Daily Recap 11/29/12: Feds Steal From States : President Obama Born In Topeka KS:  rested all day and fell better. All I know to do is lay still and O2 and lots of purified water until all inflammatory agents are expelled. Doyle and I didin't work on the cases to day. Mail Came and a doctor bill says I owe some money. In a cursory look it\seems that the payments made by mediciare may not be credited in, which were paid 17 times and not one is credited and recent charges don't look like they are even billed yet to Fed Blues. Guess they looked at the Medicare computer and didin't see any coverage at all as Stacy Johnson or others at fed Blues on the illegal orders of the 'person of interest' at OPM is still having them illegally call Medicare coordination of benefits and delete it off the records to circumvent OWCP which this bill belongs to them but the 'person of interest;' at OPM is a suspect in the embezzlement of a   million dollars of set aside money on me and othersat a million dollars a piece. and for 7 years the OIG for OPM has not been allowed to investigate by the Directors of OPM and my letters to John Berry do not get to him as he has never answered me. Linda Springer did start investigating in '08 and abruptly resigned. Not the firts high level official that resinged after starting to investigate? Why not correct the problems and so what if someone goes to jail for theft? A Bank robber does! So will have to look into that. I may owe some yet if owcp doesn't pay but these claims need to go in with the OWCP bills for the years and it never ends when the patient is the policeman as Congress won't allow investigations of trillions of dollars of our money and they whine over debt ceilings and budgets and do nothing to stop the thefts! And too many of patients like me are ending up with the states paying their bills out of the programs for the poor.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS: REPOSTED 8/21/12-8/23/12. also A great aunt of the President died in Colorado. Betty Jane (Pope) Austin. A year ago her sister died, Lois Wisdom and both obituaries indicate that Daniel Wayne Pope, the president's grandfather, is still alive.  He is the one that stole Stanley Dunham's id back in the 1940's to go to war as he was too young. I really don't know if the family even knows? I've had little contact with that part of my extended family and since my mother, Florence Hardy died in 1996, who is the sister in law of Daniel Wayne Pope's mother who is President Obama's great grandmother on his Grandpa's side. I've been reposting so others with lots of questions can read the details. I am firmly convinced that all the secrecy over the secret govt business of  my cousin Dan has caused a lot of estrangement and my mother was the family historian for our family and would share info. Plus a hundred years of secrecy on that side , too. Betty, my cousin and I exchanged Christmas cards for years but stopped several years ago as many in  this nation did. Its a lost contact with others. and many are not on facebook and Internet yet. It does take time to blog and communicate. I do mine laying down propped up on pillows. some have asked if I would want to do some IT for money, but I can't even get ins papers filed and appeals a couple of hours each day without getting sick and with lots of personal assistance.. And do I think there is some connection between all this? Yes, but in ways I have not shared , yet. I know so much about so many things. But am trying to be careful as to how I share. I also learned a lot was not shared with my parents.
And As I have said , ones parents are who raises one. I think there were some that may have thought there might not be approved. without sharing more than they legally could do. Protecting loved ones by keeping secrets only works part of the time. TRUTH is always better.  One also has to understand I am the youngest of the Hardy grandchildren of 5 siblings. Many have died and their descendants know little about the family history, I'm aware of. They know other parts.. If I don't share what I know... I pray others will fill in the details I do not know. Your ancestry are who one is and  one either embraces the good and over come the not so good. Most of what I now of my Dad's family in the USA since the early 1900's is not bad. Its a human story but part of history most have no idea of.
BILL OF RIGHTS: ARTICLE X:  "The powers not delegated to the  United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited  by it to the states, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." This is the 10th amendement to the Constitution and the end of the series on the Bill of Rights following a series on the Ten Commandments as a secular document for governing.. Tomorrow I am going to continue on with a in depth analysis of tee Constitution and the rest  of the amendments as they are part of a living document that is based on faith. A document to govern a diverse people with many beliefa and opinions so they can co exist in peace and have govt do the things the people want govt to do.
We have 50 soverign states and the federal government. Each has duties to be over. the states are to take care of allt hat they can. And this aids in allowing diversiiy of opinions and beliefs that often are part of local culture. We have almost 50 cultures and more in each state. The federal govt is not to usurp what the states can do for themselves. However there are times the states do not take care of things and the people ask the federal govt to intercede whether through federal legislation through their representatives or through appeals to the US SUPREME COURT. The denial of equal rights to all is one example when local cultures did not see this is accomplished by local authorities only a few decdes ago.. There is a balance of powers that is almost like  a children's playground see Saw. The states shirk their duties and the feds take over and back and forth. But the feds are to give authorities back to the states when they again are able to take care of things constitutionally.
Health care is one area that many states were not doing what was needed.  A hundred years ago, when most people died when they got sick or badly injured because there were no modern treatments or cures, Health Care could be accomplished by pain killers and  care by a local family doctor as there was little that could be done. But modern science has saved so many lives and research is needed and big money is sometimes needs to be shared across state lines to find cures and sometimes this is international as scientists from other nations share what they have learned. Some states set up good state programs for those with out insurance and for the poor.  California led the way with county hospitals and county health depts that offered many wellness exams and physicals for food service workers so they could be checked for infectious diseases,etc. Other staes had a county system, too, usually connected with their state medical schools for specialized treatment. The Medicare came in the original plan was to share costs Nationwide through taxes and some  part of the shared costs trough premiums.
Something happened for the poor that was not part of the original plan. State Medicaid. Instead of evolving into Medicare for all when one had no health ins through employment or a private policy, with the state picking up co pays and other services not covered by Medicare. An unequal program was born called Medicaid. It has never paid as well for services and often the coverage was not as good and many never got the best types of care that modern science can provide. That's unequal treatment. With govt cut backs its has become worse for the poor.
Many doctors wail not take Medicaid as it pays so little and their costs are high when one factors in malpractice insurance costs and as I have written before much of the medical errors that are on going come from and are directly caused by the federal govt and their archaic and sometimes very corrupted policies that Congress will not address and correct. Profit for life just seems incredulous. There seems to be a need for a third type of taxing system when life is the product.
What has  occurred is to  make one policy for all 50 states with little regard for unique situations in each. This is one area where the Federal govt collects the taxes from the people and then gives some back and expects the states to do what is directed. And with the federal govt having no internal audit control and Congress not allowing prosecutions of crimes committed by the claims processing federal contractorsand others; and the Medicaid contractors are the same group of them., then the states get robbed of providing health care for the people. The people are robbed of their money and of good health care.  Health care is one of those services that is so expensive when one gets sick that the people have decided the costs should be shared by all so all can have it equally.
As I have written a few days ago the corruption is so bad that Part D Medicare which pays full market value for prescription drugs has been permitted to allow their contractors to  illegally dump all prescritption bills they can finagle onto the states with the special help program. many of those inp overyy, like me, who have plenty of health care coverage through employers, owcp  car accidents,etc. already approved are finding themselves having to turn to low income programs as illegal games are played with files and computer data and no one in the whole federal govt cars about the states getting ripped off. patient can;t stop it as We've proven and documented.
So many of the states are saying its time for that balance of powers and that see  saw to tip back towards the money staying inside the states and something better worked out. Many states were negotiating prices for prescription drugs and services and now they can't?Real Congressional hearings, about these abuses and what is really going on is not occurring. espcially when the Head of OIG for HHS, knowingly went in and lied to Congress on how well the thieves were doing. "Partners of Medicare are doing a great job!" I actually went back and replayed it online as couldn't believe how he was lying! Apparently he has most of wasington deceived?What he should have been doing is explaining what laws needed to be changed to stop the abuses and thefts. And no one questioned it! Sen McCaskill D-Missouri started to in one fraud hearing and  was stopped  by the Chairman of her Committee. Sen Coburn, who has all the documentation; didn't speak up either.False claims, a civil suit, does not work when its a blatant crime and people have died as ar esult of those crirmes. And its impossible for a patient to sue a powerful govt 'partner'  when  there is no viable appeals process nor civil rights process to discover evidence for any capable  trial attorney to have a simple, well documented case all ready to go to court. Why is the patient acting for the govt, any way? . She did not step up. Now that she has been reelected, I pray she will do so and maybe if she is the Chair of such a committee she will do so.
Gossip frenzy and other corruption can cause a lot of prorblems for someone trying to step up. Throughout the federal govt money collected from all of us is sent back to the states after being skimmed for adminstrative costs and some of it illegal and blatant theft  by those federal contractors and the patient responsible for the stolen monies  when the patient has no law enforcement powers to stop the thefts. The monies then come back with strings attached as to how the money can be used. If the states can figure out better and more cost efficient ways to spend it on many things and all the people are being treated with justice and fairness then its time for the power to sway back some.
Its not easy for the states to take back power from the feds. And Secession is not the way, and the current threats of it are not going to work as it didn't work back in 1861 when there was an issue of some states treating people unequally. Now its the feds that are treating people unequally by allowing theft of our public monies and no one is being helped except a few wealthy bullies that seem to care little for the nation , have decided they are the deities and have no regard for their place in history. The era of the wealthy philanthrophist seems to be a forgotten entity. And some of our tax laws have caused that too, over the last thirty years.  So the balance of powers is  an on gong tug of war and if the people don't keep the rope taut by participating in the govt and holding those we elect accountable, then we all suffer in the long run as we are robbed and the constitutional philosophy of the local people handling as much as they possibly can iin their own communities is thwarted as our monies have disappeared inside the federal govt and its contractors that have too often become unfettered thieves. The premise that the individuals do know what is best for themselves and for their local communities is being trashed. The feds are only to intervene when the local situations become unconstitutional in treating all equally  and with justice and fairness. TOMORROW: ITS ALIVE! Linda Joy Adams 11/29/12
