     Wonderful Springlike day and went out to the garden and sat ad planted some Turnips, Broccoli, and Cabbage. It was so nice I justt sat and time went so fast and it was 5 pm.  Overdid it and came in and rested.
When he mail came today, there was the AARP Bulletin and an article  about ID Theft of dead people and it mentioned something that shows how policies never have gotten implemented as they were supposed to oer the ears. Social Security is still not getting records of state death records for almost 6 months, it says. This was supposed to have been worked out years ago for at least a monthly up date and thought it had been done. Either AARP has the wrong info or somewhere inside SSA some Commissioner never made sure things were carried. out.
Several years ago, Congress did away with almost everyone being due the $255 death benefit. If there was no spouse, then it went to the funereal home and often they received the money before the insurance proceeds, etc. We stoked the funeral homes with  Death Notice form sand accepted it instead of the death certificate. They usually sent it almost as soon as they received the body for burial ad then we were able to  get it on our computer records and in no way would there be much of a chance for theft of benefits or ID to occur for very long. Well worth the $255 and if  there were no monthly benefits claims to process, it was a quick claims to process time wise. Well worth the $255 for the general welfare of the people as our Constitution says.
Apparently there is little incentive to notify social security any more and we have ID theft of deceased records worse then when everything wasdone with out computers.
The other piece of mail was a bill gfrrm a test done last March. Which would be an owcp related claim and they wrote back and said they wanted more info to me. And the hospital didin't even file the claim, I had to . Federal Blues and others are saying ignore owcp being on the records for permament benefits ,  and what is the agenda for doing that. since they are now caught with being the only  one paying claims as their actions and others from he same cabal have the medicare  computers and SSA computers so messed up the can't ind my Part B premiums so Medicare can pay any co pays as conditional payments and recover the money from owcp. I;ve had some officials laught at me as if that should not be done.  They have no concept of theft of Medicare or that the money is somewhere set aside to pay the bills and who has it? More stolen taxpayers monies?
The last bill I got on this was one fo these Cabal billing companies. Yes they bill from one end and pay from the other anymore and they decide which one of the health plan pays as they run it all. Proble is  Medciare discriminates against those with chemical and toxic injuries very subltly but very definintely in the way the process is now working. Medical tratement standards are not being followed for all in the program.
 The last bill had bills from multiple hospitals in the same chain all on one bill and some of the payments Idd made were not listed and didn't show other health plans even billed and I had given them copies of the cancelled checks to show they did get the money.  Wrote a brief dispute note and signed it for Doyle to copy , sign and mail., back. If the appellate Judges i form 2./09 had been obeyed then all the back and current monies would have been paid by now, but Lynn Blodgett withheld the orders from US dept of labor as they control all the flow of paper and transmissions, and then lied to everyone and said there was nothing to do. when the Judges implicitly sad ask me for the facts of the case and use my records as over 4 sets of  this file and more have disappeared, a felony if any one were ever allowed to investigate.)
A Violations of civil rights Page 38 reposted  to day  which  illustrates the  lack of rights we are facing and soon all will. And the letter from Thomas  Dowd recently said that the US Dept of Labor can not make any of their govt contractors obey the law, the regulations,obey judges and they can'tt be internally audited  nor investigated nor prosecued for crimes and least of all  can disobey the terms of their contracts. ITS OFFICIAL! THE CABAL HAS TAKEN OVER! according to Thomas Dowd Director of the Unit. called Contract Compliance which has no abilty to make contractors comply with their contracts.
Barbara M , a facebook friend sent me a link to  P Jones articles on the cabal from prophecy persons and its seems accurate as to what is occurring as I've written about. One can put various labels on things but  its always someone following the god of hate and destruction wanting to gain total control over all and amass great wealth and power , while most of us worship the Deity of love and life and want freedom for all and mutual respect and live our lives in peace and harmony even if we don't agree or like each others. We care because we were created to be social beings who do care about each other and we are sad when that social network breaks down/

Job, was tested in a battle between Good and evil or God and the Devil yet job did not give up on the Good and resisted the temptation to follow evil even when many horrible things happened to him.
One must persevere as there is a promise of renewal and redemption and all or sins covered  or washed away , forgiven . As a Christian, who worships ( Yahuah, Yahusha ) whom we call Christ Jesus, we have the interpretation of by some mystery of things Christ took all our sins of this fallen sate of the world and redeemed us at the Cross. before overcoming the ultimate of death itself.? This concept of rebirth and redemption is common through many world religions in many forms that somehow have the hope and promise of a renewal. Christina have the cross as a main symbol of this promise and hop that all we have to do is believe and it will be. As, for those who believe in a 'rapture of the believers', verse 13 could be an allusion to that. We will be saved from the worse of it, whatever that me be in same way and there will be a change, we will be somehow transformed.
 I raise the question, do we have an internal ability of an internal  sub atomic?energy that is not active currently but can be ;turned on or revived; that speeds up our internal being so that it all goes faster, maybe faster than the speed of light itself that puts everything back in balance." I  ask the question, and am not a scientist that would know these thongs. Somehow its tied to our being at Peace with the Divine Himself in being able to achieve this. Mysteries that are not known to this humble soul. Eastern religions seems to have a piece of this understanding , while The Bible uses diffrent terms.

 President Obama took 12 GOP Senators to dinner at a hotel and he paid. The Minority leader was not there. and neither was Sen Paul Rand as he did a filibuster to get a straight answer from AG Holder that  the President cant send a drone against any one whom  he or some future president he or she; would decide are no  good without constitutional due process.  Of course the constituon would not allow this with out a due process or if there is an revolution on going.. Some might think there was, but it has not happened and part of my impetus for blogging and getting the truth out about the president's birth in Topeka ks is so that those that have been terribly misled, and one party said online today, the president has caused a lot of this because he was giving out version of a bio that he himself was not sure of and tried to fathom it. He obviously knew little of the extended family on my Dad's family or of me. Or known that knew the turrth of his birth in Topeka Ks, as much of the family were  told the fake Hawaii  bio.  I'm not saying that arranging a marriage was the thing to do, but at the time and the era and the stigma and the pressure against a 15 year old young pregnant woman with no boyfriend alive to marry her etc... whatever they might have decided to do... Whatever they would have done, it would have been our of love and careful thought. I am sure.  A lot for a couple of teenagers to grapple with , without the gossip frenzy and the racial hatred at play.  A lot of secrets and pressures from all sides were at play in the  birth.  of the president. One may not agree with the politics nor the policies proposed. and I pray that the US senators that went will be able to present their views and stand for their ideals, but also see the other sides and find some way to work through the major problems that have to be done One thing is to get   back control of our money and the govt back form these out of control govt contractors. when people are starving and fighting for medical care as our family is.then something is badly wrong when the money was appropriated for it and has disappeared from the intended use. YOU CAN'T BUDGET WHEN THE MONEY IS BEING STOLEN!
Prayerfully the group that went are ones not bought and paid for by some cabal or agenda apart from the good of the country and the people.
One online site is already making al lot of 12 being asked to come with an allusion to the Last Supper. Hopefully we aren't that near destruction..  ..I assume some astrologers will be checking horoscopes to see if the twelve different signs were represented.  There appears to be some strong leaders in the group and pray that things can be worked out as it only the future of our country at stake here.
We have some faltering in their convictions already in the religion  section. It seems that Rev Rick Warren is trying to set up another Muslim  sect by trying to do what cant be done merge Christianity and Islam together. One  believes in  the Divinity of Christ, the other doesn't. and that's crucial to the Christian faith, without it there is no Christian faith..
 As I commented on one site, In the USA we have freedom of religion, I have mine and you have yours. We are not required to be one for in so doing we have lost our individual faith.

The balance of powers has specific roles for each branch to do. The president picks the nominees for the US supreme court and the US Senate confirms them. Its a process of stopping a kingly abuse of power. to pick  pawns that will do what the king wants a with a blatant disregard for individual rights and other rights under the laws and Constitution. Its why no president has the authority to just send out drones and start killing people that don't agree or follow him or her. . Why its important for all members of Congress to understand they can compromise on issues but there are some principles they can;t give up and in those cases of impasse then a third way needs to be found. Its there if  436 creative minds can figure it out.  And its whey there are hearings and petitioning of the govt from among 300 + million people in this nation, someone or group can come up with answers.
