What a day! The kind of day that cause conspiracy theories to be created! Doyle finished copying the prescriptions to go to Fed Blues and I got  collated by time he could get back form his volunteer work to take to post office to file certified mail to Caremark which is their contractor for retail pharmacy services.
Then I followed up on one person who seemed to know what he was talking about at ca remark had said it should go to Aetna Medicare part D first. My stand alone phamacy that I get the compound from formula from is an Aetna part d pharmacy. but can't bill electronically. and for over year been getting one run around after  another and no one would tell the truth.
I spent longtimes on phone and my sinuses and not feeling very good tonight but did find out somethings.
First of all do not use google or a search engine when going after official web sites of Aetna,maybe some other of these companies as one person finally told me as I was asking where are the forms?
Aetna has also partnered with caremark.We have no CVS in our area in OK and I get special help from  state of OK through applying with SSA. These formularies are really irrelevant. Its guideline of accepted coverage only immediately others can be but it requires doctors to fill out forms. More paper work for them. And many are using more of these compounds as they learn there are no safe meds for their patients like me?
I never got the booklet this year for CVS/Aetnaa Partnership due to where I live and the OK being involved, yet there is a CVS pharmacy over in TX within 25 miles.
When I got the prescription in 2011 and before my Azmacxrt supply ran out I called as to where there were stand alone pharmacies as my pulmnologist told me to go to. Only two, One in small town 11 miles here in OK and another over at a hospital in TX about 30 miles form here. A hospital I have had one row over another over billing for years and they are not happy with the situation and their claims being turned in 17  on mess and them not getting the extra money, not paidcorrectly and not being able to find whom to bill.
If I had gone to CVS, ( I never got that booklet) then maydhave taken the prescription and ordered the meds directly from the compounding lab like the one orTHE ONE that has sicken and killed 500 patients+so  far. I'm ALIVE because I did not go there? 
It has seemed pretty obvious that CVS and caremark and those Insurance companies that have contracted with them may be covering up coming law suits and people already getting sick before the story broke and few deaths got attributed to it.  What I've read many,we do not know of  did get sick and recovered probably thinking it was flu  or cold/" I've seen these cover ups so much and its sickening and evil. And there had to be bribery on ongoinh for  MA not to have shut it down and stories are coming out.
When one starts mixing substances in uncontrolled areas things can happen. My pharmacist's area seems very clean and he's only opening packet of powder and puts  into a bottle just for me.Seems much safer to do this and probably cheaper.
I tried to find out cost through Aetna  and did not get a striaight answer as its negotiated mayube more than $25?I'd only pay a few dollars co pay whatever it is with special help and refund is due.
I talked to several at Aetna today and everyone seems confused. Most have gone with the CVA partnership, but apparently its not for me. and those on special help are being discriminated against/ the poor usually are!
 Humana partnered with Walmart. Medicare D started out to be able to go  to any harmacy and everything is the same, but  larger chains are partnering and offiering generics at the $4 rate and enticing folks to sign with them. This must be the overwhelming push to have the compounds mixed somewhere elsees and then shipped. Shipped in all kind of heat and cold, etc. and whatever else can happen.
So Rita talked me through to find the Aetna forms to fill out and send in and at first there were no 2011. ones. Its was in 4/11 the month I first got the compound that they started paying for the compounds? So whenIi called ahead of time, no coverage and nothing could get billed at the pharmacy who is signed up with Aetna part D but not a cvs as we do not have any cvs in OK except maybe some 150 miles away in OK City,unusual a major chain is not here?  ( This is going to take time to post as blogger not allowing inserts  tonight!
So lots of questions and glad I did  make the calls when he 39 pages of recalled meds hit after a month of  lab giving the run around. All I wanted to know is if the saline solution my pharmacy used was recalled, too?! and found out FDA was not overseeing this at all. They were letting the states thake charge and call to OK Health Commissioner next  AM ended with them calling me late in the day after FDA had raided  lab in Mass.! FDA was acting as if they were in charge and doing what needed to be done and people dead across statee lines and nothing was going on but an internal cover up at the company.
Another tid bit I gleaned . Most patients  severe as me seem to be gasping for breath, etc.  as if on their death bed imminently. As I said to one party today, there are many patients taking these inhalers that are killing them and they need to have their doctors test to find out if they are having chemically induced asthma and conditions or allergic reactions. Part of the death panels is these tests seem to not be getting run as I had done several years ago to establish and documentt for OWCP.  I am very thankful for the doctors that have stuck by me and helped me over the years and some have been retaliated agianst by the bigi chemical companies and bankstrs' running  health care woarld wide as international health care is almost entirely already for profit and not for providing healthh and life to the patients. So have the forms completed and do have a fax number so will get them in and see what happens , I will get a form back as the doctor will have to fill out medical necessity, etc. $25 solution replaces a $175 inhaler harming many patients and One on the market is already getting reports as I mentioned to day andIi wonder how many have died prematurely already over this as they got treated for the wwrong kind of asthma. Where the opposite kind treatment is needed?I am not doctor, but patients are really on there own and need to get their records and research and help their doctors by documenting, keeping  track of what triggers reactions,etc. Docs need whistleblower protection for what is going on and what is coming!
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS:Maybe the word is getting around that President Obama is eligible to be president and he did not know where he was born and who his Real Dad was? I hope the few I have told and e-mailed will get through to him and justice can be had for the three dead on the banks of the Kansas river and an extended family he may never have known on that side. A family of deep roots in the civil rights movement. I have not publicly said whs as I only know from my mother and she was told by his mother. I dd know him and its a great loss he died so young. more repost ahead of this.
CONSTITUTION OF USA: I plan to continue with an in depth analysis of our Constitution as a Faith document as its a governing document for the most diverse group of people with so manyfaiths and opinions to   co exist in peace in one nation. We have a balance of powers in three branches. One of these branches is our court system and appeals start inside agencies as I have been going through for over a year just to get to the first decision on having a simple prescription paid by a govt heakth plan as all three of mine are.or govt contracted ones by Federal Govt.
Some may not agree with what I am about to write but its what America is all about. I have an opinion and don;t know if its the right onebut it makes sense to me.
Moses came down from the mountain with a simple code of governing that was a radical change for the times. The King or Pharaoh or leader of a tribe or nation is NOT  God.! But is accountable to a deity or to ihistory and the people. A servant of the people themselves.
Several of the first books of the Bible which are also part of the Torah for those of the Jewish faith and of course the Nation Of Islam also has this to study . What are all the codes and orders and some have little to do with religion but some do?
 Moses was taught many things and some say the Mosaic law was divinely written, I was not there.
When there were disputes among the Israelites in the desert, Moses was the mediator and had to make decisions as to what was right and just and what was proper way to do this. his father-in-law advised him to have judges hear the issues. This was the first court system and there was a Supreme Court of one, Moses. In our system we have not one but 9.and a whole hierarchy of courts, & appeal levels to decide what is right and just. we even have dietary laws and restrictions, but our scientific knowledge is sometimes helpful when those with moneyy and power do not usurp it. But there are rules. to be followed and penalties when they are not followed if justice is truly served.
Some have taken  these codes of Moses and follow each as written and that is theri right as long as there are no honor kiloings and other punishments our modern socieites say are cruel and inhumane as we know more how to control harmful behaviors today.
The Mosaic law is a living document of law. just as in our court system. When new insights and knowledge arises, a new case can be brouoght and the old law is set aside and a new rule is adopted that is more just and fairl based on current understandings. When Christ, Yahusha, jesus as Christians call him, said he was fulfilling the law, was he saying that he is bringing new understandings. In the Beginning there was no understanding of evil and what it could do.We have a return to mercy and repentance and a different kind of punishment and rehabilitations and pushments that are to correct behaviors in the future so we can co exist peacefully and respect each others rights to do so. Much of the law is very valid,even to day.
If one looks at the Leviical law, this way, than many rules are still valid and pushments, but others seem to have been changed and that does not mean we have ost our faith. Modern science teaches us that many of the dietary laws have great vaolidity even today as we know about germs and other problems associated with  our foods Eating Kosher is a good diet for a chemically sensitive person.  The Lawas of Moses:?
ITS ALIVE and so is the Constitution which can also be amended when society thanks a rule should be changed and then changed again if we learn that rule is  not a good one that worked and we find something better. Such as Prohibition had more  spirits flowing than without it in many cases and organized criirme was more terrible than with some rules to regulate sales. Even though the alchohol is not really the best thing for humans  in all but rare cases.Our Constitution and precedent case system and the US Supreme Court itself is based on the Law of Moses and can be amended and overturned becase the people have free will to learr and understand things better over time. The Levitical law,or Mosaic law in the Old Testament is actually a listing of 'Supreme Court decisions' where Moses was the Supreme Court. We are not bound to follow every dictate, but we are to follow the over riding commandment to love one another and to treat each other as we would wish to be treated. we are in a learning process as ow to do this and in the fallen state of affiars wehre evil is a choice to make, we have to learn to not make thoe eveil choices that harm us and each other. We are on a paht of learning how to o this and prayerfully we can arrive before we destroy each other and the universe in the process. Its supposed to take each of us working together as individuals. YOU DON'T HAVE TO AGREE WITH ME and many will not do so. I do not consider myself a great scholar of HEBREW or ancient studies. Just trying to think and form opionions form what i know and it may change as Ii learn more. I'm a living person with the ability to learn and understand things and can learn from  others, too.
