Linda Joy Adams: DAILY RECAP 8/11/17 HEALTHCARE MELTDOWN; MEDICARE HACKERS RULE 'CAUSE WE LET THEM This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I discovered the Medicare billing system owned by the contractor hacking and stealing since the COUP of 2002 hacked worse than ever on my own record held in trust with out GOVERNMENT AND THE GOVT HAS NOT PROTECTED ANYTHING OF THE PUBLIC TREASURY OR THE  RECORDS OF THE NATION OR PERSONAL FILES OF ALL OF US SINCE  THE COUP OF THE 2002  AS MASSIVE THEFTS AND LOSSES OF EVEN LIFE HAS OCCURRED DUE TO THE ILLEGAL ACTS OF THE CABAL OF CONTRACTORS ALLOWED TO BE IN CHARGE OF THE OVERTHROWN USA BY ACT OF CONGRESS WHO VOTED THAT\ NO existing budget can be used for internal audits of a govt contractor nor criminal l investigation and prosecutions  AND   congress THEN VOTED FOR AN UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER RULE NOT TO MENTION , CONTACT OR HAVE A CONTRACTOR TESTIFY  as we get bad laws passed based all false data and records  AS NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON!

     The medical community and patients are the only ones at legal risk now as when our claims and id are  stolen and hacked by this cabal contractors; our heirs inherit the over payments  from the illegal dump onto Medicare  and the medical community has  been sold a bogus illegal off line billing system since 10/16 and all are  cabal call centers  have been lied to so that they lie and misinform   the billing people  saying its updated and real when the employer posts are hidden from view of them and ones primary payers are not allowed by them to be known as the  ruler of the USA  Lynn Blodgett is  not known by name but a few in Congress who do as he wishes or  FEW IN THE DEEP STATE OF THE REAL GOVERNMENT  ..

   Try to explain to any one that THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT TO TURN TO WHEN CRIMES ARE COMMITTED BY THE CONTRACTORS AND THEY CANNOT BELIEVE  THE WHOLE NATION HAS BEEN TRICKED BY THE ULTIMATE TRICKSTERS SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 WHEN MOST IN CONGRESS HAD NOT IDEA A 6000 PAGE BILL HAD BEEN ALTERED BEFORE THEY VOTED ON IT   and they think? that contacting  a contractors putting too many under a LET HER DIE ORDER DEATH PANELS AND CARRYING IT OUT IS  discourteous  to contact? them to fined out what is going on with one of their people  records.   WHICH IS BEING DISAPPEARED AND EVEN 38 FEDERAL AGENCY JUDGES ORDERS WITHHELD FROM THEIR OWN AGENCIES ..on my cases alone AND SINCE THIS CABAL HAS BEEN ALLOWED BY CONGRESS TO ILLEGALLY IMPERSONATE THEY ARE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND GOVERNMENT OFFICES FEW , EVEN IN  THE GOVT DO NOT KNOW THEY ARE NOT.  THERE IS NO ONE FROM THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AT P.O BOX 8300 LONDON KY AT ALL..  

         Congress might has well tell the truth they really cannot help most of their people since the COUP of 2002 as the agencies have no idea what is going on ....  

       I did not get the DAILY TRACKING DONE TODAY .. but  the employer post from mine was hacked this week and the whole medical community  and all needing access are only allowed to have the bogus illegal off line system that has no security on and each claim being paid 17 times now and Medicare  is not even primary and me and mine with cards on that family policy ..  so that if they did a paper conditional  payment filing they would not be framing them for hacking  and the MEDICARE HACKERS HAVE THE CONTRACT TO TAKE  their bank accounts (seize) as they are  the ones they sign up to accept MEDICARE Lynn Blodgett et al  and have framed them.. READ THAT CONTRACT TO FIND OUT..ALL THOUGHT YOU WERE DEALING WITH CMS..  OFFICIALS  

                        BILLING SERVICES JERKED AROUND. 

   All their info comes from Lynn Blodgett et al through clearing housed and system etc. and they pay huge sums for this illegal system that is being used to steal in their and our names    THE TAXPAYER HAS PAID FOR THE REAL ONE AND WHY ARE HEY EVEN HACKING TO PAY??

    On 4/10/17 I went to a local hospital to get $3317.000 worth of lab tests run..   and they did it. but they had gotten misinformation that did not include FECA or my primary Blues(bogus system through the clearing house  Lynn Blodgetts'  is the info giver to and owns the big one    and I provided ALL THE INFO  as well as  DAILY RECAP ADDED OF 10/28/16 OF MY PHONE CONVERSATION WITH THE MANAGER OF NOVATIS WHICH IS THE  MAIN CLAIMS PAYER FOR OUR REGION    one of the major ones.

     BUT SINCE THEN THEY HAVE NOT  OBEYED THEIR  OWN INSTRUCTIONS AS THEY HAVE TO DO WHAT THE CABAL SAYS AS NO GOVT TO TURN TO FOR HELP...     AND are forced to use the illegal system and MOST OF ALL APPROVED MEDICAL  CLAIMS AT ALL WORKERS COMP IN THE USA IS NOW ILLEGALLY PAID BY MEDICARE AS ALL ARE NOW UNDER LYNN BLODGETT'S SHELL COMPANIES AS SUB CONTRACTORS OF THE INSURERS AS ALL OF THEM HAVE HIS  AS THE MANAGEMENT COMPANIES  AND HE HAS HAD WE FEDS SINCE 2002 AS  US  Dept of Labor contracted out t tied to CLINTON FOUNDATION AND JACK ABRAMOFF BRIBERY SCANDALS 

      A link that few recognize exists and no one can investigate  as that investigation  of Abramoff never got completed in many agencies as IT INVOLVED LYNN BLODGETT AND THE CABAL OF UNACCOUNTABLE CONTRACTORS THAT CONGRESS WILL NOT LET BE INVESTIGATED..   Until Congress gets rid of this gag order rule they are 'spinning at wind mills' trying to investigate much of anything as it all goes back to what they are gagged from doing or finding out or asking questions to find out...    

                                  After 2 hours of dealing  with a billing /collection service who called me AND THEY WANTED ME TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THIS CABAL SO THEY COULD GET PAID.

 I am trying but when the US government  CANNOT ACT, WHAT IS THIS ONE OLD DISABLED 72 YEAR OLD WOMAN TO DO .. The best I can. using all my training and experience of years of being inside the government when we would have raided and stopped this massive organized crime ring years ago .   and wish I could retire but cannot as my FECA FILE WAS NEVER SET UP AFTER LYNN BLODGETT TOOK TOTAL CONTROL AND NO AUDITS ETC   and they get paid to process claims that are not paid,, but for a mysterious  fund pays  for 50% of the co pays that get dumped on to primary  Blues, the primary employer plan pays out of  that is then turned in as if that is my FECA MEDICAL EXPENSES ? TO US DEPARTMENT  OF LABOR  as the report they outside auditors  review but cannot verify as accurate since the coup of 2002,OH? HE DOES THOSE AUDITS OF HIS ILLEGAL ACTS???

    NO OXYGEN CLAIMS HAVE BEEN INPUT BY THEM SINCE 2002 EVEN WITH JUDGES ORDERS ETC TO  POST MY FILE AND PROCESS AND PAY ETC.  AND HE THREW THOSE AWAY? AS HE IS NOW THE GOVERNMENT AND THE REAL DEATH PANELS PUT IN POWER IN THE COUP OF 2002..

                 So on 4/10/17  I give all my three health plan info and they had to change  the line up as before I committed fraud and signed that Medicare is primary  when its not an my employer posts its not and  three Medicare Judges have said so .  ETC. 

        It all got corrected and then I heard no more from them   and had no checked the ACS BILL PORTAL UNTIL NOW WHEN GETTING READY FOR  THE YEARLY FILING I DO TO PROTECT FILING DATES ALTHOUGH NOTHING IS PROCESSED ON THE REAL SYSTEM , AS  THEY USE A DUMMY OFF LINE  FOR ALL BUT OXYGEN WHICH IS NEVER BEEN INPUT ON THAT BOGUS ONE AS IT WILL GO ON THROUGH TO THE REAL ONE AND SET UP MY REAL FILE AUTOMATICALLY AND THEN ALL MY  BILLS WILL BE PAID AND HE ORDERED THEM NOT TO A DECADE  AGO FOR THAT REASON

      OR IN THE LAST FEW YEARS USE THE SYSTEM OF ONE OF THE INSURANCE WORKERS COMP CARRIERS TO GENERATE PAPER AND CHARGE FOR IT .  AND THEN NOTHING IS PAID AS  I DO NOT HAVE THAT WORKERS COMP THROUGH  A PRIVATE INSURER FOR A NON GOVERNMENT EMPLOYER..

        The billing people for the local rural hospital sent the clams in certified  mail even,  they have a fax number?? and then in a week got a denial  and then somehow they found out it was because they did not send in some info .. and they sent that in and then more recently they wanted another  form.be used..      MY FILE IS NOT SET UP AND NOTHING IS GOING TO BE PAID.. and its now 4 months later.. AND  the law is for conditional payments to Medicare for safety net  that ITS UP TO 120 days TO WAIT ON WORKER COMP OR REASONABLE TIME  AND THEY HAVE NOT EVEN BILLED BLUES YET.   and in my DAILY RECAP ADDED OF 10/28/16  its reasonable  to assume that nothing is going to be paid on me until CONGRESS PASSES THE LAW AND REGULATIONS SET UP AND POSTED IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER.. ETC   at least a year to implement and stop the theft of the USA.   and they cannot get health care passed as Lynn Blodgett et al wishes to keep all the control and that is the impasse in the health care... NOT WHAT THE PLAN WILL BE  as he manages all and all of the health insurers are now unaccountable government contractors doing as they please.

         THERE HAS BEEN NO GOVERNMENT RUN HEALTH CARE IN ANY WAY SINCE THE COUP OF 2002..  AND NO FREE MARKET SYSTEM EITHER  AS WITHOUT THE GOVERNMENT TO REFEREE ILLEGAL UNFAIRNESS ONE CABAL HAS GOT VIRTUALLY ALL CONTRACTED CONTROL   so their is NO FAIR COMPETITION WITH THE BASIC RULES BEING BROKEN LIKE ANTI TRUST LAWS  AS THE SEC CANNOT HELP WITH A CONTRACTOR.

              I got a call this pm and did not answer it as it  had a generic id and I wait and check on this later on line to make sure its one I wish to talk to .    but Doyle did and it was the billing for the hospital  chain in our rural area calling from another state. and she began talking about workers comp .. AND  hung up on  me as  SHE WANTED THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF MY SSN AND I HAD NO IDEA WHO THIS WAS.  .. I called the hospital and they got me over to them.. and then I looked them up online. also  AND AFTER OVER AN HOUR OF  NO ONE KNOWING WHAT A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT IS OR HOW TO DO IT    AND AROUND AND AROUND..   etc.  I finally  had THE manager come on  and he had some understanding  and began to try to find out what was going on . THANKS AS THEIR ARE STILL SOME TRYING TO FIND OUT AND HELP   

      And I found out the LYNN BLODGETT CABAL HAS BEEN INTENTIONALLY JERKING AROUND THIS   BILLING SERVICE  AS THEY HAVE DONE TO ANOTHER LAB WHAT  IS ABOUT TO  MISS THE FILING DATE FOR FED BLUES And needs to file as  the hospital  is being jerked around and missed as if the bill  might be paid and my file is not set up as I just pulled up the ACS  bill portal and THEY HAVE LESS ON THERE THAN BEFORE HACKING GOING ON HERE NOW  .  I HAVE HARD COPIES BUT OVER THE LAST YEARS THEY HAVE  REMOVED  RECORDS IN THE PAST THAT THEY EVER PAID FOR OXYGEN

      .. AND IF THE YOUNGER GENERATION  DOES NOT GET A PRINTER THEY WILL HAVE NO RECORDS THEMSELVES AS THIS CABAL DOES ALL KINDS OF ILLEGAL THINGS ON SYSTEMS  a wireless one can be set up a couple of rooms away if ink inflames as it done me  and we have it near where there is venting to outside 

      WHATEVER THEY PLEASE WITH THE RECORDS OF THE USA . THEY NOW OWN AND CONTROL     AND VIOLATION OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF ALL OF US FOR CONGRESS NOT TO PROTECT OUR PERSONAL AND NATIONAL RECORDS IN ALL AREAS.

                          I think that someone did have the 120 day  time limit as the call came today ..   that most think it the only one when the law says  as it really says reasonable   and after I explained all of this  and he said  ABOUT ME CONTACTING WORKERS COMP AND  I SAID THAT IS LYNN BLODGETT JERKING YOU AROUND AND HE BEGAN TO UNDERSTAND? THAT EVERY WHERE ONE TURNS IN OUR DAILY LIVES  HE IS THE RULER NOW WITH HUNDREDS OF COMPANIES , EVEN IN PRIVATE INDUSTRY  HE IS BEING HIRED  TO MANAGE COMPANIES AND ALSO ANOTHER OF HIS GETS TO MENAGE THE COMPETITOR AND THAT SHOULD NOT BE ..  but the SEC IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE  ABLE TO UNRAVEL ALL OF THIS FOR THE NATION  NOW BUT THEY HAVE DONE SOME AND SUCCEEDED IN SMALL WAYS IN PRIVATE INDUSTRY  
    THIS BILLING SERVICE DID NOT KNOW WHO LYNN BLODGETT IS..... most do not ! 

     HE ASKED IF I GOT A EOB ON THE BILL NOT PAID BY  FECA and I said there is no constitutional rights under him even when a bill is not paid.. we do not get appeals rights and appeals  I have filed are not answered and never given  to the real US DEPT OF LABOR OFFICIALS TO EVEN KNOW THEY EXIST  AND HE GETS ALL SUBMISSION AS IF WE GIVE IT TO THEM OR SEND IT TO THEM IN THE REAL GOVT; THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO ANYTHING BUT MAIL IT ON TO HIM ,, T POST AND HE WILL NOT DO SO     NO ONE IN THE REAL GOVT IS ALLOWED TO KNOW BUT WHAT HE WISHES THEM TO KNOW  AS THEY ARE PAYING FOR 50% of co pays  at Blues ( the missing million dollars a head for medical for those up to 200  under this?? and ACS call center saying we were sent this money and no such law exist to  do this for future care ..  when no final assessment even done other the permanent  medical for ones having a life sustaining need on an established claim)  BUT SOMEONE GOT IT last seen at Lynn Blodgett's bank!!    and falsely ?letting them think that the costs are thy low expenses for this  injured worker.

          and  CONDITIONAL PAYMENT IS NEEDED TO PREVENT THIS CLAIMS FROM BEING PAID 17 TIMES AT  Medicare..   NOW ITS NOT GOING TO BE PAID IN FULL BY ANY OF THE THREE PLANS UNLESS THE CLAIMS GET FILED TIMELY.... BUT the fed Blues working rate would be the total.  FOR even FECA PAYING FIRST  BUT NONE HAVE GOTTEN THAT SINCE THE coup of 2002 and more money is stolen from insurers and companies and the medical community getting less than they are legally entitled  to be paid.. all over   the nation   also 

     so if this ends up being paid 17 times by Medicare than the total would be $56,389. gross before some adjustments  for a few vials of blood billed to Medicare on 17 active numbers  but the hospitals as  may get a bonus at the end of the year to build with based on 16 fictitious patients and the incentive for some is not to look too close but the rural hospitals are being gobbled up by the bigger and bigger cabals and that is not good either  as they then become the ones to use for theft and little ability  to fight back with NO GOVERNMENT IN CHARGE.. what if you are traveling and you have an accident and the  closest  hospital is  on of these local ones  to save you or your loved ones  in that golden hour. ???      as the next kind is a hundred miles away...

    A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY BEING STOLEN FROM MEDICARE BY THIS CABAL OF THE MEDICARE HACKERS OF HIS  IS VERY BELIEVABLE !

    In the mail to day cam another TEMPORARY ENTITLEMENT LETTER FOR ONE OF THE 16 PHONY NUMBERS THAT DOES NOT EXIST AT SSA, PROVING THAT THE ILLEGAL SYSTEM IS STILL STEALING AND HAS THESE 17 ACTIVE NUMBERS IN THERE REALLY TO DO IF THE LEGAL FILING AS CONDITIONAL PAYMENT AND A PAPER CLAM IS NOT DONE.  And I AM FAXING THEM A SET OF THE 17 NUMBERS SO THAT THEY HAVE  PROOF  OF WHY THEY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO FILE BY PAPERS AND GET A WAIVER TO DO SO FROM CMS WHO KNOWS NOTHING OFFICIALLY  OF WHAT IS GOING ON .   AND GOLDMAN SACHS EVEN LAUGHED AT ME WHEN I LAST CALLED THEM AS IF THEY THINK THE FRAUD LINE IS A JOKES AND FOR THEIR SUBSIDIARY  TO BE THE FRAUD INTAKE FOR MANY AGENCIES OF THE USA GOVT NOW, IF NOT ALL.. is a  deadly joke on the people of the USA.. and this cabal is not sharing all the fraud reports with the agencies either . 

        Congress HAS TO SPEAK UP AND ALLOWS THEM TO BE INVESTIGATED AND US AND THE NATION PROTECTED OR WE NEED A NEW CONGRESS OF BOTH  PARTIES  OF THOSE WHO WILL .. serve us.

      There is no other campaign issue but this.. as no law passed is going  to be obeyed. anyway until this is the issues that must be resolved WHO RULES?  WE, THE PEOPLE  THROUGH OUR ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES  AND THE REAL OFFICIALS UNDER   THE LAW?.. OR THIS INTERNATIONAL CABAL WHO SERVES ONLY THEMSELVES AND CARES LITTLE FOR OUR LIVES AND LIVELIHOODS!

         We need our rural hospitals and there  is no reason they should not have received  a legal  conditional payment from  Medicare months ago . and that labeling means neither they or me is overpaid and its up to the real government to stop these illegal actors and recover the monies for us  All I have to do is cooperate and have done their work for them since 2002..   and the recovery letter gone  out to the real US Dept of Labor which has never seen one since the COUP OF 2002  as the address on the system for FECA IS LYNN BLODGETT'S FIRST? COMPANY AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES FACILITY IN LONDON , KY..   WHOSE SENATORS ARE RAND PAUL 9aware of the issues raised here) and  MITCH MCCONNELL who is on the rules committee who gagged CONGRESS. )  . but THE CABAL HAS JERKED THEM AROUND..  SO THAT BLUES DOE NOT GET THE CLAIM IN A YEAR   AS THE OTHER PRIMARY ILL BLUES AND TIL HAVE NO IDEA WHO REALLY OWNS THEM AND IF ITS CNA , THEN THAT IS THE LIABILITY INSURER FOR THE OWNER OF THE BUILDING WE WERE  IN AT 2 JOURNAL SQUARE 9TH FLOOR  READY TO BE CONDEMNED BY THE JERSEY CITY NJ FIRE DEPT AS A NEW , UNSAFE BUILDING    and go read the DAILY RECAP HERE OF 9/11/16 AND KNOW THE BEGINNING COVERED UP OF 9/11/01. I do not deal with conspiracy theories as I tried to stop 9/11/01 for two years and no  one listened and if there is a theory of WHY look at the asbestos that spewed out on the people along with the toxic fumes.  AND SOME BUILDING OWNERS  MIGHT HAVE FOUND A TERRORIST ATTACK CHEAPER THAN GETTING RID OF THE ASBESTOS SOME MORE CONVENTIONAL LEGAL WAY AT GREAT COST  FOR THEIR  COMPANIES..( a deal at the highest levels of DEEP STATE RULERS OF THE WORLD??  I ask the questions few have asked and none answered.  but FOLLOW THE MONEY FIRST AS GREED CAN BE THE MOST EVIL MOTIVE.. AND WARP SOME INTO SOME KIND OF RELIGIOUS FANATICISM FOR SOME ONES PURE MOTIVE OF GREED.    I do not know, but have no doubt who did it as saw he obsession first hand in 7/88... just do not understand such evil and glad  I do not.  but recognize pure evil when detected as this JERKING AROUND OF THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY AND PATIENTS PURE EVIL BY ONE NOW RULING OVER IT AND OTHER AREAS.AROUND THE WORLD  NOW  AND WHO IS HIS BOSS??  This is not the 'soul' of the USA and people at all. as our ideals of justice and fairness and equality are very real even as we struggle to achieve them for each and every one of us .    

    AND LYNN BLODGETT MANAGERS  THERE JERK THEM AROUND  SOME MORE AND THEM MISS THE FILING DATE WITH MEDICARE AND GET NO MONEY FOR SOME EXPENSIVE BLOOD WORK THEY DID.  and then they come after me..  and no government to go to for such illegal and coercive acts done to the medical community who took care of me ...and got the work done and results to my doctor. and deserve to be paid... as much as legally they are due...

                   US SENATOR STEVE DAINES  sits on many crucial committees to help and pray he will.. Being from Montana,  he

 should  well know how important these rural hospitals are for saving lives, in that important first GOLDEN HOUR and there are things they can do even before being air flighted to a larger medical facility .. Montana now has ILL BLUES IN THEIR STATE  and this cabal in his state and this is the actions of ones not serving the people and medical community well at all  as one can go online and find all kinds of dealings with them of bad things done in an ongoing bad actor behaviors over the years   not all insurers are the same  and some are more ethical than other. and should have been allowed to merge to combat this evil as larger companies  is my personal opinion and its time for Congress to get rid of the gag order and start talking  AND ASKING QUESTIONS
