This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found the Medicare billing system for my own personal government contractor owned records hacked worse than ever. Since the Coup of 2002 when Congress voted in the overthrow of the USA to the control of an international cabal of contractors there has been NO GOVERNMENT IN CONTROL OF HEALTH CARE SINCE THEN ... only a few in the DEEP STATE of the real government who violate their oath of office to uphold the US Constitution and serve us and the nation knew .. And only a few n Congress knew they had duped the others into voting for the overthrow by simply removing the right of a non DOD agency from spending their existing budget for a real internal audit which is also systems as well as NO CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION OR PROSECUTIONS CAN BE DONE.. and massive thefts began all over and now has gone to even worse thefts.
Contracts have been given out that were shams for stealing as the COORDINATION AND RECOVERY ONE HAS PEOPLE HIRED TO DO THE CONTRACTED WORK BUT ARE BLOCKED BY THEIR CORPORATE AT THE FORMER GROUP HEALTH INC OF NY , set up by the former Sec of HHS DONNA SHALALA ready to implement as soon as someone in CONGRESS ALTERED A 6000 PAGE BUDGET BILL SOON BEFORE VOTING AND NO ONE WARNED THE MEMBERS OF CONGRESS THAT THE BILL HAS BEEN ALTERED.TO OVERTHROWN THE USA
(one fix for this bill was changed to another bill and voted on back in 12/12 and no one caught it until much later even after signed into law and PRESIDENT OBAMA DID NOT SEEM TO KNOW IT WAS THE WRONG BILL . to put the oversight back into Medicare) (read the DAILY RECAPS BACK THEN.. )
I do think that most of the elected folks in Congress do truly wish to serve the people and do good even if they disagree on how to best do that.. BUT THERE ARE SOME REAL EVIL AMONG THEM THAT FOOL THE GOOD ... and its hard for voters to figure out who is who ,, BUT WE HAVE COME TO A TIME WHEN IT MUST BE DONE OR WE WILL NOT SURVIVE AS A NATION OR AS INDIVIDUAL PEOPLE
And these few among then that have fooled the into thinking the self imposed gag order rules to not mention , contact or have a contractor testify.. ENSURES THE IGNORANCE OF THE DATA AND FACTS SO THAT BILLS GET PASSED INTO LAW THAT DO MORE HARM THEN GOOD AS THE HILLARYCARE BILL WHICH MANY CALL OBAMACARE AND IS REALLY BLODGETTCARE AS LYNN BLODGETT HOLDS CONTROL OF THE USA BY IT.
and who his boss is ... still not documented by me.. HE IS NAMED IN WRITING AND VERBALLY BY MANY HIGH LEVEL OFFICIAL AS THE ONES EVEN CABINET SECRETARIES CANNOT OVERTURN THEIR ACTIONS. OF HIS CABAL which is currently up in Canada running theirs.
The BCRC was set up as an illegal bail out of the health insurance industry and as soon as the law got passed the illegal order came down from the cabal 'head?' to make illegal deals to steal and hack the system to make Medicare primary for anyone who had a card and the workers group health plan was the primary .. THAT WOULD BE THE WORKERS STILL EMPLOYED AS IS THE CASE FOR THOSE ON WORKERS COMP WHO HAVE NOT YET BEEN PUT ON PERMANENT DISABILITY BY WORKERS COMP as well as for a dependent on ones employer policy.
(Three Medicare judges have ruled the employer post is accurate and ordered the monies be recovered and still they defy them and 35 others in other agencies on me alone up against the same person of the head of the cabal in the USA as the law, judges nor contract terms have to be obeyed as this cabal is the government since the COUP of 2002 and they have dribbled out some money but not all and now its about to come to the end..
. But the economy is picking up with more money to steal and it may be awhile before anyone finds out there is nothing left as the payroll and other taxes keep coming in. .
The taxpayer has paid for a system that is to block any hacking of the bi weekly employer post. and
and its been illegal to alter it since 1994 when the process began which is not a bad one. if ANYONE THINKS ITS WRONG THEY DEAL WITH THE EMPLOYER WHO THEN WILL POST DIFFERENTLY . My active duty status is legal and that is the way its posted bi weekly to the Medicare system wholly owned as a sub contract with BCRC , which came under the cabal control a couple of years ago , but not fully implemented to steal using the duplicate illegal bogus screen until 10/16 for massive looting during the transition from one administration to another... making multiple pays up to 17 per claim and its not one area or one claims paying company now but directly from the illegal off line insecure ancient system set up that it sold for big money to the medical community to access to bill and then all the call centers etc. get the bogus screen ... with only 1-800 Medicare now owned by General Dynamics having access to see all that is in the cyber cloud.. but intentionally misinformed that open , not terminated means deleted when its just hidden so that the second illegal bogus screen is sent out... to trick the medical community. They lie and say is updated and accurate to illegally bill and then end up with 17 pays sent to their bank and no one has had it put in their account unless as a pending that never posts but the system shows it was received by the bank diverted is as his cabal has management at them also. Like a bank can do if one closes a checking account and opens another and the bank can divert from one to another for any electronically sent income checks .until you get the direct deposit changed made etc.
HACKED BANKS is what is also going on with this. . as these banks look as if they have ore money on hand than they do and the money may be laundered though the BANK OF INDIA WHERE THIS CABAL HAS A BIG OPERATION IN INDIA ??? and other places of the world.. and where is the USA MONIES ???
This affects every one in the USA and around the world that looks at the finances, of the USA to decide what they should do financially. AND CONGRESS WILL NOT LET ANY CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION AND THE FACT THAT ONE PHONY MEDICARE NUMBER CAN EVEN BY CREATED ON ONE PERSON WOULD HAVE BEEN ENOUGH TO SHUT TH WHOLE RICCO OR ORGANIZED CRIME OPERATION YEARS AGO WHEN IT WAS FIRST TRIED and done ...
Few patients know or none noticed that they monies stolen in their names is an overpayment against them and their heirs. AND OVER AT HACKED SOCIAL SECURITY BY THE SAME CABAL THROUGH ANOTHER COMPANY(S) LYNN BLODGETT HAS BEEN NAMED AS THE ONE THIS WILL NOT POST ONE WAIVER REQUEST FOR THE CARD HOLDER NOT TO OWEN THE STOLEN MONEY BACK OR THEIR HEIRS FORM SSA 632 WHERE ONE INCLUDES THE WORDS "AGAINST EQUITY AND GOOD CONSCIENCE" AND GIVE NO PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFO .Agencies are not allowed to process anything themselves without being in the system first and that denies rights to any the cabal will not post and is illegal as all have rights etc. and if the system will not do it PAPER IS STILL LEGAL AND HAS TO BE DONE BY PAPER AS ITS ILLEGAL TO DENY IT 'DEEP STATE FEW INSIDE WORKING FOR THE CABAL AND NOT FOR US. illegal orders??

A TRIAL RUN OF THIS MULTIPLE THEFTS FROM ONE CLAIM OCCURRED BACK IN 2008 in the DALLAS REGION AND ONE CLAIMS PAYING COMPANY .. but this is now.
and a believable billion dollars a day has been and is being stolen as I found out today the bi weekly post was hacked and have no expectation of them stopping until CONGRESS VOTES TO STOP THE LOOTING OF THE PUBLIC TREASURY AND OTHERS IN THE COMMUNITY SAY ITS GOING ON IN OTHER AREAS.
THE IRS COMMISSIONER DID NOT TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH OVER THIS RECENTLY. AS MANY WHO HAD ID THEFTS AND BOGUS RETURNS AND THIS CABAL IS SUSPECT ON THE MOST MASSIVE ONE OF THE MASSIVE ONE OF A BILLION DOLLARS A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO .. AS NO ONE WOULD HAVE ACCESS TO THAT MANY NUMBERS AND INFO. but their own contractors of his cabal . AND THIS YEAR NOT ALL . GOT THEIR PERSONAL PIN NUMBERS TO FILE WITH THEIR RETURNS.TO PROVE ITS THE REAL YOU..

I filed with IRS ON MY ID THEFT AND NAMED LYNN BLODGETT OF DALLAS TEXAS as 'person of interest ." He has he best data bank to steal and file in the names of.. As those on SSA with no wages reported are the ones who usually do not file a return as they do not have to .. but we do anyway and its blocked the processing of the bogus one on me.. YET SSA GOT THE INFO AND WANTED TO RAISE PREMIUMS PLUS HAVE ME PAY BACK OWED HIGH ONES AS THOSE WITH HIGH INCOME PAY MORE AS THEY GOT I HAD A 6 FIGURE INCOME AND I AM POOR.. and this put my extra help for PART D IN JEOPARDY ALSO
ITS NOT A BAD IDEA TO ALWAYS FILE EVEN IF ONE JUST GETS A SIMPLE FORM AND MAIL IT IN as the system will take you though endless pages looking for income enough for one to file.... . as it did block the bogus one and caught them red handed AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN ARRESTS BUT no one can be done since he coup of 2002.
IRS IS NOT ALLOWED TO INVESTIGATE AND THE NOT SENDING OF A LOT OF LETTERS IS THE ONLY PROOF OF WHAT IS GOING ON THERE. and how easy is it not to send out letters by a contractor?? DELETED THEM AND HIDE FROM VIEW JUST AS THE MEDICARE HACKERS DO and the IRS COMMISSIONER DID NOT SAY THIS AS HE IS ALSO GAGGED IN TESTIFYING TO CONGRESS??
There have been those who fie these bogus returns. and have been prosecuted. But no one has been able to access a huge data bank of info .. Most are a few dozen at most ..

on my own social security number the Medicare hackers have created on the unsecured illegal system not connected to SSA; the possible 4 suffixes (prefixes for railroaders ) of A, M, T TA.
but as a spouse , dozens of possible suffixes exist for all kinds of categories.. On my husband I have B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6. Only 1-800 Medicare has access to this illegal system to show all the numbers.. Payments made might come through on one of the phones.. but have all 17 are on the ones sent to the bank of the medical community but diverted to ? full audit of the FEDERAL RESERVE MAY BE THE ONLY WAY TO REALLY KNOW and congress will not vote for that either to find our missing USA MONIES why ??? the partial audit of a decade ago already showed 23 trillion missing. every one could have health care, a home and start businesses. etc. and good education for all thought at least 2 years of college free.. and cure all disease with plenty for funded research. . WHAT IS IT NOW?? We all pay taxes whether directly or indirectly..

Call 1 : came on to the phone menu and asked for CLAIMS and it verified one of the phony numbers ending in E1.. and that 3 recent clams paid on that phony one I got to the person then and asked for a temporary entailment letter be mailed on that phony as the only written proof we can get and its is enough for a raid and shut down the while operation as its proves no security on the whole.
I asked what was on there for insurance as who is to pay first, etc. as need to get these paid as conditional payment and thy were not. CMS IS NOT ALLOWING THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY TO FILE LEGALLY AS IT HAS TO BE A PAPER CLAMS SINCE 1/06 AS EVERY ONE IS INJURED ON THE DAY THEY GOT PART A MEDICARE AND THIS IS A RECOVERY LETTER THAT IS TO BE GENERATED BY THE SYSTEM AND IT HAS TO HAVE THE LEGAL DATE TO ASK FOR MONEY TO BE REFUNDED ETC and we keep elected the same people back to CONGRESS AND THE DEEP STATE INSIDE KEEPS LYING AND COVERING UP

and SHE DID NOT KNOW WHAT A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT WAS This is basic for anyone who has anything to do with Medicare as its the safety net. so one can get care and have some kind of pay to the doctor etc. When ones primary will not pay , or for a new injury like a car accident etc and the liable party is not known yet. then if the claims is coded as a conditional payment it can be legally paid by Medicare and NO ONE IS OVERPAID AS ITS UP TO THE GOVT TO GET THE MONEY BACK FROM THE PRIMARY all we have to do is provide the info . and my employer gave all this info. .this AM and should have been on there. I suspected it got hacked at 7:05 AM when BCRC CORPORATE RUNS THE ILLEGAL SOFTWARE HACKING PROGRAMS AS THEY HAVE DONE THIS ELECTRONICALLY SINCE 4/09. with illegal deals to steal with all insurers and primary payers. HILLARY CARE WAS PASSED WITH CONGRESS NOT KNOWING THIS WHEN THEY EXPECTED ALL THE INSURERS TO PAY BILLS FOR THE CHRONICALLY ILL WHO BOUGHT THE FIRST POLICIES.. then made them unaccountable governed contractors also. AND THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU WHY THEY CANNOT STOP THE PRICE GOUGING GOING ON NOW all managed by this cabal also ..

Thanks to this person who did give me the info .. but I WAS UPSET THAT THE STEALING HAS NOT BEEN STOPPED AND I HAVE TO GO ON CALLING AND TRYING TO STOP THE THEFT OF THE USA AND IT SEEMS AS IF I AM THE ONLY ONE TRYING TO STOP IT. just to get medical care for myself and loved ones.

US CONGRESSWOMAN ZOE LOFTGREN has been in congress long enough to be ranking member of co chair of some committees.. by now.. and wonder if she is one hat is being ;suppressed ' as feared by the cabal of speaking out There are members of Congress from both parties who seem to be there for service minded reasons for us.. As a former immigration attorney , she should have some real insight on what a good immigration law should look like and help come up with some kind of law all of us can agree is fair, humane and still protects the USA. from those who would do us harm and stop the exploiting of those from other nations ... also which is the one thing many do not wish to face has gone on..

Can we agree on that and get it stopped so we have our public monies intact to even discuss what is best to do with them Should any one die needlessly that can be cured or treated of an illness or injury?? Justice denied one does deny it to all of us as it spiritually kills the soul or dulls the caring of our conscience ... Its a society caring enough to 'go the extra mile " upfront and then be able to be happy as that extra was enough for the one in need to be self sufficient and in urn be able to "help others help themselves: (Linda Joy Hardy now Adams, me in 1948 to then congressman Everett Dirksen when I said we need a PEACE CORP AS A THOUSAND YOUNG PEOPLE WOULD BE LIKE A THOUSAND POINTS OF LIGHT HELPING OTHERS HELP THEMSELVES. and turned the ire of the faith groups on the idea of anyone can help, not just a faith group.. as WE ARE DIVERSE AND YET THERE ARE THINGS THAT ARE NEEDED TO BE DONE AND ANYONE OF THE HUMAN FAMILY IS ALLOWED TO HELP OTHERS HELP THEMSELVES. ,
And when the Peace Corp was passed by Congress, THEY STILL HAVE OMITTED THE BASIC PURPOSE THAT IT SHOULD BE COUNTED AS ONES MILITARY SERVICE FOR ANYONE WHO CONSCIENTIOUSLY DID NOT WISH TO BE DRAFTED INTO THE MILITARY and that is not just what ones church says, etc. but anyone , even an atheist can have a conscience and all are needed to help. As soldiers stop the current harms done, the others are needed to prevent any group ever starting another armed conflict again. PEACE IS INNER NOT FORCED FROM OUTSIDE AS THAT DOES NOT END WARS AND SOMEDAY HUMANITY MUST LEARN THIS.
We could end up with a draft again and its past time to put in place the dual purpose of stop the harms but prevent anymore and allow no need for refugees as ones own home lands are a good place to be and be in unity with their own people and nation.
