offices to see if we were making sure all those who came to our offices received their full constitutional and civil  rights.Th world is 'up side down' from just a few decades ago.

If one does not know history, one might misunderstand this Psalm. There is a Mystery religion that originated in ancient times in Babylon that included human sacrifice of babies. And this is saying there is a time of retribution for those dastardly deeds.
I was shocked a few years ago to learn that some of the cultural things we do, innocently originated in this ancient practice. Including the Easter Egg Hunt which  most have no idea of the sinister origins of this and what was really occurring. We think of it as a happy thing when children find candy eggs or decorated eggs and its fun time and no though of it being part of a ritual of human sacrifice when eggs were dyed in the blood of the sacrificed babies.
Life is precious and the casual attitude  taken about this is the worse kind of satanic ( anti Christ spirit,etc)  ritualism and must not occur.  And something happens when innocent blood is taken to the soul of the people of this nation and world. Something happens when even the killed person isn't so innocent or in war; it hurts the Peace and harmony of this world for any death before ones time occurs and ones time is not a human decision. Even deaths where one is sick or injured due to actions or lack of actions of others or societies  affects us all in ways we  may not even understand or realize. With a whole universe to populate, we have a lot of multiplying to do to fill it all up with people.

The one picture is supposed to be of my Dad,  Rev Tracy Hardy and his sister Hazel Dell Hardy. as they were known when they arrived in Haxtun Colorado almost a hundred years ago. I'm not positive who wrote the info on the back. This appears to be restoration done by the Nebraska photographer? And it was not in the pictures we had at home as I grew up. Aunt Pearl Vallier, my Dad's sister in Iowa had several early pictures, that others did not seem to have and got them printed, and one had Dad dubbed in one to make him look older in the picture, she had said and grinned at me as she saw I was listening. She had said this back in 1/1964, as she was helping us get ready for my wedding to Doyle and helping make my wedding veil.
As one delves in a journey for Truth, one has to realize one is getting only what one is told and passed on and usually its correct, but... the whole world is looking for the birth record the President Of the USA and maybe its now listed as Barry Wayne Pope or Daniel Wayne Pope Jr, if there was a grandparent adoption for medical care and the military stipend and protection for the child when the mother was underage, even if she had a marriage certificate but in an arranged marriage,  with no Dad  present to intervene if problems arose from outside..  This definitely would take a court order and one has to know what to ask for, and the president may not know this?
Truth has to be told, even if its not always pleasant. Do it in a loving and or forgiving way and at the age appropriate but by age 18, it has to occur.  This is one time, some professional help could be warranted if one doesn't know how to deal with it.  Older generations, really didn't understand and often just lied and the lie continued on for generations.Bible calls this 'the sins  of the father visited up on the  sons,' and one may not realize its these family lies that can cause such havoc, can START A BIRTHER MOVEMENT.
 Thanks to Before  Its News for more accolades and understanding, I've written on line how I ended with part of a hand atrophied due to lack of care over the obstruction of medical care for work related injuries.  More of this is going to continue to happen as doctors are not allowed to use their experience and trained judgement in caring for patients. in the scam called the Affordable care Act. Having the Right to life, is having medical care, but there is better ways and much less expensive to get Care to the patient and the medical profession paid a fair sum.
When I type, I keep on going until the full thought is down. Then go back to edit and spell check. Often   one hand types before the other and a typo. ABC spell check is what is available nd it has some problems. It can't figure that missing  one letter in  "the" should beehive one the option of the, one of the most common words. Often doesn't, Then I have to manually insert it and I have vision problmes. I've had cataract surgery on both eyes (from long term steroid use from inhalers) and because OWCP's govt contractor ACS; would not let any one at US dept of labor see my file and never has posted it, yet under the orders of  convicted criminal in the Jack Abramoff bribery scandal but not convected, yet for what he did  to me, and the missing monies that someone took still not investigated?;I don't always see that the letter didn't get inserted in the right place and ABC often won't go back and recheck after the corrections. I have a script for special  eye  glasses, but have had no money to get them. But I can see far distance in one eye and close in the other, but it doesn't fit well for a computer screen on a monitor on a side table from where I usually write propped up on pillows lying down in bed.(ABC Spellcheck doesn't catch the typo of ; for ', either as you caught that)
I am glad to be alive and blessed I have this much , as some of those in similar situations as mine, don't have anything and no where to live and when one looks around others can easily be seen worse off. It should not be this way when This nation has so much talent in its people and so much resources.  The system is upside down and backward an has been getting this way for a long time and its time to unravel the truth and seek justice where ever it leads.
I have given the Dad's name of the president to every law enforcement and govt official I have spoken to and that includes Lt Zullo from Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold case posse. when he called me. He is a profesisonal and felt he could be trusted to  be discreet as innocent parties, i..e another extended family does exist out there.  And one is supposed to cooperate fully when a criminal investigation is being conducted. They need to have a personal visit and I did try to contact one person, I thought could go talk to the family I think still lives there last Fall and they didn't want to get involved, seemed scared to be involved. There's  lot of fear over this.
Its an open murder case, remember and someone might still be prosecuted if alive and the case is ever solved. Justice has not been served well in this. I never heard back form Attorney Eric Holder on my mailed letter from last Fall, that's posted on line, minus the name of the Dad. Personally, the name does not matter, as he's USA born and many don't think that matters legally in any case, as Topeka Ks , the real place of birth is in the the USA the last I looked, Kansas was on the USA map.

Orly Taitz who tied into me last week has posted on her web site that Sheriff  Joe is filing a criminal complaints with their DA? and also posted an appeal to the California State Higher court.
 I'm not  lawyer, but I have known my way around govt a bit since 1968 and trying to get felony actions stopped that are on ongoing against My family and I and others in similar situations.
Orly Taitz filed the criminal complaints last week  at the Social security office in Ct. They are bound to write it up and send it in to the office of inspector general and then its now a federal criminal case and the process needs to go froward for Truth and Justice to be decided.
 Either exoneration, too late as crime  too long ago that something occurred or/ and if there is a current violation then, I'd advise any one ( if any one is listening) to give it to US Justice dept  and ask for some kind of special prosecutor. If fact  It should be going to them a s a p and get this over with . as its an allegation against a high level govt official, the highest .If there is a crime to be prosecuted, then Congress is going to get the referral.
Its the only system we have at present and pray its handled fairly. 
The woman in Washington State who did e verify and filed in civil court, should have filed with her local social security office, too or by certified mail to OIG or one can go online and file, it. Wouldn't be surprised that SSA hasn't already received thousands on line from those who do not have any evidence,but what is in the media..Orly apparently has certified copies of the real  documents which have been filed over the years, plus the applications for ballot access and the US Senate for his race to be one. She provided this?
So who did Sheriff Joe file with? Or is he asking the local DA to file with Social Security, which if one calls will be directed to Lock Heed Martin at the Federal Trade Commission to take the complaint since its misuse of SSN and identify theft allegations. (at least last year they were) But SSA must take it.
What did Orly Taitz do at Social Security, doesn't she he realize, she did file the criminal complaint,too.. Yes its that easy to do. You take whatever evidence you have   of a crime, and submit it to the agency that handles that part of govt! They are bound to take it and see it gets to the proper parties. ( Doesn't always happen in a politicized OIG system, but its supposed to. )
Now there are court cases at various levels all over the USA about ballot access and the allegations of forged birth certificated and incorrect SSN's being on the filing papers. To intentionally use another's SSN on a filing paper is a misuse of  an SSN and is a federal crime. I SAID INTENTIONALLY!. Even the president of the USA is Innocent until proven guilty in court and/ or Congress if this gets there.
 The court cases about where he was born? a court order and records from Topeka ks are needed to prove to the judge that the president put down the wrong state and he needs to be asked why he did that? One has to prove he knew someone forged or illegally filed the birth in Hawaii before he is culpable.
Again, I am not a lawyer; but I have conducted federal criminal investigations for Social security and Medicare in the past and we were trained on such things,
Personally I don't know why e verify wasn't done on each applicant for the job they  were applying for. Isn't that what the sec of every state is doing? Taking a job application? Maybe congress could pass a simple law and get it included by the next election whether for school board, dog catcher or President. of the USA.
The woman in Washington state did the right thing, He asked for her to hire him and she checked out the application and it bounced. But I would not advise everyone resort to this?
 Now that Orly Taitz has filed cases and appeals and going forward, will they all be put on hold on the allegations of misuse of Social security numbers until the Federal govt has decided whether there is validity to the charges and takes action one way or the other. If they clear him of any criminal charges, but verifies it may have happened, We elected a person with a past, but not illegally.  Otherwise, we follow the constitution..
 Has Orly Taitz, by filing the criminal compliant, put a hold on all the court cases, at least the part about ssn's?
That leaves the issue of the birth and that['s in Topeka ks. But may be under the name of Barry Wayne Pope or Daniel Wayne Pope Jr if there really was a grandparent  adoption? If he knew what his legal name was and didn't reveal it , then what? I understand that one can choose  how their name is put on the ballot.But proof of birth in the USA is needed..  FOLKS! The answers are in Topeka Ks and you have the financial backers to get this accomplished, I can't even afford a pair of glasses and  my computer's speakers don't work so I didn't hear PPSIMMONS Freedom Friday for last week.

 All treaties where one has some issue about them a can be taken into the US federal court system.  What about these secret deals that have been gong on for decades, when we, the people don't even know about them , how can we question them if they affect us? And may not know the treaty is the reson as  that part is not available to us?
