This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I discovered the Medicare billing system hacked worse than ever since the COUP OF 2002 when Most of congress got tricked into voting for a 6000 page E Governing budget bill which included their removal of the RESTRAINER OF LAW for all future non DOD bills that removed the right of an agency to use existing budget for internal audits or criminal investigations AND SOON THE OVER THROWN OF THE USA BECAME VIRTUAL FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL AND MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF MONIES BEGAN TO BE STOLEN AND NO ONE OFFICIALLY KNEW AND NO ONE TO THIS DAY CAN STOP IT as most bills do not have the wording needed for that particular matter in each separate bill.
THERE HAS BEEN NO GOVERNMENT CONTROLLED HEALTH CLARE OF ANY PROGRAMS SINE THE COUP OF 2002 AND NO FREE MARKET SYSTEMS EITHER AS THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT ALLOWED TO MAKE SURE THAT FAIR COMPETITION EXISTS AS ANTI TRUST LAWS ARE ROUTINELY VIOLATED AS THE PEOPLE SUFFER AND DIE FROM THE MICROMANAGED CARE WHERE GOOD MEDICINE IS NOT THE AGENDA..
Only a few in the real government or in Congress knew this had occurred as all went on as if everything was OK and was not.. as Congress also got tricked into an self imposed gag order rule not to mention, contact or have a contractor testify SO CONGRESS WENT ON PASSING LAWS BASED ON FALSE DATA AS THOSE STEALING AND VIOLATING ALL KINDS OF CIVIL AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS WERE NOT FILING TRUTHFUL REPORTS WITH AUDITORS IN THE AGENCY THEY HAD NO LEGAL RIGHT TO VERIFY ACCURACY AS A REAL AUDIT DOES. AND MORE
THE CURRENT MASSIVE THEFTS THAT IS VERY BELIEVABLE OF A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY FROM MEDICARE BY ITS OWN SUB CONTRACTED OWNERS IS DONE BY STEALING THE ID OF PATIENT AND THEIR CLAIMS INFO AND USING AN ANCIENT OFF LINE UNSECURED SYSTEM THAT WAS ACTIVATED ON 10/7/16 TURNS ONE CLAIM INTO UPWARDS OF 17. the upper limit only due to the limitation of this old system to act on one piece of info 17 times.
. Patients heirs inherit over payments as over at SSA, an easy waiver where one gives no personal financial info on FORM SSA 632 is not being allowed to be process by the same cabal of contractors under the named head for the USA Lynn Blodgett, that only a few know is in control of the USA from local to federal through a maze of companies and illegal deal partnerships... and internal stock ownerships even into the DOD contractors now and their management companies now managing there as well as much of the private industry in the USA has to hire him and his to deal with his government conductors IT IS THAT BAD ..and I still cannot verify who his boss is.. as I know of him from those few in the 'DEEP STATE' WHO HAD TO ADMIT IN WRITING AND VERBALLY THEY COULD NOT OBEY 38 FEDERAL JUDGES IN MULTIPLE AGENCIES....
In health care patients and the medical community is the only ones at risk since in 2010 our health insurers also became unaccountable government contractors. and the 'LAZY MEDIA' WILL NOT TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH OF WHO THE CONTRACTOR IS THAT DID A TERRIBLE DEED IMPERSONATING ILLEGALLY THEY ARE THE GOVERNMENT.
WHY THERE IS A NEAR TOTAL COLLAPSE OF OUR HEALTH CARE IN THE USA over this and recent bills to REPEAL AND REPLACE WAS TO REPLACE WITH SOMETHING FAR WORSE as this cabal was going to have more control and stop the states from getting rid of them on their own without Federal help as some have tried and had minimal success on the HEALTH CARE FOR THE POOR and were to be stopped so that funds could still be skimmed and scammed and blatantly stolen shuffling data needlessly in an era with the free labor of systems should be doing the work for us.
GROUP HEALTH INC OF NY NOW EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL has owned the Medicare system since 1999 and its illegal to alter/hack an employer post to that system since 1994 for obvious reasons.. A lot of due process laws exist for ones employee benefits and many parties affected. One cannot just go in and hack a system and remove/or flip or now hide it to illegally have Medicare be primary for those who are on an employer group health plans as worker or dependent ( I have three Medicare judges who have ruled and are being defied on this also) . and they not only hack the bi weekly post since 2002, as soon as they got CONGRESSIONAL 'IMMUNITY' FROM ARREST, but THEY HAVE THE CONTRACT TO OVERSEE THAT THIS DID NOT OCCUR AND CONTRACTED OUT CENTERS TO DO THE REAL CONTRACTED WORK AS THEIR CORPORATE WORKS DIRECTLY AGAINST THEM
AND CONGRESS HAS NO RIGHT TO KNOW SS THEY VOTED TO NOT KNOW and that is TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION as our public monies and records are not protected at all from real criminals acts
Some of you with Medicare cards must be like us must now be calling in and getting your own data and records from General Dynamics as 1-800 Medicare's phone lines are backed up more than usual. The Medicare hackers are managing all and theses good people for the most part who answer this phone and others have been intentionally mistrained to cover up and not know they are seeing real fraud to stop them from filing the fraud reports.. As they are the only access to document what is really going as they have the claims info back one year on the phone menu, three years for the first line customer service people and another group has all archives if one needs to go back to the first time a claims paid.. on one. And for this round of thefts it went back to 12/12 for those of us in the Dallas region that had this happen before in 8/08 that went back to 1/06...
It appears that this happened after the end of the fiscal year for 2016 and no one is going to know the final harms until next year. and THERE HAS BEEN NO LEGALLY FILED TRUSTEES REPORT FOR MEDICARE FOR TWO YEARS AS THERE ARE NO PUBLIC TRUSTEES TO REPRESENT THE PEOPLE to review and sign off on the yearly report.
I detected the activation of the multiple thefts which is not just one region now or one claims paying company earlier this year when I got multiple e mail alerts for multiple preventative care yearly tests.
A year ago , I had called and they still had all 17 numbers Cross referred to my real one so that no multiple payments could get out as the prior owner of 1-800 Medicare had been so well documented with thousands of fraud reports that it was enough not renew the contact with one company involved after 18 months of appeals. WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN in 2008 as soon as detected by me in 2/1/08 AND WOULD HAVE IN 2008 SOON AFTER IT BEGAN AND THREE OIG'S, FBI CYBER CRIMES, US JUSTICE DEPT, ETC AND I FOUND OUT ABOUT THE LAW THAT FORBID ANY OVERSIGHT AND STOPPING IT and the multiple thefts did not end until the new contractor took over and locked attempts to steal multiples. but IT DIDI NOT STOP THE BI WEEKLY HACK BY BCRC corporate OF THE FORMER GROUP HEALTH INC OF NY WITH ILLEGAL DEALS WITH PRIMARY PAYERS TO LET THEM NOT HAVE TO PAY THEIR CLAMS AS PRIMARY

The CMS CONTRACT WITH 1-800 MEDICARE IS THAT THEY WILL FILE FRAUD REPORTS WHEN THEY SEE CRIMES AND THEY ARE ONES WHO WILL DETECT IT FIRST. DUE TO THE ACCESS TO THE MOST OF ONES RECORDS..
Its bad for them as employee to even file one now and they re not getting done after a few initial ones.. THEY HAVE THE BEST EVIDENCE AS WE ONLY HAVE SECONDARY EXCEPT THE EVIDENCE OF THE PHONY MEDICARE CLAIM NUMBERS GENERATED BY THE ILLEGAL SYSTEM ALL ARE BEING GIVEN TO US AND LIED TO THAT ITS THE REAL , UPDATED ONE. THE TEMPORARY ENTITLEMENT LETTERS IS PRIMARY PROOF ENOUGH TO RAID AND SHUT IT DOWN IF CONGRESS WOULD ALLOW IT
They hide the real one, who knows of all the overpays against you and your doctors, etc. and they can have their bank accounts seized at any moment when the multiple payments are and were diverted? elsewhere but the system shows received at their banks. HE SIGNS THEM UP to get payments from Medicare and most do not know it as since 2002 this cabal has been allowed to illegally impersonate they are the government from local to federal levels and MEDIA IS TOO LAZY TO FIND OUT .. SOCIETY HAS BEEN DUPED FOR 15 YEARS AND IT ONLY TOOK A FEW IN CONGRESS AND A FEW IN THE 'DEEP STATE' OF THE REAL GOVERNMENT TO FOOL EVERYONE.

It took 4 phone calls to get the info today.. AS THE PROPAGANDA MACHINE of the Medicare hackers is very real inside their call centers
CALL 1; came in and got on the phone menu for CLAIMS. and gave one of the phony Medicare numbers the hackers created to steal with that the suffix and benefit category does not exist at SSA of (D) widow of my alive husband .. the system verified it is active and hen I checked on some recent claims and they were paid on that number also. ( I have charts made up for all the suffixes) 4 possible on my own social security number of A,M,T,TA and of the dozens possible on my husband the following active of B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6...)
I then asked to speak to an agent and got though and ordered a TEMPORARY ENTITLEMENT LETTER NUMBER ON THAT PHONY NUMBER.. A few months ago they went in and made it look as if each one was now cross referred to the real number, but its only for show..as the word is out and the Medicare Hackers are in a real cyber war.. this is your id and claims being stolen and no law enforcement to report it to which can act.
I DO REPORT AND THEY HAVE THE INFO .. BUT THEY CANNOT ACT. UNTIL CONGRESS LETS THEM. PRESIDENTS DO NOT PASS BUDGETS.. HE CAN ONLY SPEND WHAT CONGRESS SAYS HE CAN AND HE CANNOT STOP THIS AND NEITHER CAN ANY OFFICIAL AT HHS- CMS THEY DO NOT KNOW UNLESS WE SHARE OUR PERSONAL INFO WITH THEM
The call center people think/told these letters cannot get out as that is how badly they are being treated to lie to them like that.. they are AND GETTING Received FROM EVERY ORDER (got one today from last week.) No cards get out on the phonies as those do come from SSA and this is not connected there. that any ones knows of as that is also under the same head of the cabal through another company and SSA HAS BEEN HACKED FOR YEARS AND THOSE OFFICIALS WROTE TO CONGRESS 4 YEARS AGO .. POSTED ON THEIR OWN SITE. BUT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FRONT PAGE OF TH NEW YORK TIMES. (How many fictitious people are getting checks on your number there workers getting checks or a worker who is 62, may find some x spouse getting checks when you have not even signed up yet that do not exist but in cyber stealing and you are overpaid and heirs inherit also.
That is an old embezzlement trick at SSA that has occurred over the years. but no one can go find out but the workers call them at SSA and ask as you have the right to know who is getting checks on your number)) THE OIG COUNCIL OF ALL AGENCIES LAW ENORCERS HAD A CONGRESIONAL HEARING EARLIER THIS YEAR AND THE CHAIR OF YHE GOVT REFORM SOON RESIGNED FROM CONGRESS FOR ALLOWING IT??
Neither at SSA if one gets benefits on your records or the multiple payment for one claim will you be notified of AS THESE CAN BE SUPPRESSED ON THE OLD SYSTEMS they are using (no field programmed in ? ) as its the piece of info used for the 17 actions ? to steal 17 times
As of 12/16 this cabal as contractor had can do seizures of assets for crimes and you do not even know it has occurred to you nor can ,, you can you get it stopped. after she ordered the temp letter. I asked to verify what she showed for which is primary as the bogus screen has Medicare as primary and a couple of dozen fake wording of Blues supplements to keep the real SYSTEM IN MELTDOWN TRICKED INTO NOT SHUTTING IT ALL DOWN. AND IT HAS CRASHED? OVER THIS where is the real employer post that is hidden soon after the bi weekly post and only they can see it but are discouraged from scrolling down and then find they are OPEN NOT TERMINATED BUT THEY ARE TOLD DELETED IS WHAT "d" MEANS BUT ITS DUPLICATE??AND IMMEDIATELY THEY KNOW THEY ARE LOOKING AT A REAL CRIME IN PROGRESS. and they are seated in the middle of a real crime syndicate. What happened to the two primary payers now hidden ?. SHE HUNG UP ON ME AND DID NOT GET INFO .

And get to person and got hung up on as soon as I asked bout the insurance info as one payment is an over payments if not labeled as a conditional payment and filed as a paper claims to recover the money form FECA..
CALL 3 came in on phony number in phone menu and verified as active and then on to person who said Medicare was primary and gave me the fake Blues now, as it goes through all of them all the time searching for the real one hidden in cyber cloud trying to correct the system THE PRIMARY EMPLOYER PLAN POSTS INTO A FIELDS THAT SEEMS TO BE THE CONTROLLER OF ALL AS IT DETERMINES WHO PAYS FIRST.

OTHER WISE 50% of the co pays is taken out of the stolen? fund for FECA AND THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR THINKS I HAVE VERY LITTLE WORK RELATED CARE TO PAY FOR all the same cabal over in cohoots stealing ....

Things got real bad!. LYNN BLODGETT A FEW YEARS AGO HAD ORDERED BCRC to try and block the FECA and tried to input a termination Date back before he took over in 2002 and used my own social security number as the claim umber. and it rejectd BUT ITS IN THE CLOUD AS AN ATTEMPT.
but the real one is on there with the real claims number. .and its never been able to be hacked.. but now hidden by creating a second screen of info without it.
This man got into a real work over trying to convince me it was the real on TRYING TO CONVINCE HIMSELF IS MORE LIKE IT) AS THEY HAVE BEEN 'TOLD' IN THE CALL CENTER IT IS. and its not ... the real one is on their bi weekly
I KEPT TRIG TO GET HIM TO SAY IT SHOWS THE ID AS MY SSN AND HE KEPT SAYING THERE IS NO ID NUMBER..and that is a lie and finally he hung up on me and still did not know what happened to my primary employer group health plan with other dependents on it
CALL 4 came in on the phony number for (TE) suffix and system verified it.. and got to the person an got the info . THE REAL PRIMARIES ARE ON THERE; OPEN NOT TERMINATED BUT HIDDEN AS OF 10/6/16.. the bi weekly hack does not leave a date of action.. AND NO ONE BUT THEM HAVE IT AS THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY IS NOW SOLD THE BOGUS UNSECURED SYSTEM AND TOLD TO USE IT AND NO WAY TO STOP CRIMES AS CMS WILL NOT GIVE PERMISSION FOR A PAPER CLAIM TO PROTECT THEM FROM HAVING A BANK ACOUNT SEIZED FOR 17 PAYS PER CLAIMS SENT OUT BUT ONLY GE ONE AND THAT IS A CRIME ...CMS IS CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT FOR DOING THIS TO ALL OF OUR GOOD DOCTORS ETC..BUT CONGRESS IS THE ONES WHO WILL NOT ACT OR NONE? Some have spoken out in range of cameras unofficially and things for trying as WE NEED A NEW CONGRESS. BUT SOME ARE TRYING AND WE NEED TO REELECT THEM AND FIRE THE OTHERS NEXT YEAR OF BOTH PARTIES AND ITS HARD TO KNOW WHO IS WHO IN THIS .as the main media is distracted . .
Hopefully the votes will not turn on those who do wish to do what is right for us and the nation and need some others to join them in congress as this is a bipartisan mess created and a bi partisan cooperation is needed TO STOP THE ROBBING OF THE USA AND TOO MANY LIVES LOST ALREADY IN TH AMERICAN HOLOCAUST THAT DOES NOT SEEM TO BE A RELIGIOUS FANATICISM THAT FUELS IT BUT PURE EVIL GREED ??? ..
