                                                     DAILY MID CAP  4/21/13 The Week  AHead.

 Went out and planted while sitting down some squash, marigolds and beans. Beautiful 70 degrees and nice out side. Came back in and rested and thinking over what all needs to be done  this week in  the struggle for health care and livelihood.
 Have one medical appt and no money for the co pay, but prayerfully they will bill me and can pay a little a long on it. Bill belongs to OWCP.
Ones medical providers are no longer allowed to just take the ins money and let the rest ride. for the day that OWCP decides t make their CEO of their contractor Lynn Blodgett obey  15 Judges and 2 hearing officers and Ms Carter at US dept of Labor needs a letter reminding her that she has 24 !/2 years of items that have have never been processed and judges ordering it done. plus the last appeal was answered which should never have been issued as throwing away the file inside the contractor and saying one sees nothing is not a proper legal repsonse to anything.
Then SSA / Medicare sent me a medicare card showing Part B starting in 7/1/13, a couple of weeks ago;; and that's wrong and I had written on the form I want a letter with appeal rights. So a decision is made , even if this is the computerized yearly   automated response that says I do or do not get a benefit and I have no appeal rights to queston it when its not correct and the date means a bill will probably arrive that is incorrect on the amount and all of this would not be happening if Comm Astrue, according to his underlings in Baltimore ( he's gone now) had not lied and said I'd gotten an owcp settlement and retired and they had nothing to do on my file and now for several years the file is missing,
I suppose it got sent out to Affiliated computer services to digitise and disappeared along with all the other Medicare, Social security hearing files, and several Reconstructions of the Federal workers compensation files. under the conrol of Lynn Blodgett whom Christina Starke manager of the federal workers comp office in Dallas said in a letter that Lynn Bldogett said there was nothing to  do on my case while he had the orders from the three appellate judges to ask me for the facts of the case and not him and to reocnstruct my file from my records  and get everything processed and paid and that means, as they said I did return to work in 1990 and reinstating  monthly checks follows ( already have the permanent medical which is being ignored due to ACS showing amillion dollars somewhere for it and that's misisng in a suspected embezzlement ring not investigated according to OPM' s OIG several years ago and my certified letter, Lynn Blodgett has custoy of and never shared it?   and 0ther appeals go  unawsered on that.
I have a singed agreemt an dits also on the forms filed when applyig for temporary OPM benefits and okayed by them which allows me then to withdraw my OPM temp benefits and reinstatment of owcp results in SSA paying  my spousal bnenfits   They would be paid retro to when I became entled when Doyle filed for SSA and the Part B premiums  with held that are currently legally  in 'cyber escrow' and its why I never got a bill because of it. And those at SSA currently may not even be aware of  some of these more obscure provisons in the SSA laws and that there has been a disagreement inside the agency for almost thrrty years and on one has gotten in front of  a judge to get a judge's ruling on this. So the  SSA claims file disappears for the 7th time?
And when a couple of pieces of paper were sent to the hearing office to associate wih the pending hearing file, the judge was only given those and dimissed the case (without notification to me or a Hearing)  as there  was nothing to do on these peices of paper marked to associate with pending heairng file on them.  Did Lynn Blodgett obsicate that statement when digitizing the two pieces of paper so the judge would be ingnorant of the facts of what was going onr?)to be associated with the file and never knew he had custody of a hearing file, legally . since 8/09 and  I should have had a heairng on that a couple of years ago.  The treatement  from the staff in the McAlester SSA Heairng  office has been horrendous to a co worker of the agency. What in the world is going on inside this govt and what is Lynn Blodgett saying besides: Nothing to do on her file.(s)? I then sent out a response and it ended up at the appellate judge at ssa and dismissed ( on the two pieces of paper only) after reading my 27 paged typed summary of events and filings brief and as there was nothhing to do with the  couple of pieces of paper that never got associated with the pending file. He is referring everyone to read my brief and act accordinnglywhihc is to process and make deiciosn on all the outsanding matters on a clIM file , filed in 10/1989. AND HAS BEEN LEGALLY ACTIVE ALL THIS TIME IF ONE HAS THE FILE AND DOCUMENTS IN IT TO SEE THAT. 
Don't forget the medical decsion done in 1999 was  the sole  fabrication of the acting commissioner of SSA. ( Documented by the state agency forbidden to stop doing their job after already sent me to a pulmonologist 150 miles from home in Oklahoma City who ran tests))  He should have been prosecuted for abuse of power and other felony acts that had already led to deaths in the first place. But he, in charge could stop any criminal investigation of himself? and it still has not been done from my records or contacting my doctors and th epulmoologist Iwas sent to has his report missing from the file as for 24 + years all in that field of meicine have been pretty consistent in diagnosis on me. Don't forget documentation implicates him in some of the doings that led to employees being injured back in 1/89 anyway.
All  of the above was summarized as to what was needing to be done yet  and on  the typed form  SSA 795. There are all kinds of actions undone over the years still legallly pending and in recent months; the Head of IT for SSaA said that the system has been hacked into for over a decadee at SSA and that's why my pending  appeals and other matters are no longer on the sysytem  and should be  there until there is a decison on the pending matters and then there would be any final dispostion of the decision. It stands unappealed or its  appealed  further.
No one has any idea what is the truth of the fatcs of my cases any where in the govt with this going on and why?
Is it dead co- workers , dead because of felony actions that caused them to be so and others of us badly injrued back on 1/10/89 at the Jersey City Telelservice Center in Jesey City  9Th Floor 2 Journal Square ,  The ADP building owned by Hartz Mountian that none of us coudl legally be inhabiting on 1/10/89  ( not told) do  to felony upon  felony actions compounded by other felony acitins intenrally in the agency, I' ve written of these previously? Why? Do high level witnesses say I'm under a "Let Her die" order. Isn't that a contract attempted murder chargre ? Or is all this so  common place in the courrpted lawlessness of the current system that it the way things are?
We stil have a constituon we are to  be ruled by and elected officials and appointed and hired offciials  who promised to uphold these  rights in it.
 So the work this week is a mountain and first I need to finish the filing so when letters get shared here and wrtiten, I can find the documents, etc to attach to them. And where will the money come from for the certified mailing fees as when these are sent , the pattern of behavior for 24 1/2 years, is they will disappear and never be answered.
If they can do this to me, what can and are they doing to others who have not worked aorund the govt and these programs snce 1968 and don't even know the law beakers are at the highest levels of the govt entrenched into positions for years and can't just be evil , but fallen to temptation of bribery and corruption or some motivating factor I can;' comprehend as its against everythng I hold dear of justice and fairness for everyone before the law.  As a Christian; goes against any teaching Chirst every made of how to treat one another.
