Daily Recap 11/28/12: Hands Off: President Obama Born In Topeka Ks; will be brief as ill. part of the chemically induced and exercise induced pneumnitis is in the sinuses as well as  lungs and they are draining and inflammed, etc. from the exertion on the phone and exposure to ink and paper all due to on- going illegal actions by those in  authority that will not obey the law, Judges orders nor govt contract terms which can't be legal if it allows illegal acitons.
Doyle and I started working on the paperwork for filing to get the compound reimbursed. Hoping to save some money if they can get processed yet this year, I had been given a fax number by a person at Caremrak in Phoenix a few months ago. I called the phone number associated with  fax  number and the man   told me that it was not  the right unit as its where one sends a new unfilled prescription. What is wrong with this company misleading and obstructing?. And of course Medicare and states through special help on part  are now paying full price for prescription drugs on people that have all kinds of primary payers ahead of the programs. Do the states know how much they are being ripped off? Maybe its time for 50 state attorney generals to take some action against these govt contractors whose illegal proprietary agreements among themselves over ride any semblance of legality.I treid to get greg Abbott to hep out when University of Texas;a clais were truned into 17 a piece and they could ncare less as they are under the manangement of Afiflaited Computer Servces, too.  Problem is many of these states have hired the same govt contractors and corruption  so pervasive at the higher levels., etc. and Congress does nothing to solve the problem of theft by the govt itself.  Doyle went to the back room and began copying as there will be a need for three filings on these alone..
 Part D Medicare will need them and who knows? Caremork and opm and ACS may finagle someway to get the state of OK to pay for the compound and I will have to file appeals as all overpayments are against the patient even when we have no way of stopping it when the govt can't do so as Congress won't let them.
Then it all goes to owcp on their forms too, which has been there since last year on the 2011 charges and not paid as ACS  they just referred to the missing million dollars that is part of the 'embezzlemt ring at OPM? that OIG for OPM and OIG for US Dept of Labor does not investigiate internal thefts accoridng tro their director whom I have spoken with;  has not been allowed to investigiate for over 7 years. So OPM, unknown person , is able to cover up millions up to a billion dollar theft as they order every one else to break the law and harm the peope and take away all our rights. which is Affiliated computer services that is processingsng and interlocked with all this corruption and has been since 1983 when the coup d'etat was put together in Dallas?.
That call just was too much after yesterday. I remember the day when Congress would have held hearings over these injustices and constitutional rights being violated. Much has changed over the last few decades.

BILL OF RIGHTS:  ARTICLE IX:  "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."
We have a few things we are not to do under the constitution. we have a few we are to do to preserve the rights of each other. In no way is the govt supposed to be harassing and causing the harm and pain and suffering that is on- going when those in authority intentionally misled and obfuscate and obstruct and abuse their powers. This amendment says that those given authority are not to abuse those authorities. In no way are they to let theft and harassment and the constitution be trashed. We as individuals have a right to be left alone in our person as long as we are abiding by the few laws in place.   And we are not left alone when others do not obey the laws, as we are an interlocked society and depend on each other for our life, liberty and right of happiness (property). No one is to be abusing power and take those away.
After just throwing up over the exertion and exposure, etc. I'm not being left alone with the rights I am to have and neither is my famaily and neither is society which is bieng robbed of their rights directly and indirectly over all this.
What right do thesse govt officials and their contractors have to create any law they want for what ever reason they want and be allowed to break all the laws that each of us are to obey? They don't and these abuses make a mockery of our Constitution and a society built on the rights and dignity of the individual.
TOMORROW: Federal Corruption Stealing States' Money: Linda Joy Adams 11/28/12 Will try and get some rest and recuperate to continue the struggle for those inalienable rights this nation was founded on. Thanks to My husband for his help. Our Son for picking up another tank of oxygen since the only supplier is refusing service under standing orders of OPM to "let her die" as a contractor of Affiliated Computer Sservices, the owcp 'controller 'and all the others that have been truthful amid all of the misinformation and shenanighans that are  on on-going and robbing all of us. for who?
