 DAILY MID CAP 4/22/13:
Got the mail and  Care First Blues in Kentucky dumped another bill of Doyle's onto medicare illegally and ignored everything  said or done a month ago on this. ( still none knows who is making the decision so he or she can be turned into law enforcement or named in a complaint.) They don't care  about Hr 1063 or that they are participating in the theft of Medicare and hung up on us.Its time for the govt to enforce the laws. You are not allowed to decide Medicare  for all insurance. to replace auto, workers comp, liability insurance and employer group health plans.... That's Congress's job and the president's to agree and neither have done so yet. You just can't continue keeping your money and our premiums and not paying your legally obligated bills.
Our entire family is going to have Blues as a primary until Fed Workers comp gets me on permanent disability and filed for in 1996, but its hard to do that when Lynn  Blodgett's company, Affiliated Computer Services-Xerox  has disappeared several sets of the file and wont even share  judges orders with the govt officials at US dept of Labor. They can't have them first as they can't be trusted with them was the reason for hiring the govt contractor 12 years ago.
He verbally shared ( and in a govt letter to me by the manager  of the owcp office: There's nothing to do on my case. But they have to take his word for it as they can't see the file set up..

 Went to get lab work done . Had to explain the whole terrible mess on whom to bill. Apparently the last time I was there they did bill OWCP, but no response. Of course Lynn Blodgett is not going to cooperate and obey the judges. Why? Because HR1063 not yet implemented. ....?
 Then had to stop at one store for an item, and then the biggies. I had a big stash of oxygen tubing and cannula ( the part that goes into the nose). But I am on my last one and taping it to stay in the part it goes into. Very few places sell them any more as most have been forced out of the home oxygen business over the unconstitutional medicare regulations of 1/08 and my civil rights complaints goes unanswered  in the personal custody of Ralph  Rouse at the HHS civil rights office in Dallas TX. How many harmed and livelihoods lost of patients and suppliers over that never being allowed to be read and answered.?
I have to have a small tubing that goes into the nose as with  minute exposures there is inflammation, it can be painful if too big.. So the first place did not have the right side and we went to another place that had something  close but had to pay more for  25 ft tubing attached to it. Little selections available..
But  both places are now  aware of HR 1063 but mot sure what would  have been to be done or how to do a conditional payment.
 I guess everyone didn't believe me when I pushed for the lifting of the suspension of the law which Sec of HHS Donna Shalala had done back in 1994 and literally collapsed the health care system   What happens at medicare is the standard for all and has been for 50 years in this country.
This law HR 1063, with fines in it for non compliance and engaging in stealing of the Medicare trust fund  needs to be fully implemented before next year when these same govt contractors are allowed to run amok with every ones lives and livelihoods.

In the Daily Recap I'll respond to something raised about Westboro Baptist church and when they were founded The commenter doesn't seem to know the full history of the church. And how they were involved. I have never accused any person of murder, as I was not an eye witness to the event. the President;s s mother was. I just  knew they were attacked. I do know who was egging on the gossip frenzy against his parents and they were present in the church on the Sunday morning to hear the racist sermon from Fred Phelps when I went with my mother to get the gdnshp papers on hi smother signed over to my mother.
