                                   TIME NEEDED  -

      I could not locate form CRC-1 online and gave up looking to do best and sign  and will fax so you have this a.s.a.p. as medically not doing very well over actions of US Dept of labor and hires.

 At this point until more facts can be determined: am not making any decision of option of arbitration as what happens at US Dept of labor does affect what is happening now with others not at US Dept of labor due to discrimination and retaliations and obstructions of even life being sustained...

 for DISABILITY, AGE, AND SEX AND RELIGION as my faith teaches me to take responsibility for others in same or similar situations. and promote their right to live ..which my case has been made by US Dept of labor and former employer HHS as a kind of legal precedent which on 8/5/19 learned misinformation being spewed out of false results of my tests that US DOL sent me home  using and WHY THIS IS NOT ABOUT MERITS OF MY FECA CASE.....BUT THE OBSTRUCTIONS FOR IT TO EXIST EVEN by outside influences....and excluding all of 40% from rights to even sustaining life also.

   My prayers as one of faith is that this can be resolved through the informal counseling process as intended to be....And many calls to US DOL was none even knew who their own contact person was as isn't it posted in each office to know should anyone wish to initiate this process.?...

  I know of no regulation, court case or law about this 'employee dump' as unions refer to it by transfer of employment and SF-50's been submitted many times...but any formal filings to me...never showed that as seem to not be known and recent union contacts is that its not this rare..for many of us....

as on 10/11/94 everything was needed to determine even with EEOC sanctions vs HHS...that schedule award, permanent disability was the next step...but for one action by OPM  to determine if any other work, even part time was able to do in the whole federal govt...  Then another rifling of my file to manipulate outcome began a few years later....after schedule award filed for and letter from former agency ..no work could be accommodated not even at home due to security issues of files would have to be sent out of federal office....and that sets up the same modern office environment harms I am dealing with now with papers to sustain life...and no safe meds to take now over actions that started at US Dept of labor and their hires in charge elsewhere in other parts of govt, public and private..

                     Delays also of major medical breakthrough on INSTITERIUM  and am not asking for any decision to add that in but one thing is it needs to stop the disparate treatment for unprocessed volumes as judges ignored over the years by DOL and at other agencies lied to verbally by DOL.. as its not my fault I went to work one day, did my job and a toxic cloud enveloped me and from city, to state and federal levels all layers of corruption already has cost lives and most of my office less life expectancy....

and the good news that few wish to be is that due to not giving up and good doctors trying...still alive and would be in better shape now...facing loss of kidney function and blood backed up in swollen and inflamed lungs and now accepted research all through the body... etc....as medically documented .

                     JUST HAD REAL INTENTIONAL INTIMIDATION FROM SLANDER AND LIE AS NEVER HAVE HARMED ANYONE AND ONLY PURSUED RIGHTS TO LIFE FOR ME AND OTHERS..as my FAITH DIRECTS ME TO DO...we are each other's keepers in this world and Justice denied one does deny it to others especially in a legal system that recognized precedents met also  affects all others with similar medical issues....etc....

                 This ongoing slander has to stop when it involves those who are the offending parties and getting caught with even a letter from Melissa Speers proving what judges at DOL said RUMOR AND GOSSIP HAS RUM AMOK AND NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON....AND ASK MS ADAMS THE FACTS.... should this be a criminal case...vs parties? YES!  but is A CIVIL MATTER FOR EMPLOYEES....EVEN IF THE ACT IS CRIMINAL...as told the law still is...

                  This is the vicious retaliation that has gone on with real false slander and defamation...to discredit the victim and witness vs actions.. and party just sent to my home based on a real lie from US DOL employee proves how non US DOLmeds for them...as part of our '\class'  now...and wishing to sue FDA etc...not knowing the fuller facts as is in my filings as tracked and documented

     This was another component dumping on a regional office and what all transpired verbally etc. is unknown...but the letter refers to matters as apart as apples and oranges... of the US Dept of Labor trying to take over the EEOC informal counseling process which is a good intent for many years to try and resolve matters,,,,,,from another office at headquarters with a separate matter already  for years....and could not read an SF 50 and treated as non employee... which some indication is that has now changed to being a part and we need to give the one assigned by you a chance to resolve all of this...so life can be sustained first and foremost  I have never threatened anyone in my life and why religion is now added as category as cannot even hate those doing me harm...but wish our legal systems and EEO would stop the harms and make whole etc. as law affords...
