 Cold but Sunny and supposed to be warmer tomorrow so put  seedlings back out and watered them.
 Doyle helped me get the letter off to Social Security that I'd posted here on Daily Recap last week, but constitutional rights have been so usurped there that that agency, my employer seems to be in utter chaos and no one w has done anything the appellate judge told them to do for months. And the Hearing file is still missing out of the hearing office and they couldn't seem to care less. And we don't have a new Commissioner of Social security , yet. so pray we get someone that's a good administrator and fair and will uphold the constitutional rights of all.  Spent the last few dollars I have this month for the certified postage as  it may disappear as so many files have. and appeals unanswered and no one cares about life, liberty and pursuit of happiness nor that some of their very co workers have died as a result of these  civil and criminal violations.
Have we come so low that human life is of no value even to those in charge? Its as if they don't even have self worth and that's horrific.  Its the real 'antichirst spirit.'
                                          PROPHETIC SCRIPTURE
Today the Bible opened to Job Chapter 4. The following scriptures 'spoke to me."
verse 6. " Is not your reverence your confidence and the integrity of your  ways your hope?"
verse 17. " Can a mortal be more righteous than God ( Yahuah, Yahusha, Ruah) Can a Man be more pure than his maker?"
verse 21..."they die without wisdom."
ARROGANCE! Is not a good thing. We are human, with human weaknesses and   to strive for perfection we need to care about one another.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS:
 Geir Smith   from Before Its News is giving me a lot of coverage and has been able to broker a contact with  one of the more serious parties  who seems to want to get to the truth and hope he will follow through and do so. Not easy when so many have opinions and have political motives rather than truth and doing the best m we can with the officials we have elected now. They are the ones that have to get together and solve our issues for the good of US first and not everyone else in this world. But we are interconnected.
One dialogue he is conducting is over religion and I want to address this. He is schooled in Tibetan Buddhism, which I have studied that religion some, and find some basic truth in it that John , disciple of Christ who wrote on of the Christian Gospels and some  letters in the New Testament had a deeper understanding of some of the principles of the faiths of the eastern nations.  Once Christianity stopped trying to change cultures before sharing the gospels, the Gospel of John  has become a grea tevangelizing source to those of the eastern faiths.
Geir Smith says he's the Messiah, which is going to cause most other faiths to not understand this at all. I'm looking for the return of Christ in a second coming. Jews are looking for Messiah, etc. 
Christians use a lot of terms and sayings and often when growing up in the faith the language is spoken and sometimes we haven't really  thought about what these sayings mean. To those of other faiths, we might as well be speaking a foreign language as the deeper meanings are not understood as to what we might mean.
 Christian's have a saying of the Indwelling of the Holy Spirit., or being filled with the spirit and that's not just being happy and having a good time, although true happiness is part of the result.  Christians believe that the Holy Spirit is His spirit left to comfort and guide us. So if we have this in us, one might say we have a piece of the Divine in it us, although we don't consider ourselves a messiah, nor the messiah. That is thought of a s one part of the Holy Trinity.
As my sort time study of Buddhism as I undesrstnad it, one has the body, mind and spirit ( some say soul) and when those come together in a perfect whole its an indwelling of the Divine, too. Is this what he means by saying he is Messiah. He is being led to by the Divine within him to help get to the full truth?
I personally cannot say any one is currently the anti christ. although the spirit of that is pretty rampant right now and it manifests itself in all kinds of people and faiths, by the lack of caring for one another. Has any one listened to some of the political rhetoric being spewed out with no disregard for the weaker among us and finding some way of helping. Don't count on the places of faith to do this. People  are sleeping on the streets and churches are locked and vacant 6 days of the week in too  many places. And these people are often middle class who had homes until  jobs disappeared and middle class mortgages could no longer be met and the  wealthy got more wealth from the misery. The 'money changers 'have and are robbing us  and the insittutions that should be standing up to this are not doing so.  There comes a time when the govt that represents us has to step in when the faith insittuions can't or won;t  handle things. We have reached a point where we expect someoone else to help and we have reached a point where there is no one else to do this and these people are often very willing to work, but laws got passed that allowed our wealther among us move overseas and expolit cheap labor and othesr dodge paying their taxes with off shore accounts, etc. which means  they look to the middle class to make up the revenue as they don't have the wherewith all to have those Cayman island accounts, they are lucky their 401K's survive the economic ups and downs. if there employers still offer them.  There is plenty to be done and the people with the skills to do them and something is badly broken that they cant be .matched to get things done. This has been getting gradually worse for decades. . 
Posted some more pictures. I found some of the Popes, but still trying to find more. Found one letter from an Aunt that mentions the Presdient's grandparesnts but want to firm up the dates, etc  of the letter a little more. Things are jumbled some in these tubs  between my mothers family and Dad's.  The date was 1974 .
12. today is a letter to the editor of the Manhattan Mercury , in Ks after 1963 when we moved there and Dad went to work for Kansas State University in the Hohorticultural Dept. A job he got with no interview. Mom and I went and spoke to his boss and he was hired before they met. This occurred in the Summer  of 1963.
He had won soil conservation awards.  He worked there untill age 70 (age he went by)  when he hit the states mandatory retirement age.
Th is letter to the editor was trying to tell folk that they needed to go to monorails and and put airports out into more rural wide open spaces and not have so many cars run on petroleum. Reducing the carbon foot print and getting off Petroleum is not a new idea, but once our money gets tied up in one institution or product we don't seem to be able to break free of this very easily. Too much money invested.
13. The picture of Dad on Red was taken about 1961 soon after marrying the Obama's at McVcar Chapel on Washburn University Campus  in Topeka, Ks.
 Red is  the horse I've written about here that was headed  for the slaughter house as after being a well known Rodeo cutting and roping horse., He'd ended up with some  who were shooting coyotes off him and had suffered a nervous breakdown  or what ever one says happens to a horse and he had become considered  too dangerous for any one to be around.
Dad was always good with training and understanding  animals and had left hm alone for sometime. The earlier picture was when he went to herd cattle and he started acting out, but he did not throw him. He gradually got to trust people again and I was able to ride him with no problem.
14. Then Mom rode him too and  after they moved out to the pasture land in Wuabaunsee county, Ks  they bought another horse for her to ride. They were both riding until late 1980's when Dad's slow growing cancer finally caused them to move into Wamego, Ks. The picture of her, would be in the 1970's.?Red lived close to thirty years.  Long time for a horse.
 There has been a long dialogue on going on the President's bio on Western Journalism and I';m getting some serious questions now. I keep being asked to name the Dad of the president and I finally wrote back and referred to ethics and common decency on this.
 First I don't have a DNA test, but am 99% sure as it was  common knowledge in Topeka ks who the couple were And Ann told Mom and she told me. . BUT: I don't know if the president even knows yet, nor if the extended family of  his  murdered Dad ever knew Stanley Ann was pregnant. I'm  pretty sure  some of the family stilll lives in Topeka ks, And how would you feel if Westboro Baptist showed  on your front yard screaming at you like they did to them 50+ years ago or news media bombarding them. etc. Its not easy to come forward into the public eye about any of this.  as one is dealing with family and/ or have any sense of decency at all about anything.
I wrote that I have provided the name to Sec of ste of Kansas staff back on 9/14/12 so they could search for the records, but xx'ed out the name when I possted my affidavit on line  that day.  I also gave the name to Attorney General Eric Holder in my letter to him asking for justice for the three dead and if anything could still be done about an  obvious hate crime at this late date. I was hoping that maybe he might be able to get in touch with the President to inform him , if he truly doesn't know.
 And there have been a couple of reporters in Topeka ks I told when I called to ask if they would check the archives of the Topeka Capital Journal and the editor Tamara Quinn would not permit it. I'd not recalled knowing the other two listed in the articles when the three bodies washed up on a sand bar  in the Kansas river before 6/62 and wanted to firm up some dates, I remember events, and smells and sounds and even what I or othres were wearing but not always the date. So these need to be put into context of what I was doing in my life at the time something happened.
And As I sort through records, a lot of memories are coming back about a lot of things, some related to the birth of the President at  Forbes  Air force base hospital in Topeka ks. The 1974 letter I found today, makes no mention of  current military service, If he stayed in his 20 years, this would make sense. There are some real questions coming up as to where and what was going on with his grandparents. The boi out there in the media really isn't adding up with a lot of what is in the real records and eyewitnesses on this.
Yet, in 1/71, Tut, his grandmother had "Barry Soetoro" as she introduced him to me with her directly from Indonesia ( at Mercer Isalnd Wa)and his being sent to USA as he was 'getitng confused about things'  especially religion. And he was 9 years old and I did understand what she meant. My cousin's wife Darlene introduce her as Marilyn, Dan's wife when she walked in and then she got scared when I mentioned who I was and that I worked for Social security. Guess she was as if I'd known that she might have filed a  birth certificate, in Hawaii when he wasn't born there, etc. and maybe stole a blank pad of  state birth rcords, she should have been as I would have been bound to report her.
 She supposedly was spending all her time working in a bank in Hawaii, yet she was here and there, So are there any eye witnesses in Hawaii that remember her in the bank through all these years.? And why does the family call her Marilyn and not Madelyn even though always  the nickname of Tut is used.. Others in the family should know something. I'd been told at one time there was a marital separation, but the speculations even inside the family are all over the place..
So trying to be responsible, I ask for eye witnesses to come forward and post, even if anonymously.
Mysteries abound in this and does the president know anything? Maybe not, being put in  boarding school most of his youth.  One needs the daily family contact to learn things, as that's when my Dad and even Mom would share some things from their pasts in times when they needed to talk to someone about things.
THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES ARTICLE III SECTION 1 (phrase by phrase analysis)

After the US Supreme Court is seated with nominations by the Presdient and confirmations by the US senate, all the system of lower federal courts is up to Congress to establish what and where they are to be.
