 Cold and Rainy most of day. So did not get to Garden. I did do some transplanting of seedlings into bigger containers of tomatoes and pepper plants. But the rain is good on the garden and every bit reduces the amount of water that's needed we have to pay for.
Only mail was more wanting us to buy something. But I did see that Botanic Choice has a new probiotic s with the oral ones including the salivarious. Maybe Doyle can use that one, as he can't take the Turmeric in mine from Dr Williams. I don't sell  for these companies, but have used their products for many years. as they do seem to try to keep organic and non GMO's etc.

                                    SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION.
Attached is Form HCFA -40 B Request for Part B Medicare. I am requesting it be processed with appeal rights given. I entered the next month or the start date. However. there is a pending request from a year and a month ago that was sent certified mail that is still not processed and a Hearing has legally been pending since 8/09/09 on the entitlement factors and although the file disappeared out of the Mcalester Hearing office in the Fall of 2009, never to be heard from again, and with no notice of transfer or where it ended up; it is legally pending and its unconstitutional and discriminatory to take  crucial issues involved and ignore them along with a felony disappearance of the file, With the subsequent horrific treatment I received trying to get my rights to the hearing to resolve issues in the file that have put lives at risk and livelihoods on us and others in similar situations.  The politicized OIG system means they did not handle any of the documented felonies on this at all as the ones documented as involved are at the highest levels who gave the orders as to whom can be investigated and deflect any of their culpability from themselves?
. We don't know if I was ever legally entitled to a period of disability before age 65 over intentional and felony action of the highest officials in the agency who ordered the state agency to not do their job and put down what they wanted  in the file. Which was them spewed all over and few knew  it was something I'd never been diagnosed with and ignored what I had  from my 1/10/89 injuries at SSA  and is an accepted conditions of toxic fume inhalations and subsequent multiple organ damage and diseases.
. According to US Dept of labor officers, if the  state agency had been allowed to do their job, then they could have accepted the medical decision and used it for the schedule award at  Workers comp and put me on permanent disability as did the US  dept of education when they did so with the real records. The grossest felonies have gone ignored fr 24+ years on this case and every file of mine in any agency. And 7 US atty's 'have said its a felony for these disappearances  and a second felony when the custodian of the reocrds does not report it.  Yet no one has been investigated let alone prosecuted even when some have said deaths have occurred as a result already..
ThE SSA system has been hacked into repeatedly according to the Head of IT for SSA. You no longer see appeals pending some as far back as 9/2000 with no decision ever made. This can not happen on the system without hacking going on from entities not allowed access to the system. I had thought the originating office could delete an appeal and he said no. Yet after months since he contacted OIG about this, nothing has been done to secuire my records or any one Else's this may have happened to. No decisions have been received on any pending matters and there is a 27 page typed SSA 795 that itemized  this and posted in 2011?  and it was remanded back by the appellate judge for the local office to do the unfinished work they have pending, some for over a decade. Never should have been there either. without a hearing held.
REMEMBER: the only thing the Adminstrative judges saw o ruled on was some pieces of paper forwarded to the Mcalestar  SSA Hearing office over a year ago to be associated with the file which had illegally   disappeared out of their office and off the system in a hacking incident. The a awful retaliation when I tried to find and plead for my rights has been the most egregious abuse of human rights possible for an employee  of this agency and co worker of those who have lost their lives in a on going  trail of felony actions that have been allowed to go on with no justice for the dead. or injured.
I've been trying to get hold of my personnel file for several years to no avail as in it is the signed agreement (the one with pen and ink changes imposed on the agency by OPM , not the forgery) with SSA that clearly shows what is happening is not to be going on at all.
The full cooperation by SSA and Affiliated Computer services in multiple agencies on this  would have made any issue of part B medicare moot ( would have been withheld from  spousal benefits) as I did reutrn to work in2 1990 with  resultant EEOC sanctions  against Sec of HHS Donna Shalala for physical torture to the point of death and she was our boss at the time. and the records clearly shows this. In  file you are reading here is an attempt to give the right of life to all federal workers as we do not have it. Nor do we have any civil  or constitutional rights when these kinds of abuses are allowed to continue unfettered by any federal law enforcment.  I pray that the Acting Commissioner of SSA will allow constitutional rights and civil rights of appeal rights and security of paper and system records to be reinstated and issues resolved with a legal hearing. Rumors and gossip need to end and are a violation of the ethics code for federal employees and their contractors should not be immune from upholding the laws of the USA which their contract terms requires and has not occurred either in multiple agencies.
HR 1063 of the Social Security act Title 18 leads right to the abuses that have occurred in the multiple agencies and fines of $1000 a day can now be assessed for such behavior.
 Its very simple, one files an appeal and one has a right to a decision. Its immaterial if many may be due refunds going back several  years if the dueling interpretations of the laws by agency personnel over the years finally is allowed to have a judicial review.
This is a legal filing as has been every filing of mine and to ignore my rights to have a decision with appeal rights since benefits are affected, is unconstitutional and can only be considered retaliatory.
 Your cooperating in this matter is appreciated and if you are told to ignore the laws and rights. please advise us of this in wrIting.. There is a  Form 1696 authorization on file for Doyle Adams, my husband  and  non attorney so he can have access to records. I've been waiting for months to hear back from you to finish up the work left undone in the pending , open matters.

PROPHETIC SCRIPTURES
Today the Bible opened to 1 Samuel  chapter 17
David and Goliath.
 When ones life is at stake and now those of my family in this matter; one has no choice but to stand up to the Goliath who has no intention of allowing life, liberty an pursuit of happiness to occur.
 The story is well known even to those who do not have the story in their faith history.
 I don't have 5 small stones to fight. I only have five fingers on a hand and a keyboard to write letters and send them off to ask for our rights to be upheld. For if they are not upheld then we have lost the entire battle for human rights altogether. The evil Goliaths of this world that have usurped power and have no regard for others, seem to be dealing with no self worth. I choose to live and choose for all to have that right. Its time for all to stand for that and we have laws and a constitution where we have elected those to see these are upheld and have not been done, especially in our case. Medical care is being obstructed over this. And too many have died already according to congressional studies that don't seem to have ended with solutions that are enforced.
Need I say more as to what this chapter means to me and should mean to others.

 Before Its News re posted a comment I had posted on Conservative American. Its was in response to an article about the Hawaii birth and records and newspaper announcements there. I responded in the context of that as to the real reocrds in Topeka ks both birth certificate from Forbes Air force Base Hospital and as well as the newspaper announcements of birth and marriage. I DO NOT HAVE THEM THAT I KNOW OF. I can't get into all the reocrds I have here to see if my mother kept them. But I read them in the Topeka Capital Journal at the time. One reason is that I was having difficulty with the name  and wanted to see how it was spelled. We have become used to Middle eastern and African names today in our world culture. But in 1961, its was rare in Topeka Ks. And it said Mr and Mrs Baruch Obama , baby  boy listed as being at Forbes air Force Base hospital and my mother FloreNCe Hardy was present at birth and took Ann   to the hospital. When I was awakened by my Dad the morning after Mom had gotten the call and left, Dad said Ann had had her baby and Mom wasn';t home yet and he had breakfast ready. He'd been on the hone a lot during the night.
The Hawaii records were apparently fraudulently filed by His maternal grandmother and I'd notified Sheriff Joe's; people to check for a criminal file from 1961 for stolen  state birth blanks from the hospital. Apparently he did? as his people say he has dropped the investigation into the birth certificate.  As you can see I put a question mark after the comment. I was told by his people that they had ended the investigation. As for the other documents, if all this did occur, then it exposes the very broken OIG system inside SSA. But much of what is being said about Social security numbers, just isn't plausible at SSA in those years. If there is another's number being used, then its improbable to have gotten it from SSA.  Not that some have';t been arrested over the years for selling numbers out the door of SSA.  Much of what is out there is ludicrous to any one from SSA and I read online some other SSA employees have made comments similar to what I'm reporting.
So the context of the comment was in response to an article on another site. And I still am begging for someone in Kansas to check Library and newspaper archives for those announcements. Or if you have that expensive online search of all newspapers you may be able to pull it up instantly. I don't have the money, its going for insurance premiums and for medical care and postage to get enforcement for the new law. I said the announcement read... and it did. I was there.  I'm gradually getting tHrough pictures from my parents reocrds. Many are not in albums,and need to make sure who is who as not all are labeled. Its a lot of history to go through/

 The  pictures of my parents and Aunt Grace and   Aunt Helen were taken when my cousin Betty( Grace's daughter)  drove them from Colorado to their home near Paxico Ks where they finally retired in Wabaunsee county. A county of 3000 people and hundred thousands  head of cattle. . Yet still had cattle to take care of. through the summer grazing season. My Dad built another house after drawing up his own plans. Some of the work was contracted out and he had to interpret the plans to the contractor who had never seen  anything but Blueprints.  Its is solidly built. And Dad was an excellent cabinet maker, too. Skills that have been passed down in the family to understand how things are put together.
 The other picture of Aunts Pearl ( Sarah Palin's Great grandmother, Aunt Hazel and Aunt Grace was taken in 1984 when the five siblings had their last get together at the home where they had arrived with their parents almost a hundred years ago near Haxtun Colorado  and Aunt Grace,the youngest, had married and bought out the others when their parents died.  First their  mother in 1926 and then their  Dad in 1933.
One has to take things in context and read carefully. I try to be careful. Please do check out and find the records. As you can see there are investigations to be done and filings to do to stay alive that have to come first or I;m wont; be here to post this. I do appreciate the coverage of the issues. Don't stop looking for the records and if you find them share them with the world. If I find them, I'll share them pronto.! An eye witness is just that, I was there. I read it  I heard it I saw it, etc.

The President is the one that is given the formal introduction form another country' s officials. Even if congress wants to speak to them, the formalities occur with the office of the President.
